Guest Brian Iverson, owner of MyCityLender and MyCityOffice co-working space and podcast studios. Brian explains about how they help save money for their clients and referral partners. He is careful and intentional about refinancing homes, and finding the right home structure for the clients’ situations. Brian explains a little about how he also is uniquely positioned to help those planning for their retirement as they finance or sell properties, and prepare for assisted living having helped his wife manage her Mom with Lewy Body Dementia to finance her living in Memory Care.
