Solving Life’s Next Chapter with Kim Kubsch
Kim is a business woman and also is a volunteer for Neighbors Who Care. Her business, Joyful Downsizing, is celebrating four years. She has helped many Sun Lakes and East Valley folks live happier with less as well as coordinating moves, estate clearing, and everyday downsizing.
Kim calls her business, Joyful Downsizing, because as much as possible, her goal is to make all of these services stress-free and JOYFUL!
Many people have lived in their homes for years…sometimes decades, and if you have not moved recently, navigating the process is different. Kim helps her clients through whatever process and stage of life they are in.
Kim has lived in the retirement community of Sun Lakes for 16 years. She has a good following after years of helping retired clients learn and practice Tai Chi for better, safer movement. Kim also offers her wisdom in her monthly article in The Splash monthly newspaper.
