Okay, this holiday
season, I would like to talk
about how to make the holidaysmagic, no matter what is
happening in your life.
And what we're gonna talk aboutis actually kind of what magic
is and what how to make yourworld more magical when it feels
like it's not.

Now, one of my favorite moviesis Harry Potter, all of them.
And I love it because I think itreminds us to be magical.
And there's this phrase that Iuse when I'm thinking like when
I'm stuck in a problem.
Like, have you ever been stuckin a problem and you don't know
how to solve it?
And I call this muggle mindset.

It's like you think you have tosolve it all by yourself.
And this is your ego kind oflike running around in a loop,
and it's like, oh, I can't getout of the problem.
I can't get out of the problem,I can't get out of the problem.
And that's how most of us dealwith and tackle problems.
We're not looking at the endresult, we're only looking at
the problem inside of theproblem.
And to be honest, you can'tsolve a problem in the same

consciousness that created it,which is the construct of your
conscious mind.
So let's say there's a lot ofpeople probably who are going to
be single this Christmas.
And there's a lot of people whomight be experiencing their
first Christmas sharing custodywith their ex, uh, and they're
(02:26):
not gonna wake up with theirkids Christmas morning.
And there's a lot of people whoare probably newly single either
by losing someone they love orby whatever reason or however
they came to it.
And this can be really hard,especially if it's your first
year being alone on Christmas.
(02:48):
And I will say, as a seasonedpro, I've got your back.
I got some advice for you.
And um, I want to tell you thatif this is your first year and
you're you're newly divorced andyour kids are going to be
splitting time, it gets better.
And I know that might not feeltrue right now, if this is you,
(03:08):
uh, but it does get better.
And for those of you whose kidsare older and they can't come
home this Christmas, and itfeels like a big big pain, this
is also for you.
It gets better.
And, you know, I think with liketechnology and stuff, it makes
it a little bit easier becausewe can zoom, we can FaceTime, we
can do those types of things.

Um, but you know, it it's hard.
Like I'll just start by sayingit's it's hard.
Uh my first year after I gotdivorced uh with the kids, they
when we when it was time for meto give the kids to my ex on
Christmas morning, and you know,they stayed the night over there
(03:51):
and I had to go pick them up atlike nine the next day or
whatever.
It was awful.
It was horrible.
I had to wake up and theyweren't there.
And you know, I think there'sthis period of time when your
kids are tiny and and you think,oh my god, I would give anything
to just wake up Christmasmorning with a cozy cup of
coffee, a blanket, and a goodbook, and um just wake up on my
own terms.

And I promise you, it's not thatgreat.
I take the chaos over the cozyblanket and coffee on my own
speed any day.
And uh it's one of the thingsyou might miss later.
So one of the gifts I would liketo give you is one how to create
(04:31):
the Christmas that you wouldlike to have, and also to be
present in the one that you getto have.
Last year, I think my daughterran off with her ex three days
before Christmas.
I got a text message, very umteenagery, you know, romantic.
(04:52):
Like, I'm no, you don't approveof my boyfriend, but I'm running
off with him from the airportmessage a couple days before
Christmas.
I I actually thought I mightkill her because I thought, how
dare you ruin Christmas for me?
And it was interesting because Iactually forgot that this
happened last year.
And I was trying to think aboutlast Christmas, and I was like,

I don't remember it.
And I'm like, no, I do.
I was trying to volunteer for ahomeless youth shelter, and uh
the shelter it it wasn't safeanyways, that's a totally
different story.
But then I was like, and then Iended up spending it with two
friends, and it was not withanything that I had planned or
(05:36):
that I thought it that it wouldend up being.
Where was my daughter?
I was like, because she lived athome, and I really had to dig
into my memory bank because I'mthe type of person that rewrites
bad memories into zero memoriesabout the bad experience on the
fly.
So it's called being a seven onthe Enneagram.
So I had to like dig in the bankand go, where was she last
(05:58):
Christmas?
And I was like, oh, I forgot.
Yeah, that's right.
She ran off with um someone.
I got a text message from theairport saying, don't be mad.
And note to any young adults orany human, don't start a
sentence like that.
That will immediately make memad.
Because now I'm like, no, nowI'm prepped for it.
(06:19):
Um and so what I'm trying to sayis that Christmas doesn't always
go how you want it to be.
And and I had to, and you know,I I didn't have to.
I woke up alone on Christmasbecause of that.
And I was, I was mad about itbecause I was like, I've spent,
you know, 19 years trying tomake Christmas magical for you.
And you just bailed on me andyou didn't even think about me.
(06:41):
And when I got into that spiral,it felt horrible, like this
victim feeling in my chest thatfelt disempowered and awful.
And what I did was I ended upusing the process that I'm about
to teach you to come up with asolution to that problem.
(07:06):
And what I did was I steppedinto the end results of okay,
well, there's nothing you can doabout her choices about, you
know, running off.
And there's nothing that you cando right now.
And I wasn't talking to myfamily at the time, so I knew I
wasn't gonna be at their housefor Christmas.
And so this existential dreadtook over.
(07:31):
Like, great, I'm gonna be aloneon Christmas because I'm single,
you know, and I don't havepeople.
So, well, that's not true.
I have people, I wasn't seeingthem because I because I was in
a phase of healing and I hadeliminated a lot of the old
(07:52):
people from my life because tobe honest, a lot of them just
caused me a lot of pain becausewe were still in those
narcissistic codependent abusecycles.
And once I removed thosetriangulation relationships from
my life, I didn't have a lot ofpeople left.
So I'm I was intentionally beingalone, going through this phase
of healing and recovering fromnarcissistic abuse.
(08:17):
And so here I am.
I'm like, okay, well, you're apowerful creator, you can create
Christmas how you want.
And so I stepped into the endresult, and it was, what do you
really want?
And I want to um haveconnection.
And so I'm gonna invite you todo this right now.
So if Christmas isn't going yourway, or maybe this is your first
Christmas being alone, um, ormaybe the kids are adults now
(08:41):
and maybe they're not cominghome for Christmas, or maybe you
lost someone, or you wentthrough a divorce, try this out
because this is gonna help.
Um, because we have to create anew experience of Christmas.
We can't create the oldexperience that we had before.
And if you're not a Christmasperson and you're a um Hanukkah
person or um all of the otherholidays, I'm sorry, they're not
(09:03):
coming to my head right now.
Um, but if any of them willwork.
This will work for birthdays,it'll work for to be honest,
anything.
So I want you to just put yourhand on your heart and just
acknowledge that things aren'tgonna be the way that you wanted
them to be this year.
And you can just kind of breathein.
And now I just want you to thinkabout the emotion of what you
(09:26):
would like to create.
So, right now we're just gonnacreate a magical holiday
experience.
And that's gonna be our choice.
We're all gonna have a magicalholiday experience.
So just kind of like breatheinto.
I am choosing to have a magicalholiday experience.
No matter what my circumstancesare, I'm choosing to have that.
(09:46):
And when you breathe into thatfeeling, and a lot of you are
gonna have some resistancebecause I can sense it.
And, you know, you can choose tohold on to the old story, you
can choose to hold on to how youthink it needs to be, or you can
simply choose something new.
And this is where intuitioncomes in, because it's going to
(10:08):
lead you to a new magicalexperience that's going to be
completely different than theone that your ego thought it
should be or how it should be.
And this is where magic comesin, my friends, because magic
comes in in the in between whenwe just choose to have a new
experience instead of relivingthe old ones.
(10:29):
So put your hand on your heart,our hand on your belly, and I
just want you to breathe for aminute.
And if you could allow yourselfto imagine having a magical
Christmas, let's try this.
Step into a white room where youhave no past, and in front of
(10:50):
you is a door, and it just saysa magical holiday experience.
And just let go of the past fora minute.
Just see it like the chainsdropping, and see all the old
stories and the old rules andthe old definitions of how it
needs to be.
(11:11):
And walk through this door thatsays I'm choosing to have a
magical holiday experience.
And now I just walk in.
And what is the feeling that youwant?
Think about the feelings that myguess is it's probably
connection, love, a feeling ofgenerosity, a feeling of
(11:38):
gratitude and appreciation.
I'm seeing sparkles, like just Ijust want to feel sparkly and
joyful, and I want to feelmeaning and purpose and like
connection, and I want to have adeep appreciation for life, all
of it.
(12:09):
And I want to feel good, is whatI want, and I want to feel the
appreciation, and I want to feelgratitude.
So if you can make that feelingreally big and really bright,
and now you're in this new spacethat says magical holidays,
(12:31):
what's around you?
What do you see?
What are you experiencing inthis moment in the future where
you get to have this magicalholiday experience?
And anytime your brain wants togo to the past, just say, No,
(12:54):
I'm actually gonna createsomething from the future.
Just really allow yourself tostep into it.
And now take a few notes, writedown what is it that you really
want, and make sure that you'reconnecting in with the emotions
of the experience that you wantto create.
(13:17):
And I want to ask you right now,how does that feel in your body?
How does it feel?
How do you know you have itwithout other people needing to
be involved?
So I like to put little beams ofgolden light there because
sometimes we just want it to bewith a specific person, we want
(13:38):
it to be a specific way, butthat person is being stubborn
and they're not cooperating.
So we really want to put beamsof light instead of other
people, specific people.
This frees the universe up tocreate something new and magical
for us.
And then I want you to come backinto the current reality, and
this is the second step.
(14:01):
What is it like now?
And just maybe jot down somenotes.
Like I immediately feel like atightness in my chest, this
anxiety of oh my gosh, I have somuch to do, and um, I don't know
where I'm gonna be yet, and mydaughter's not gonna be here,
and I'm sad about that, but myson is, and I'm grateful about
(14:21):
that.
And then I feel this pressure ofdid I get them the right
presence?
Do I need to, you know, get myfamily presents because I am
going there this year?
Are things gonna be okay thisyear when I go see them?
Um, is it gonna like all workout?
Basically, that's what thecurrent reality is, and that's
anxiety.
Is it all going to work out?
(14:43):
That's that's basically anxiety,is this fear that things aren't
gonna work out.
And so now I'm thinking about mycurrent reality, and my house is
a mess, and I feel backlogged atwork because I was sick for a
week and a half.
I'm stressed about the new year,and I'm taking away the one
(15:06):
thing that I wanted the most,which was to be present in my
life.
So that's my current reality.
Now, there's tension betweenwhere I'm at now and where I
want to go.
So, and this is true for youtoo.
So, hopefully, you wrote down afew notes about what it's like
now.
And hopefully you wrote down avision of how you would like to
(15:27):
experience the holiday season.
Now, what I'm gonna have you dois if you want, you can
experience a little mini recodewith me right here, right now.
And what that basically means iswe look at the tension between
here and now because allcreation happens with tension,
(15:47):
and that means on a scale of oneto ten, how impossible do you
think the vision of your holidayis?
So let's say, you know, okay,ladies, if you wrote Brad Pitt
down in your little like holidayvision, we gotta remove him.
So I know he's been there for mefor a long time, but like at
(16:08):
some point we have to realizethat there's only one of him and
a million of us.
So somebody's gotta let him go.
I'm doing it.
So, anyway, so you can't put theperson there, but if you know
you want to have like maybe aromantic experience, or um,
like, you know, I was in thatthis funny side note, but I was
in the airport coming home fromPhoenix from my conference that
(16:28):
I was at, and this man iswalking behind me and he seems
confused, and he asked me forhelp, and I'm like, Well, I'm
not from Phoenix, but I have afeeling your kids that way, and
then he starts chatting me upand he says, you know, those
great movies around Christmastime where you have um the two
(16:49):
people meet, and it's like oneof those funny 90s rom-com
movies, and they were likealways destined to meet in the
airport.
And I'm like, of course I do.
I watch like the Hallmarkchannel.
Hello, um, I'm a I'm a woman.
And uh he like and I startedtalking, and I was like, oh, is
this one of those rom-com times?
And he was he was clearlyflirting with me.
(17:10):
Um, and I just smiled at him andI said, I think your gates that
way.
Also make sure that you're umthat you conceal your
drunkenness a little bit becausethe way you just threw your
phone across the airport flooris probably gonna get you the
kind of attention that you don'twant before you step onto a
flight.
And um, it was fun to be flirtedwith, anyways.
(17:34):
So you know what?
Yeah, that that can go in theretoo.
So if you're single, maybe youwant to write in it, I would
like to be flirted withsomewhere.
Um, and that would be fun.
So step in the enter into theenergy of flirtiness and
playfulness and um however youwant it to be passion.
Maybe you want to have passionor uh excitement, thrilling
stuff.
Okay, I'm just going back intothe end result.
(17:56):
So we're back in the end result,and then you have your current
reality, and maybe you're aloneand um maybe you feel lonely,
maybe you feel left out, um,maybe you feel unworthy, or like
everything has to be superperfect.
Like you're like, oh, I justcan't relax on Christmas because
I'm so worried about making itperfect for everyone else.
(18:17):
I'll talk about that on anotherepisode because I lived like
that for a very long time.
So just write down what youthink it needs to be, or what
what it is right now that you'reworried about.
And you'll notice that betweenhere and there, there's some
tension, right?
There's like this boulders thatare blocking you.
And this is what I callresistance.
This is what we call resistancein superconscious work.
(18:39):
So rate your resistance on ascale of one to ten.
How much resistance do you thinkthere is to you having that
experience?
Now, just acknowledge thatthat's the resistance that you
feel, and that resistancesignifies how powerless you feel
over creating life on yourterms.
(19:01):
So let's go with asuperconscious recode now.
So, all you have to do is inyour mind, you can give access
to me to make changes in yourfield today.
And you know, you can do thisall of the time.
I don't, you don't have to havesomeone else do it for you.
Um, the great part about workingwith an intuitive is I can see
resistance that you can'tbecause our conscious mind
(19:21):
always blocks it from us, andthat's just how our conscious
minds were designed.
Not a bad thing, we're all likethat, but like just you know,
acknowledge the number.
So write down the number on ascale of one to ten.
Um, mine, you know, is prettyhigh, and so I just now gonna
invite you.
And so, how the superconsciousrecode works is imagine that
(19:44):
you're walking down a path, andyou want to get into the land of
magical Christmas, and in theway is a bunch of reindeer poop,
and you don't want to step inthe reindeer poop because that
would ruin your shoes.
And we'll we'll say all theresistance, all your beliefs,
all of your history, it's allrainbow poop on the path.
(20:07):
And from your consciousnessright now, you always manage to
step in the rainbow poop andthen turn around because who
wants to walk through a bunch ofreindeer poop?
Did I say rainbow poop?
It doesn't matter.
Reindeer poop.
And so there you are, you'retrying to get to the magical
Christmas wonderland, andthere's all this rainbow
reindeer, not rainbow, rainbowsdon't poop, reindeer poop, and
(20:28):
you keep stepping in it, andthen you got to turn around and
change your shoes.
So, with your super conscious,it's basically like the great
giant reindeer poop cleanerupper.
So it can come in and just scoopit all up so that you can get to
the magical wonderland with moreease and flow in your life.
So that is my super consciousChristmas metaphor.
(20:50):
Um, and that is how the superconscious works.
So, with that said, you're okay,so there's also parts and
aspects of your consciousnessthat don't believe that there is
anything outside.
You that will help remove thereindeer poop.
And those parts are like yourprotector controller parts
because they know how to createthe old experiences, and they've
(21:11):
been doing it so long that theyget kind of mad that you're
asking them to create somethingnew because they're like, but I
know how to create the old onewhere I get drunk and fight with
Aunt Barbara.
You know, that's that's what Iknow how to create.
And if I don't do that, what'smy job?
So we're gonna invite all thoseparts and aspects that don't
know the new job yet to comeonline and to just work with the
(21:35):
superconscious so that they canget new new instructions, new
contracts, so that you can havemore ease and joy and love and
sparkle in your holiday season.
So now I want you to just maybeclose your eyes if you want, or
if you're driving, this workstoo.
Please don't close your eyes.
I don't need another motorvehicle accident because of a
distracted driver.

So take a deep breath in.
And I want you to float into thefuture.
And it's maybe a couple daysfrom now, and you know, it's the
holiday, and maybe it'sChristmas Eve or Christmas
morning, or the let's go to acouple days after Christmas.
And I want you to just look backat Christmas or whatever holiday
is that you're celebrating, andyou look back and you think that
(22:18):
was one of the best holidays ofmy life.
I was really present.
I had experiences of deepconnection.
And I felt magic and joy in mylife.
Like I felt love, I feltconnection, I felt like it was
(22:42):
beautiful.
It'll go in my memory bank.
It's one of my favoriteexperiences ever.
And now look back at the youfrom a couple days outside of
the holidays and write downmaybe what did you do?
What was different about thisholiday season?
(23:02):
What was what was special?
Who were you being that allowedthe magic to unfold the way that
you wanted it to?
Who were you being?
Not everyone else, just you.
Maybe take a couple of notes andbreathe in.

And now just notice that thatperson's kind of different from
who you are now or who you'vealways been.
Superconscious, please begin tocreate the perfect treatment
plan in the perfect way.
So that all parts and aspects ofthe conscious mind and the
unconscious mind can align tocreate magical holidays for
self, for others, for the world,to be fully aligned with the

path of highest potential in thehigher self.
Anything in the way of that,delete, uncreate, and destroy
across all time, dimension,space, and realities.
Superconscious, do you see thisbusyness?
The distractions, theperfectionism.
Please create the perfecttreatment plan to dissolve the

need to be perfect.
Superconscious, there's a lackof appreciation in the field in
general.
Please treat this across alltime, dimension, space, and
realities and install a deepappreciation for the present
moment, for the experience athand.

Please treat all states of fear,disempowerment, control.
Please treat all traumaresponses that keep recurring
during the holidays.
Please treat all family beliefs,family relationships.

Please treat the masculine lineand the feminine line all the
way back to the ancestors whocreated it all.
Please treat into a massivechange history, installing a
deep sense of purpose, presence,appreciation, and love.

Superconscious, please identifyall fear-based definitions of
love that are creating a lie inthe conscious and unconscious
structures.
Please align with trueunconditional love for self,
others, and the world.

And please also install a deepsense of safety and groundedness
in the present moment.
Anything in the way of that,delete, uncreate, and destroy
across all time, dimension,space, and realities.
Take a deep breath in.
And if you're driving, don'tworry about it.
Just leave your eyes open andpay attention to the road.

And if you're out walking, justnotice the world around you.
What is one thing you could dotoday to make your life more
magical?
Where you could be in moreappreciation, more bliss, more
joy?
If the thing you crave most isto be appreciated, how can you

appreciate the world around youtoday a little bit more?
Find one thing that youappreciate about this moment
right now.
What do you appreciate about thepeople around you?
What do you appreciate about theworld around you, the universe?

What is beautiful and joyful inyour life right now, in this
moment, right now?
There is something beautifularound you.
It might be a twinkle light.
It might be the way a flowerpetal falls to the ground.
It might be the way that the sunglistens over the clouds in the
sky.

But right now there is somethingbeautiful that you can
appreciate.
Take a deep breath in.
And now let's go back out intothat future reality.
It's a few days after theholidays, and you look back and
you see the beauty of it.

You know that this was magicaland the experience was exactly
how it should be.
Who did you have to let go of?
What experience did you have todecide you were no longer going
to tolerate?
What did you do in the holidaysthis year to make it magical?

To make it loving?
Fun?
What needed to be released?
Was it expectation?
Was it bitterness?
Superconscious, please identifyall unconscious emotions in the

somatic intelligence that arecreating the undesired reality.
Superconscious, please identifyall anger, resentment,
bitterness, grief, sadness,loss.
Please identify the root causeof loneliness and bitterness.

And treat the original eventwhere it exists in space and
time without needing tore-traumatize the main
personality.
Simply treat the energeticimpression, the emotional
attachment, the mental cue.
Please treat the entire nervoussystem.
Please treat all 12 body systemsidentifying all trauma patterns
in the body.

The keep recreating unwantedexperiences.
Please treat this across alltime, dimension, space, and
realities.
Please treat the DNA.
Please treat all structuresenergetic.
Please treat all of the chakras,aligning them with the high
self, with the higher self.

Aligning them with the trueunconditional love that is
around them.
Please remove any unconsciousblocks or barriers, known or
unknown.
Please treat all fear patterns.
Please treat all feelings ofbeing unworthy.

Superconscious, do you see theparts that are creating a lack
of belonging as a defensestrategy?
Yes, can I please talk to all ofthose parts?
But you already belonged.
You already belong right here,right now.

What would it take for you tojust let that story go and just
simply allow yourself to belongnow?
Anything in the way of thatdelete, uncreate and destroy
across all time, dimension,space, and realities.
How can you belong to yourselfeven more?

How can you love yourself somuch that the love pours out of
you everywhere you go?
Anything in the way of thatdelete, uncreate and destroy

Superconscious, please treat theinner child that keeps popping
up and creating drama because itwants attention, because it

wants to resolve its conflict.
Please treat this down to theroot cause and do a massive
change history and everything asneeded.

Now breathe in and breathe out,and just know that not
everything has to be treatedtoday.
Superconscious, please continueto treat all unprocessed

emotions and experiences.
Please continue to treat inalignment with the higher self.
Please activate the higher selfso that it is fully aligned with
all levels of consciousnessguiding you on your path of

And you're looking back at theholidays and you think, wow,
that was truly magical, special.
I appreciate the experience thatI had.

Superconscious, please treat allanxiety patterns, fear of the
future.
Please treat any unresolveddepression or mental health
disorders.
Please treat all fieldstructures, removing them and
removing all attachment points,clearing the field, allowing
deep resonance with the higherself, with universal

consciousness of love and light.
Anything in the way of that,delete, uncreate, and destroy
across all time, dimension,space, and realities.
Take a deep breath in.
Now imagine there's a lightabove your head.
It's about 300 feet above you.
Pull that light down through thetop of your head, down your
spine, all the way down to yourfeet, down into your fingers,

let it fill up your belly,expand it about three feet
around you.
And now imagine that there's aninvisible bubble of golden light
around you.
And just see an auric shield ofprotection as you walk through
your day, so that no negativeenergy can come in.

And that all negative energyfrom within can simply leave
now, if you choose.
And just allow your bubble tofill up with love and light.
And as that light fills yourbody, your mind, your emotions,
your energetic field, anythingthat is not love or above is
commanded to leave now.
And just know that you can dothat anytime, anywhere, any

place.
Make sure your auric fuel istight, and that only love enters
here.
Only your love from your higherself, from the universe,
whatever it is that you call itand express it, it is yours.
And allow yourself to fill upwith even more love, more light,
more presence, more magic, morelove.

Make it brighter, make itbigger.
Fill your bubble up with so muchsparkle and joy that all you
attract is magic.
All you attract is more love,more experiences of connection,
more gratitude, more grace, moreof what makes life beautiful.

Superconscious, please groundall memories we've touched
today, including memories one,two, and three, and return them
to the matrix of the universe.
Now, my dear, from this place,write down what action does your
future self have for you to dotoday to make sure that you
align with the most magicalChristmas or holiday season that

you would like to create.
Take a moment, write it down, orif you're driving, you can speak
it into your phone, or maybeyou'll just save it for later
and know.
But come back to this as oftenas you need.
If you're really struggling thisholiday season and you feel like
you had a little bit of a shift,but not a big one, you can come
listen to this as many times asyou need.

And this is a process I use allof the time when I'm really
struggling with making adecision, or when I know I want
something, but I don't quiteunderstand what it is that I
want yet.
I go into the emotion of it.
Like, how do I want to feel?
How do I want to experiencethis?
How will I at the other sidefeel good about the choices I

made?
And how can I get to know thenew identity of the person I'm
becoming even more?
How can I get to know them todayso that I'm less afraid of my
future self, the one that I'mchoosing to create?
And how can I bring and spreadmore love and joy into the
world?
And it's funny because when yougo into the day with that,
(36:30):
suddenly you kind of transcendthis how can I get this from
other people, and you go intothe energy of how can I give
this to more people, and thenall of a sudden you also receive
in a larger state of abundance,and that is universal law, my
(36:52):
friend.
So take a deep breath in.
