SPEAKER_00 (01:01):
Hello everyone and
welcome.
My name is Tabitha McDonald.
I'm an intuitive coach.
Hello, everyone, and welcome.
My name is Tabitha McDonald.
I am an intuitive coach and abody worker.
And tonight we are going to talkabout the five-step process to
step into complete health andvitality.
(01:24):
We have been doing a summerwellness program, part of my
Soma Wellness program.
And it has been such a learningexperience for me about wellness
and learning how to teach peopleto listen to the intuitive
structure of their body so thatthey can pull back the most
(01:47):
relevant information for them.
And that's what I want to walkyou through tonight.
So I'm recording this for mypodcast, the Soma Flow Podcast.
And then afterwards, whoever'shere from the Soma Flow group or
Soma Wellness Group, we're goingto go ahead and have a nice
celebration at the end.
But I am wanted to kind of sharethis process with, you know, the
(02:10):
people who follow me on mypodcast.
And I also think it's justreally valuable information for
the public to have.
I've been working in thewellness industry for 20 years.
And I have always put people inan outcome-oriented position
when they come to see me.
And when I found thesuperconscious work and magnetic
(02:33):
mind, it really taught me thatthat is the nature of healing,
is making sure that we knowwhere we are going.
So we, I mean, as someone who'sworked in wellness and studied
the science, like I will saythat having the language of
science is an amazing asset inthe world of intuition.
(03:00):
One of the things that I thinkpeople don't understand about
intuition is that if you don'thave a frame of reference for
the information coming in, thenit can get skewed.
So one of the things you alwayswant to be doing is always be
learning so that you can givethe most accurate information in
a way that the people thatyou're here to serve can really
(03:24):
truly digest it and understandit.
So today we are going to talkabout how every single human can
create a healthy body.
And obviously, that's going tobe within the confines of your
physiology.
So, like if you're four footeleven and you want to be a pro
(03:45):
NBA player, probably thisprocess is not going to work for
you.
But also, it's not your soul'sintention for you.
So I want you to just thinkabout that for a minute.
Your soul has an intention foryou, for your health and for
your body.
And oftentimes we have, youknow, physical ailments that I
(04:09):
like to call lifestyle diseases.
And that's not part of yoursoul's blueprint.
So tonight we're going toconnect in with your soul
blueprint for health.
And you can do this and comeback to this process anytime you
want.
You can do it for weight loss, you can do it for pain.
(04:29):
You can do it for if you're justhaving, you know, if you're
having like psoriasis or eczema.
The the process will work to getinformation from your higher
self about what the path forwardis, as long as you know where
you want to go.
So that is what we're also goingto be talking about is what does
(04:54):
that mean knowing where I wantto go?
And I think this is probably oneof the hardest questions for
people, especially when they'rein a lot of pain.
And, you know, when they comeinto the clinic, and that's my
first question is, what wouldyou like to be doing when you're
out of pain?
And a lot of the time they kindof give me this blank stare,
(05:17):
like, I don't, I just want to beout of pain.
I don't know what you're talkingabout.
And I'm like, well, that's partof the problem because we don't
have a destination.
So do you want to be golfing?
Do you want to be pullingpickleball?
Do you want to be dancing?
Like, what do you want to bedoing when you're not in pain
anymore?
And, you know, you can applythat same thing to, well, if you
(05:38):
know, your weight is no longeran issue, what will you be doing
in your body?
If psoriasis is no longer anissue for your skin or eczema,
like what what do you plan ondoing that will be different
than now?
And it's really important tounderstand the destination of
where we're going.
And uh when we're looking atlike the internet for wellness
(06:03):
and health tips, and oh my gosh,I can't even tell you how
exhausting it is listening toall of the contradictory
information that comes throughon the internet.
It's like, you know, keto orvegan or intermittent fasting or
um whole 30 or paleo or likeWeight Watchers, or oh my gosh,
(06:24):
the information is insanelyvast.
And the truth is, is that it'sprobably all right for the right
person because your body isdifferent than everybody else's.
So what works for someone elsemight not work for you because
it might not be in your design.
The only way to know truly whatyour wellness strategy is, is to
(06:45):
ask your higher self and to getthe guidance from your kind of
like internal healer, theversion of you that knows how to
create health for you.
So I want you to think aboutthat for a minute.
And I just want you to kind oflike think about what is a
problem in your health right nowthat you really wish wasn't
(07:06):
there.
Is it like a pain?
Is it something like a skincondition?
Maybe you have recently beendiagnosed with something like it
could even be emotional health, mental health, physical health.
Um, what is something thatyou're like, I just wish that
wasn't there?
And I I remember when I hadulcerative proctitis.
(07:26):
And man, if you've never had aform of IBS, it was horrible.
And I went to, I actually got itlike not long after I got
pregnant.
And I went to the doctor, andI'm like, um, excuse me, by the
way, this is gonna be a littleTMI for you if you don't know
what it is.
All of a sudden I have bloodydiarrhea and it's disgusting.
(07:47):
And it's all the time.
Like I couldn't walk more than acouple of feet without having to
find a toilet.
And it was horrible.
Like I want to say that wasprobably one of the worst
conditions they've ever had.
Gut wrenching cramps andbloating, and just, oh my God,
it was an awful experience.
So go to the doctor and theydiagnose it as ulcerative
(08:08):
proctitis.
And um, they said, Well, you'reone of the rare people who, when
they quit smoking, develops thisbecause the nicotine actually
keeps it at bay.
So I actually was I laughed.
I was like, Are you telling me Iactually got sick from quitting
smoking?
Like, this is absurd.
Look, leave it to me to likefigure out a way to get quit
(08:29):
from like to get sick fromquitting smoking.
Um I was on the most expensivemedication and it was oh, it was
just awful.
Like, and it none and it neverfully resolved itself.
And I just kind of lived with itgoing kind of in remission and
then back and then in remissionand back for a long time.
(08:50):
And I remember when I was aboutwhat 37, it really flared again
and it wouldn't settle down.
And it's a really embarrassingdisease.
Like, I mean, you could be likethinking you're about to have a
little toot toot and somethingelse comes out, and like it's
not, it's not fun.
Like, you got to carry a lot ofextra underwear with you.
I know that's TMI, and um, butanyways, somebody's gotta talk
(09:13):
about the gross stuff.
That's gonna be me.
Um, so you know, that was areally horrible condition and
embarrassing.
It was, it was actuallyincredibly embarrassing because
I just never knew what was gonnahappen.
And uh it affected a lot ofareas of my life, including
intimacy, because you know, likeyou just don't know what's gonna
happen.
So um that that experience, likeI went and paid for the
(09:41):
medication out of pocket becausemy insurance didn't cover it.
It was$1,200 a month for it.
That's how, and I was a singlemom at the time with no child
support.
That's how desperate I was justfor the medication that kind of
got rid of the symptoms.
And it, you know, finally I wasdoing a coaching program.
(10:01):
I was in one, and I tried heranti-inflammatory diet.
It was like two meals a day, intermittent fasting, no sugar,
no flour.
And it was for three months andit was gone.
It was completely gone.
I had been to the doctor so manytimes about is this lifestyle,
is it stress related, is itrelated to food?
(10:23):
And they said, no, none of thatwill help you.
It has never come back, notonce.
Now they wanted me to be doing$10,000 a year anal probes or
whatever they're called, callclonoscopies.
And I was like, that just seemswrong.
Like it didn't feel right to me.
(10:44):
And when it went away and nevercame back, when I got rid of
sugar and flour, I thought, howmany other people are suffering
with basically lifestylediseases that are costing them a
lot of money?
And when I started doing theresearch, it's a lot.
(11:05):
I wanted to, I want to say, Ithink it was about 70% of
disease was linked to lifestylechoices.
Um, in fact, here I have somestatistics for you.
129 million people have at leastone major chronic disease in the
United States alone, such asheart disease, cancer, diabetes,
(11:26):
obesity, hypertension.
And nearly six in 10 adults, about 60% of the population,
have at least one chronicillness.
And many chronic diseases aredriven by a short list of
modifiable behaviors, such asnutrition, activity, and then
they're increased by excessivedrinking and smoking or vaping
(11:50):
or using some kind of a nicotineproduct.
This one kind of killed me.
It was like 42% of cancer casesand 45% of cancer deaths in the
US are linked tolifestyle-related risk factors.
That means excess weight, poordiet, and inactivity.
And this was a study done by theAmerican Institute for Cancer
(12:12):
Research.
I was blown away.
That means that lifestyle meanswe are in choice with the
disease that we're creating forour body.
That is a that is a choice.
Now, there are other lifestylechoices that are other lifestyle
(12:36):
diseases, but number one isheart disease.
That's the leading cause ofdeath in the US and globally.
And it is linked to high bloodpressure, poor diet, excess
weight, inactivity, and smoking.
And then you have type twonumber two is type two diabetes,
and that is largely related toobesity being overweight,
(12:58):
physical inactivity and diet.
And it's said US in the USdiabetes is one of the top
causes of death and disability.
And then number three is obesityand excess weight, and that has
a whole other link of healthdiseases.
And I don't want to even likeaddress like from a just a
(13:22):
vanity point of view.
This has nothing to do withvanity.
Like I remember when we werestudying uh muscle, it was like
an extra, every for every extrapound on your body, it was like
an extra 10 pounds on your kneesand four pounds on your hips.
So it's it degenerates yourdiscs that cannot be replaced
(13:42):
and your joints.
And it's um that stuff when youget older, it you can't fix it.
Like there's some things thatyou can't undo.
And I don't know if peoplereally understand, you know,
what their lifestyle choices aredoing in the moment.
(14:03):
Like, I don't think they havethat long-term understanding and
comprehension of it.
And if I could give the worldone thing, it would be this
really like this is this is ourchoices matter.
And as someone who just turned50 and I'm down 100, you know,
and 20 pounds, I understand thebattle with yourself and also
(14:27):
that it had very little to dowith knowing what food to eat,
how to hydrate or work out.
It was my identity that was inconflict with the healthy
version.
I didn't have an identity for ahealthy person.
So it didn't matter if I lostweight, I would gain it back.
It didn't matter if I, you know, reduced my drinking, I'd find
(14:51):
something else to be in excess.
Um, you know, if I startedworking out, I'd get an injury.
Because I did not, my identityof being a healthy person was in
direct conflict with theidentity of me being an
unhealthy person.
And that is one of the thingsthat we're going to talk about
in a minute.
But I just want to say then wealso have other diseases,
(15:12):
chronic lower respiratorydiseases or COPD, uh, strokes,
musculoskeletal pain.
I think one of the number onereasons for visits to the
emergency room, the last time Ichecked the statistic was neck
pain and then back pain wasnumber four.
This is a largely lifestyle.
Um, hypertension, high bloodpressure, that's number eight.
(15:33):
So if we're looking at ourhealthcare system and how to
take pressure off of ahealthcare system that is very
burdened, um, nurses areoverworked and underpaid.
And, you know, we we haven'teven talked about drug
addiction.
I was, I just had a a nurse infrom the emergency room, and she
(15:54):
said, This guy came in and, youknow, he put them all at risk.
He was high on mess, he wascompletely in, you know,
inconsolable.
And he was also, I think, drunkand on pause.
I don't know she had a wholelist of things.
I'm like, how do you even handlethat?
And she said, eight hours ofjust like sitting and
restraining him, and that thedamage it did to her because of
(16:19):
a of lifestyle choices is kindof like upsetting.
And I get the root of addiction.
I mean, I was married to analcoholic.
I understand.
I also dated a cocaine addictfor a couple of years.
I didn't know they were oncocaine.
I thought it was bipolardisorder or another mental
health disorder.
You know, I understandaddiction.
(16:40):
I'm not sitting in judgment ofit.
Uh, Gabor Mate had an amazingtraining that I took on the
nature of addiction and how it'sreally a trauma response.
And it is a systemic problem, and we're not treating it
correctly.
We're not treating the rootcause of it.
So I'll talk about that anotherday because I also think like
food addiction and other typesof um addictions are linked
(17:03):
heavily to unprocessed trauma orto really poor coping strategies
for stress and um anxiety, depression, things like that.
It's a self-soothing tool.
And so, whatever it is for you,you know, that that's gonna be
yours.
But but what we really want tobe thinking about is who am I as
(17:26):
a healthy person?
And so right now I want you tothink about um how you would
like your health to be.
So this is step one.
I'm gonna teach you the processright now.
And so you can get out a pieceof paper or you can just listen
along.
Um, but right now I'm going tokind of like just get you, show
(17:49):
you the process.
And then at the very end, we'regonna do a really powerful
process.
It's called the superconsciousrecode.
And I'll explain more about thatin a minute.
But right now, I want you tojust really get into the
clarity.
Kind of wrote down already whatyou thought your problem was.
It could be knee pain, hip pain.
Um, maybe you're uncomfortablebecause your clothes are too
tight, or maybe you're too likemaybe you feel like you're not,
(18:12):
you don't have enough weight.
Maybe it's hard for you to gainweight.
Um, there's that too.
Um, maybe you have IBS ormigraines.
Like, just write down kind oflike what you think the problem
is.
And now I want you to to writedown step one.
What does perfect health looklike for me?
If I had a magic wand today andI could make an adjustment to my
(18:38):
body and my mental emotionalhealth, like, how do I feel?
In fact, I'm gonna go ahead andjust kind of take you there for
a minute.
So, you know, if you're notdriving, close your eyes and
take a deep breath in.
And I want you to just let goand just pretend like you could
(19:01):
imagine, if you could imagine amoment in time when you actually
woke up one day and you felt sogood in your body.
Like you get out of bed and youhave energy, you feel happy,
you're looking forward to yourday, you're excited, you feel
(19:21):
empowered and strong.
Like when you when you get outof bed, you like notice how good
and flexible your body is, andyou can like visualize yourself
just kind of like bouncing upthe stairs, and you're like, oh
man, I feel really good.
I'm so grateful.
I can just walk up the stairs soeasily and effortlessly, and
(19:43):
just feel like what it feelwould feel like if you could
just wake up in a joyful state, excited about the day ahead.
And then maybe notice like, whatare you having for breakfast?
And who are you having breakfastwith?
What does that look like foryou?
Are you rushed or do you havetime?
(20:04):
Do you enjoy a nice, relaxingmorning by the fire with a book
and a cup of coffee, or andyou're like dog or cat by your
side, or maybe you have a littleone cuddled up next to you?
Just knowing that you're inperfect flow and you have plenty
of time.
And just kind of like visualizethis perfect average day in this
(20:26):
healthy body.
Are you playing a sport?
Maybe you're going to the gym inthe morning or taking a workout
class.
Or perhaps you've taken up asport that you're learning, like
a golf or pickleball.
Maybe you're learning how torun.
(20:47):
And then just see yourself goingthrough your day and you're
making really healthy choicesall day.
Like, just notice what it feelslike in your body to just be
someone who's healthy.
And if it's hard for you tothink of it, just think of
somebody you know who's healthyand like, oh, like, what do they
do that looks healthy to me?
(21:07):
Like, what does that look like?
And then bring in that energy, like, oh, okay, they're probably
hydrating.
They're like present, and theyfeel in control of their
choices, like it, they they'rein authority over their body,
how they spend their time andand what they do with their
(21:28):
body.
And then just kind of likeimagine your day going even
further, like into theafternoon, and just notice
there's no afternoon energyslump.
You just have enough energy toget through the day, and it
feels really good.
And you come home at the end ofthe day, or maybe you work from
home, whatever it is for you,and you have energy for the
(21:48):
evening.
You have energy to spend withyour loved ones, to go out and
do things that you enjoy.
Notice how good it feels to cooka healthy meal.
Notice how free you feel in yourbody.
And just really breathe in andmake the experience even
(22:10):
brighter.
Make it more loud, make it morejoyful, make it more healthy.
Turn up the dial on the colors, making it more vivid.
Really feel into this healthyversion of you.
(22:31):
What are they wearing?
What does their face look like?
Are they smiling and laughing?
What is their energy like?
Do people enjoy being aroundthem?
Like just really feel into it.
And let go of it needing to beright or wrong and just play.
(22:57):
Now I want you to notice thisversion going to bed and and
just sleeping easily, getting anice restful sleep.
And then waking up the next dayand feeling equally as good.
The body moves with ease andstrength.
(23:20):
And then now notice this versionof you, wave at you, and welcome
you to the table, and they'regonna sit down and talk to you
for a minute.
And then you go and sit and talkto them and just ask, What what
do you what do you do?
What is your lifestyle like?
This future version of you, because this is you in a quantum
(23:44):
timeline.
What is their advice for thething that you wrote down as the
problem that you have?
What do they want you to knowabout it?
How did they solve it?
There's gonna be like an actionstep or a strategy, or maybe you
(24:06):
might even see someone's faceflash in your mind, like maybe
someone you saw online, like onYouTube, or a book you saw.
Sometimes they'll communicatethrough symbology, meaning you
might see an anchor, and thatmight be, oh, okay, it's time to
be more grounded, or you know, you might see a color, and then
(24:26):
you have to just go, what doesthat mean to me?
So take a minute and just writedown the information that you
got.
And there's an action step inthere, and just ask.
And if you're having a hard timewith it, just say, What would it
take to get the rightinformation?
What would it take to get theright information and just keep
asking?
And if this is your first timekind of like stepping into the
(24:49):
quantum field and asking yourother self what the information
is, then be patient withyourself.
You know, you can download oneof my meditations, I have plenty
that that take a little bit moretime.
Um, but go ahead and write itdown.
And then once you write it down,I want you to just kind of look
(25:14):
at it.
And uh I want you to look andthink what is the information
that you got?
Is this surprising for you or isthis what you were expecting?
And this is like step two.
But step three is we're gonnameet the friction, we're gonna
(25:36):
look at the tension betweenwhere you are now and where you
need to be.
So what is it like now?
And I want you to just allowthat to come up.
(25:57):
You have many parts inside ofyou.
There are parts that protectyou, parts that nurture you, and
parts that avoid pain.
None of them are bad.
They all love you.
With parts work, we see threemain types.
We have managers, those are theplanners, the perfectionists,
(26:17):
the people pleasers.
We have our firefighters, thebinge eaters, the overworkers,
the ones who say screw it whenthings get hard, and exiles, the
little ones inside carryingshame, fear, grief, or trauma.
Every symptom in the body has apart behind it.
Sometimes the part actuallyprefers to be unhealthy, not
(26:40):
because it's bad, but becauseit's safe.
If your body once learned thatbeing sick or overweight or in
pain meant you got rest, youwere nurtured or protected, your
unconscious mind will recreatethat over and over again on a
loop.
It's actually not sabotage, it'ssafety.
(27:04):
I learned this when I waslittle.
For years, every time Ioverworked or stressed about
money, my back would go out.
It was one of my body's ways ofsaying you need to rest, and
this is the only way I can makeyou listen to me.
So if I started, you know, overworking or, you know, not
taking care of myself, my backwould go out as a way to make
(27:26):
myself take some time off.
I learned a lot about beingoverweight, had very little to
do with anything other thanprotection.
Um, you know, women, especially, and I'm not sure about the
statistics about males, but whohave experienced a sexual trauma
tend to hold weight as aprotection.
(27:50):
And until that's released andyou feel safe to be beautiful,
to be in your body, your bodywill look for ways to put weight
on as long as it thinks it'skeeping you safe.
Because it thinks that, youknow, being unattractive or
perceived as unattractive issafer even than the risk of a
(28:12):
heart attack.
Like to your unconscious, thisis not conscious, by the way.
It's safer.
Or, you know, even when I waslittle, like to get nurtured or
attention, it was always like, okay, Tuesday night, Tabitha
gets to pick, and it was uhpizza.
Like, and so for me, it was likepizza is a way of celebrating,
or ice cream was a way ofrebellion because my cousins and
(28:35):
I would go get 15 cent thriftyice creams um on Ringstorf, like
when we were little, is our wayof like, you know, being
independent and rebellious.
So there's so many reasons thatwe make the choices that we make
and we do the things that we do.
(28:56):
And many of our parts andaspects of our unconscious mind,
they take over when we have anemotional cue or trigger.
And it's almost like, you know, storm eating or they call it fog
eating, where you're likewalking around and you're like
not feeling like you're incharge of the decisions that
you're making.
That's usually a part that'staken over.
They actually did a lot ofresearch from um dissociative
(29:19):
identity disorder, which used tobe called multiple personality
disorder.
And this is not the same thing,by the way, because we all have
it, every every human being hasit.
It's um, it's just that the whenyou have the disorder where it's
become a disorder, parts takeover and you're not aware of
them.
Most of the time we know they'vetaken over because we're just
kind of like walking around likea zombie and we don't even know
(29:40):
what's that we're doing.
It we're like, why can't I stopeating this bag of Cheetos?
Probably a part's taken over.
Um, they've done a lot ofresearch, in fact, in the pro
about, you know, healing themind, because some parts, when
they did the research, actuallywere able to change eye color to
get rid of diseases.
I mean, the things that theparts would change when they
(30:02):
would take over was insane, which means we all have the
capacity to do that.
Um, so when we're looking at umthe recode, one of the things
that we do with the recodeprocess, which is what we're
gonna do next, um, is we lookfor the barriers to treatment.
(30:24):
A lot of the time, those partsare younger, they were created
when we were little or during abig trauma, and they're kind of
like stuck in space and time, and they don't know how old you
are, they don't know what theplan is, they thought they were
doing the right thing.
And so as we start working withparts, um, they all get
integrated into the choice.
And that's why we have onechoice, which is the one that we
(30:46):
started with, which is I have ahealthy vital body.
And as you start working on it,you know, dormant parts will
wake up and they're like, I'mconfused.
I thought we liked having kneepain because it meant this, or
you know, um, and then they justget.
Educated by your superconscious.
Now, there are three levels ofconsciousness.
Your superconscious is thisinfinite consciousness that is
(31:09):
connected to the higherconsciousness and can create
changes in your creator field.
So you have like a field aroundyou of information that your
conscious mind pulls from.
Now, your superconscious canmake changes to your unconscious
structure in your unconsciousmind, uh, which houses a lot of
(31:31):
the rules about your health.
So as soon as you start saying, actually, I would like to have a
strong, healthy body, then welook for the resistance.
And the resistance mightinclude, you know, alignment
with desire, meaning, do youactually feel like you deserve
it?
Can you commit to the thingsthat's required to create
health?
(31:52):
Do you trust yourself?
Um, is it an I am statement?
I am healthy and I will followthrough, things like that.
Then we have our beliefs, andthat's the beliefs that we have
about our own identity, um,about the world and about other
people.
So if you have a belief thathealthy people are rude and
(32:12):
mean, and or maybe that you havea belief that healthy people are
snobby or that um they don'thave any fun, that belief is
going to be in direct conflictwith you creating and taking
action towards creating ahealthy body.
Then you might have definitions.
Maybe your definition of healthis, you know, living in a really
(32:35):
bigger body is healthy in yourmind because that could have
come from your family of originand you don't actually see a
problem with it.
Um, maybe you have definitionsaround exercise that aren't in
alignment with what your soul'sblueprint has in mind for you or
what your body actually needs.
(32:56):
And then I like I mentioned, wehave part-time personalities.
We have our protectorcontroller, the inner child, the
peep, the pleaser, theperfectionist, the wounded.
We have many, many parts andaspects of us.
And then we have events, anoriginal event where part of you
decided that this is how it wasgonna be.
And that part made a contractthat's like this is how it's
(33:20):
gonna be.
And so we need to like removethe the trigger from the
original event and then installreally healthy habits in into
that.
And the recode makes thisreally, very swift.
This is where it's verydifferent than counseling
because what counseling does isyou go talk about the event and
(33:40):
we talk about new strategies.
And I'm not a counselor, so I'mnot really sure how the whole
process works.
I think it's really helpful fora lot of people.
The reason I like, you know, intuitive coaching and
superconscious recode is becausewe don't have to go and explore
the event.
We just go to the energeticimprint that the event left
(34:03):
behind, and then yoursuperconscious begins to chip,
chip away at it.
Think of it like you're walkingdown a trail and you live on
like maybe unhealthy island andyou want to move over to the
healthy forest, and you'rewalking down the trail, but on
the trail, there's all thesedown trees.
And the down trees represent, you know, old trauma and
(34:25):
personalities and emotionaltriggers.
Um, any of these 10, it could befamily history, um, unprocessed
emotions, secondary intentions,like that.
One's like a big one where it'slike, oh, if I get thin, then
I'll finally find a husband.
Um, if that's why you want toget thin, then that's not gonna
work because then you won't bethin because you want to be thin
(34:47):
because you love it.
You'll you'll be waiting.
And then once that secondaryintention is solved, then you'll
just go recreate the weight.
So we start removing thesecondary intentions, separating
them out into separate choices.
And then um, a lot of the timethe body systems have uh, you
know, instructions, uh, the DNA,the cell, cellular memories, um,
(35:10):
your tissue, your fascia, it allhas instructions that feed into
the choices that you make.
And your conscious mind isactually the one that's
directing the ship.
So you're you're gonna like useyour conscious mind, your free
will to go, actually, I'mchoosing health and vitality.
(35:32):
Your unconscious mind is gonnago, here's all the reasons you
can't have it.
And then your superconscious isbasically gonna come in and
start turning those downed treesinto dust so that you can start
walking down the path.
Now, you will get uh that's therecode part.
So that's step number four.
And then number five, you'regonna get very clear guidance
(35:56):
from your future self.
And they're gonna say somethinglike, This is the next obvious
action step to take.
And then you either take it oryou don't.
Now, I will say the identityintegrates and changes when you
take the action.
If you continue to not take theaction, nothing's going to work.
Like superconscious recode canonly get you so far.
(36:19):
You're the one who has to takealigned action.
And this goes with likeconstantly installing the new
identity.
And sometimes the action isrest, and sometimes you'll like
suddenly see like maybe somebodylike me come up in your field,
and you're like, Oh, she mightbe able to help me with my knee
pain.
(36:39):
Um, or maybe you'll see like ummaybe a surgeon comes up or
whoever it is, like there mightbe a mentor, somebody that will
help you get there.
Or it could be that you don'tfeel supported in the world,
maybe, and that that's all itwas, and that was enough to
shift it.
So who knows?
Because it's your field and yourunconscious structure.
And I'll just say the more youknow traumatic experiences that
(37:02):
you've had, um, it can be morecomplex and it could take a
little bit of time.
But as long as you're taking theaction that your higher self is
saying, things will speed up andheal faster.
A couple of weeks ago, I had ummy right arm had searing pain in
(37:22):
it.
And because I do the work that Ido, I immediately went to what's
the soul meaning, what's themental, what's the emotional?
And then the last one I checkedwas physical.
And I created a recode for likeright arm pain.
And it had a lot to do withtaking too much action and not
listening to your feminine.
It was like this whole thing, and I was like, okay, and then
(37:43):
we also had some nerveentrapment and things like that.
And you know, I think the painwas gone in like two days.
Um, but it it was because Iimmediately knew what to do,
because I mean this work all ofthe time.
And um, that's really what Iwould like you to understand is
how to use this tool to createchanges for yourself in your
(38:05):
physical body.
And we all deserve to have ahealthy body.
And it makes me angry how manycompanies profit off of you
being unhealthy.
So if I could do something toreally help people, it would be
to empower them and their healthand to know that change is
possible and that it starts withyou making a conscious decision
(38:28):
to have it be a new way.
So I'm gonna walk you throughthe whole five-step process
again, since I know I kind ofwent through that um process for
a while.
Um, I I will also include a linkto a longer metaphor about how
the super conscious works.
When I first heard this, I waslike, super what?
This is weird.
And now I'm four years in andI'm like, what do you mean you
(38:51):
don't use super conscious tohelp you with the things that's
strange?
Like, um, it's so funny howdifferent it becomes.
And it makes taking actioneasier and also knowing the
right action for you.
And it's so nice, like being ahealer, having access to these
tools because I can immediatelygo into the end result with my
(39:12):
clients of you know, them beinghealthy, and then I can see in
their field pretty quickly wherethe blocks are.
Um, so if you're ready, I'mgoing to ask you to like let's
go ahead and go through theprocess.
So we kind of already startedit, but what I'm gonna have you
do is just acknowledge that wejust went through a lot of
(39:33):
information and just allow it tokind of all process and allow it
to be there.
The superconscious recode is apermission-based exercise.
So process healing modality, which means um it's not like
hypnosis where it's happening toyou, it's your higher self
making changes in your field.
(39:55):
All I'm doing is giving it thecommands that it's asking me to.
So as soon as I tap into yourcreator field, I ask your higher
self where the resistance is,and then I give the instructions
to your superconscious.
So um, pretty much I'm atranslator and that's it.
(40:16):
I'm not embedding anything, it'snot manipulative on any nature.
It's simply no changes can bemade to your field that your
higher self doesn't allow.
So you cannot have like, youknow, mind control or
manipulation.
It doesn't work like that.
This process is one of thesafest things that I've ever
(40:37):
experienced.
And I had a lot of manipulationin my life, and so I was very
terrified of anyone like messingaround with my brain.
And I just wanted to say thatlike this is the opposite of
that.
If anything, this aligns youwith who you really are faster
and more effectively thananything.
(40:57):
Because once your higher self isin there, like and guiding you
and directing you, which isbasically what intuition is, um
that version that your higherself isn't gonna let anybody
mess around with you becauseit's like, nope, this is not
true.
Nope, this is not true.
So, with that said, um, pleasegive me permission to access
your superconscious field.
(41:18):
And in your mind or out loud, you just say I give Tabitha
permission to access mysuperconscious field, and then
take a nice deep breath in.
And just allow all of theinformation that came through to
just be there.
Just take another slow deepbreath in through your nose,
(41:38):
expanding your belly.
And we're really gonna set theintention to just have a healthy
body, vital energy, whateverthat means to you.
And as you step into thatexperience, I want you to feel
(42:00):
how it would feel and reallyallow the emotion of being a
healthy person to come into youractive experience.
What does it feel like to behealthy?
And if you can't think of whatthat would feel like, pretend
(42:22):
like you could.
Think of someone else whorepresents health, or maybe
there was a time in your lifewhere you felt really healthy.
Maybe you were running or youwere out hiking in the woods,
and you just felt good in yourbody.
And as we begin to go into thisplace where you're allowed to
(42:44):
imagine if you could imaginewhat it would feel like to
simply be healthy.
We're gonna invite yoursuperconscious to create the
perfect treatment plan in theperfect way, aligning all parts
and aspects of you with thischoice, your free will choice to
be healthy.
And as you make that choice, Iwant you to just breathe in.
(43:08):
Superconscious, can you see thisdesire?
What would it be like to have itnow?
How would it feel if you alreadyhad this experience of optimal
health, vibrant energy, mentalclarity?
(43:29):
You just feel good in your body.
Allow yourself to have a fullsensory experience of it right
now.
See through your own eyes andhear through your own ears.
Breathe through the lungs of thehealthiest version of you.
(43:52):
Allow it to be as real as youcan.
And when you think you can'tmake it any more real, make it
even more real.
Turn up the colors, the sounds, the smells.
What are you enjoying aboutbeing in this healthy body?
What do you love about it?
Just breathe it in.
(44:13):
Can you make this feeling moreintense and more real?
How good will it be to be in ahealthy body?
How good will it feel?
Feel it like it's happeningright now.
(44:34):
Breathe in and breathe out, andallow the feeling to flow
through from your head to yourtoes.
And now connect in with thegolden light above your head.
(44:57):
It's about 300 feet above yourhead.
This is your superconsciousfield, and invite that light in
through the top of your head.
And see this golden white lightcoming in through the top of
your head, pouring down yourspine, all the way down to your
fingers, your hips, down to yourtippy tippy toes.
(45:17):
Feel your superconsciousawareness flooding your field
with the knowledge and thewisdom of who you have always
been.
An infinite being capable ofcreating magical transformations
in your life.
Now turn up the dial of energy.
How much energy do you have inthis beautiful, strong body of
(45:39):
yours?
How does it feel to move?
Really allow yourself toexperience it.
Now come back to the currentreality.
(46:00):
And allow yourself to feel whatit feels like now.
I notice that there were somebehaviors, there were some
things about that future versionof you that maybe your current
self is not in alignment with.
Maybe how they eat or how theyexercise, maybe there's some
(46:23):
things about that future versionof you that your current self is
like, uh-uh, I don't like that.
I don't want that either.
Allow that resistance to comeup.
Superconscious.
Can I please talk to theprotector controller?
Thank you.
Superconscious, I invite theprotector controller to receive
(46:44):
a new set of instructions.
Yeah, superconscious, pleasetreat all part-time
personalities, including theinner child who does not

everything as needed.
Thank you.
Superconscious, please have thehigher self or the subconscious
mind reveal all of the angerbeing stored in the body.
(47:46):
Please have it all light up now.
And you could see it like blackplumes of smoke.
And have your higher self comein and simply put all of that
anger into black bags.
Allow your higher self to carryit off.
It's no longer necessary.
You can let it go.
Superconscious, please treat allparts that were holding on to
(48:07):

Please treat that strategy andplease install a new healthy
strategy that is in alignmentwith the identity of the healthy
version of you.
Please treat all resistance inthe field and do a massive
(48:28):
change history and everything asneeded.
Thank you.
Keep breathing.
How much resistance do you haveto believing that that is
(48:50):
possible for you?
That health and vitality ispossible.
How much resistance?
10 being that is not possible.
I cannot make that happen.
I do not believe it.
And then one being, I feel likeI'm already there.
And just kind of like make anote of the number.
We're going to use that as we gothrough to make sure that the
(49:11):
changes are happening for you aseffectively as possible.
I want you to step back into theend result of that healthy
version of you.
How would you like it to be?
Super conscious, please identifyall of the sadness and the grief
that is stored in the body.
Please tag and treat all of it.
Or you can see it like plumes ofsmoke no longer helping you, and
(49:33):
you can put them in blackgarbage bags and have your
higher self come in and pull itall out.
Superconscious, do you see allof the parts that are really
holding on to their grief andsadness?
Can you please have them talk tothe superconscious to hear the
benefit of letting it go now andembodying more joy for more
(49:56):
freedom and peace?
For more satisfaction in life.
Yeah, please treat any and allresistance and do a massive
change history and everythingelse you did.
Thank you.
Now I want you to light up allof the fear.
Light up all of the fear in yournervous system and your

What are you most afraid of ofthat healthy version of you?
Is it that you won't fit in withyour friends?
Is it that you won't know whoyou are?
That you'll be missing out?
What's the fear?
And light it all up, superconscious.
Please, do you see the originalevent that created that fear
(50:39):
pattern?

Yeah, please treat the entirebrain.
Please treat brain chemistry.
Yeah, please treat the fearresponse, the fight, flight, or

black bags and allow your higherself to come in and simply pull
it out.
Superconscious, do you see thisfear of the future?
It's an anxiety pattern.
(51:26):
The fear of the unknown and thefear of uncertainty.
Can you please treat that acrossall time, dimension, space, and
realities?
Please delete, uncreate, anddestroy it.
Thank you.
Take a nice deep breath in andjust kind of check in with
(51:47):
yourself.
How are you feeling now when youthink about that healthy version
of you?

with this future version?

(56:02):
word.
Allow those memories to come up.
And let's just havesuperconscious remove the
triggers behind those and simplykeep the wisdom from the
experiences.
You were not failing, you werelearning.
We must move forward on yourchoice, as if everything that
happened before today, you hadno choice, but everything that

Take a nice deep breath in.
And just choose right now thatyou're gonna commit to being a
healthy person.
That your body is this beautifulgift, this divine temple that
your soul chose to inhabit inthis lifetime to live out its
(58:15):
mission, its purpose on planetEarth.
Choose to honor it, to respectit, and choose to just love it.
And choose to be completelysatisfied with where you're at
now and satisfied with whereyou're going, knowing that
neither point is good or bad, they're just different.
(58:37):
Superconscious, do you see theresistance to take res to taking
responsibility for one's ownhealth?
Can we please treat thatsentence structure across all
time-dimension space andrealities?
Instilling self-empoweringbeliefs, behaviors, thoughts,
(58:57):
and emotions.
Take a nice deep breath in.
Now let's go back to thathealthiest version of you.
The one who already knows how tocreate the body you desire, the
one that feels good to be in.
(59:19):
Breathe in and make thatexperience really vivid, really
alive.
What does it feel like to bealive?
Superconscious.
Do you see all the parts thatare afraid of truly choosing to
be alive?

Please treat the fear of one'sown power and do a massive

Now let's just do one final.
Final deep breath in and fullyembody the healthiest version of
you.
See through their eyes, breathethrough their lungs, and move
(01:01:09):
through their body.
Go look in the mirror.
And take yourself in.
Who are you?
Notice how they look, how theymove.
(01:01:30):
How easy they smile.
There are parts of you thatmight still be afraid of this
version of you, and that's okay.
Those are just old distortions.
Superconscious, please treat olddistortions.
Please treat all imagedistortions created by self,
others, or the world.

go now.
(01:02:12):
Or not, it's your choice.
But it is your free will choiceto command that those
distortions leave.
Any distortions to seeing thetruth are commanded to leave
now.
Right and wrong, good and bad,pod and pock, all 100 shorts,
(01:02:36):
boys, poveds, creations, basesand beyonds.
It is commanded that you leave.
You deserve a life of ease, joy,and glory.
You can create almost anythingyou want.
(01:03:02):
Just let it go.
Take a deep breath in.
See the distortion melting andthe true you emerging.
Take a deep breath and take themin.
Now pick up your pen and write.
What do they want you to know?
(01:03:23):
What's the next obvious actionstep on your journey to health
and vitality?
Don't judge what comes out.
Simply write it down.
And as you're writing, I wantyou to see this energy merging
with you.
See it integrating into everycell, every muscle, every part
(01:03:49):
of your mental body, yourenergetic body, your emotional
body, your physical body untilyou are one energy.
Breathe in and breathe out.
Now carry this energy with youfor the rest of the day.
Superconscious, please groundall memories, including memories
(01:04:10):
one, two, and three, and returnthem to the matrix of the
universe.
Continue to write.
What will it take to fullycreate the healthiest version of
me?
What am I committed to doing?
What's the next obvious actionstep on my journey?
(01:04:39):
I want you to see roots growingfrom your feet into the center
of the earth.
Connect in with the pink ball oflight there and pull it up
through your feet.
Grounding you back in thepresent moment and the present
time.
Connecting you with your soul'spurpose, your soul's mission on
the planet.
(01:05:04):
And you can come back and dothis exercise as often as you
like.
If you're interested in takingthis work even further, I have a
membership called Soma Tribe.
What I found doing the wellnessprogram over the summer, which
is something I kind of had afeeling, was that it was never
really about the weight.
(01:05:24):
It was about the unconsciousstructures that kept creating
it.
And Soma Tribe is my membership.
It's like my soul's purpose andmission is to help people remove
those unconscious structures sothat they can start magnetizing
and manifesting more of whatthey love and less of what they
don't.
And there's different modules inSoma Tribe that are that include
(01:05:47):
health and vitality, lots ofrecodes around health and
vitality, but also money, career, purpose, creating a life
that you love and family andromance, love.
Um pretty much all of the stuffthat you know people complain
about.
Love, money, wealth, and uhsuccess and love, a lot of love.
(01:06:12):
Because I get a lot of peoplewho want love and they don't
know how to connect in withtheir future partner, and um
that's something that we talkabout.
And um, I also we work with likesuper conscious and um choice
points and you know, gettingreally clear on the life that
you're creating.

I'm gonna put a link down below.
(01:06:34):
Um, there's a money backguarantee.
So like if you join and you hateit, you you I don't never want
to keep people in my world whodon't want to be in it.
So there is definitely a refundpolicy.
So come and check it out and seewhat you think.

is always like, this is gonna belike the the the best personal
(01:06:56):
transformation program.
Um, because I'm gonna help youcreate it that way.
And I'm like, well, we'll justgo with highly ranked, but um
that's my that's my um that's myown stuff.
But anyways, I'm very excitedabout helping people make
changes that last in their life, especially in their health,
(01:07:17):
because what I have noticedsince I started doing
superconscious health work isthe changes that we can make in
our in our bodies are so muchfaster when we remove the
baggage.
And you know, a lot of it is upto you and and if you take
aligned action, but like beingin a group coaching program
(01:07:38):
gives you that support on ourlive calls.
We always do intuitive coaching.
So in the group setting, youalways have access to me.
Um, and the you know, thereplays are there for you all of
the time.
And so I'm gonna invite you intomy world.
It's a beautiful world and onefull of possibility and
potential.
And I'm really excited about thecoming year and growing the

dreams and their visions fortheir lives and really
integrating their higher selvesand uh teaching people how to
use their intuition, not onlyfor themselves, but also for
other people.
If that's a career path thatit's interesting to you.
Um with that said, thank you somuch for listening.
(01:08:22):
And if you're on the SomaWellness celebration call, I'm
gonna stay on and we can chatand um see how everything went
for you and you know, check in.
