In today’s episode, I’m sharing a chapter of my life that was… a lot. San Francisco was beautiful, yes—but that season? Whew. It was one of the most difficult, stretching, times I’ve ever lived through.
But even in the middle of all that mess, God was still faithful. He sent me lifelines—real, solid, beautiful people who showed up for me in ways I didn’t even know I needed. They reminded me that even in the hardest seasons, goodness can still grow.
To anyone who’s ever felt like they were barely holding on. You’re not alone, sis. You’re not crazy. And you’re definitely not forgotten!
I want you to take a moment and think about the lifelines in your life. Who’s shown up for you in a way you didn’t see coming? Who prayed for you, checked in on you, or reminded you who you are when you forgot? Text them. Hug them. Send this episode to them as a thank you.
And if you’re still waiting on your lifeline—keep holding on. They’re on the way. I promise.
