(00:02):
It's time for soul food. And then suddenly from the sky,
the sound of a strong wind filled the whole house, and they
(00:24):
were filled with the Holy Spirit.
The wind starts to blow. Everything won't be moved.
Everything is brought together when the wind starts to blow.
(00:47):
Fast of Daniel, 21 days pleasingthe Holy Spirit.
Hi there, may the Lord Jesus bless your life.
Good morning to you. Good afternoon, good evening.
Depend on the time that you are watching us.
(01:09):
Let us go to today's subject. This is the last week of our
fast, the fast of Daniel. The Holy Spirit is boldness to
overcome fast of Daniel 21 days pleasing the Holy Spirit.
(01:37):
The Holy Spirit is the boldness of God inside of us to overcome.
He makes you bold. Maybe you always say I don't
have skills, talent, qualifications, education.
I am an uneducated person. I barely know how to sign my
(01:58):
name. I don't know how to read.
Guess what? The Holy Spirit gives you
boldness. So it happened to the disciples.
When Jesus called the disciples to serve him, he did not call
people highly educated, people that were very intelligent.
(02:19):
No, the first disciples, who were they?
They were fishermen. Like Peter here was a fisherman.
You wanted to go to college. I mean, I never heard that
somebody went to college to be afisherman.
(02:41):
You just need somebody to teach you, to take you to the ocean,
to the lake, to teach you how tofish.
So Peter did not have education.God called Moses his speech.
He had a speech problem, stammering, he could not speak
properly. The Holy Spirit had not
(03:03):
descended yet, and God put his brother error to be his
translator, to speak to be his mouth before Pharaoh.
Well, let us read the Bibles. This this is what the Holy
Spirit does. When the they saw the boldness
(03:28):
of Peter and John, they perceived that they were
uneducated and untrained men. They marveled, and they realized
that they had been with Jesus. That is so great, that is so
(03:58):
wonderful to know that Peter, John and the others, the sons of
ZBD, Matthew, Mark, Luke, they were uneducated.
Mark, in some point he even gaveup.
Yes, he gave up, but he was brought back by the Holy Spirit
(04:20):
and Mark became a disciple. You see there Matthew who wrote
the first gospel, Mark, John, Luke.
Some people that were uneducated, others had
education, but most of them, they were men without skills.
(04:42):
However, the Holy Spirit came upon them.
The Holy Spirit came up, Paul, Peter, John, and when they
spoke, they said, let us read that once again at the end of
the verse, they realized that they, Peter and John, had been
(05:05):
with Jesus. When you receive the Holy
Spirit, you have boldness in spirit.
When you go before the authorities, when you have to
attend meetings, hearings, even to go to court, the Holy Spirit
puts the words on your tongue and you speak with boldness
because the Holy Spirit is the Spirit of truth, is strength,
(05:30):
and He makes you bold to overcome any situation.
In this last week, let us do more.
