In this episode of SoulCharge, we dive deep into what it means to truly show up for yourself—not just externally, but from a place of inner strength and personal power. Many high-achieving women leaders are running multimillion-dollar businesses, yet they struggle to prioritize themselves in the way they prioritize others. This episode is a wake-up call to take full ownership of your desires, boundaries, and decisions without seeking permission or external validation.

Episode Highlights:

  1. Are You Showing Up for Yourself? Consider how you treat yourself compared to how you treat friends, family, or even strangers. Are you giving yourself the same level of care and consideration? The way you prioritize yourself reflects your level of self-respect and self-worth.

  2. Speaking Your Truth & Taking Up Space Authentic leadership means allowing the full expression of who you are—your voice, your opinions, your boundaries. If you are constantly looking for validation or approval before making decisions, you’re not truly standing in your power. Are you the best advocate for yourself, or do you allow others to tell your story and dictate your direction?

  3. Fear as a Signal, Not a Stop Sign Fear often signals areas where you need more support or self-alignment. Instead of trying to push past fear, ask yourself what you truly need in this moment to feel secure and empowered. What are the areas where you feel unsupported? How can you proactively fill those gaps?

  4. Permission-Free Living: The 7-Day No-Explanation Challenge Stop over-explaining yourself. Instead of justifying or apologizing for your decisions, practice stating them confidently. Example: Instead of saying, “I’m so sorry, I have to reschedule because of XYZ,” simply say, “I need to reschedule. Here are two alternative times that work for me.” Removing the need for permission helps unravel approval-seeking habits and fosters self-trust.
