Soulful Insights

How do we connect more fully with ourselves and others? How do we unite the different parts of ourselves that don’t always seem to be in conversation? How do we shift some of the patterns and beliefs that aren’t working for us, and thereby navigate this amazing, yet complex world a little more easily? Join Ruth Katerelos (psychologist, performer, writer) and Rebecca Harris (author, psychotherapist, education consultant) as they explore themes, ideas and observations concerning the human condition. Through an open and curious lens, Ruth and Bec offer their perspectives, derived through research, observation and personal experience, on questions posed by clients and colleagues, and get a little deeper into the Synergy of Psychology, Emotion and Spirit. Join them while they explore how by understanding the psyche more fully, and by practicing certain tools and techniques, we can transcend feelings of despair, anxiety, depression and hopelessness to being able to live lives filled with a predominance of hope, satisfaction, confidence, contentment and joy.
