Hello everyone!!
In this episode we cover the 4 Steps To Letting Go! This is all about you as a mom, finding more freedom in motherhood, creating a more profound relationship with your child, encouraging and empowering them to feel capable and find who YOU are OUTSIDE of motherhood too ;)
These 4 Steps grounded in Positive Discipline include:
1. Take small steps in letting go.
2. Take time for training and then step back.
3. Have faith in your child to learn from his or her mistakes.
4. Get a life (looking at myself here too!) so your identity doesn't depend on managing your child's life.
Take a listen and try it out! Let me know how it goes :)
CALLING ALL MOMS WHO WANT TRANSFORMATION! :)
