In this episode I begin sharing about my mom and my connection to her. She shaped so much of my life. She is where I formed my beliefs and so much more. As I have developed and healed, it has become so evident how much conditioning effects me daily and how important healing really is.
I hope these are things others can relate to as they navigate their relationships with their mothers.
