She teaches communication skills to holistic health practitioners; counsels and coaches social entrepreneurs and supports writers in developing their craft. She has developed and managed social-oriented projects on a local, regional and provincial scale, for which she received many acknowledgments.
Her encounter with her spiritual teacher 32 years ago, set her on a path of wonders and deep spiritual healing, through meditation, studies of the chakras, the subtle elements and the multidimensionality of our being. She has also received teachings and initiations from elders in native communities in Quebec and Mexico. For the past 15 years, she has been trained in Listening and is now coaching leaders using this powerful tool.
Her long-life dream is to be a writer. She has published works of fiction and poetry, and has contributed many articles in books about Feminism and Self-development. Her next book, in which she shares her intimate healing journey will be released in June 2024.
