are two ways of spreading lightto be the candle or the mirror
that reflects it. If you findyourself in the middle of a
disagreement, and you realizethat the other party has a
better approach than yours, theresource fair thing for you to

is really difficult to do. Somepeople become caught up in the
controversy in the need to becorrect or in the eagerness to
be the star. Or in this case,the candle to be the candle is
to be the one who came up withthe solution. When you are the
candle You are the source oflight. There you are in the
center of it all. Remember thatthe light needs help to reach

approach and therefore can thenshare the solution with others
