Corporal Bradley Starling is an MDWFP (Mississippi Department of Wildlife Fisheries & Parks) officer and is part of their K-9 unit. Back in July, He and his K-9, Charlie were able to successfully track and safely recover three young children that had gone missing in Monroe county, Mississippi.
