DAVID KARASEK- FORMER OLYMPIC SWIMMER

David Karasek is a former Olympic Swimmer who competed in London in 2012. He says he stumbled across the opportunity to compete in the Olympics when his former coach at the University of Virginia encouraged him to take the chance since his college competition times were so close to those required to qualify for London that year. Karasek, who is now a performance coach for athletes and entrepreneurs, had no idea what mental skills training even was during his athletic career.
