Unknown (00:01):
Hi, I'm Angel Amy and Hi, I'm Lila. So today we are
going to talk to Payton pugmire, who is a spiritual intuitive
regression hypnotherapist, anartist, and he is the owner of
creative spirit. So we wouldlike to welcome you here today.

(00:24):
We are so excited to have youpain in discuss past life
regression. Lila and I aresuper, super interested in this.
So welcome. Thank you so much.
I'm happy to be here. So greatto have you. So why don't you
tell us a little bit about whata past life regression is? Sure.
So first of all, it's It'smagical.

(00:50):
The first word that comes to mymind today because we're going
on this magical serial journeythrough regression. And yeah,
but we'll start with, let'sstart with hypnotherapy. So past
life regression hypnotherapythat is the healing modality
through which we are going onthe past life journey.

(01:12):
And while I'm not a therapist orpsychotherapist, I do really
appreciate that word therapycontained within the word
hypnotherapy because this workdoes have great healing
potential, right. And that's,that's why I'm in this field and
doing this beautiful, deep work.

(01:34):
So a past life regression, intheory is taking a journey back
in time and reconnecting throughour subconscious with the
memories of our past lives. Now,when we're talking about past
lives, we always have to talkabout reincarnation and
reincarnation theory and thetheories of karma or the laws of

(01:56):
karma. Somany clients come to me with
very strong beliefs. Inreincarnation, they come with
the belief that when we die, oursoul moves up and it evolves and
continues to reincarnate inphysical human form to continue
to evolve and grow as a soul ina heart, right? I also have
clients that come to me thataren't sure right? They just

(02:19):
don't know yet what they believeabout reincarnation theory.
And those are really tied veryunderstandably, to one's
religious and spiritual beliefs.
Right. And that's not my realmto teach or preach, right? But
the really cool thing aboutregression hypnotherapy or past
life regression hypnotherapy isthat I am finding that it can be

(02:41):
incredibly powerful, enjoyable, and entertaining and healing.
Even if one does not subscribeto reincarnation theory, if a
client comes in simply with thebelief that our subconscious,
which we all possess, containswhat I call soul data, right?

(03:02):
That is going to bubble up whilewe are under hypnosis. And
within that soul data from thesubconscious if we believe that
there's helpful stuff and fodderwithin that information that we
can apply to our current lifefor transformation. And that's
the name of the game. So thereare many onboarding points to

(03:22):
this work, which is great, right? So again, you don't have
to you don't have to believe inreincarnation. So, yeah, yeah,
it really, it's an equalopportunity lender, right? So
it's really cool in that way.
What happens during the sessionas a client will come in and

(03:46):
actually spend the first hourdoing an intake interview, which
I really love. It's pretty muchcoaching, it feels like you
know, life coaching or spiritualcounseling, which I love, but
essentially, the client is the star of that
conversation. And it's really afull hour for them to really go
in depth about what is thespecific topic that pertains to
their current life that theywould like to explore through

(04:10):
the past life? Right. And that'smy hope is that a client comes
with a current life issue topicconcern, that is just dumping
them, you know, or causingchallenge that they want to
really get to the root of andask you, what sort of thing
would that be is that, you know, does that look like anxiety,

(04:33):
depression? Are people inphysical pain? What what, what
do you see as people being drawnto past life regression therapy?
All the above? That's a greatquestion. And it's all the
above. It's like whatevercurrent life issues and
challenges whatever they areemotional, physical, mental,
spiritual, bring them right.

(04:57):
Because what I believeEven the works, the work
supports the belief thatkarmically.
All of the challenges that weexperience in our life from the
mundane to really heavy dutycomplex stuff.
It most likely has karmic rootsin a past life. And most likely

(05:21):
not just one, but many, many, many. And if we don't resolve
and heal those challenges in ourcurrent life, then magnetically
currently, we're going to reexperience those challenges. In
the next slide, right? It'slike, it's like, The School of
Life, right? Learn the lesson.
Yeah, right. And so it's veryhelpful. You know, if you're

(05:45):
listening to this, and you havea theme or pattern in your life
that you're noticing, you maywant to go check out painting,
to then go through, you know, into your past lives to see
maybe where it originated. Andthat's when the healing and the
magic really takes place, iswhen you heal it from that
original place. It kind ofknocks out everything that

(06:06):
happened after. And it's it's,you know, a beautiful, beautiful
modality that you offer to givepeople a chance in this lifetime
to go back and do the healing, which then leads to peace,
right?
Yes. And what comes to mind whenyou say that AMI is the work

(06:27):
that then can happen in theregression during the hypnosis,
which is the releasing in thereframing of the trauma, the
sensations, the pain, the mental agony, etc, that the
client can re revisit throughthe regression.

(06:49):
In its so it's in, that's wherethe therapeutic work comes in.
Right? It's, and I'm holdingspace and using all of my skills
to help that client.
You know, release the feelings, through tears through whatever
however they need to release inthe moment. And then also
reframe any thought patterns, right, that may be holding them

(07:13):
back from connecting with thathigher level of love in their
current life and himself oranother person. So the intake
interview, you sit with peopleyou said for an hour before you
even begin, is that correct?
Yeah. Oh, so how long is thewhole appointment? Three hours,
three hours? Wow, three hours ofpainting everybody. That's

(07:35):
amazing.
All right. So tell us more. Soafter the first hour, what what
happens then? We take a pottybreak.
Yeah, we go to the bathroom. Andyou know, can you stand up,
stretch and, and then we go intothe healing room. So the client
is lying on a massage tablethat's been, you know,

(07:59):
set up with clean linens andblankets and pillows.
Like a comfy cozy bed, and roomis darkened. And I have some
soft meditative music playing.
Because when we begin the thenext stage really is called the
induction. And during theinduction, which is you know,
it's an interesting soundingword.

(08:22):
It's actually a lovely portionof experience, because that is
when I am helping the client todeeply relax. So that's about 30
to 40 minutes in which I amspeaking scripts to the client
to help the client to physicallyand mentally and emotionally

(08:42):
relax. And then what ishappening, technically during
the induction is that the clienthopefully is dropping down into
the lower levels ofconsciousness that hypnosis,
right? Speaking about hypnosis,I love him.
Yeah, we'll get a little lost inhypnosis and still think it's

(09:03):
like, you know, the clock goingback and forth ticking.
But really, it's like a deepermeditation, in which a seasoned
practitioner like painting cancreate a safe space for you to
go there. And it's superrelaxing, right?
Yeah, and I like to say thatthis work is it's it's two

(09:24):
things it's deep relaxationpaired with focused
concentration. So the deeprelaxation comes during the
induction and that's thehypnosis part. And I like to say
to that, some clients will askyou know, how, how relaxed will
I get and I like to say you willbecome as relaxed as you wish to
go.
So I like you know, I like to Ilike to share that is you know,

(09:46):
so arrive willing, and, and open to really allow
yourself that gift ofrelaxation.
The focus concentration comesduring the day
are nice after the induction andwe move into the past life
regression, whichbehaves like an interview.
Because once you areunder hypnosis,

(10:14):
you then experience your pastlife memory, or memories through
all of your inner senses. Soeverything you see, think, feel,
hear, taste and smell. Whileyou're under hypnosis, that is
how you're going to experiencethe memories. And that is what
you're then focusing on. That'swhat you're concentrating on
during the journey. And then Iam interviewing you so that I

(10:39):
understand what's happening, what it is that you are
experiencing internally, throughthat inner imagery. I am a very
visual person. So as a psychic, you know, I receive all of
spirits messages visually,primarily.
And it works the same way.
Whenever I'm myself and I'mundergoing past life regression,
I see my past life like a movie, right. And it's like, I liken it

(11:02):
sometimes to looking at twomovie screens, you know, between
which I can toggle, I can gobetween the movie screen, which
is the past and the present. AndI can, I can go to the past
screen in the presence screenand remain under hypnosis. But
that's universal for everyone isthat, under hypnosis, you're

(11:23):
still aware of the present, right? We're still alive,
we still have that egoic elementof our of our consciousness,
which is always going to beturned on, which keeps us safely
grounded in the present.
However, because of hypnosis, weare so deep in that relaxation
and the lower levels ofconsciousness that we are able
to really settle into and sinkinto the past life, subconscious

(11:47):
imagery, which is the journey.
That's amazing. Oh, that'sbeautiful. And so is it a visual
journey for everyone?
It's not and during the intakeinterview, that's what I'm
tuning in to to assess.
I've regressed clients that arereally

(12:09):
kinesthetic, or clairsentient.
And so they're really going tofeel physically and emotionally,
their journey as opposed tovisual. So when I learn what
your strength is, in regards toyour inner imagery and your
inner sensory perception, I thencan tweak my vernacular and
vocab. So instead of saying, what are you seeing right now, I
might say, what are you feelingright now? Right. Interesting.

(12:33):
Yeah. So then do you addressthat the issue or the underlying
issue, at that time underhypnosis? Or is that something
you address afterwards? If thatmakes sense? So if you if you,
you know, there's a scenario, apast life scenario that you're
bringing forward kind of thisenergy of whatever it was, say,

(12:56):
a betrayal?
Are you doing the healing workon that betrayal that's come
forward, then? Or is thatsomething that happens after?
Hmm, great question. It's both.
So what I want to share firstand foremost is that the client
is leading the way, I am notleading the experience. This is

(13:18):
a client based healing modality, like all, I believe all healing
modalities should be right, theclient is steering that ship. We
are our own greatest healers. Soit's the same while journey,
hypnotically in past liferegression. So if the client
experiences, you know, thosethose those adverse reactions

(13:39):
and those moments of trauma andchallenge in the past life,
which mostly happens, what I what my goal is, is to
really hold loving space forthat client to feel all the
feels, and to through all oftheir inner senses, re
experienced those memories, notto relive the trauma in the

(14:01):
pain, right, that's not thepoint. Because these are
memories after all, and we havethat safety right, but to re
experience them, so that thereis an immersive re
reintroduction to it so that wecan see all the fields have the

(14:23):
AB reaction, which is therelease of the old energy
through tears, yelling whateverneeds to be said or done. And
then once that AB reaction inthat release has taken place,
what I'll do is I'll then invitethe client to do a couple of
things. I love to invite theclient, their higher self to

(14:45):
join them and then I invite theclient to merge with their
higher self and then to look atthat seen through the eyes of
their higher selves for somereframing and what usually
happens during that is that theyare looking At that
crappy situation through ahigher perspective, right? And

(15:07):
the reframing begins to happen, the greater lessons, the more
loving point of view andcompassion, that's when that
stuff can really start to comein. I will also invite the
client to do some Gestalttherapy technique like role
reversal in roleplay. And I willliterally say, now imagine that

(15:28):
that perpetrator is now sittingbefore you, and they are there
to listen to anything andeverything that you say to them
now. So what do you need to sayto them now about blink? So then
the client under hypnosis willsay something, you know, like,
all the Fu, why did you do this?

(15:48):
And then I'll say, Great, nowreverse, how do you respond? How
do they respond? And then we'llget a conversation going?
Forward pain? Yeah, that wasgreat. I do that with the
tapping while people tap. Andit's, it's powerful. When
someone steps through that, andallows themselves to feel what
to feel. So you help put peopleback in their own personal power

(16:13):
tothank you. Yes, I that's, that's
the basis of all of my workthrough my business. Creative
Spirit is all about empoweringpeople to live their best lives
to live their fully embodied, authentic life. Yeah. Because we
didn't come here to struggle.
We, we actually all came here tothrive. And even if you were

(16:37):
born into some of the worsesituations, so some of the
brightest most shiniest soulswere born into struggle, and
born into,you know, some traumatic
childhoods, but it just meansthat your soul is is strong and
resilient. And you're able youhave the capability to move

(16:58):
through that we all have thecapability to move through that.
Just sometimes we need somesupport, right? Yes. Yeah,
absolutely. Yeah. I want to goback to my list, great question
about Windows, the healing stuffhappened during the regression.
So what I just outlined, it isthe first step right, it happens
in the moment during during thejourney, and then at the end of

(17:20):
the journey. So throughout theregression, I am moving the
client through that lifetime. Sowe begin in the initial memory.
After we explore that, I thenmove them to the next moment or
a significant moment in theirlife, and I move them forward
twice, I finally towards the endof the session, move them into

(17:40):
the few hours leading up to thedeath, and that life will
process that. And then I movethem to the moment of deaths in
that life. And that's a reallyjuicy moment, right? Because
at our moment of dying, anddeath, that's where we also have

(18:02):
our final thoughtsin reflection to that lice, and
in those final thoughts thatactually creates the karma for
the next life. So if we, if ourfinal thought on our deathbed
is, wow, that was an amazinglife filled with love. In that

(18:22):
final site is setting ourselvesup to be a magnet for more
loving abundance in the nextlife. However, if we are on our
deathbed, let's say you justhave this medieval you know,
life. And you know, you werethis peasants that was always
being pursued by you know, theRoyal Army.

(18:46):
And you're on your deathbed, inyour hut on a bed of straw, you
know.
And your final thought is, youknow, Darn you, I will get
revenge, right? And then youkick the bucket, right? Your
next life, the most likelythere's gonna be some revenge
and anger issues that we willcontinue to stand on. Right? So

(19:09):
the moment of death as always,is a powerful moment in the
regression. After the death, Iguide the the soul up to a place
where the soul then can lookdown and examine both the past
life and the client's presentlife. And that's a really
beautiful, important stage ofthe regression because I'm

(19:31):
asking the client questions toassess, okay, what has emerged
and what are you going to takeaway? So what was the greatest
thing you learned in that life?
Who did you recognize in thatlifetime that may be someone
that has showed up in yourpresent life, right, which is,
which is a soulmate thing thatcan happen? We can also do more
role reversal and dialoguing.

(19:57):
And we can do more clearing ofstuff So that's, that's more the
therapeutic stage of theregression. I actually remember
to one of my past lives, I'vetold Lila this, right? I
remember the last one before Icame in to be Angel Ami. And
then I remember one from a longtime ago, like long like, you

(20:17):
say that Amy, like when you sayremember it, like you remember
little bits and pieces or bigmoments from those lines, I
don't remember the whole thing, right? I remember, not the whole
thing. I actually don't rememberthe childhood parts of either
one. I remember the themes. Sothe theme, there's there's

(20:41):
certain themes in both that thathave come up in this lifetime.
So this mirrors the work thatpainting does. In the last one,
it has to do with me goingagainst authority, or a big,
massive infrastructure, where Iwas choosing peace, harmony,

(21:05):
love, and I was actually killedfor it. So in this lifetime, I'm
building community in a peacefulway. But I'm also going against,
you know, when we think about itin society, not not everyone
understands all the spiritualenergetic

(21:26):
ways. And in this lifetime, Iam, I've made peace with this
very unique life path and I amI am committed to
this work, no matter whatever ittakes, even if I get taken down
again. That makes sense. So I doremember both. Yes. Yeah. And

(21:50):
what you said really resonatesme because,
you know, I, I tracked clientswho are healers themselves. And
so you know, they're choosingthis as a way for some of their
own self care andtransformation. And it's that I
believe, through my work, I'veexperienced the wounded healer,
archetype, right? Comes frompast life. residue, right. And

(22:16):
I've had, I've had a handful ofclients who are healers
themselves, go back into theirpast lives, to discover that
they were persecuted for theirspiritual, magical, pagan
skills, beliefs, etc. Right. Andso here we are, in our present
life, still having to workthrough, you know, our own fears
and self judgment. In order todo our job, which, you know, is

(22:41):
now a career. Thank God. We cando it without being persecuted
and burned at the stake or Hey.
I've definitely been been takendown and prosecuted quite a few
times. Yeah. And I do I strugglewith fear of pain, like physical
pain.

(23:02):
I, that is a pattern theme ofmine. Like even in workouts, I
noticed I, I, you know, I haveto be mindful to keep going, and
then discern when it's like, okay to keep going versus me
getting harmed.
So you can learn a lot aboutyourself from this work. It's

(23:24):
beautiful. Yes, certainly is. Sothen do people do it more than
once? peyten? Do you need to dolike multiple regressions?
Generally, the people need one.
You know, I have yet to do adouble.
I think that people come in andthey get, they get a lot from

(23:46):
it. I've certainly had clientssay I'm coming back and it'll be
you know, a matter of months ora year. And I think that that's,
I think that's wonderful.
Because these regressions canbring up a lot of stuff. And so
I'm a really big fan of afterthe regression really
encouraging my clients to thengo do the homework, right? Go
home, and work with what hasemerged today. Whether you

(24:08):
believe that it was an actualpast life, and these were
memories you're experiencing,or, or if you just believe that
this was sold data from yoursubconscious.
Regardless, work with it,because the story emerged from
within you. And there's a reasonwhy that story came through

(24:32):
today in all of its symbolism, emotions, et cetera. So go work
with it, right. decode it, writeabout it, dance it out, paint
it, talk about it. Pay attentionto your dreams, and ask
yourself, Okay, why why did thatstory emerge? And what can I

(24:52):
take from it? Right? That's sobeautiful. Don't you lie? I do.
Yeah, they can journal.
about it. I love that you justcovered all that.
I love the dance about it. Drawabout it. Yeah. Go see it, talk
to a spiritual teacher about it.
Talk to your best friend.

(25:13):
That is so so so beautiful.
Yeah.
Really cool thing is when we areunder hypnosis and we've got in
we're we're tapping into oursubconscious and that that
doorway is open.
It is my belief that the storythat has been shared in that
journey.

(25:36):
It is pure guidance, it is pureguidance. And it's been ours to,
to really ask ourselves, okay, again, regardless of whether
that was a memory or a storythat I just told, why did I tell
that story? Right, right. Whyare you today? You know, right?

(25:56):
And does it? Does it representor reflect something in my
current day life? Right? Yes.
Yes. Why? Why do I not like it?
What you know? And if not, whatdo I want to change? Exactly. I
want to quickly touch upon this.
Through my work, I find that GenZ, which is typically anyone

(26:20):
around 10, to say 2526. Theytypically remember a lot of
their past lives, and a veryprofound experience. When I had
Giulia where I had a psychicflash of all her past lives. It
almost made me feel like she waswiped from them. Like her soul

(26:40):
was wiped, karmically in someway where some energetic upgrade
took place. But as the Gen Z andalpha generation, become older
and older, you're going to getbusier and busier. Because they
remember their past lives andwant to talk about it with

(27:03):
someone and want to work throughit. And it's just beautiful. I
love that. Thank you.
It's exciting. Yeah, it is. Itis really exciting. So do you
have any? Do you have a favoritestory or anything that you want
to share about what you'velearned about doing past life
regression? Yeah, I would loveto share something that I say to

(27:25):
my clients before they get onthe table and get cozy, and we
relax and go into the journey, which is I say to them, just
allow,allow, allow, allow, allow
whatever wishes to emerge todayto do so without criticism,
judgment, fear, rejection.

(27:47):
That's the work. That's the nameof this the name of the game
with this particular healingmodality.
And to me, that's the magic, right? How many moments in our
daily lives do we have the timeand space and the safety to
simply allow our souls languageto bubble up, come to the

(28:08):
surface, you know, to behonored. And that's, that's
what's happening and past liferegression, is we are going
inward, we are going on ainterior roller coaster right
into our heart and soul. Andthat's one of the

(28:28):
that's one of the benefits ofthis work apart from the actual
reconnection with memory. It'shaving three hours to go inside,
right? And to into examine whatis there in depth. And I know
I'm just sitting here thinkinglike, giving yourself three

(28:51):
hours of time, like it's evenjust hearing you said, I'm like,
Oh my God, how would I ever findthat?
out which is very true. And Ithink now more than ever, given
the political state of ourcountry in the world, and the
challenges that we're facingmore and more as a race of
humans, the more that we can gowith in to see what is there

(29:18):
within ourselves, The Good, theBad, and The Ugly, the more
equipped, I believe we will beto love ourselves, love others.
And I mean, past life regressionalone, we're connecting with
past lives. Some of our pastlives aren't beautiful, they're
not nice, you know, and they'rechallenging. And we find that oh

(29:41):
my gosh, I'm a person of color.
You know, and here I am in mypresent life.
You know, a white person sowe're putting ourselves in the
shoes of other humans, you know, and so we get to come out and
remember potentially that we'reall one we are all the same. And
we've beenEveryone, we've been oppressed.

(30:05):
So let's get with the program.
Right? Yes. So the first life Iremember as I was Middle
Eastern. And then my last life Iwas World War Two, not that long
ago, a man in a concentrationcamp in Poland. And I ended up
in this lifetime marrying myPolish man, My last name's

(30:27):
Winiarski. And it didn't clickuntil a few years ago, and I
went, Wow, look at thatconnection. Like, I'm not
Polish, but he has my daughteris.
And it's just so neat. So youall need to give yourself a gift
and go see peyten Because I feelit just provides, if anything, a

(30:50):
deeper understanding of who youare. And it's as beautiful like
self exploration that we alldeserve to experience because
that just connects to self love.
And we can't truly love anotherperson until we love ourselves.
So you can give yourself thegift of love with Peyton. That's
really me. Thank you.
