Kathy Ragland Lactation Consultant and Doula worked as Breastfeeding Peer Counselor for the Roseland Hospital WIC program until accepting the contracted position of Doula and Family Support Worker at Will County Health Department from 2006-2010 providing support to high risk teens by home visits, prenatal education and family planning. Kathy is Chairwoman of the Chicago Breastfeeding Task Force, and works for ST. Bernard Hospital in the Englewood community.
