Chris Bell started his career as a loan originator like Alex, but migrated to the “dark side” of the business. As part of a continued effort to give our listeners a peek behind the curtain to see what actually happens in real estate, we put Chris in the hot seat to discuss all of the myths about underwriting, his love for bourbon, and family traditions in Ocean City, MD.  

Chris Bell is a father, the Regional Underwriting Manager for Main Street Home Loans and the host of the Business Bourbon & Bell podcast . He currently lives in Fallston, MD with his children and his wife Lisa.
