Healing the past meditation

Hello, friends! I'm so glad you could join me for this meditation.

Today we're going to be healing the past.

I know that a lot of us have things from our past that we'd like to heal. Maybe it's something that happened when we were very young: a time when someone hurt us, or maybe they told us we couldn't do something because of who we are. Maybe it's something more recent: a time when we really struggled with some aspect of our identity, or maybe it was just a bad breakup. Whatever your story is, I want you to know that today's meditation is all about helping you release those old traumas and find peace in yourself, so that you can move forward into a better future.

So take a deep breath in through your nose and out through your mouth as we heal together!
