How Conscience, Fellowship & Intuition Shape Your Gift

#72: If you joined me last week, we talked about how your motivational gift flows from the soul—how your mind, will, and emotions shape the way your gift shows up in daily life. That conversation stirred up so much good reflection, and today, we’re going even deeper.

This week, we’re talking about how your gift flows from your spirit—that innermost part of you designed for relationship with God.

It’s something that isn’t often taught, but scripture makes it clear: just like your soul has three distinct parts, your spirit does too. And understanding how each motivational gift expresses itself through the conscience, fellowship, and intuition gives us an even richer picture of how God wired us to walk with Him.

For this week’s Heavenly Position System Challenge:

If you already know your motivational gift:

* Ask God to show you how your gift expresses itself through your spirit, not just your personality or emotions.

* Reflect on which spiritual function—conscience, fellowship, or intuition—is most dominant in your gift.

* This week, create intentional space to activate that area. That could look like listening for conviction without self-condemnation, setting aside time to connect with God in fellowship, or trusting that quiet nudge of intuition even when it doesn’t make sense.

If you’re still discovering your gift:

* Notice which part of your spirit you tend to operate from most naturally. Do you often feel convicted? Do you crave God’s presence? Do you “just know” things in your spirit before you understand them?

* That insight may be a clue to how your gift is already operating, even if you haven’t named it yet.

* Ask the Holy Spirit to highlight moments this week when you’re functioning in that space—and pay attention to what you feel drawn to or energized by.
