#88: Have you ever noticed how the Enneagram has become a household conversation? People throw out their numbers at dinner parties or in small groups, and suddenly you feel like you know them better. But what if we made motivational gifts just as common?
Now, let me be clear—I’m not here to speak against the Enneagram. In fact, I find it to be a really helpful tool. But I believe motivational gifts give us something unique that we can’t afford to overlook.
In today’s episode, I want to share why I believe motivational gifts should be a household conversation. We’ll look at how they change the way we see our relationships, how they deepen our compassion for others, and why they’re more than just another tool—they’re a Spirit-led lens for living.
Let’s go to the show.

Heavenly Position System Challenge:
For this week’s Heavenly Position System Challenge, I want to invite you to think about one relationship in your life—a friend, a coworker, someone in your church. Instead of focusing on their behavior, pause and ask the Holy Spirit: What gift might be operating in them? And how can I love and encourage them in that gift?
