#65: In today’s episode, I’m taking a break from our motivational gifts series to pause and reflect on what supported me in April—body, soul, and spirit. I’m sharing the things that grounded me: the consistency of my Fabulous Over 50 workouts, a mic that didn’t work out but taught me something anyway, and a hummus recipe that turned into a moment of friendship.
You’ll also hear how a song about journaling unexpectedly stirred my emotions, what Loop for Women reminded me about trusting God’s timing, and—maybe most vulnerably—why I chose not to move forward with an interview I had scheduled for the podcast, and what God showed me through it.
If you’ve felt overwhelmed, out of sync, or just in need of clarity, I hope this reflection gives you permission to slow down, check in with yourself, and ask the Holy Spirit: what supported me this month?
Let’s go to the show.
