Reflecting on August: A Journey Through Body, Soul, and Spirit

#83 There were things that stretched me—physically, emotionally, and spiritually. But there were also sweet moments of healing, rest, and clarity. This month brought a long-overdue trip, a change in rhythm, a few unexpected revelations, and even a new go-to coffee order.

In today’s episode, I’m looking back on what supported me this month—what grounded me, challenged me, or helped me reset. I’ll share some personal stories, a few unexpected lessons, and the moments where I felt God’s presence the most.
