#62: In today’s episode, I’m taking a break from our motivational gifts series to pause and reflect on what supported me in March—body, soul, and spirit. I’m sharing the real stuff: the beauty and vulnerability of working with a spiritual director, the challenge (and victory!) of doing hard things like scheduling medical appointments, unexpected delights like a visit to Vicious Biscuit, and what Parker Palmer’s insights on community stirred up in me.

Whether you’ve been feeling stretched, stuck, or stirred this month, I pray this reflection encourages you to take a deep breath, look back, and ask the Holy Spirit: what supported me this past month?

Let’s go to the show…

Heavenly Position Guidance Challenge:

For this week’s Heavenly Position System Challenge, as always we are taking to our journals and take some time to reflect on the month of March for yourself and your three parts, body, soul and spirit and the makeup of each area.
