Joy, hey, beautiful soul, welcome to spirit
speakeasy. I'm Joy Giovanni,joyful medium. I'm a working
psychic medium, energy healerand spiritual gifts mentor. This
podcast is like a seat at thetable in a secret club, but with
mediums, mystics and thespiritual luminaries of our
time. So come behind the velvetropes with me and see inside my

(00:24):
world as I chat insider stylewith profoundly gifted souls, we
go deep, share juicy stories, laugh a lot, and it wouldn't be
a speakeasy without greatinsider secrets and tips. You
might even learn that you havesome gifts of your own. So step
inside the spirit speakeasy.
Hey, beautiful soul, welcomeback, or welcome in for another

(00:46):
episode of spirit speakeasy. Ontoday's episode, we are diving
back into our ongoing serieshealing with the angelic realm.
Today, we are focusing onArchangel Joe fayel, and if you
are not necessarily into angels,or haven't had lots of Angel
experiences, this episode mightstill be for you. If you have

(01:07):
been just noticing that thingsseem pretty like crappy and
hectic in the world, and you'dlike to have more awareness of
the beauty of the world, ifyou'd like to feel more settled
inside, if you'd like to have alittle bit more happiness. Joe
file might be for you. I alsoalways like to acknowledge on

(01:28):
these Archangel episodes thatArchangels actually don't have
to be tied to a religion, asystem of belief. You can think
of them as light beings, as themost positive, supportive
beings, if you don't like theword angel, that help us here in
our human form. And on theseepisodes, we go through several

(01:50):
of the details, the history, howyou might recognize them, what
they can help you with, how tostart working with them. So even
if you feel like Joy, I don'tknow about this angel business.
Listen anyway, because thismight really help you get a
little more connected, or justhave a little bit of a shift in
perspective. Because I knowthings are a little bit hectic

(02:12):
in our world right now, and Iwill list in the show notes, of
course, all the other Archangelepisodes. This is actually the
ninth in our series ofArchangels. I actually was
really shocked that we hadn'tdone Jophiel already. I really
love her, and as is true withmost of the archangels, because
they are not in human form. Theydon't necessarily have human

(02:35):
gender in the way we understandit, but they often do in our
awareness, feel either moredivinely feminine or more
divinely masculine. I tend tofeel jophael as divinely
feminine, but that doesn't meanit's true for you or everyone
else, so try not to get attachedto that piece of it. Without
further ado, let's dive rightin, because I really there's so

(02:56):
much I want to say about Joefael. What does the name Jophiel
mean? It's a Hebrew name orword, and it literally
translates to beauty of God.
There are some alternate namesfor Jophiel. Jophiel is a really
interesting archangel, andyou're about to see why. So can
also be called zophile Zuriel orDina or Dinah, which translates

(03:19):
to judgment, which we're goingto talk about in just a bit
here. And various traditionshave a slightly different
version of the name Joe file.
Joe file appears in bothChristian and Jewish and
theology, Angel theology,angelology.
I do like to go through thehistory of where these

(03:41):
Archangels appear, what sort ofhistorical or religious texts
acknowledge them, nod to them, not because you need to believe
it that way, but it's just sointeresting to me, always how
these through threads work, andhow these angels, these divine
beings of light, can be felt, seen, acknowledged through
different traditions. So that'swhy I bring in this historical

(04:04):
and religious piece, not becausethat's necessarily all that we
talk about here, butin those Christian and Jewish
angelology studies, Jophiel isrecognized as an archangel
associated with beauty, withart, with wisdom, and in
additional texts that are nottechnically considered part of

(04:25):
the Bible or the Torah, but theyare texts that were written
between 200 BC and 300 ad texts, like one called revelation of
Moses, which are not necessarilyattributed to biblical figures
per se, but are written in thattime period. Joe fayel is known
also as Dinah or Dina, and isdepicted in these texts from 200

(04:50):
BC through 300 ad depicted as anangel of the seventh heaven as
guardian.
Of the Torah as teacher of 70languages at creations dawn. So
Joe fail has been around in themix, even though, as you might

(05:10):
know, in this series, we areworking through the lesser known
Archangels that are reallydelicious and lovely to work
with. So Kabbalistic and magicaltraditions link jophael towards
or tothe Saphira Binah, which is an
association with Saturn orJupiter as well. So those of you
that are a little into astrologyor planetary dynamics, Jophiel

(05:32):
will be right up your alleybecause of her association with
Jupiter or Saturn. Theologianslike pseudo Dionysus of the
fifth century include Joe failamong the principal Archangels.
So while not every traditiondoes some do, and this can be
kind of a gray area with thesebeings of light, these angels,

(05:55):
right? Angelican or Anglicancondition traditions. Sorry, I'm
stumbling over my words today.
Anglican traditions often depictjophael holding a flaming sword,
and we're going to talk moreabout why in just a minute.
Archangel jophael istraditionally in some faith

(06:16):
systems related to Christianityand Judaism, is said to be the
angel who guarded the Garden ofEden. It's important to note
that Joe file is a significantfigure in angelology, but the
biblical account in the book ofGenesis, for example, does not
name the specific angel whoguarded the garden. But many in

(06:39):
angelology, or in the study ofangels, believe that that was
also Joe file. Now what is Joefile known for? She's best known
as the Archangel of beauty andcreativity and wisdom,
illumination, artisticexpression, creative expression,
any type of creativeinspiration, divine inspiration.

(07:03):
So she does and helps andsupports with all of that. But
Joe file also helps to clearmental chaos, to bring calm,
clarity, optimism and all typesof inspiration, not just around
beauty and artistry. But ofcourse, those are included. And
it makes sense, if you thinkabout it, because sometimes when

(07:25):
we feel blocked in ourcreativity, right? Like writer's
block, or if you've been sittingdown to get creative in some way
and just feel a little bitstuck, well, what do we need to
do? First, clear our mentalchaos, bring calm, stay
optimistic, find inspiration, right? That's what jophael also
helps with. So this makes a lotof sense for me anyway,
hopefully it does for you too.
Jophael also supports positivetransformation. She helps

(07:49):
overcome doubt and these egobased fears and thoughts and
lift these creative blocks orhelp us move through them help
us see clearly that we're notblocked in fact. And you know,
sometimes when we do wantcreativity, or do want to kind
of swim in a creative flow, right, we we do need to look at

(08:10):
what are we working on in ourown lives. Sometimes, sometimes
it's doubt, sometimes it's fear,sometimes it's worthiness or
belief in ourself. And it'samazing to me that Joe file is
able to help with all thesethings, all in one even though
we often think of her as theangel of beautiful things.

(08:33):
So not only does she supporttransformation, which is a
little bit foreshadowing here, but one of the lesser things
that is talked about withArchangel Joe fayel, besides
being a counterpart or a friendto Metatron, is that Joel is
also thought to be the angel ofjudgment, like judgment on the

(08:57):
other side. Now I want to touchinto this idea of judgment
before we move on and reallyunderstand. How can we work with
jophael? What can she help uswith? What colors does she have,
or that we can experience withher? This idea of judgment in
the sense that we oftentraditionally think about it
with right many of us are taughtsome version of whether it's

(09:21):
religiously or culturally, thatthere's a man with a book of all
the things you ever did when youcross over and you're going to
have to be accounted for, bemeasured and be judged. That's
not the way I've come tounderstand it, and working with
these energies over the years, whether it's the angelic
energies, whether it's thespirit world, whether it's my

(09:41):
own guides and higherunderstanding, what I have come
to understand, the judgment ideaof is more of a life review. Now
all of it still makes sense.
It's just a slight perspectiveshift, and our human nature is
to get very.
Attached to this word judgment, but I just want you to open your

(10:04):
mind a little bit to understandthat this judgment is not about
reading you the riot act, aboutall the things you did wrong in
your life, but this life reviewis more about helping you
through an experience that helpsyou really come to clarity,
really come to deep peace andunderstanding really helps you

(10:25):
to investigate or understandbetter, the choices that you
made, the paths that you didn'tchoose, the events that
transpire in our lives, thelessons that you were working on
or greeted with in this go roundthis incarnation. So all of this
learning, evaluation, helpingyou see the light and shade of

(10:48):
the life that you lived, helpingyou see the beauty, all of this
really does tie together in thisdepth of who Joe file is, what
she helps with, what she does.
So rather than being greetedwith this idea of like, oh,
judgment,it's more this understanding of
a learning experience, right, that you're going to come to

(11:12):
understand perhaps, what are thequalities that your soul could
have expressed more in thislifetime? Right? What are the
qualities your soul focused oninstead, or what are the
challenges, obstacles,experiences that you surmounted
to live more fully as yourself?
All of this is part of the lifereview, plus our entanglements

(11:35):
and crossings with other people, the way that we treat them, the
way they treat us. You know,Maya Angelou says people will
forget what you said or you did.
They'll remember how you makethem feel. And I like to think
that this is all part of thatlife review as well. So rather
than judgment in the traditionalsense, it is possible that
Archangel Joe fayel is thechampion of helping to usher us

(11:59):
onto the life review, assigningus guides to help us with this
life review, and really justsupporting that overall life
review process. So what actuallydoes Archangel Joe file help us
with while we are here in thisphysical incarnation? Joe file
encourages us to see beauty, outer beauty, but also inner

(12:20):
beauty in US and in othersaround us, kind of shifting our
perspective from these hardopposites of good and bad, and
really helping us open ourhearts and minds to the
complexity of humanity and ofthis human world and this
understanding or awareness thatbeauty can exist outside as well

(12:43):
as inside, that we can hold thechallenges with the beautiful
things, because, as we knowpresent time, considered that we
have often things that feelreally challenging going on
simultaneously as things thatfeel great or things that we do
want to experience. We can oftenhave both things at once. And so

(13:07):
jophael can really help usorient ourself or shift our
perspective aroundthe way things are showing up in
our lives and encouraging us tosee inner beauty as well as
outer beauty, of course, artistically, creatively, Joe
fail can help with fosteringinspiration, with clarity of
ideas, with manifestation ofyour unique talents. I believe

(13:31):
in some way at the very basiclevel that any type of talent or
gift or pursuit, things that wedemonstrate in the world that is
all part of our artistry, whether it's being a teacher and
having the art of communicationand of imparting wisdom, or
whether it's being a carpenterand doing artistry more of a

(13:55):
physical nature, anything you'reoffering into the World has the
potential to be done as an artform, to be developed, to be
fostered and nurtured, to be apoint of connection, of sharing
ourselves and of that resonantbeauty or understanding in
someone else. So even if youwouldn't necessarily consider

(14:16):
yourself like a formal artistper se, jophael still can work
with you around creativity,expression, clarity,
manifestation of your specificgifts and talents into the
world. Jophael also really helpsus with emotional healing and
positivity, helping to silencethat voice, that critical voice,

(14:39):
which some call the ego voice,or voice of our past. There's
lots of ways of identifying it,but jophael helps us if we're
doing that work right. If you'relike I really want to work on my
inner talk, my self talk, myinner thoughts. Jophael can help
you just become more aware ofwhen.

(15:00):
Your thoughts are drifting inthat direction, so that you can
consciously choose a differentthought. She can really come in
and show you beautiful thingsabout yourself, so that you can
choose to also look at thebeauty there, not just the
challenge, right? Jophael canhelp us with restructuring
thoughts in that way, withbringing fostering, nurturing,

(15:22):
our confidence, our selfassuredness, our willingness to
connect in positive ways withothers. And of course, as part
of this creativity and beautyand beautifying, there are also
things Joe file can help with, like improving your environment.
Maybe you want to redecorate orspruce up your home or your

(15:43):
office or your bedroom. Maybeyou're feeling the urge to, like
even just make your bed morebeautiful. Maybe you want to
make it in a certain way, orclear the nightstand and put
something beautiful or soothingthere. Joe fayo can help with
all of that. She can giveclarity, she can help with
organization, with esthetic andaligning with an esthetic that

(16:07):
feels best for you. So all ofthis is under that umbrella of
beauty and creativity. Reallylet yourself stretch those edges
of what Joe file can help with, because truly, there's so much,
and like most of the archangelsthat we've been working with, it
really is just about, what areyou willing to give space to Joe

(16:31):
file to help you with? What areyou willing to ask or call in or
be available to notice? Right?
Because, with all of thesearchangels, Joe Fayol included,
of course, it's not a magicwand. There are things that they
can help us with, just like ifyou were going to seek a
therapist, there's thingsdifferent therapists can help
you with, but we as theindividual are responsible for

(16:52):
asking for the help, receivingthe help, applying the tools,
doing the practical things inour real life and within
ourselves, inner world and outerworld, right? So Joe fayel can
help with all of that, but it'snot a magic wand. We get to show
up and make choices and do thistoo, to participate. So what are
the best ways to call on or leaninto Jo fael, and what are some

(17:16):
of the things that you mightreally want to start working
with her around right now. So ofcourse, there are what we often
humanly identify as like blocks, right? We're stuck in our
creativity. We don't haveinspiration. We're feeling like
we're lacking wisdom orclarity of sight to see like
what, what's the right choice orthe best choice next for me or

(17:39):
going forward, so she can helpwith clarity and wisdom, of
course, because those are oftentied into when we feel blocked
or stuck. I You probably haveheard me say this if you've been
here for any length of time, butfeeling stuck or blocked really
is not about actual blocks inour way. It often is about an

(18:00):
unidentified or unprocessedemotion that we're having. So
maybe you have some fear aroundexpressing your creativity in
ways that you didn't evenrealize. Jovell can help
highlight those for you. Maybeyou're needing inspiration for a
specific project or some freshideas. Maybe everything you've
been brainstorming feels alittle stale and stagnant. And

(18:20):
remember, sometimes it mightcome in as like a wave of ideas,
right? But sometimes it comes inlike breadcrumbs, where you just
get this inspiration of like, search this website or this
topic, and in your mind, if youlogically drew it out, you might
think like, well, this doesn'trelate to what I'm working on at
all, but it's that breadcrumbingtowards something that will just

(18:43):
tickle your inspiration. SoInspiration can come in lots of
ways. Jophael also helps withemotional or mental upliftment,
supporting us in transitioningfrom a negative mindset to a
positive mindset, for example,or the transitions and
transformations and changes wewant to make in our own lives,

(19:06):
our own selves, our own day today behaviors and reaction. This
all involves our creativity, ourwillingness, our wisdom. So
there is arcane. Joe file ableto be involved and supportive in
everything. Joe file also canhelp with those things that
improve your environment, likewe were talking about. So maybe

(19:30):
you just keep feeling thislittle urge or this little nudge
or this little reminder in theback of your mind, dinging every
few days to like, hey, just Ineed to clear out these kitchen
drawers. You have a lot ofutensils in there. It's getting
a little messy. That junk drawerthat catch all basket, whatever
you have, maybe you're gettingthis little nudge sometimes, as

(19:51):
we know, with the breadcrumbsright, pulling one thread,
clearing one drawer, can.
Lead us to the next it's notabout being able to magically
rearrange the entire kitchen inone day. It's about taking tiny
actionable steps to clear thatenergy, to move through our

(20:11):
resistance, to get us closertowards what we are working on
or the direction we want to bein, right so any type of
decluttering, organization, beautifying. It could be your
workspace, your living space. Itcould be yourself. Maybe you're
feeling like you want to dresswith more color. That could be

(20:33):
Joe file trying to get you inthat inspired creative mindset,
right? Some of this has to dowith our our mindset moving
first, or our willingness, let'sjust say moving first.
So anything in your environmentthat you want to beautify, maybe
there's times where you feellike, you know what, I just want
to bring some flowers home. AndI'm not sure why. That could be

(20:55):
a little inspiration from Joefayel. Or if you are feeling
like, you know what, I my spacefeels a little stagnant. I don't
know what it needs. I don't knowa different way this could be
decorated or organized. Maybethat's what you're starting to
build a relationship with Joefile around. Maybe that's what
you're asking for inspiration ondecluttering and working on your

(21:16):
closet, your clothing, your theway that you share information
the way that you write.
Everything's tied to ourcreativity, right? So these are
just some ideas. Jophael canalso help with reviewing
situations. If Joe fail is thearchangel that helps with the
life review, then certainly wedon't have to only wait to

(21:37):
review things until we crossover to the other side. We can
review in this lifetime, and weshould, of course, so Joe file
can help with reviewingsituations, emotions, with
introspection, with gettingperspective. Maybe you've been
having a challengingrelationship with someone in
your family, and you decide youdon't want to abandon this

(21:59):
relationship. You want to workon it, or at least come to
different least come todifferent understanding. You can
call in Archangel Joe fayel tohelp give you insight, to help
you review a situation, not forblame. Remember, judgment is not
about blame. It's about howyou're showing up. So maybe you
can have deeper understandinginto your part of that
conversation or situation orexperience. Maybe Joe fael can

(22:21):
help you review your emotions orhow you showed up in a meeting.
For example, what your responseswere and why, what was being
triggered under there. Joe filecan also help with getting
perspective, so maybe having adifferent perspective on a
challenging person that you haveto deal with as a client, for

(22:41):
example, or really gettingclarity on your introspection
instead of like we were talkingabout that hard self talk,
instead of beating yourself upinside. Maybe Joe vielle can
help you review and haveintrospection into yourself and
how you're showing up and what'sbeing triggered or lit up for
you in those circumstances, rather than needing to be hard

(23:04):
on yourself about it, justshowing up with curiosity for
information. Right differentperspective, a little bit. Joe
file is a master of perspective.
Another little thing to call onJoe file for is conquering
negativity. One of my favoriteAngel teachers is Bradley
Valentine, and he teaches thatJoe file is his little quote. Is

(23:26):
the antidepressant of Archangelsthat she can offer support when
we're facing fear or anxiety orself doubt, that challenge
spectrum of of the humanemotions, right? So Joe file can
give us different perspectivethen or different introspection
then,and also, really, there's an
unlimited of amount of ways thatyou could work with Joe file.

(23:47):
It's more about relationshipbuilding and having an ongoing
friendship or relationship, sothat you can lean on her and
that she can show up and showyou, teach you more and more of
what she can do, what she canhelp you access. It's not just
like a phone, a friend lifeline.
It can be an ongoingcommunication, because after

(24:08):
all, our introspection, ourinspiration, our creativity, our
personal growth, is tied toeverything, and we all do need
to be working on it in anongoing way. How many times do
you review a conversation? Howmany times are you doing that
thing that I sometimes I'mguilty of, where we are

(24:29):
rewriting an email or hashingout a response to a frustrating
communication over and over andover before we even actually
write the thing? Joe file canhelp with all of this. So think
about conquering negativity inall the ways. Now, I always
think it's fun to talk about howwe might identify them, and many
of you know by now that I work alot in color. I've always seen

(24:53):
color inside and around people, and so I love this idea of
color.
Colors associated with thesearchangels and light beings. But
it doesn't have to be the samefor you. So I often like to give
what the internet says and thenhow I experience it. And a lot
of people on the internet seemto experience Joe fail with this

(25:14):
beautiful, soft, warm yellowcolor. I actually do experience
her with shades of that golden, warm yellow, but also more
heavily in pinks.
Some sources also do experienceher in pink or fuchsia,
particularly in the upper halfof her being but I really

(25:39):
experience her in very softpinks, muted pinks, into those
warmer pinks, and with thatyellow and gold as well. So you
don't have to be attached toexperiencing jophael Just one
way, but you can just invite herinto your space and meditation
if you want, and see what colorsyou sense with her, or ask her

(26:02):
how she'll show up for you, orwhat colors you might experience
with her. So while you know, some people understand yellow as
the predominant color, I reallyunderstand it as a secondary
color to that pink. And thisalso affects the stones that I
work with her with, or that youmight work with her with. And
remember, anytime we're workingwith stones or crystals, it's

(26:23):
not something you have to do.
It's not also not a magic pill.
It's just something that if youenjoy it, that if you feel like
it supports your work or is ahappy esthetic for you, as we're
talking about esthetic andbeautiful things, then use it.
If it doesn't, if you find itstressful or anxiety producing.
Don't do it. It's okay. You cantotally customize this for

(26:44):
yourself. Now, because Joe fayelworks with the life review and
works with kind of hiddenemotions or helping us come from
less clarity to more clarity, some people, including myself,
sometimes work with her withSmoky Quartz, which is kind of
that black quartz that's almostsee through, but not quite

(27:05):
translucent, where light cansort of pass through. But it's
not the clear quartz. It'ssmoky. So you can use that if
you're trying to go fromconfusion to clarity or lack to
having for example, you can alsouse other stones. Citrine is
beautiful. It's kind of a verywarm golden creams and yellows

(27:26):
into sometimes tipping into, almost like a yellow orange of a
stone. Those are often veryaccessible. Clear quartz is the
all healer. So you can use clearquartz with everyone and anyone
over there. I also really likethe pink stones for Joe vile, so
that is Rose Quartz, forexample. And there are other

(27:47):
versions of stones that havepink in them. And then the cool
thing, obviously, aboutgemstones and crystals and all
of that is sometimes even ifthey are typically like
citrines, typically yellowadventurines, typically green.
Jasper is typically tan, butthere are other colors of it as
well, like, I'm thinking ofaventurine. There's green

(28:09):
aventurine, but then there'salso red adventurine. So there
might be other pink stones, orstones that have, like a pink
energy that you want to workwith, with Joe file, but it's
that softness, it's that beauty,it's that tenderness that this
pink represents, that really canhelp you just support your work.

(28:30):
With Joe fayal, if you enjoystones and it's sometimes fun to
use as part of beautifying yourenvironment or your decluttering
or your routine or your mindset, that you can integrate stones
and things or colors. Now,how you might recognize her can
be different for everyone, ofcourse, but if you have this

(28:51):
sudden wind of creative ideathat doesn't feel like it rises
up from your own soul or justyou've been working with her,
and all of a sudden you get abit of clarity in your thought,
or a bit of wisdom kind of dropsin or sprinkles in, or a
different sort of inspirationthat you hadn't considered
before. That might be a littleHello, a little support from Joe

(29:13):
fayel. It also could feel as asubtle shift from like anxious
feeling or chaos feeling topeace or to optimism or to
mental calmness. That can alsobe the way that she shows
support. It can be this littlenudge or niggle or tickle to
beautify your environment, likewe were talking about, maybe

(29:37):
you're getting a bit of a nudgeto declutter your desk or your
drawer or your bathroom cabinet, those little simple day to day
ways, maybe you're feelinginspired to beautify your
routine or to have deliciousscents in your shower, for
example, to make it a moresensory, beautiful experience
for yourself.

(30:00):
Maybe you're feeling the nudgeor the call to beautify your
mindset, right?
Choose positivity overnegativity when possible. Be a
realist, but also be lookingtowards positive outcomes or
collaboration, or how we cancome together, right? Unifying
instead of separating. That'salso Joe files department, if

(30:21):
you want her to support you withthis. So beautifying can mean
lots of things in lots of ways, from simply adding something to
the space that you're in thatmakes you feel like it's more
beautiful, or really doing toughwork of weeding the garden of
your mind and working on thatinner self talk and everything

(30:43):
in between. So what are some ofthe best ways to start having
your own experiences or playingwith Joe fayel? I'm going to
give some suggestions. Butagain, you could do it any way
that you want. There are no hardand fast. It always works this
way. It never works that way.
This, again, is aboutrelationship building. It's not
a vending machine that istransactional, where you are

(31:04):
putting in a request and JoePhil is dropping inspiration out
the bottom like a bag of chips.
It's not like that. So let it bemore playful, more beautiful,
more fun than that. For you, youcould, of course, sit with her
in meditation, like we alwaystalk about, you can invite her
into your meditation and justsit with her beside you, sharing

(31:27):
that energy, building thatrelationship. You could
visualize on a chair across fromyou a beautiful glowing yellow
or pink light to represent herand imagine
making your requests. But again, remember, it's not all about
request and receive. It's morefor me the way I would hold it

(31:49):
in my mind, in my heart, if Iwas going to do this. And this
is actually some of you knowthis how I started working with
these Archangels. I wouldimagine, or even sometimes
physically put a chair acrossfrom me and sit in meditation
and imagine inviting them intothat seat, that space. So if you
were doing it that way, for me,it's more of an open hearted
What else can I know? Or how canI understand beauty more around

(32:13):
me? How can I be drawn to noticepositivity over negativity? It's
more open than give me thisright? So I just want to make
sure that's clear, because Ioften think the reason that we
feel like we can't do thesethings is because we're looking
for the wrong result, quote, unquote, outcome. Instead of
just enjoying how the experiencedoes feel or can be, we

(32:39):
sometimes get very focused onthe demands on the make my life
better today. But remember, welive in the day to day. We live
in the small little habits. Soinspiration about small little
habits is a beautiful way toconnect and build on a
relationship with Joe file orany other Archangel or guide. So

(32:59):
how else I might want a littlebit of a tangent you can engage
in more like creative rituals ornature rituals. And I know some
people resist the word ritual, but this could even look like
journaling prompts, doing 10minutes of journaling once a
day, doing a letter writingexercise, where every day,
you're going to sit down for 15minutes and write a letter to
Joe fayel about the beautifulthings you noticed, or how your

(33:23):
perspective is shifting, or thethings that you're hoping for
inspiration about, and thenleave that space open for her to
reply or show you things in theworld. So it doesn't have to be
a ritual like lighting candlesand burning incense and taking a
ton of your time and awarenessgoing inside to a monastery. It

(33:44):
doesn't have to be like that.
You can engage in the art ofvision boarding, if that works
for you, or online collaging, for example, it can be art like
formal art itself, drawing, painting, collaging, crafting,
cooking is a creative art. Itcan be in walks, like maybe
you're going to take a beautywalk, right and notice beautiful

(34:07):
things, whether it's a pebble onthe ground or a beautiful soul
coming towards you, or the lightof the sun streaming over your
face. I love these beauty walks, enrichment walks. Just imagine
inviting Joe Phil on that walkwith you, and inviting her to
draw your attention to beauty,to rich environments. Maybe you

(34:33):
leave your inspiration open tovisit a place you haven't been
before, a restaurant, a museum, you know, sometimes even like a
lobby of a building or a hotel,we can see beautiful things. So
just being curious and lettingyour heart be kind of led to
beauty can be a beautiful way towork with Joe fayel. You can
also work with her around thefull moon or the new moon and

(34:55):
create practices for yourselfaround inviting her in. You
could do a once a month.
Month, clean and clear with Joefayel and spend two hours of
your day, let's say, or howeverlong works for you, clearing
your space, physically,decluttering, tidying, washing
all of those things, and theninvite her to help you redesign,

(35:15):
reimagine, redecorate, getcreative in that space, even if
it's just moving around thethings that you already have,
doesn't have to be so outside ofyourself again, we live in these
little day to day rituals andhappenings. Maybe it's that
you're going to sip your coffeewith more intention, knowing
that you're inviting jophaelbeside you, and you're going to

(35:39):
really enjoy the beauty of thetaste or the taste of that
creamy coconut milk or whateveryou have. So allowing yourself
to just push the edges of evenwhat you might consider art or
creativity or inspiration, right? You can consider creating
or asking Joe fail to help youcreate some affirmations or

(36:01):
prayers. Maybe it's somethinglike, dear jophael, please help
me with clarity today andillumination so that I may have
deeper understanding and seetruth and beauty in all things.
It could be shorter. It could bejophael, show me truth and
beauty could be just some littleconnection that you're having,

(36:22):
and then your responsibility isto be open, to be guided, to
notice right if you are drivingon your commute, let's just say
and you're very tunnel visionand stressed out and talking on
a speaker phone call and and nothaving the ability to pay
attention or let your awarenessbe moved at a red light to the

(36:44):
beautiful flower garden thatsomeone just planted that you
might not have ever noticed.
Right? There are so manyglimpses and glimmers and half
second moments of beauty, andthat is the best way to work
with Joe fayal and build on thatI really, personally love the
idea of sitting in meditation, kind of with that physical or

(37:06):
imaginary chair across from you,and also taking the walks that,
to me, is kind of the not thatwe're going for quickest
necessarily, but is a very quickway to Start seeing and noticing
things in action, right? Sotaking a walk and asking Joe
fail to draw your attention tonotice beauty, softness,
happiness, nature, anything likethat around you, and again, all

(37:32):
the archangels, assistancealigns with your free will, your
highest good. And it's not amagic wand, but it's like a
partnership, a relationshipbuilt on intention, time,
openness, alignment. This isintended to be something fun for
you to play with and explore, because the truth is, our world

(37:54):
is crazy right now, maybe morethan ever. In some ways, it
feels and there is a loud chaosthat is very easy to get sucked
into and lost into. And most ofyou know I'm a realistic person
who lives in this 3d reality, soI know it's important for us to
pay attention to the other soulsin this world, to the people

(38:19):
that we care about, to thethings happening, because we
need to participate and makechoices. But also it doesn't
mean that's the only thing thatwe have to be focused on. We can
allow ourselves in this chaotictime and in this tense nature of
the world right now to maybeeven more importantly than ever,

(38:40):
be drawn to these littlemoments, these glimpses, these
glimmers of hope, of happiness.
I kind of work this energy inthe background on an ongoing
basis. And what I mean by thatin the background is it's not
top of mind all the time. It'snot that I'm only focused on
this spiritual reality, and notour 3d reality, but because I'm

(39:04):
working it in the background, maybe I am a little more
available to notice a beautifulbutterfly landing on a flower
nearby. I noticed just the otherday, someone stopping as I was
driving by to help anotherbystander pick up something they
had dropped, and even just thatlittle lovely moment of
connection, of beauty, ofhumanity, of the compassion that

(39:27):
still exists in the world, wasmoving. And so I invite you to
get creative about the creativeways that you can work with Joe
fayal, that she can support you, that you can be drawn to beauty,
whether it's inner beauty, innerknowing, inner work, or the
beauty in the most intimatespaces around you, all the way
stretched to the beauty stillavailable in the world as a

(39:51):
whole, the beauty stillavailable in the other souls
around us, even the complicated, challenging times have.
Beauty, clarity, understanding, wisdom, inspiration, and I think
we all know sometimes important, inspiration is born from very
barren times, right? Some of themost beautiful art, some of the

(40:15):
most beautiful poetry or booksor writing or inspirational
talks, come from soul searchingand from challenging emotions,
right? So even though thingsmight feel a little challenging
as we really continue to stepdeeper and deeper into the end

(40:35):
of this calendar year, I reallyinvite you to play with Joe
fayel, to start to build arelationship with her, start to
invite her in, so that she canshow you more beauty, more
wisdom, more clarity, moreinspiration, so that can she can
even show you maybe where you'rein judgment of yourself, or
where you're in judgment of asituation, and maybe a different

(40:57):
perspective to look from, right?
So the possibilities areendless. I hope that you've
enjoyed getting to know and workwith Archangel Joe fayel. I'm
going to tell you the otherArchangel episodes really
quickly, just because I knowsome of you might want to dive
into them. And wherever you'rewatching or listening to this
podcast, all of these episodesare also there. We've also
besides Joe fayel, have alsoworked with Archangel Ariel,

(41:20):
Azriel, Sandalphon, Gabriel, shamuel, hannahel, Metatron and
Raphael. Now I'm doing the leastor lesser known Archangels
first, but there are so many. Sohopefully you have been enjoying
this series over the last fewyears as a little sprinkling in.
Let me know if there's anarchangel that you've been

(41:43):
curious about that we haven'tworked on yet, and I do have
some still to the side that I'mplanning on working with. I
couldn't quite understand whyjophael kept rising to my
awareness, and I kept feelingthe nudge to move towards an
episode around her, but givenall the things that have been
going on lately, I clearly cansee why now and why she's waited

(42:05):
until this perfect timing. LikeI said, I'm really surprised
that we hadn't worked with heralready, because she's also one
of my favorites. So I hope thisintroduction has cordially
invited you to work withArchangel Joe fayel. Please feel
free to share with me what yourexperiences have been, what

(42:25):
you're curious about, and how Ican better support you as we
continue through this journeytogether. Big hugs. Lots of
love. Bye for now. From insidespirit, Speak Easy. You.
I think.
