the lesser known Archangels whois actually one of my personal
favorites, Ariel. So we're gonnadive in and talk all about that.

versions of these. I have madesome small tweaks with my
lighting setup. So I'm not sureif it's better or worse yet, but

so I like to try to let you knowup front. And we did miss the
release of an episode last week.
And as you know, sometimes lifehappens, but also I've had some,
just some strange allergy stuffgoing on with my eyes, so that's
that's been a littledistracting. Everything's fine,
but just wanted to kind of checkin on those things with you. I

let's dive in without anyfurther ado to this Archangel
Ariel episode. There is so muchto get to in this episode. I
want to just give you a quickoverview of what we are going to

talk about not only whatArchangel Ariel's name means,
but the history of ArchangelAriel in different cultures and
belief systems. What isArchangel Ariel known for. What
can she help us with? Whatshould we call on and lean on
this Archangel for? What aresome colors that are associated
with Archangel Ariel? Are thereany stones or crystals that can

support our work with ArchangelAriel? And how might you
recognize or feel ArchangelAriel and so much more in
between those lines comes up inthese angelic episodes. This is

Today, we're going to be workingwith Archangel Ariel, and by no
means am I close to done withthis angelic series. There
really are so many wonderfulArchangels that we can work
with. I have been, you know,we've talked about this over the

last couple years of thepodcast, but sometimes I
struggle a little bit withwanting to address current
events or issues going on in ourworld, but then also wanting to
keep this a safe space. And Iknow myself as a sensitive
person, I do like to understandwhat's going on in current
events and in our world. I dohave a lot of beliefs and views

(03:37):
about things, but I also needthings that I can focus on or
learn about or work with thatare outside of kind of current
events realm. So that was mythinking. Plus I got a really
big nudge over and over fromspirit and from the angels, and
I even just got some extravalidation. This morning I

(03:57):
listened to some certainpodcasts, and one of them was
just talking about angels andmentioning angels, and
mentioning angels, and it's justnot a normal topic on that show,
and some other little signs andsynchronicities. And really, as
I was writing out this episode,it became so clear to me why
this truly is the perfect timefor Archangel Ariel. You know,
she's one that I have workedwith and taught about for many,

(04:19):
many years. I just, for somereason, I am guided to the order
in which we're working throughthese Archangels. And it just
wasn't time yet for her. She'sbeen, you know, on my list the
whole time. But it quite, itwasn't quite time. And when I
was thinking about, Oh man, Ihad, you know, I have one idea
that I wanted to talk to youguys about that's going to be on

(04:41):
another episode. But I was like,oh, what? What else can we talk
about? I just was at a littlebit of a loss for what to share.
It can't all be about, you know,for anxious times, even though
that's kind of how it feelssometimes, what we need, right?
But I also didn't want to bedismissive of what's happening.
So you will see, hopefullythroughout this episode, why
Archangel Ariel is.
Is the perfect companion,friend, guide, angelic supporter

little disclaimer. I know someof you have been with the pod
for a long time, but I know someof you are new speakeasy
members, and so when it comes toarchangels, I like to touch into

the history how differentreligions might recognize these
angels. But I don't believe thatangels are limited to religious
Association, per se. I think theangels are available to
everyone. Anyone can accessthem. Anyone has the ability to
work with them. They are nondenominational. They don't care
if you have a faith, or if youdon't have a faith, or if you

(06:33):
grew up in a different faith,you can still work with them. If
the word angel feels prickly foryou personally because of
religious experience, or justfor whatever reason. You can
just think of them as DivineBeings of Light. These angels,
except for a couple that we'vealready talked about, have not
walked on this plane. So theyaren't human beings. They are

(06:54):
angelic beings. And really, thatangelic vibration is just an
incredibly high, loving,supportive, pure essence of
love, vibration, and they justhave so much compassion for the
human race and for earth andeverything associated with so I
highly recommend working withthem. Most of you know, I'm

(07:16):
going to take a quick sip herefor those of you listening, you
know, I don't edit this stuffout for the most part. Sorry.
Most of you know that I kind ofcame into angels before I even
came into working with lovedones on the other side, and the
angels just there was so muchthere, and I could feel that
different vibration, becauseit's very different from our

(07:36):
human vibration. But even if youfeel like you've never felt the
archangels these this series,hopefully will help you be able
to dip your toes in that water,or even play with them, or just
open your mind a little to whatthis energy could be like and
how you might be able to use itin your life, regardless of any
belief system. So I always liketo mention that because I will
talk about the different systemsand how Ariel relates. The other

(07:58):
bit I always like to justacknowledge is that angels,
because they don't have humanform, they technically don't
have an assigned like gender inthe way that we understand it,
they are neutral, genderneutral. However, for many of
us, we do perceive, or prefer towork with the angels, kind of
identifying them in one genderedform or another. You probably

(08:20):
will hear me refer to ArchangelAriel as she. I often feel that
feminine energy with Ariel, so Iwill refer to her as she, if you
feel Ariel, or if you start towork with Ariel, and you feel
either more of like a neutral,you know, both divine masculine
and feminine energies. That isalso true if you feel a more
masculine running energy withAriel, that can also be true. So

(08:43):
try to just open your mind pastpronouns and all of that,
because angels just don't havethese human bodies, so it's a
little different. So I reallylet's just get started healing
with the angelic realm,experiencing working with
Archangel Ariel. And I know someof you have been waiting for
this episode, so I hope this isa happy surprise for those of
you that love this Archangel aswell. What does Archangel

(09:06):
Ariel's name mean? You mighthave noticed if you've been here
for a while many, not all, butmany of the archangels names end
in L, E, L, and that just meansGod or highest power, or most
pure divine. So using the name Lor the letters el at the end

(09:28):
means of God, or of the highestlight of divine, of the Divine
Right of source energy, andwhatever you like to swap in
there. If you don't love theword God, you can use a
different word that has an equalgravitas, if you will. So the
name of Archangel Ariel commonlytranslates to lioness of God,

(09:49):
and that is because the originalHebrew where Ari, the name Ari,
is the representative name forLion and L, like we just talked
about, is God or divine?
So this title reflects theassociation of Archangel Ariel
with this lion energy, thislioness energy, and of God. So

(10:10):
lioness of God. And it's funny,because for those of you that
have ever worked with Archangelcards, or like Angel tarot, for
example, or even regular tarot,there is often on the in the
Major Arcana, the first 21cards, I think it's the number
eight card, is the strengthcard. And often you'll see a
female figure depicted. And if,certainly, if it's an angelic

(10:32):
deck, it probably is ArchangelAriel, and she's often pictured
standing with a lion,representing strength. And that
really is the second layer ofwhat this name means. Yes, it
means lioness of God. But whatdoes that actually mean? And it
really has to do with thisrepresentation of strength of
her energy being so intertwinedwith that of the natural world.

(10:53):
Some sources also connect Arielwith protection, particularly
over things like animals,nature, the elements like water,
earth, air, what's the otherone? Fire and metal, if you're
five elements in variousmystical traditions, Ariel is
also viewed as an angelicguardian of wildlife and
environmental harmony and DivineManifestations in the physical

(11:17):
world. So this strength andcourage and her ability to
transmute things of the naturalworld also make her incredible
for manifestation, which we'regoing to talk about in a little
bit. But essentially, mostpeople think of her as like the
nature protector or thearchangel for animals, which is
also true, but her nametechnically means lioness of

(11:38):
God, and we think of her withcourage, strength and deep
connection and love for allthings of this earth, but
particularly the animal kingdom.
So what is the history ofArchangel Ariel? This is deep,
and I'm gonna go through justsome different religious
systems, just so you can see,you guys know, I always I nerd
out on this stuff a little bit,and I always find it so

(11:59):
interesting that some of theseArchangels can be seen across
different faith systems. I justthink it's really interesting.
Archangel Ariel is a littledifferent in this way, than
those that we've already workedwith through this series. She's
not as recognized, and her namehas been used in some religious
texts, but it's not to identifyher as an archangel. So let me

(12:23):
tell you about what I mean. Inthe Catholic tradition,
archangels are recognized,right? So we know that in
Catholicism, they talk aboutArchangel Michael and Gabriel
and Raphael and some othersmentioned in the canonical texts
the biblical like New Testamenttext. In the Catholic Church,
they do not officiallyacknowledge Ariel as an
archangel, which, okay, the nameAriel doesn't appear in the

(12:46):
scriptures that are recognizedby the Catholic Church, and
therefore they don't place herin their angelology, which is
fine. Now if we kind of movefrom that Catholic denomination
and kind of broaden it out tobroader Christianity. In in
broader Christian traditions,Ariel's also not commonly
recognized as an archangel,which is why I'm so excited to

(13:09):
bring her to you guys. Those ofyou that might not know about
her, just because she's she isso wonderful and incredible, but
she's lesser known for sure. Soagain, in the Bible, it's pretty
much Michael talked about a lot.
Gabriel is, you know, theAnnunciation, as we've we did
work with Gabriel already, andthere are some what are

(13:29):
considered Christian mysticaltexts and apocryphal writings
that Ariel is mentioned, whichwe're going to talk about next.
For instance, there's a Copticwork called the SIS Sophia, and
Ariel is described as an angelassociated with punishment for
the wicked, which is kind ofinteresting. I'm going to link
some sources in the show notestoo. So if you guys want to dig

(13:51):
deeper into this yourself, or tofind some like Angel ologists.
So what is this? Pistus Sophia,it's a Gnostic text. Means,
meaning it's considered to be asacred text, but it is not
included in what we understandas like the King James Bible
today. So it's a Gnostic textbelieved to have been written
between the third and fourthcentury. Ad, and in this

(14:13):
Scripture, Jesus impartsesoteric knowledge to His
disciples after Hisresurrection. So it did get
excluded from the canonicalBible, the Bible that we
understand today, but it is.
It's describing a testament or ateaching that Jesus did after
his resurrection, where he'stalking about the rivers of
smoke of Ariel. And scholarsinterpret this as an illusion or

(14:36):
a reference to the fires ofGehenna, which is a metaphorical
purification for punishment. Idon't know that I resonate
personally with I actuallycouldn't even find the pista
Sophia to like, really deep divein to see what exactly that
says. And I don't know thetranslation of.

(15:00):
Rivers of smoke of Ariel tohaving to do with with
punishment, purification, Icould see, perhaps there is some
transition of purification. Andwe know in spiritual work, smoke
purifies, right? It's why peoplesage their homes or use, you
know, smoke purification. So inthis context, Ariel is depicted
kind of as associated with thejudgment or with the

(15:22):
purification of souls, if youwant to. If you can find that,
let me know, because I'm havinga hard time finding the actual
text. I found research about thetext, but the text itself seems
a little elusive to find theBible again, the Bible, the name
Ariel, appears in the HebrewBible, but just not as an angel.
In the book of Isaiah, forexample, Ariel is used as a

(15:45):
symbolic name for Jerusalemitself. In the book of Ezekiel,
the term refers to quote analtar hearth inside the temple,
and additionally, in SecondSamuel and first chronicles the
terms, the term Ariel is used,but the meanings unclear and has
lots of differentinterpretations, and none of the
references depict Ariel as anangelic light being. So I am not

(16:11):
going to go too deep into this,because we don't really talk
about religion here on thispodcast, but I do sometimes
question the originaltranslations, because, you know,
these are oratory traditionspassed down through story at
some point, documented andwritten down and then translated
into numerous languages. So I doknow, just in I mean, think
about it, right? We have theseamazing apps that do translation

(16:32):
for us. And if you've evercommunicated or watched a show
where people communicate throughthese translation apps, you see
how different the translationcan be from what the actual
initiator of the conversation issaying, yeah, sometimes I wish
that I spoke all the languagesso I could really read all the
original texts beforetranslation. In the Jewish

(16:53):
tradition, particularly withKabbalistic mysticism, it was
sometimes considered an angelassociated with the natural
world. The name Ariel, ofcourse, like we said, means lion
of God, literally in Hebrew, andis associated with a lion in
connection to strength andprotection. However, Ariel,
again, is not featuredprominently in mainstream

(17:14):
Judaism or mainstream Jewishtexts. Now, you heard me mention
it quickly, just there, but inKabbalistic traditions, or in
the Kabbalah, Ariel isidentified as governing the
natural world, includingelements like earth and water.
And Kabbalistic texts oftenexplore the roles of various
angels in that divine hierarchy.
You know, we we've talked aboutthat in that in that tradition

(17:36):
and teaching, there's the thetree of life, and there are
angels positioned differently.
It's not my belief system, and Ihave not really done the 10,000
hours of study, so I don't wantto offend or step on toes, but
just know that in theKabbalistic tradition, Archangel
Ariel is noted, is mentioned,and is identified as governing

(17:58):
the natural world. AndArchangels association with
nature aligns with thesemystical interpretations. She is
also Archangel Ariel. Is alsonot mentioned in Islam or the
Quran at all, and in othermystical teachings, she is
talked about as a protector ofEarth and animals beyond Gnostic

(18:18):
and Kabbalistic texts, variousmystical traditions recognize
Ariel as the angel of nature.
She's believed to overseenatural elements, again, earth,
air, water, fire, and is ofteninvoked matters invoked for
matters concerning the elements,but also concerning
environmental stewardship, thewelfare of animals and those of
us that seek to deepenconnection with like nature or

(18:42):
to heal the environment, or evenif you want to like provide some
healing or comfort for your ownpets at home, Archangel Ariel
can be incredible guidance andsupport, which we are going to
talk about when we talk aboutwhat she can help you with, but
That's essentially the historyof Archangel Ariel, and where we
learn about her again, I amgoing to list in the show notes

(19:05):
down there, where the sourcesand resources are some books
about angels, just because, likeI said, she is one of the lesser
talked about angels, but she'sso wonderful. So let's talk
about what Archangel Ariel isknown for, because it seems like
she's not known necessarilythroughout all the religious
systems, but certainly in somemystic traditions and systems.

(19:26):
So what actually is Archangelarrow known for? There are
several things, believe it ornot, it might sound like, Oh,
pretty simple nature, but waittill we start unfolding this,
and you'll see how powerfullythis ties into like everything.
So the first thing ArchangelAriel is known for is being a
guardian of nature and theenvironment. Again, she's often

(19:48):
referred to as the angel ofnature, and she's believed to
oversee those natural elements,including earth, water, air,
fire and some mystical andesoteric teaching.
Describe Ariel as a protector ofthe ecosystem, ensuring balance
in nature. Ariel is sometimesinvoked for like environmental
protection, such as helping withpollution cleanup efforts,

(20:11):
climate healing, preservingbiodiversity, organic and safe
farming, anything to do withthat, she is super excited to
help be a guardian of nature andprotector of the environment.
She's also known for being aprotector of animals and
wildlife. She is really theguardian of all animals, both

(20:31):
wild and domesticated, and itdoesn't just mean cats and dogs,
right? Any it's horses, it'sbirds, it's whatever animals we
may domesticate, but also all ofthe wild animals, from the
depths of the rainforest to thedepths of the ocean. Some
spiritual practitioners alsobelieve the aerial works with
animal spirits. That can mean,you know, people, animals that

(20:52):
have people, animals that havecrossed over, and it can also
mean spirit animals, so thoseanimals that come from Spirit to
communicate with support humansouls, spirit animals, most of
you heard that term. So somepeople also believe that she
helps us communicate with ourspirit animals, but also helps
to guide lost or endangeredspecies, assist with animal

(21:15):
healing so that could look likeanimal acupuncture or vets, even
just people that want to rescueand heal and help animals in any
capacity. And forconservationists, of course,
people that are, you know, herewe have San Diego Zoo where I
live, and they are always doingso much research and
conservation to try to, youknow, save some of these species

(21:38):
that are nearing extinction, tohelp them breed, and then to
help reintroduce them into thenatural ecosystem. Plus they do
a lot of work to like protectthe ecosystem. So just know,
anytime you are at a zoo who isprotecting and loving and doing
like conservationist work,Archangel aerial is present and
is helping. Okay, so a thirdthing that Archangel Ariel is

(22:00):
known for is assisting withmanifestation and abundance. Oh,
that perked your ears right up,huh. Okay, so in metaphysical
and New Age teachings, really,we understand the energy of
money, of what we trade with, ofabundance, as just changing the
way that we work with physicalelements, right? Money is

(22:22):
tangible, or trading goods istangible. So everything is
energy, and then from theenergy, it manifests into the
physical reality. Or becausethere is an energy, we can
become a match for certainopportunities, certain influxes.
If you've ever followed abrahamhicks about the law of
attraction. This is allintertwined here. So if Ariel is

(22:46):
the archangel that manages,helps with, supports our
physical Earth, our world, thatalso means then she would be
associated with anything we wantto manifest here on this earth
plane, bringing our energy, ourhearts desire, our true nature
of what we want to experience asa soul and helping that manifest

(23:07):
in our lives, which alsoincludes prosperity and
abundance. So just know that shereally can help with
manifestation. Ariel is alsobelieved to help people connect
with that divine flow ofabundance. Because remember,
abundance is again, an energy, abelief system, especially
through things like ecoconscious living and spiritual

(23:28):
alignment with nature. Just knowthat, you know, I don't believe
it's like a direct trade where,like, we have to do something
for Archangel arrow, and thenshe does something for us. But
if you are working with her,just know that there will be
movement somewhere in your heartor soul to start to consider
more eco friendly versions ofstuff, right? Maybe it's that

(23:50):
you're wanting to recycle. Maybeit's that you're wanting to use
more like reusable cups insteadof disposable cups. Whatever it
is. Just know that if you, ifyou are working with her, There
will even in the abundance andmanifestation, right? There's
this energy of, how are wewasteful with our abundance? How
do we abuse abundance? How couldwe be better sharing resources?

(24:10):
So that's all in there. Also,really, Ariel can be associated
with earthly wealth andresources, helping people find
not just resources, but likecareer paths that are divinely
supported and inspired. Because,you know, sometimes we have to
do work in the world to createwealth in the way that we
usually mean the word wealth. Soshe can also help guide you or

(24:32):
support you in your career, inyour work, or even if it's like
in a side hustle project thatyou get inspired to do. Okay,
the fourth thing I said, this isa meaty episode. So there's a
lot that Ariel does, even thoughit seems like, Well, where is
she in all these religioustexts, she's really powerful. So
the fourth thing that ArchangelAriel is known for has to do
with her name, again, courage,strength, leadership, because

(24:54):
her name means lioness of God,this really reflects these core
qualities of her.
Having to do with bravery,resilience, leadership. And
again, the image of her is soseared in my mind from that
strength card of this angelicbeing standing beside this
giant, powerful lion, and it'ssitting next to her like a cat

(25:16):
in the picture, and they'relooking forward into the future,
over the over the earth or overthe land, basically, so that
just is such a purerepresentation of that like
strength and courage and braveryand next steps, she also can be
called upon for strength indifficult situations or
difficult times. For example,standing up for environmental

(25:38):
justice, overcoming fears aboutour world, or the connections
that we see happening in ourworld, or disconnections, and
also embracing our true callingwhile we are here on the earth
plane, right? So there's lots ofways this, like little Rubik's
Cube. There's lots of ways herenergy can be moved and shift
and turned and used in differentways to support us the fifth

(26:01):
way, or thing that ArchangelAriel is known for, is healing
with natural elements. So sheoften, because she's earth based
in her activity and in the waythat she It's what she supports.
Really, we can think about thesehealing practices, and some of
it is energy healing, becauseit's bringing the energy from
the unseen world into thephysical world, whether it's you

(26:25):
know, to work on the environmentor heal the earth, or heal one
another, or heal our pets. Butthis also expands to things like
herbal medicine and supplements.
And you know what's funny? Ithink a lot of people know this
now, but many years ago, when Ihad primarily like a wellness
and Reiki and massage therapypractice, I had several clients
that were pretty advancedscientists in biotech, and one
of them, many or I mean, forlike forever ago, was explaining

(26:48):
to me that most medicalcompounds, like most drug
medicines that we have, that arethat are chemically engineered,
are derived from plant compoundsinitially. So she really even,
it's not just natural medicinethat she can help and support
with. It's it's even using theseelements and plants and things
we have in nature, and how theycan inspire a scientist to take

that chemical compound and thenmove it into a different form of
drug that can, like, I don'tknow, help with cancer or
whatever the illness might be.
So not just natural medicine,but also natural medicine energy
healing, of course, working withsacred sites. So, you know, some
people like to travel to sitesthat are more spiritual, you

guys, most of you know, severalyears back, I got to see
Stonehenge. So sites that wethink of as spiritual weather,
like in there's lots of naturalspiritual sites, but also just
creating sacred space in nature.
So if you're someone that likesto get out into nature, whether
that's a park in the middle of abig city, like Central Park, or
whether it's getting to hike outinto the middle of nowhere,

really, just knowing that we cancreate sacred space in nature
anywhere. And Archangel Arielsupports that for sure, she can
also amplify healing energy whenpeople spend time outdoors or
working with again, crystals arenatural elements that she can

healing with me for my pets orfor my abundance, or my bank
account, whatever it is, okay.

So what can arc Angel Ariel,help us with? She helps us with
environmental healing and natureprotection, like we talked
about, animal wellness, healing,animal care, Animal Rescue,
animal advocacy, anything to dowith animals. And I keep seeing
pictures in my mind of it's sucha sad commercial, but everybody

knows what it is. It's it's thatSarah McLachlan song in the arms
of the angels, and it's like thepet rescue, yeah, because angels
help with pets and with rescuepets. So even if maybe you can't
rescue a pet yourself, you couldperhaps volunteer. You could
perhaps bring a bag of dog foodor blankets, old blankets, to a.
An animal shelter that really isstill an offering to Archangel

Ariel, because what you do foranimals, for the earth, for the
environment, or anyone thatlives here, is also for her, so
she can also help us withmanifestation of abundance and
prosperity. Again, it's it'sthose things which we desire,
and how do we bring them forwardin our physical world. How do we
manifest them? How do we drawthem to us? How do we start to

become in collaboration andcooperation with the energy of
money? For example, ArchangelAriel can support our work with
that. She can also help us withleadership. Now, if you watch
the weekly readings that comeout, there have been some
lately, and there will be someto come that are really letting
us know that we each are beingcalled to be leaders in our own

little worlds, in our own littleways, whether it's in your
family, whether it's in your ownlife, whether it is in the
friends that you have or thepeople you support in a work
capacity or even in a volunteercapacity, We are, those of us
that are sensitive, that arehave spiritual gifts that we

don't know about them. Yet weare called into leadership. And

in the UK pounds, money, wherewe put our dollars, companies
that we support, things that wepurchase, if those things, by

example, or that is doing somesort of environmental
preservation where we put ourabundance matters too. So I'm
not going to harp on that toolong, but you get what I'm
saying. So she can also helpwith that. And if you're wanting
clarity, when you sit down to doyour research, maybe you've got
a big purchase to make, and youwant to know, I want to buy from

a company that has like, a goodheart or good morals, sit down
and call in Archangel Ariel andsay, like, help me do this
research. And she will so alsoshe can help us with not only
overcoming fear, which is what Iwas talking about, healing
through nature and throughenergy, work through holistic

wishing someone well counts assending the energy of love and

fighting for products to not betested on animals, for example,
that counts. So it's there's somuch under this umbrella we can

the products that we use, but inthe way that they are sourced,
in the way that they aretransported, in the labor used
to create some of theseproducts, for example. So we can
really call on her to supportwith all of that. Hopefully
you're starting to see why thisis such a perfect time for her,
because there's so much upheavalwith all of this happening in

our world right now, and evenjust sitting with her and tuning
into her energy, for support,for comfort, for again,
strength, peace, groundednesswith all of the things bubbling
up can be really helpful. We cancall on or lean into her for
protecting and healing animals,for example. This might sound a
little Woo. But just go with me.
During the fires, there was afew of us that were calling on

her to help animals to escapehomes, for example, to help
them, support them, to find waysout, to help the natural
wildlife in those areas be ableto move in a quick way to
somewhere else. So you can callon her for things like that, or
for assistance with things likethat, overcoming fear and
stepping into courage, and thatreally is anywhere in our lives,

whether it's for like a biggermission, or whether it's just to
help a single person, we cancall on her for strength and
courage, again, manifestingabundance financial stability,
money's just an energy.
Abundance is just an energy. Butif she works with things of this
natural world that is part ofmanifestation, we can also work

Won't resonate with all of you,but for some of you, it will
things like dream work and Earthmagic and working with crystals
and working with herbs, not in away that we're going to ingest
them, but like the burning ofherbs and incenses, for example,
doing divination with waterharnessing, like elemental
healing, for example, so thatthat vein of woo, woo work can
all be supported by her again,supporting things like

meditation practices, especiallythose that align with nature, if
you're moving your awarenessinto a garden space or a forest
space, or if you sit outsidewhen you meditate, or if you

already present, harnessingnatural energy for healing and

spirit of your office, forexample. So we can really call

on her, lean into her energy forlimitless things. It's just
using your creativity, usingyour inspiration, and even just
sitting with her and sayinglike, hey, help me understand
how we can work together. Whatyou can help me with. She has
just this deep expert wisdomabout everything to do with our

Earth, our nature, our medicine,our animals, and even your your
beloved animals at home, whetherthey're still physically with
you in the home, or whether theyare now spirit animals hanging
out with you at home. Okay, sothose are some of the vast and
endless list of things that wecan work with her around or call
on her for. Let's talk quicklyabout the colors associated with

Archangel Ariel, and then we'lltalk about the stones, for those
of you that are wanting to workwith stones and crystals around
her. Now what I always, I alwayswhen I do the color, I'll tell
you what the internet says thecolors are, and then I'll tell
you how I experience the colors.
But please know if you are newor if you haven't heard me say
this before, it's okay to justwork with Archangel Ariel, or

any of the archangels with thecolors that you receive or
perceive them with. It doesn'thave to be this list. It doesn't
have to be all of them. Itdoesn't have to be any of them.
It's okay to honor what you'rereceiving. This is just a little
bit of a guide post for you.
Okay? The internet says thecolors associated with Archangel
Ariel are pale pink, goldenorange, green, silver and white.
I experience Archangel Arielwith more of like a magenta

pink, which is kind of similarto the top I'm wearing, but even
a little brighter. It's a colorI wear a lot, actually, but it's
that deeper, stronger, maybesometimes even a little bit
brighter, energized Pink is theway I see it. So that's the pink
that I perceive her with, andsometimes tipping into even
purple. So I kind of see it moregradient, or like, I think now
the word is ombre style, whereit's like that pink kind of

(42:30):
drifting into more of thosepurples, those higher wisdom
purples. And I often also seeher with a bit of a green hue,
or like a green aura around her,and sometimes golden, like rich
golden, I guess it's goldenorange light, kind of like that
morning sun or that golden hoursun. So that's how I experience
her. But again, however youexperience her, whatever colors

(42:55):
you want to work with her, with,whether it's one of these that
you want to meditate on or lotsof them, just play with it and
have a good time. The stones andcrystals associated with
Archangel aerial Rose Quartz isa great one that is just the
it's super common. I don't haveany within reach where I'm
sitting right now. Oh, there'sone right behind me in the
video. If you're watching thevideo version, it is that pink

stone right to here by my plant.
So anyway, Rose Quartz iswonderful. It's again, that
pink, but that pink color andenergy represents divine,
feminine, love, compassion,harmony. You can also use
Citrine, which I sometimes have,a little tiny Citrine right
here, but I don't right now.
It's kind of a Citrine is like agolden color, but it sometimes

(43:39):
tips into like an orangish or alight yellowish or even a
creamy, a kind of a color. ButCitrine is about abundance and
confidence, joy, empowerment,manifestation, success, personal
power, courage, action,leadership, the sun. So you can
see why Citrine can beassociated with her green
adventuring, which is just agreen, sometimes marled with

(44:01):
like a darker green or black.
It's earth healing, connectionto nature, prosperity, new
beginnings. Nature's abundance,balance alignment with the
natural cycle of things, growth,expansion, but like growing in
new ways, right? Think of likespringtime. So green adventuring

is great. Clear quartz, which isprobably one of the most
accessible stones. It's just theclear one. It's often thought of
as like the all healer, or thethe all the all covering stone,
because you really can use itfor anything, amplification,
divine guidance, healing,helping to amplify aerials,
energy and healing and inconnection, and also Moonstone,

(44:45):
which I also don't have nearby,but it's the one that is white,
looking kind of creamy, and thenit's iridescent, sometimes with
a little bit of like rainbowiridescence in there. And that
stone actually represents thewater.
Element connection. So if youdon't want to work with actual
water, if you work withMoonstone, remember the the
energy of the moon is thatwatery, intuitive, deep. You

know, Still waters run deep,kind of in energy. And it's that
that water element of the earthelements and Ariel also connects
to this, because of this divine,feminine cycles in nature, the
tides, the flow of water energyparticularly helpful for those
who want to work with Arielthrough like water based
rituals, or like in place ofwater based rituals, but in that

Divine Feminine powerful energy,because just think of that one
element alone, water. Water canbe powerful enough to erode
stones and create landslides,but can also be still and
nourishing and nurturing. It canbe to the depths of the ocean,
right? It can come in big waves.
It can come in tiny droplets. Itcan be soft for purification. I

mean, there's water. Is totallymutable, and can be a million
things. It also takes on energy.
You know, we've talked aboutbefore, that experiment. Oh, I
can't remember his name rightnow, but I believe it's a
Japanese scientist, where hespoke words, either harsh words
or loving words, into the waterto see the way the ice crystals

form differently based on theenergy of those emotions. So
it's pretty fantastic. SoMoonstone is great to connect
with Archangel Ariel as well.
How might you feel or recognizeArchangel Ariel? You might be
someone who just feels a deepconnection to nature or to
animals that is the presence ofAriel with you. In those

moments, you might feel a surgeof confidence or courage or
motivation. It might feel likeit comes out of nowhere, or in
the perfect timing that can besupport from her. You might see
colors, whether it's in amystical way, right, or whether
it's just you're noticing a lotof like pink and green and pink
and green. That could be hellosfrom her in the world around
you. You could even receivemessages through animals or

spirit animals or nature signsor people around you.
Particularly kids are great atgiving messages, but also those
synchronicities, because thingsthat are on our physical plane,
she can work with. So she canget messages through the radio,
through other people talking toyou, all the ways that you could
get a message. She can help withthat. She can also help with
dreams or intuition. I know somepeople like the word downloads,

about like taking action onthings. For example, you might
feel her as an unexpected flowof abundance or opportunity or
direction, like being reallyinspired to pursue a certain
direction where you weren'tbefore. You might feel a warm,
powering presence guiding youforward. For example, that can
be Archangel Ariel, but most ofthe time, the angelic energies

feel very subtle, even thoughthey are very powerful and
incredibly loving. Archangelsnever have any judgment of us,
because they just have so muchcompassion and deep
understanding for our humannessand our imperfection, to be
quite honest. So don't if you'refeeling like, Oh, I wonder if
she's judging me. That's theiryour human thoughts, and just

kind of see if you can give thatover to her, let that go, or see
what you're feeling like someonemight judge you about, and see
if you can work to shift thoseenergies. Maybe there's a guilt
inside you're feeling becauseyou're, I don't know, being
wasteful with a resource, forexample, so it'd be more just
being stirred in that emotion ofwhat you already know to be
true, because angels feelpositive and loving and

uplifting and supportive butpowerful at the same time. It's
such an interesting blend ofgentle power. So I'm really
excited to do some experienceswith you, and that's something
that we're going to work on, butI want to talk a little bit more
about how you might recognize orwork with Archangel Ariel. In

Energy in this year, one of theways that you might feel and
recognize Archangel Ariel,through this strong connection
to nature, you might just startfeeling drawn to spending more

But maybe it's even like youfeel like, oh, you know what?
While I'm working today, I wantto have this YouTube on the
background of, like this naturescene. It can be that, for
example, but if you're somewherewhere the weather allows, you
might just start feeling alittle bit of a call to, like,
walk outdoors. I forgot tomention this, but when we're
talking about crystals andstones, you really can use just
a plain stone or rock fromoutside to work with Archangel

aerial. I mean, rinse it off ifyou want, or wash it with some
nice soap, like if you want to,but because she is so just
Central and connected toeverything of the earth, you
could use any rock that comesfrom the earth will do so in a
pinch. Just use whatever youfind, any little pebble out
there will do okay. Just want tomake sure I threw that in there

(50:59):
so you might just feel thisenergy of peace or like deep
belonging in forests or nearwater. For some people,
especially here on the WestCoast, it's like getting close
to the ocean or connected withlike the sand on the shore
right. Maybe it's garden spacefor you, but you might just
start feeling the nudge, theurge a little bit more to be

(51:20):
called out into those spaces.
That's a call from Archangelaerial. You don't have to follow
it, meaning we still have freewill to be like, Oh, I don't
feel like going outside today,or I'll do that later. Or, you
know, maybe I'll make timeanother time, and that's okay
also, but just know that youhave the ability to dismiss it
if you want. Nature also mightseem to be more vibrant or more
alive if you get still in it,even if it's a plain Park,

right, if you get very still,then you might start to see, you
know, a butterfly floatingaround, or you might start to
watch the bees and the flowersand just really seeing all of
the aliveness of that naturalplace. When you get still and
are a little more connected, youmight notice animals acting more
friendly around you, or feelinglike just more of a deep sense

of oneness with the earth. If,yeah, the ocean, for example,
nature is differently connectedto all of us. So whatever your
version of it is, it's just thatstirring. You might also
suddenly feel inspired to takeaction on like an environmental
cause or experience like areally heart centered desire to

help animals or to help theplanet. And again, maybe you
can't adopt an animal right now.
Maybe that's not what it lookslike for you, but maybe it's a
donation, or maybe it's beingwilling to pet sit someone
else's animal, or take them fora walk, or give them a little
bit of extra love, right? Maybeit's sending a little healing to
someone else's animal. Anotherway that you might experience

(52:46):
her, that's a little morespecific, is just kind of a
sense of like, warm, courageousenergy, think of like in The
Wizard of Oz, like the lion,right? The the Cowardly Lion who
needs his courage. That's sortof what she can help us with.
Ariel's presence often bringslike a surge of confidence or
inner strength, or like a quickdetermination to spring into
action, and sometimes it's in away that kind of comes in out of

left field where we weren'texpecting to step into a
leadership role or step intodefending someone who's the
underdog in the situation, forexample, you might feel less
afraid or more empowered, orsuddenly have motivation to,
like, move forward on something,an area of your life, a plan, a
thought. So sometimes it comesin as like a slow wind of

motivation. If you've beenreally doubting yourself, Ariel
may send intuitive nudges orlike a push to stand in your
personal power, or evenbreadcrumbs of like,
synchronistic things that arecoming across your email or
you're hearing in podcasts, oryou're seeing on TV, or people
are mentioning to you in theworld, maybe you're at the
grocery store and you see it ona magazine cover about like

getting into your personal poweror taking a stand for yourself.
That's That's can be nudges withthe colors, how we're talking
about you might feel or see herin the colors. It could even be
colors around you in the world,like I was saying, where maybe
just all of a sudden, you keepnoticing, like a pink and green
together, for example, and youassociate those colors with
Ariel, and it's like, Oh, hello,Ariel. I see you. Thanks for

saying hi. Do you know what Imean? They might appear in
meditation, like in your mind'seye. You might imagine them you
you might see them in unexpectedplaces. You might like be like
me. Can't quite see it, butright off camera here is a pen
cup with like lots of coloredpens in there. You might have
colored pens or pencils and feelinspired to just doodle, and you

notice you're really wanting to,like doodle with those colors,
or paint with those colors, forexample. So they can come in
lots of ways and encounters withlike animals or signs from
nature, because Ariel's sodeeply connected to wildlife and
animals when she's near you, youmight experience like sudden
encounters with animals in aweird way.
Maybe you find that birds areseeming louder or closer to you,

or you're just more aware ofthem. Maybe.
You live somewhere where there'sdeer and a little doe, a little,
a little, tiny female deer,comes out and is just looking at
you and having stillness andhaving trust. So can be little
animal experiences like that. Itcan be butterflies or, you know,
maybe you're feeling more drawnto lions or big cats, for

example, than you normallywould. Or maybe that's even
going to be your sign fromArchangel Ariel when you need
strength or when you're callingon her. Maybe she can show you
big cats in the world, or evenlittle cats, whatever you like,
because, again, her name islioness of God. So feeling an
intuitive bond with an animal,like they're delivering a
message counts too, and maybeit's receiving like nature based

signs, like finding feathers canbe a symbol or a sign or a
hello. Seeing repeated animalimagery for a few days, at one
point, I kept seeing slothseverywhere. And it wasn't just
because they were trendy,because it's a little after the
trend, but I you know, sometimesit'll be like a repeated sign
where you're like, why am Iseeing this so much? This could
just be a hello for Ariel, orhearing unusual,

(56:03):
like animal sounds at unusualmoments, right where maybe, like
you're in a Zoom meeting, andall of a sudden you hear like a
dog barking that you've neverheard before. And it's like, oh,
that's that's interesting.
That's an interesting alert,like, I wonder what that's
about. So there's lots of waysthat this can start to come into
our awareness and ourexperience, but I'm just so
excited for you to get startedworking with Archangel Ariel.

(56:23):
She really is such a strength,such a protector, such a such a
like, I don't know, such achampion of nature and the
animal kingdom, and I know thatshe really needs us to take
action and to use our heart andsoul to not only help animals,
but the earth. And I think weall know, you know, climate

(56:44):
change and global warming andall of that is happening and and
there's just so many ways thatshe can help us and be a part of
our awareness. Because the truthis, we are kind of aware of
these things a lot of the timeright now. I know the East Coast
just got some crazy storms andlike, snowed over as well. And I
there's always things happening,right? So as these things are

(57:05):
more in our awareness, just knowyou can call on her, you can
work with her, you can lean onher and make sure that you check
the show notes so that you canget these Archangel experiences.
I've started doing them separatefrom the episode. Some of the
episodes have the archangelexperience right in the episode,
but I got a lot of requests forhaving, like, a standalone
meditation, so that's what I'vestarted creating for those. So

watch for them. They'll be inthe show notes, but they'll also
be posts about them, and they'llget sent out to my email list as
well. And again, we'll do onefor healing, either pets or wild
animals or nature, and we'll doone for abundance and
manifestation. So you can reallyplay and get in there and start
working with her energy. But Iinvite you to just start calling

her in. Start saying hello toher. Start you know, whether
it's morning or whatever time ofday. Archangel Ariel, I want to
get to know you. Start showingme, you know, the sign of the
lion or big cats, or startsaying hello to me with pinks
and greens, or start to help mefeel your strength, your
courage, your presence, right?
Even that is enough just givingher permission, invoking her in

that way. So hopefully this hasbeen a little eye opening.
Hopefully you can see why I dofeel like this is the perfect
time for her to come in and andwork with all of us and how we
all could beuseful right now in this way,
and hopefully it's giving yousomething else to focus your
energy and awareness, awarenessto with everything else that's
