exciting news. So I'm going togive you some updates on what's
been going on with me. I knowwe've all had quite a summer,

(01:08):
and you know, I've posted acouple best of episodes
recently, so I wanted to giveyou the updates on what's been
going on. So many of you havebeen asking. I'm going to share
which tools are working for meright now in my own personal
development and spiritualdevelopment, I'm going to share
a spirit story of a sign, likean experience, a recent mystical
experience that I had personallywith one of my own loved ones, a

(01:31):
little hello from the spiritworld, and an exciting share of
something that I have beencooking up for a while that is
finally ready. So we're justgonna dive in. This is a little
bit more of a casual episode.
And I really, I don't do seasonson this podcast, but I'm kind of
considering this like thekickoff of a new season, if we
did them. I have some reallyexciting guest episodes coming

(01:53):
up as well. So let's start withmy personal life. Since you guys
seem to want to know aboutwhat's been going on with me. If
you've been listening to the podfor any length of time, you
might already know that one ofthe things I've been
intentionally focusing time andattention on this year is
cultivating friendships anddeeper bonds with the amazing

(02:13):
souls in my life, my friends. Ibelieve that friends are the
family that we choose forourselves. And I have been
working on consistently andregularly getting together with
each of my small group offriends, the local ones. I've
also been trying to bring themtogether a little bit more, to
create a little bit more of a,you know, small community or

(02:34):
safe friendships for the peoplethat I care about in my lives. I
know this might soundridiculous, but as a grown
person who's running a business,it just sometimes feels
challenging to get to all thethings we want to do, and then
sometimes when we have an offday. For me anyway, my kids are
grown, as you guys know, I justwant to check out and rest

(02:55):
sometimes. So it really has beenan intentional effort and making
sure we have dates on thecalendar to do things together
and things coming up andintentionally checking in. So
that's one of the things I'vebeen working on this year,
cultivating in the garden of mylife. And as one of those
things, some of you know, I hada mini staycation with my bestie

(03:17):
this year. We really decidedwe've been friends for, I think,
almost 30 years at this point.
And many years we kind of longdistance best friends. We lived
together at one point early onin our friendship. And then many
years ago, my bestie moved toLas Vegas, so she lives there,
and I get to see her once in ablue moon. There's been times

(03:39):
where I took the kids there. Youknow, I went to see her when she
had her triplets. They'reteenagers now, but many years it
just, even though we talk mostdays, it was really tough for us
to get together and see eachother in person. So that's
something we a few years ago.
Actually, those of you that havebeen with the pod a really long
time remember when I went to NewOrleans, that was kind of our
first annual besties trip. Andthe last couple years, she's

(04:00):
come from Vegas to visit me inSan Diego, and we get into some
shenanigans here. So as I'vebeen really thinking about the
relationships that are importantto me and the friendships that
have become family for me, Ireally wanted to do it a little
special for her this year. So Idesigned some special cocktails
for our trip, I got us thesematching moomoos, which are

(04:22):
really like house robe typethings, because we like to
lounge around. She does stillhave kids at home and teenagers.
She's five kids all together whoare all amazing people in the
world, but she needed a littlebit of downtime as well. We had
Comic Con here, so we did go outand explore a little bit. We
went to the zoo, we just hadsome chill time, and we talked

(04:44):
and bonded like we always do.
And so that is more or less whathas gone on in my summer, in my
personal life, it's been a lotof focus on mediumship and some
exciting things that I'mcreating. Which I'm going to
talk about in just a fewminutes, I guess, also on the
personal side, as a mom, Ireally, you know, it's such an

(05:08):
interesting thing, because I hadmy kids really young, as many of
you know. I was 20 when my sonwas born, and my first one, and
22 when I had the second one.
And now they're adults. And as amom, I've been really working on
not letting my own anxiety takeover when the kids have
something that's popping up forthem in their lives. For my
kids, I've really come to learnthat some of it is me showing up

(05:30):
as the kind of mom that I reallywant to be. So that's something
I'm always working on, how I'mshowing up and how I'm engaging
and and, yeah, I'm just reallyalways fine tuning, working on
myself in that way. But I thinkthe bigger part of it with my
kids, anyway, is me trying toalso be the mom that they each
need me to be. They're verydifferent people. They have very

(05:51):
different boundaries andexpectations and needs, and each
of them has grown so much justin the past couple of years
alone. But as most of us know,if you deal with any young
people in your life, if you havekids or know young people, all
growth happens outside of thecomfort zone for all of us. So
while they both have a ton to beproud of, they've each had some

(06:13):
really significant growthperiods as well. And I think
it's you know, they're learningin their lives, but it's been a
learning and growing experiencefor me, too, to try to show up
in the ways that really actuallyhelps them or what they actually
need. I do tend to be a bit of afixer in my life, so I sometimes
want to spring into action withideas and solutions. And you

(06:36):
know, that's just not alwayswhat they need. Are you guys
experiencing this at all in yourlife, maybe someone that you've
had a really long relationshipwith, and you're needing to
adjust who you need to be inthat relationship based on their
needs as well. Let me know. Iknow some of you have even
teenage kids, is when thisstarts to happen, really. So
that's also something I've beenworking on. I'm always working

(06:57):
on myself, as most of you know, and in my personal life, the
other thing I've really beenworking on is refocusing on my
own health and wellness. I amtrying to make sure to get those
things in doctor visits andmammograms. Schedule your
mammograms, folks. I know we'renot quite at Breast Cancer
Awareness Month in October, buthey, friendly reminder. I'm also

(07:17):
thinking of doing some vaccinesthat I need for potential
international travel. I've beenrefocusing on my nutrition and
trying to get that dialed in. Idon't share a lot about this,
but I have a condition that'scalled ulcerative colitis as one
of the few things going on in mybody, which essentially means
lots of tummy issues. So whilethere are a lot of things on my

(07:40):
restricted list that I can'thave. I also want to make sure
I'm getting, you know, nobody'sgetting younger, enough protein,
enough nutrients, all the thingsI need. So I'm working on that.
I know many of us are alwaysworking on that. And I'm also
working on moving my physicalbody with the longer term
intention of building strengthand stamina. Right now I'm, you
know, it's been very calmworkouts, little bit of mat

(08:03):
Pilates and definitely notenough cardio. But I do know,
you know, as many of us know,it's something important that's
in our awareness is we need tobe taking care of our physical
bodies and health and longevityand wellness, whatever that
means for you, right where youare. I think that's the other
thing that I've really worked onover these last few years is
some of you know, there was atime in my life where I was

(08:25):
really active and really fit,and my work leaned more towards
the fitness world, and you know, all of that, let's just say, and
then I have a condition thataffects my lungs, and so maybe
I'll tell the whole story ofthat if you guys ever want to
hear it. Love, hear it, let meknow. But it should really
change everything about myphysical body, what works, what

(08:46):
doesn't work, what I can do,what is something I'm working
towards doing again. So I havereally learned over and over
again the importance of workingwith our bodies where we are in
any given moment, because mybody can just go into a crazy
flare up, sometimes, seemingly, for, like, no reason. Maybe I've
had a little too much, you know,of something tasty or something

(09:10):
my body doesn't like, that Ireally like, or maybe I haven't,
you know, exercised for a while.
So it's really just working withour bodies in the way we can
where we are right now, right?
So that's also something thatI'm working on. And working on
this is maybe like a very likemeta thing for me, but working
on, how do I work on mynutrition and my physicality in

(09:32):
a way that doesn't feelpunishing to me, because when I
was in fitness and acting andall of that, the amount of what
I needed to do to look the way Ineeded to look, felt punishing
all the time. So I'm working onthe emotions around that too. On
the personal, spiritual side, more of like what I'm working
on. I know many of you seem tolike when I share the things I'm

(09:53):
working on or the tools that areworking for me, I'm always
expanding info. Focusing on mymediumship, deepening it,
expanding it, understandingmore. It's an art, not a
science. As many of you know, these mystical arts, the most
basic maintenance for mediumshipis meditation, personal
evaluation of my own work, personal evaluation of myself,

(10:14):
which I feel like I'm alwaysdoing my emotions, basically
trying to make sure I'mregularly, like, checking myself
and doing some version ofpersonal development, which I
think we all should be doing.
I'm always doing personaldevelopment. It's never done.
We're always growing andchanging, and the world's always
changing, and things are alwaysgetting thrown at us, right?

(10:37):
Sometimes things that feelpositive and sometimes things
that feel challenging. So I feellike it's so important to
continue that personaldevelopment at this point. I
don't know if many of you canresonate with this. I think a
lot of you probably can. At thispoint in my life, I sort of know
the main themes that I'm usuallyworking on as a person, if I'm
having resistance or if I'mfeeling some challenging

(10:57):
emotions. Often it kind ofwhittles down to one of the same
few themes over the course of mylife, after these 47 years, it
seems like, and the truth is, alot of you guys maybe don't know
this about me, I'm beingchallenged to grow all the time
as a person like all of us, andI tend to react more anxiously.
In most ways, I tend to just bea little bit more of an anxious

(11:20):
person for lots of reasons thatI'm always working on. So I also
really am always working withthat anxious feeling, that
underlying anxiety. Sometimes myfirst reaction or response or
emotion that rises up isresistance or is like, no I want
to push away. So often I knowthat comes from an anxious

(11:40):
place, and I'm always working onthat. So how are you guys doing
with your anxiety? I know a lotof us tend to lean anxiously,
and there's, of course, a lot tounpack around that, which we're
not going to do today, but letme know if you guys ever want to
have a talk about anxiety, andwe can really talk about it and
unpack it. And forme, it is the thing that works
the most with my anxiety rightnow. It's it's often mental, but

(12:03):
it can come into my physicalbody, which then really, as you
might imagine, upsets my wholesystem, as it does for most of
us. And I find myself reallyuncomfortable, but really some
of it is about pausing. It'sabout asking myself, like,
what's true in any situation. AmI making a situation bigger the
potential of like, what could gowrong, for example? Am I making

(12:25):
that bigger than it actually is?
Am I looking at thingsrealistically? Is it the voice
of my anxiety that's getting mewound up, or is it something
realistic that I need to beconcerned about, or need to take
a look at, for example? So thatis something I'm always working
on in my own personaldevelopment. And like many
people, I deal with fears andresistance that rise up all the

(12:47):
time. I'm going to give a quicklittle example, just so you can
see how, for me, it rises up,even in very small ways, which
is probably true for you. I knowa lot of people can be shocked
to hear that, because sometimespeople think like, oh, as a
spiritual practitioner, I'm sureyou've got all this dialed in
already, and you're supposed tobe psychic, and why don't you
know that everything is going tobe okay? And on some level, I'm

(13:08):
sure I do know that, but thishuman experience is wild, y'all,
so I feel like that's probablywhy it lingers. I might have an
opportunity in the spring, closeto summer, to visit a friend
abroad. And I've looked I haveenough miles to go, I could
carve out the time this far inadvance to go, but I'm feeling

(13:29):
really anxious about even theidea of this big, long trip.
It's far, which is fine, and Idid a lot of work, kind of
thinking about it, looking atit, really digging into like,
why am I anxious? I love totravel. I always have thought of
myself as a world traveler and aperson who wants to travel.
Maybe I haven't gotten to do itfor several years, and there was

(13:51):
a time in my life when the kidswere growing up where I couldn't
afford it. But now it's theperfect time. My kids are grown.
I'm on my own. I made my ownrules. I got the miles to cover
the flight. So I've really beenworking the energy of like, why
am I in resistance? Is it that Idon't want to go and I actually
do right now, what I've come tois that I'm a little nervous to
be so far away from my kiddos.
They have friends and peoplethat care about them, of course,

(14:14):
but I'm, in a lot of ways, I'mthe family member that they have
that shows up. So I'm workingthe energy of it. I'm going to
talk to both the kids and andbecause they might not have
anything about it at all, thismight be something I'm creating
as anxious worry in my own mind.
That is really not necessary. SoTBD on that I will let you guys

(14:35):
know if it comes to fruition, orif the plans start getting made.
I will definitely let you know, because it's something I really,
really would want to share withyou guys if it comes to
fruition. Okay, there's just acouple more things I want to
talk about in this catch up. Ido want to share a story with
you guys of a recent mysticalexperience that I have, and then
I'm going to tell you somequestions that are helping me

(14:56):
right now as I like evaluatesituations and anxieties that.
Come up in my life, and then I'mgoing to share something really
exciting with you that I havebeen working so hard on, that's
been consuming a lot of my timeand energy. So first fun story.
This is about an instance, because a lot of these people
will ask me, oh, you must beaware of your loved ones all the

(15:17):
time. You must feel them aroundall the time. And I do in light
ways, here and there, but Idon't have a lot of conscious
like, maybe I'll see a littlesign, a little hello from them
in passing. Maybe I'll see like,a number on the clock or a
receipt or license plate, ormaybe I'll get the butterflies,
or whatever it is that I havefor different people. But a
mystical experience happenedrecently, and I want to share

(15:40):
it, because I feel like it'ssuch a good example of how in
the very mundane day to day, things we're doing our spirit
people can just use theopportunity to really make an
impact, and it's so subtle thatwe could miss it. So I hope
you'll like this little storyI'm about to tell you. It's a
little strange. Maybe I have aloved one on the other side that
passed away in November. I wasworking on an episode where of

(16:06):
the podcast actually writing.
You guys, know, I write theepisodes, and sometimes there's
research, and it takes me quitea while to put all the notes
together. And I was working onan upcoming episode, actually,
where we talk about signs andpersonalities from the other
side, and I had some music inthe background. And I keep this
playlist of just songs that Ilike. There's probably is over
300 songs on this playlist atthis point from, like, totally

(16:29):
different genres acrossdifferent time periods. And as I
was editing and working on thisepisode, I was dancing in my
chair and very fidgety. I fromtime to time, maybe like every
15 minutes or so, stand up andstretch and sit back down and
move all around that I'm verywiggly in my chair. And as I was

(16:49):
working, all of a sudden, thethoughts started coming in that
I don't know how people wouldreceive watching
me do this, and I saw how funnyit is thinking that I know
people think spiritual workersare so like peaceful, and
everything we do is very zen.
And should, you know, should bejust still and quiet and calm.

(17:11):
And I was thinking how funny itmight be if I did like a time
lapse video, and we see creatorsdo those of how hard of a time I
have sitting still when I workon the computer, like I don't
sit still at all. But as I wasdoing that, I was thinking,
like, Okay, actually, if I didthat time lapse video, it might
be really embarrassing if anyonesaw how crazy I work and that. I
don't know if anyone would wantto see like, that weird, quirky

(17:36):
side of me, because if I'msitting to write for like, two
hours. Let's say I'm up probably20 times at least. So as I'm
processing all that, you know, and all that happened within the
span of, like, just a coupleminutes, right as your mind is
rolling and you're thinking, andI'm realizing I'm fidgeting all
around, and at that moment, Iwas writing a part of a social
media clip that said, drop theinitials of a person on the

(18:00):
other side that comes to mindright now in this moment, and
all of a sudden, the songswitched, and a song came on
that's called Blackbird. It'soriginally by The Beatles, but
this a very special, significantsong, which let me know that
this special someone who I lovevery much is nearby. I like the
song, and it's a powerful song, and I really could almost hear

(18:24):
the sound of this person'ssqueaky little voice right in my
mind, just as you know, justlike the song, she is powerful.
But I got up from my place atthe table where I was working,
and I immediately walked over tothe window, and for some reason,
in this moment, I was justreally moved, really moved by

(18:47):
her presence and the way thatsong just clicked on. And I
started crying a little. Istarted tearing up, and I could
feel her gentle, loving presenceand like bubbles in a soda, kind
of like little memories startedjust popping into my mind that
she and I shared. And Isometimes tell my clients this,
one of the ways our loved onescommunicate with us is to we

(19:07):
usually have our group of go tomemories that we think about
when we think of someone, andthey can sometimes, just like
little bubbles, pull thesememories up to the surface that
we hadn't thought about in areally long time, and that's
what started happening. And Iknew it was her, because she and
I shared some very specialmemories. For example, I
realized that she was one of thefew people in my life who had

(19:29):
spent a significant time aroundme when I was pregnant with my
younger daughter, and knew me asa very young mom. I very few
people in my life now knew me atthat phase my just my bestie
knew me at that phase in mylife, and she got to see parts
of me in a vulnerable andintimate way that so few people
have gotten to see, or that Ihave shared with so few people.

(19:53):
And I remembered her littlespunky attitude that she.
Oh, things that she would oftensay, and she and I were just
very similar in some ways. Andjust as a song, just as a song
started to I was thinking abouthow cool it was, how cool it was

(20:17):
that day. I'd been trying tothink of an example for, like,
my own sign, right? And I wasthinking like, Oh, how cool that
I'm trying sitting here, tryingto think an example of a sign
that I've gotten from a lovedone, and now, all of a sudden,
this experience is happening, and how cool was that? So that's
kind of what I was thinking of.
And I just hadn't been able tothink of anything earlier, like
racking my brain for like, oh mygosh, come on, I have to have a

(20:38):
sign to share with people forthis upcoming episode. And then
I was thinking how funny it wasthat all of a sudden, this this
mystical moment started tohappen, and how in the world was
I going to convey this in a waythat made sense of how emotional
and meaningful it was for me,because it sounds like, okay,
joy, a song came on, and nowyou're crying and like you're
making this thing up, but it'sthe feeling that comes along

(20:59):
with it, and these memories andthis train of thought that I
wasn't expecting at all. And asthis moment was happening, I was
thinking like, yeah, how in theworld am I going to convey this?
And like, why it was soemotional to me? And I was
thinking sometimes, as a medium,I might explain things that
because other people are notaccustomed to hearing it that
way, or not accustomed to theseexperiences. It might make it

(21:22):
harder to understand for someonethat's like a non medium or or
not in this spiritual work. AndI was just thinking about my
mediumship, and, you know, wondering, you know, maybe it is
a little different for me insome ways, because I have just
more, like a bigger, biggergroup of experiences. And I was
thinking about how sometimes Ican feel other people's spirit,

(21:46):
people, and so I just startedthinking about my mediumship,
and this is all in the span of,like, three or four minutes. And
then all of a sudden, the songshifts to, you guys might know
this song. All of a sudden, it'squiet, and then it says, I see
dead people, and I immediatelyburst into laughter. This is
that Kendrick Lamar song, forthose that don't know, but

(22:07):
that's how it starts. And it'sit just the moment that it came
in, and the way the songchanged, and I could still feel
this lovely lady next to me. Ijust burst into laughter. And I
remembered again, this woman'ssoft and very witty sense of
humor. And I was thinking howperfect, because the episode I
was editing was about the littleways people still have their

(22:30):
sense of humor. And I know that, since I was crying, she
definitely would want to make melaugh and break that tough,
sentimental moment of energy, and I just thought it was, I
guess maybe you had to be there.
Let me know. If this is makingsense to you guys in the way I'm
conveying it. I feel like thesemystical experiences are so hard
to convey, because it just isthe way the moment unfolds. And

(22:55):
it just was really meaningfulfor me. And I thought it was
kind of hilarious, because thereI am, you know, crying and
having this very like pensive, poignant moment, and then all of
a sudden, I say dead people, which is really hilarious. And
she didn't get to know me atthis time in my life, when I'm a
medium. So even more funny. Sothat is my little mystical
experience, and often how itworks for me with my own loved

(23:18):
ones in the spirit world, willjust be such a fleeting moment,
something really special andmeaningful and mystical for me,
that, as you see, when I try toarticulate it may or may not
sound as profound and meaningfulas it was for me. Okay, moving
on. Now, I want to tell you thequestions that have been helping

(23:38):
me the most right now, because, you know, all of us have so many
things happening our in ourworld, we're being challenged as
people ourselves, in ouremotions, in our beliefs, in our
patterns, um, often we just havereally tough things. We have
families and Jobs andCommunities and all of these
things. So I often have a groupof questions that works for me

(23:59):
as I'm doing my own processingday to day. I'm going to give
you a few of them, and then I'mgoing to talk to you a little
bit about something excitingthat's going on. So a few of the
questions that have been helpingme the most right now are things
like, what's my highestintention in this situation? You
know, like I was saying with thekids, I often am thinking about,
Okay, what's going to be thebest those of you that have kids

(24:22):
or young people in your lifeanywhere from like 12 and over,
all the way to like full youknow, 90 years old. You know,
sometimes the way we approachthe people closest to us,
especially our own kids or ourown young people that we love
it, we have to be very careful.
We could take the wholesituation at a totally left
field direction just byapproaching it in an energy that
they don't receive. So I'm oftenthinking about, when I'm

(24:46):
greeting situationsconversations, how I want to
handle a situation, how I wantto offer my help, or what I can
do. Really, the go to questionfor me is, what's my highest
intention in this situation?
Innovation, and then I can workfrom there. And who do I want to
show up as I think about futureme, the person I'm growing into,

(25:06):
the person I'm living into tobe. Who do I want to show up as?
Because sometimes, when thingsare hard, I think we all can
show up as maybe older, lesshealed versions of ourselves,
right? If we just spring intoreaction instead of thinking
about all right, who do I wantto show up as right now in this
conversation? Yeah, the otherthing I mentioned earlier,

(25:28):
what's true, I ask myself thatoften it really does help with
my anxiety, because my mind canget spinning and go down the
thought train of tons ofdifferent scenarios, right? I
can even sometimes be making upthe response of other people and
how they might respond, or whatmight happen. And it's great to
pause and say, is that true? Isthat true? Do you know for sure

(25:50):
that that person is going toreact like that, or that that's
what the situation is going tobring about? So that's a really
powerful question. And the lastquestion I want to give you that
I often work with is, what's theemotion underneath? Because
sometimes the first emotionwe're aware of is our, like,
reactionary emotion, angry,annoyed, frustrated, super

(26:13):
excited. So it's that emotionthat might come first. But
really, I'm always whittlingdown at, like, what's the
emotion underneath? I teachdifferent versions of this, but
for example, someone that like, gets offered to give a public
speech to, let's say, acommunity that they're a part of
and it's a big deal that they'regetting to, like, give this
little talk or this speech. Andmaybe you're feeling resistant

(26:36):
to public speaking, and yourimmediate reaction is like,
Nope, I don't want to do that.
Well, it could be somethinglike, actually, a fear of
failure or a fear of judgment,or a fear of being seen or self
doubt. It doesn't necessarilymean like, Oh, I just don't have
time, or oh, I just don't likespeaking, or oh, I just don't
want to do it. Like, why? What'sthe reason underneath? Because
as you evaluate those reasons, one, we learn more about

(26:59):
ourselves too, you might findyou don't even believe some of
those things anymore. Likemaybe, maybe many years ago, you
had a fear of being seen, butmaybe now, as you realize it,
you realize like, oh, actually,I don't have a fear of being
seen. I can do this talk. Sothat's just the gist of looking
at what's the emotionunderneath. I want to talk to
you a little bit about what'sgoing on in my work. This is

(27:20):
very exciting. So I'm always, like I said, working on
deepening my mediumship, andthat is such a big part of my
expression and who I am. But Ialso have been working on
building some new courses andworkshops and hopefully some in
person events before the end ofthe year in San Diego. For those
of you that are local for now,for a while, I have been

(27:42):
crafting this very specialoffering. It's my method. Is
what I want to say. You may haveseen the ads. If you're on any
of my social media, if youfollow me at all, or even if you
don't, people are seeing theads. So I've created this mini
course. It's called the rightdecision mini course. It's a
simple, proven method to tapinto your most powerful

(28:04):
strategic tool, which is yourintuition, so you can make
clear, confident choices andcreate extraordinary outcomes in
your work, in your personallife, even in uncertain times,
which, let's be real, thisworld's a little chaotic in good
times and right now even morechaotic. So I kind of feel like
I've been working on this minicourse for a few years. These

(28:25):
are some of the mostfoundational tools. These are
the tools I use in my life toget right straight into my
intuition. The truth is, in thisworld that we're in right now,
the rules keep changing, andpressure keeps building. And for
me, and I think probably for alot of us, the stakes have never
felt higher, like, could someonejust please hand us a map and a

(28:46):
snack and give us a nap? Oneminute, we're on fire, full of
ideas, momentum, things arecracking right along, and the
next minute, we feel like wewant to, like, curl up with our
third cup of coffee, secondguessing everything. Is this
happening for you? I feel likeit's happening for a lot of us.
And so I've been thinking, whatis the what is the method? What
are the base set of tools that Ifeel like everyone should have

(29:09):
to tap into their intuition? Sothat's really what I have
created. I in this mini course, walk you through these video
trainings where I take youthrough the exact three step
method that I use, not only withmy private clients, but for
myself and my own life overmany, many, more than 10 years.
I want to say 1314, years. Atthis point, maybe

(29:35):
you will get in this mini coursethe decision ready guided
process, which are guided audiosessions, and they are a go to
tool for resetting your energy, reconnecting with your intuition
whenever you need it most, youget the right decision playbook
which helps you make the rightdecision every time it's a go to
tool for tuning into yourintuition, making confident soul

(29:58):
align choices in life, in love.
In business, and you will findthe exact step by step process
in this course to get groundedcraft the right question, to
receive answers from yourintuition and receive crystal
clear answers from your soul.
There's an answer on demandprocess, which is a guided
session to help you quickly andeasily connect to the guidance

(30:19):
that's already waiting for you.
We all have our inner guidancesystem waiting for us. It's just
about learning how to tap intoit. You're going to get a
clarity log book, which is notjust a journal, it is a
personalized tool for buildingintuitive confidence on repeat.
It's one thing to do somethingonce, it's another thing to be
able to recreate the results foryourself. So in this clarity
logbook. You can track youraligned questions, the guidance

(30:41):
you receive the real life, liferesults that follow. So you can
see exactly how your intuitionleads to better decisions,
faster wins, more alignedoutcomes in life, in business,
in whatever you're facing. Plusright now, when you when people
enroll, you get these awesomebonuses, which are only going to

(31:02):
be available for a limited time.
There's three bonuses, intuitionversus fear, and how to tell the
difference. If you've everwondered, you know, is this a
soul nudge? Am I just scared?
That's the training for you.
It's less than 15 minutes, andit walks you through the key
differences between intuitionand fear, and the subtle ways
fear disguises itself and kindof lets us get tricked, that

(31:26):
bonus alone can really help youmake any decision moving
forward. Plus you get the whatif I get nothing flow charts. I
feel like that's such a commonthing for people. What if I
don't get anything? What if myintuition doesn't work? So let's
be honest, sometimes the answerdoesn't come easily or right
away. So it doesn't mean thatwe're blocked or broken. It
means that we're human. And thisis a little flow chart that

(31:47):
helps you understand like, ifthis, then what? And just shows
you where to go if you do feelstuck, because you're really not
stuck, so you don't spiral intodoubt and frustration. You could
just use this little cheatsheet. And the third bonus is
this energy architect process.
It helps you set the vibe, shiftthe room, own the outcome,
before the meeting, before thepitch or event or dinner party
or holiday. It helps you set theenergy in your favor. It's a

(32:11):
powerful, guided experience, andyou'll learn my signature rose
technique to energetically clearand ground and bless any space
so it supports your success andthe highest and greatest good
for you and everyone involved, whether it is a boardroom or a
Zoom Room, you can walk infeeling centered and magnetic
and in control, as we are allthe architect of our own energy,

(32:36):
right? So the right decisionmini course is something I have
been working on for a reallylong time. I'm so proud of it.
It is only $27 because I alsowanted to offer it at a price
point that I felt could bereally accessible for many
people, for most people, to getthese tools that I feel like is

(32:57):
almost like the manual that weshould have come into this world
with, is how I believe it. So ifyou are interested in that, it's
something that I have beenpouring my heart and soul into,
and I'm really excited about.
I'll drop the link in the shownotes, but you may have also
seen it on socials, so I havecrafted that mini course for you

(33:20):
so that you can get grounded andclear and tune into your
intuition yourself and get theanswers that you need. Because
the truth is, I don't think inthis next little stretch of time
that things are going to get anyless chaotic. If anything, I
think it's going to be even moreof a pressure cooker as we step
into the last chapter of thisyear and into the first chapter

(33:40):
of next year. So that is what Ihave been working on. I do have
some additional workshops thatI'm brewing and and tending to
that I'm working on for thislast quarter of the year that's
coming up that you will hearabout soon. So just know that
even when it seems like maybeI'm on vacation or maybe I'm
checked out. I'm really not. Itake very little time off,

(34:02):
actually, and I'm often writingor working on these classes or
workshops or other ideas and andplus, the mediumship for me is
still such a primary, importantand profound part of my work
that I feel very blessed andlucky to be a part of so that is

(34:24):
a little bit about what has beengoing on with me right now,
where I've been, why you maybefeel like you haven't seen me as
much for a little bit. I stilldo the free monthly community
healings every month. If youhave not been able to make it to
one of those, you can check outthe website, and I try to list
the dates in advance. Butbesides this mini course, which
I like I said, I think it is theplaybook for everyone to get

(34:46):
grounded and clear and tunedinto our intuition and get the
answers we need at any time, Ihave been really working so hard
to get that out to you and someadditional workshops that are
soon to come plot. Yes, thereare some really fun
conversations coming up on thepodcast, so be looking forward

(35:07):
to those. I'm really going to besharing some more mystics and
mediums and luminaries of ourtime with you here in the spirit
speakeasy. And I'm just reallygrateful for you. I want to know
how was your summer? What isworking for you right now? Are
there any tools that you havethat you've been finding in
these last few months? Okay, this tool's really solid. This

(35:29):
is working for me? Or are thereany kind of gaps in the tools
that you have that you have beenreally realizing in the last few
months? Okay, I need someclarity here, or I need to
figure out how to get into myintuition here, or I am missing
something, or feeling a littlestuck or blocked in this segment
of my life. I want to know. Iwant to know what's going on
with you, too. This is not justa one sided catch up. We are in

(35:53):
this pod squad together, and youare just as important part of
this energy as I am. So pleaseknow that you have my love and
gratitude and appreciation, andI'm so grateful to be here with
you so now that we areapproaching the end of August
and buckling down for back toschool season, which it still

(36:13):

ready to shift towards fall, orin The Southern Hemisphere,
where you guys are getting readyto shift towards spring, just
know that I'm grateful to haveyou here with me, and I really
want to keep cruising throughthis year with you and giving
you things to think about andenergy to explore and tools to

(36:37):
play with, and hopefully Someother souls that have been on
their journeys that can give ussome food for thought and some
inspiring conversations. So ifthere's anything you are wanting
to hear about or learn about orgrow into, I would love it. If
you would share it with me. Youcan leave it as a comment
