speakeasy. This week, we aregoing to be talking all about
the art of energetic alignment.
Did you know you can train yourenergy like an athlete to
respond in the ways that youneed it to I'm so excited about
this episode, and I want to diveright in. But let me just
quickly tell you guys, I amalways thinking about you, what

you want to learn, what you'restruggling with, what you're
stuck on, what is rising up foryou in any given moment. And
I've been working on thisepisode for a little while
because, as many of you know, Ihave a free workshop coming up,
which we will talk more aboutlater, and I'm going to teach
you the tools for free in thatworkshop that essentially is
part of what we're going to diveinto today. Because the

frustrating thing is that evenif we work hard, you know, in
our job and become skilled atwhatever it is we do and try our
best in our relationships. Thereare additional energetic things
going on all the time that we'renot taught about, and they do
affect everything. So today, weare diving into that invisible

force that shapes everything.
You attract, magnetize,experience your energetic
alignment. I'm kind of thinkingof this episode a little bit as
a part two to that aura. 101episode, and we're going to talk
more about how your aura isinvolved in this energetic
projection as we go through thisepisode. But I also want to just

highlight that. I don't know ifyou guys know this about me, but
I am a lifelong, prettycontinuous learner. So sometimes
I will dip into just deep divingother teachers or wise, wise
ones that have walked the earth.
And this that we're going totalk about today, I'm going to
be quoting Napoleon Hill quite abit, and some of these are based
on his theories, his teachings,but also I think he's missing

some bits, just from theenergetic standpoint. But I love
that this work, this talk ofenergetic alignment, has been
available for a long time. It'sjust we're generally not taught
this, and most of us don'tnecessarily. It's think like,
that's not where our mind goesto when we're thinking like,
What the heck is going on in mylife, right? We don't always

think about, oh, is my energyaligned? But it's more important
than you probably realize. Ifyou've been here a little while,
you might realize it, so kudosto you. I like to think of this
episode also as your energeticalignment reset. It's practical
spiritual tune up for yourvibration and just refocusing
you around that, because truly,it is so, so important. There

are several segments I want tomove through. And I know you

guys. So I want to talk firstabout fear resistance and this

kind of inner call back toalignment. Napoleon Hill said
Fear is nothing more than astate of mind. Maybe you heard
of his one of his most famousbooks, Think and Grow Rich,
right? And this is notnecessarily about financial
riches, per se, but all of theabundance that we're trying to
create in our lives, we talkhere about abundance, right? And

how we align for abundance andwhat that looks like. Well, fear
is one of the things that holdsus back from being aligned and
from allowing abundance to flowto.
Us and through us. So I'm goingto give you that quote again.
This is Napoleon Hill. Fear isnothing more than a state of
mind. Resistance is not ourenemy, and often resistance
(05:10):
comes from lots of things, likestepping out of our comfort
zone, challenging ourselves tosomething bigger, something new
even can come in making a newfriend. We can feel resistance,
right? But resistance is not anenemy. It's information. It's
your energy showing you whereyou are out of alignment with
your next level, your next step.
If something is for you and yoursoul is nudging you right,
(05:33):
saying like you need to makesome more friends, you need to
get out there, you need to buildyour community. And often these
nudges come in different forms.
So sometimes it might be, oh,yeah, I should join like, a
cooking club. I like cooking.
Maybe I'll do that. And thenit's like, oh, I don't want to
meet strangers. And then maybein a week later, it loops
around, like, why don't you justsearch for a cooking class in

your area? It's, it won't alwaysbe the exact same version of the
nudge often, but it's just yourenergy showing you where you are
out of sync, out of alignmentwith that next level that
resistance rises up. And oftenwe just say, Okay, well, I'm not
going to do it instead ofexamining that resistance, and
that's what I want to encourageyou to do as part of our time
(06:17):
together today, when you noticea fear, a hesitation, a
resistance, right? Don't shameyourself. Don't say, oh my gosh,
I'm you know, don't go down thatpath, that rabbit hole with
yourself. Let yourself expandinto that resistance. I really
spend a lot of time doing thiswith myself, once we've moved

through quite a bit of thepersonal development, this
resistance still shows up infunny ways. And you guys know
I've shared over the years mydifferent versions of
resistance, because resistanceis what holds us back, often,
from growing into living intothese next versions of ourselves
and those things that we want toexperience. For those of you

listening and not watching thevideo version, you know, I talk
with my hands so much, so I'mreally trying to calm down with
that. But I'm Italian. What canI say? It's in us. So when you
notice that hesitation, thatresistance, start just sitting
with yourself. You can imagineexpanding your energy around
that resistance. And justgetting a little curious, what
(07:21):
part of me is trying to keep mesafe? Because when we feel
resistance, hesitation, fear, itis a part of us trying to keep
us safe. Typically, now it couldbe safe from a bear and we're
like, oh, camping in that areais not safe. It could be like,
reasonable andrational and important, right?

But it could also be a part ofus that's not ready to move
forward into that great unknown,outside of the comfort zone,
into that class that we want totake, into that skill that we
want to build, right? So, is ita part of you that is creating a
story from something thathappened a long time ago. Maybe,
is it a part of you that issaying, Oh, that feels
(08:04):
uncomfortable, and I don't wantto do it, because we are human,
nature is to try to remaincomfortable all the time, right?
It's why we don't like to getout of our comfort zone, many of
us, and the truth is, in someareas of our lives, we do go out
of our comfort zone morereadily, and in other areas of
(08:26):
our lives, we don't. So some ofyou might be thinking, Oh, I
have no problem joining a socialcircle that I don't know anyone.
That's not my issue. But mayberesistance is rising up in other
ways, in other areas for you,maybe it's about you secretly
want to write a book, and that'swhere your resistance is. It's
not about public facing things.

It's about private facingthings. So just be open to the
various ways, sneaky ways, oftenthat resistance is popping up in
your life, and just get curious,the shame, the victim mentality.
It's not helpful, and it's notit's not going to help you grow,
and it's definitely not going tohelp you step into alignment.

It's fair to process emotions,right? But don't get stuck in
those heavy emotions. Move tocuriosity. What part of me is
trying to keep me safe? What'sgoing on in here? Every moment
of fear is actually a call torecalibrate your frequency, to
come back into energeticalignment with your truth. If we
do as we have always done, wewill get what we have we have
(09:30):
always gotten right. We knowthat. So if you are wanting
something different, somethingmore, something expanded in your
life, maybe you're happy withthe way things are but you're
just wanting more of right, moreof certain areas, that fear,
that hesitation, thatresistance. It's actually your
soul moving you towards afrequency recalibration that you
(09:53):
are totally capable of. If yoursoul is calling you to it, there
is a version of it that is for.
You. It doesn't mean thatthere's no work or effort
involved, as we know, right?
That's our free will buy in. Butthose fears, those hesitations,
those resistances, are callingyou into energetic alignment
with the truth of who you areand where your soul wants you to

go. Okay? So since we know thatthat's what the fear and
resistance is doing, I want totalk a little bit about your
energetic field and how it'salways broadcasting. Remember, I
told you we're going to talkabout the auric field. So what
is actually happening? As youknow, we talk a lot about this
here, we are a soul in aphysical body having a human
(10:36):
experience. We're not a humanthat suddenly gets a soul,
right? It's the soul leading sothe soul comes from the Spirit
side into physical incarnationin a body, right? And as part of
that soul moving through thebody, I often like to talk about
it as we have a higher self,which is that greater part of
(10:58):
our soul, self that can't fit inour physical body. The hard
thing is, we get so black andwhite in our thinking, and it's
so much more complex andinvolved. So if you want to do
the physics deep dive on it,feel free. Maybe we'll do it
here one day. If I could find aphysicist who can, who can
simplify it for us, I'll say itthat way. So this soul version
of you is living in you as youthrough you, and also live
(11:22):
streaming this soul self, thishigher self, one in the same
through you. Now, we do have ourhuman personality and the way we
move through the world, but thissoul self, as it lives in you,
emanates from you, so createsthis energetic field around you
that is your aura, auric field,or aura. If you want to really

dive into this piece, go back tothat aura 101 episode, and
you'll get all the super deepdetails about the aura. I'm not
going to give them here, justbecause we've already done it.
And I want to really talk abouthow to align your energy so your
energetic field, your aura, islike a broadcast signal. And
remember, we've talked aboutthis before.

Really that energetic field,that projection of your aura, is
happening all the time. Yourauric field moves. It stretches
out ahead of you. It'sdiscerning information. It's
part of how you process otherpeople's emotions and things you
sense in a space, and it's anatural part of you. And also
we're not taught about it, butit's like a broadcast signal. It

transmits your beliefs, youremotions, your expectations, to
the world. And this is usuallyhappening subconsciously,
unconsciously, just as a part ofthe way we roll through this
world. I do always like tomention when I talk about the
auric field, for those of youthat are like, I don't know if
that's a real thing, sciencehasn't quite caught up to
(12:51):
metaphysics in this area yet.
And if you go research a placecalled the heart map Institute,
they have actually measured theelectromagnetic magnetic field
projected by the heart, like theorgan of the heart, which PS, is
also the heart chakra. So forthose of you that know, you know
and there is a measurableelectromagnetic field

that comes out from the heart, Ijust think they haven't measured
the whole field, because it'snot just coming from the heart,
it's coming from our whole self.
So that's what's happening,projecting from us through us
into the energy right around us,and it transmits to the world.
It's not only about receivinginformation. Our auric field is
a two way communicator. So I'mgoing to give you another

Napoleon Hill quote here, youare the master of your fate, the
captain of your soul, becausewhen you control your thoughts,
you control your destiny. Thatis a big statement, but I'm
going to leave it sit with you.
What you feed your energy withthe people, the content, the
conversations, the environmentthat you allow around you, all
(13:58):
of this helps to shape thatsignal that you're emitting as a
soul, right? And while our soulis the everlasting part of us,
it's this human part of us thatmakes the Free Will choices,
right, decides to go join thatgroup or take that class. So we
are in this human state, thehuman part of us does Captain
(14:22):
this ship and doesmake a lot of choices on behalf
of the soul. If we were justliving purely as our soul
selves, without fear andhesitation and these challenged
emotions, we would move throughmaybe with different ease,
right, and differentunderstanding. So if your energy
feels off, one of the firstthings to do is take a look at
(14:43):
your inputs. What do I mean bythat? Look at the patterns that
you're engaging in. Look at thepeople that you have around you,
whose calls are you taking, whoare you watching on social
platforms. What is the energythat drains your freedom?
Frequency. I'm going to take asip of coffee. I have also
(15:03):
decided that I need to becaffeinated as a part of my
reality. Again, we'll talk aboutthat at the end.
And if you guys hate the SIPnoise and you want me to really
edit those out heavily, let meknow, and I will. So what you're
feeding your energy with thisenvironment around you, your
soul, your emotions, that isgoing to shape this signal that
(15:26):
you're emitting. So stopapologizing for your power. Stop
minimizing your potential. Youhave the choice to allow people
to drain you like by engagingwith them, and don't get it
twisted. I do realize that, youknow, for example, I'm thinking
of someone I know that's a nursethat deals with just a lot of

trauma, physical trauma,emotional trauma. She greets
people often on their worst daysof the year that they're having.
Well, of course, she'sparticipating in some of that
energy, but she can shut it offat the end of the day. She
doesn't have to take on boardthose heavy emotions. She
doesn't have to dwell in that,right? So realize that you have

more power in the situation thanyou probably are giving yourself
credit for. The other thing thatNapoleon Hill says pretty
strictly, I'm going to keeptelling you more things
throughout this episode that Ifound was really interesting
about fine tuning the energythat we're taking in. He very
specifically says, Do notentertain lack gossip or
(16:33):
emotional chaos. Those are hisbig three, lack gossip or
emotional chaos. Now thatdoesn't mean that we don't
volunteer and help someonethat's in lack. It means that
when we are looking at our ownlack, or what has not manifested
in our lives yet, that we arewatching our attitude about it.
We are watching our judgmentsabout it. We are watching the
(16:54):
way that we are thinking aboutit and feeling about it right.
Don't what it means. Don'tentertain lack gossip or
emotional chaos. Don'tperpetuate it. Don't stay in
conversations endless day afterday that bring that into your
awareness that is tuning yourfocus to lack gossip or
(17:14):
emotional chaos. Don't complainday after day to your bestie
about how you don't have thatideal partner, that ideal job.
You can say, hey, I'm working onthis. Here's what I'm doing. But
make it more constructive thandestructive, I guess is the
easiest way to say it. You aretraining your energy field,
moment by moment, every thought,every reaction, what you dwell
(17:38):
on, what you take in, and themore you embody your truth, the
truth of who you are as a soulin this incarnation, the more
that you can step into thatpower, and the less that you
will ever feel like you need toprove it. The other thing that I
would just want to throw inhere, just from my perspective
as a spiritual worker, there arelots of souls that want to come
(18:01):
into this earth school, intophysical incarnation. So don't
think that you're not powerfulbecause you're here. Don't think
that you didn't choose to livein this time period, in this go
round. Because your soul didchoose to come doesn't mean we
choose all of the factors in ourlife and exactly how they show
up. You guys. Hear me alwayssaying, it's a chaotic world.

Things happen, right? But themore that you embody your truth,
that you are a soul, that youhave come here to experience,
that you are powerful, that youhave unlimited potential in this
lifetime, the more you canaccept and embody those things,
the less you will ever need toprove those things outwardly to
(18:44):
anyone else. So I want to talkabout a crucial part of this
that Napoleon Hill talks about,which is this idea of healing
the underdog identity. Okay,this one really knocked me back
on my booty. You guys, when II've been processing this, this
research that I've done over thelast few months, I want to talk
(19:05):
about the part of you that stillidentifies with the struggle,
right? Maybe you're notidentifying as your powerful
soul self right now, the part ofyou that one that secretly
believes that being the underdogmakes you more lovable or more
real? Yeah, I said it. NapoleonHill said it first, but I'm
(19:26):
saying it again, the one part ofyou that equates ease with
laziness and success withbetrayal if you get too big,
right? And I know this emotionmight be common for so many of
you in different ways, but thinkabout if you have success in
your life, and then you go backhome to the small town where
(19:47):
people are struggling, and it's,Oh, look who's big for their
britches, or look who thinksthey're something the big
lawyer, the big the bigexecutive, right? We've seen it
in movies, and probably many ofyou have experienced it in your
lives. Are.
Are you subconsciouslyidentifying as an underdog, so
that you are lovable, so thatyou are real, so that you
(20:09):
can can still be loyal to thoseparts of you that got you where
you are, that part of you, likeI said, that equates ease with
laziness. How many times have weheard like, oh, well,
something's coming easy to them.
Well, it doesn't mean theyhaven't worked in other areas,
right? So ease does not alwaysmean laziness. Success is not a
betrayal of past versions ofyou, but success is not disloyal
(20:31):
to your past. It's a redemptionfrom your past. When you rise,
you honor every version ofyourself that fought to get you
here, those versions of you thatweren't willing to just roll
over and take it, those versionsof you that eventually got sick
of the bad situation, the badjob, the bad relationship, those
versions of you are honored andrespected and really get to,
(21:01):
yeah, be thought of that waywhen you step more and more and
more into the truth of who youactually are.
Here's another quote fromNapoleon Hill. He reminds us in
his work, no one is ready for athing until they believe they
can acquire it. So even if wethink we want something, it
doesn't mean that we are readyfor it. And if you think you
(21:24):
can't get it, you can't have it,you can't be it, you can't
acquire it, well then you'renever going to be ready for it
if the frequency you return towhen you're alone with your
thoughts is doubt or guiltinstead of certainty, belief and
dignity, that is your nextspiritual assignment, give your
energy to recalibrating thosetypes of thoughts and emotions.

And I'm just going to throw thisin here. If you're watching this

going to teach you how to findthem because they hide and
they're tricky and they show upin ways that we don't even

realize that that's a fear or aresistance or a self sabotage
often, and we don't alwaysrealize how to recalibrate but

workshops throughout the end of2025 and all of 2026 so even if
you're revisiting this later,much later than it's being
created, I can guarantee Iprobably have something around

the corner to teach you how towork on this, because I've
discovered that this is one ofthe main things that my
community needs me to teach isand all of This leads to
accessing your intuition toaccessing and moving towards
your best life. So give yourenergy to to recalibrating those
emotions, that belief. So whenyou feel doubt or guilt or

hesitation, rise up, get curiousand investigate and start
swapping out or moving yourselftowards certainty, belief in
yourself, dignity. Ooh, that's abig word, dignity. Let that roll
around in your space. Okay, Iwant to also, since we've talked
about the underdog and thatversion of us that wants to be
(23:13):
loyal to our underdog self, I amnot excluded from this, by the
way, one day, one day, maybeI'll write my whole underdog
story. But I realized when I wasreading and listening and
researching, oh my gosh, in someareas, I think I do feel loyal
to that underdog version ofmyself. So just check that out
(23:33):
within your self. This next bitthat I want to talk about is
this idea of wanting versusbelief, right? Wanting is the
weaker emotion. Belief is themore powerful emotion. Here, you
don't attract what you want. Youattract what you believe.
(23:54):
Remember that last quote that wejust talked about, Napoleon
Hill, no one's ready for a thinguntil they believe they can
acquire it we I mean, believeme, how many of us raise your
hand? I'm raising my hand forthose that can't see
are wishing for a genie with alamp to give us the things we
want. Right? We don't attractbased on what we want. We
attract based on what we believewanting vibrates lack. Right?

Because if you're wanting you'rerealizing you don't have it, and
you're putting that poweroutside of yourself, that
someone needs to give it to you,bring it to you, right? So lack
is a kind of a, not the highestvibration. It could be. Belief
vibrates as power. So you'realways transmitting. Remember,
(24:41):
our auric field is alwaystransmitting what we believe,
what our emotions are, whetherwe consciously are fooling
ourselves or not, our soulactually knows the truth. So the
more we can be in alignment withthat truth of what we feel, what
we think, what we know, what webelieve.
We can be shifting thattransmission that we are sending
(25:03):
out subconsciously,unconsciously to the world. So
you are always transmitting. Butare you doing it consciously?
You have the option, and a lotof us just don't think of it.
Hill also famously said,whatever the mind can conceive
and believe it can achieve.
You've probably heard thisquote, just not attributed to
him, whatever the mind canconceive and believe it can
(25:25):
achieve. Just the fact here,I've heard about this over the
years with energetic teachers,psychic teachers, different,
different masters. I'll say itthat way. If your soul is
calling you towards it, there isa version of it that is for you,
right? It doesn't mean it'sgoing to look exactly like it
did in the movie you watchedthat inspired you, for example.

But if your soul is hungry forsomething is calling you towards
something, that means that thereis a version of that thing that
is for you, that relationship,that job, that skill, that
community, whatever it is, so wehave to align with what we are
believing in order to achieve orhave so let's make this more
(26:10):
practical before you open yourphone, before you get get into
scrolling, spend five minutestuning your energy field.
Imagine that personal spacebubble around you, your auric
field. I encourage people,usually to imagine it about just
about an arm's distance away.
(26:30):
Maybe I like it even closer,about a half an arm's distance
away, if you will. And justimagine that auric field, that
energy around you, glowing,expanding, aligning with
abundance, aligning with yourhighest good, aligning with the
cooperative components to moveyou towards those things that
(26:52):
you believe and and desire inthe highest possible way. And
you can even speak to yourenergy with authority and with
love. You can say things like, Iam aligned with expansion. I am
aligned with my highest andgreatest good. I am magnetic to
opportunity. Success flows toand through me easily, right? So

you can choose your ownaffirmations, but set a little
timer, spend about five minutesjust focusing your auric field,
tuning, doing some energeticwork in there before you jump
online and do this until yourbody believes it, because your
soul already knows it. It's thehuman version of us and our
physical body that we areneeding to convince is not the
(27:39):
right word, but that we areneeding to get on board with
this belief. Your soul alreadyknows that you are limitless,
that you have the potential toexpress in so many ways and so
much more, because your nervoussystem needs to learn that
expansion is safe. The physicalbody that has those reactions,
those gut nervousness reactions,needs to learn that expanding
(28:02):
outside of your comfort zone,expanding outside of your
current life experience, issafe. So that is part of what
this tuning process is. Andagain, I'm going to walk you
through in a half day workshop,really the nitty gritty of
getting in there and doing theevaluation. Because one of the
pieces that I feel like NapoleonHill misses in all of this is
(28:25):
these unprocessed emotions.
Because it's one thing to justsay, Okay, I'm just going to
realign myself, and I believe itnow, but it's another thing to
have those past versions of usinside of us, those past
experiences that we kind of havetucked away as like, Okay, well,
I don't speak in front of groupsbecause when I was a kid, this
happened, or I'm not good enoughfor this, because somebody told
(28:47):
me back in the day, or when Iwas younger, and a lot of these
beliefs are held subconsciouslyand unconsciously. So I really
feel like in his work, I haven'tfound him to really focus on
that personal developmentaspect, which ties to
everything, and which is whatmakes your intuition feel stuck
(29:08):
or blocked. Okay, so I just wantto throw that in there as a
little caveat, because we doalso need to train our nervous
system, our physical body, thatexpansion is safe, but sometimes
we need to do some personaldevelopment and some work to get
there. So I also want to talkabout this idea of the law of
readiness. Okay, there's lots ofthese universal laws, and most
(29:30):
of us only hear about law ofattraction, which is a whole
different thing all in and ofitself. I think people often
think of it as a magic wand, buttied right into this law of
attraction is the law ofreadiness. Okay, so here's the
real question, do youunconsciously repel opportunity
because the old versions of youcouldn't handle the
(29:53):
responsibility? Oof, that's abig one. I know. I'm gonna say
it again so you can just let it.
Wash over you. Do youunconsciously repel
opportunities. And again,opportunity can be job,
opportunity, relationship,opportunity, community,
opportunity, fun, opportunitythat you didn't even ask for,
that you didn't know you couldhave, right? Did you? Do you now
(30:18):
conscious, unconsciously repelopportunity because the old
version of you couldn't handlethe responsibility you don't
attract what you chase. Youattract what you're ready to
receive. Right? This is thatreadiness again. This is that
belief. Readiness is energetic,not intellectual. We can do all
of the mantras and all of thejournaling that we want to tell
(30:42):
ourselves we believe something,but if we do not energetically
believe it, if we are notenergetically ready to receive
it, we hold it away at adistance. We hold it at a future
time when I'm ready. This willhappen. When I've done this, XYZ
will happen, right? But themagic here. And I'm using that

word, I guess, loosely, eventhough I feel like it's magic,
it's just not the magic wandkind of magic you can train your
energy field the way an athletetrains their body. Not everyone
knows this about me. Some of youdo. I used to be in acting and
modeling, and I was a fitnesstrainer. As part of this, I've
done many, many iterations in mylife, and in order to perform at
(31:27):
the highest levels, I was aware,okay, I'm going for roles and
for an idea of what I want to doand how I want to express
myself. The goal at the time wasfilm and television, even though
I also did lots of smallerindependent films and things. If
I want to work at this levelwhere only what is it like, 3%
of people that want to be actorsactually become successful
(31:49):
working actors. I don't know theexact statistic. It's a low
percentage. I have to train likeI want to be in that top 3%
right? So I trained my physicalbody relentlessly, hours and
hours a day of kickboxing andversions of Muay Thai and Kung
Fu and running andweightlifting. I trained like an
(32:11):
athlete. I didn't love it, andI've had to work through some of
the emotions around that. Butthis is a different version of
that. You can train your energyfield the way an athlete trains
their body. You can buildstamina for success. You can
stretch your tolerance forabundance. You can learn to
(32:33):
identify when fear rises up, getcurious, work through it and
hold your vibration steady. Sothere are tools that you can
have to work on this and tomaintain that energetic
vibration that will attract whatyou want. There's some weeding
of the garden to be done, andagain, this is where I want to
(32:54):
just ring that bell of personaldevelopment, because that's part
of the training. That's part ofreadying the ground right.
Here's another quote from Hillon this when defeat comes,
accept it as a signal that yourplans are not sound, rebuild
those plans and set sail oncemore. That's alignment, not
(33:15):
perfection, adjustment, becausewe will need to keep adjusting
and fine tuning and maybe theversion of the plan that we
thought is not the one that'sgoing to come to fruition. So
don't take defeat or whatsomeone might label failure or
not success. Don't take it as asignal that you need to totally
scrap the plan, or that you're aloser, which if you want to
(33:38):
devolve to the lowest level, youcould beat yourself up. Don't do
that. That's just not helpful.
Instead, rebuild those plans,and like he says, Set sail once
more. That is the best way to doit. That's alignment, and we do
need to keep adjusting foralignment. Okay, I want to talk
about becoming the next versionof you, because we all have past
(34:00):
versions of us. We all are acurrent version of us, but we
all tend to want more for ourfuture, more different, better
often people identify it aswell. We have to become these
next versions of ourselves inorder to step into that. That is
really what the workshop isfocusing on. So I'm going to
(34:22):
keep just peppering it in here,because I don't want you to miss
out. I can't tell you how manytimes I will have a really
powerful, free workshop, andthen a week later someone will
say, Oh, I wasn't payingattention and I missed it. And
then you'll have to wait for thenext go around. So the version
of you that you're emergingright, the version of you that's
that's wanting to come forwardand crack out of this chrysalis
(34:43):
cannot grow inside the energy ofwho you've been. Remember? Well,
like we said at the beginning,to if you are doing the same as
you've always done, you willexperience what you have always
experienced. If you're wantingto move forward to.
Grow, we need to set the energyso that those emerging versions
(35:05):
of us that our soul is callingus to be can actually start
living in the now. But we can'tgrow these new versions of
ourselves inside those layers ofold belief and stuck emotions
and unprocessed energy. Right?
Every seed must crack openbefore it blooms, and yet,
sometimes that cracking feelslike breaking. Have you ever,
(35:28):
and I'm thinking about severalpeople I know right now in
present day, because it's alittle bit chaotic in the world
and in lots of people's livesright now. Have you ever had
something that feels like yourworld is falling apart. Maybe
it's the end of a relationship.
Maybe it's the end of a job in away that you weren't expecting.
Maybe it's a tragedy in your ownlife or in the life of someone
(35:51):
that you care very much about.
It can feel uncomfortable, likea breaking or breaking away when
something cracks open, right?
But like we know from gardening,every seed before it blooms,
that shell of the seed has tocrack open. It's not a collapse,
it's an expansion. Sometimes inthe midst of the breakdown part,
(36:13):
it feels like a collapse, butit's not. Confidence doesn't
come from validation. Confidencedoesn't come from external
people telling you you're goodat this. You deserve this. You
can have this. You can do this.
Confidence is a decision. And Ican't remember who this quote is
by you guys can tell me if youknow, and I can look it up
(36:33):
later. Have you ever heard thatquote? Feel the fear and do it
anyway. Confidence is notsomething that we need to wait
for before we step into theseversions of ourselves, before we
become competence doesn't comefrom validation. Belief doesn't
come from validation. It's adecision. Every time you decide
to hold your frequency higherwhen no one is validating you,
(36:56):
when nothing has been proven yetthat is energetic mastery. So I
want you to ask yourself rightnow, as you're listening to
this, what vibration Am Itraining my energy to emit
today?
Are you rolling around stressand lack and worry, or are you
(37:18):
training your energy that hey,even though I don't see it yet,
I believe it. It's kind of, Imean, again, back to my example.
That's kind of how you have todo it with anything you're
shooting for the acting world.
It's very out of reach for allof us, normal citizens, right?
It was very out of reach for me,but something in me just knew,
just believed, if I keep going,I can't prove it right. I can't
(37:41):
prove that this is true. There'sno one validating me. And to be
quite honest with you, betweenagents and auditions and casting
people, you mostly get whateveris the opposite of validation.
Mean comments, mean feedbackjudgment. Imagine getting called
in the middle of the day to gostand in front of a room of
executives and casting people ina bikini. It's called the go see
(38:05):
happens all the time. It's maybedifferent now in the world of
technology, but it's notsomething that you have to have
external validation to create.
And in fact, that externalvalidation almost never comes
until the thing is created anddemonstrated over and over,
right? Think about that show,Shark Tank. I don't know if you
(38:25):
like that show, but I have lovedthat show in various points over
the year. Those products aren'tproven yet. Usually they're not
bringing their product on TV tothese investors, because other
people believe in them. No, it'sthat they believe in themselves.
They believe in this thing thatthey have to offer, right? So
what vibration Are you trainingyour energy to emit today? Take
(38:50):
a deep breath if you can, ifit's you're in a place that's
safe to do so you could evenclose your eyes and just let
yourself feel that very subtlehum or energy right around you.
That's your auric field. It'sresponding to your awareness.
Your energy is always respondingto you. You are the captain in
this moment. Because you're inthe physical body, your energy
(39:12):
can't move in a way that youwon't allow it, in a way that
you don't believe it can. You'renot waiting for alignment.
You're creating alignment.
You're training your energymoment by moment to match your
highest potential. It's thehighest potential that you
believe is available to you, andthe universe can't help meet you
when you get there. Once yourenergy is tuned, you and you can
(39:35):
hold that alignment, you willsee that everything will shift
around you, doors open,opportunities present,
connections come, but again, youhave to believe it. It can't
just be, oh, prove to me thatyou're the right opportunity
that's going to make the rest ofmy life no worries, and then I
will take that class. This isnot how anything works.
(40:00):
And thank God Steve Jobs didn'tdo it that way, or otherwise we
would never have many of thesebeautiful products that we have
today. So thanks to Mr. Jobs,wherever you are, you really
have more.
It's not just more at stake, butlike you have more of the
contributing ingredients,ingredients than you realize

much more to that piece of it.

alignment, so that you canlearn, over time, to hold that
energy, and you can replicatethose tools over and over to
align you, to help youunderstand when fear and
resistance is showing up, whatit's actually about, and if it's

something that we need to domore work on, or something we
can just put to the side andrealign in a different way.
Sometimes it can be that itdoesn't have to all be arduous
and painful and like marching upa hill. Once you learn what is
actually going on and how muchsay or power that you actually
have in all of this, you reallycan shift everything. So I hope

readings coming into holidaytime for me is often when lots
of people want group readingsand special events and things.
So I have finally relinquishedmyself to the fact that I
perform better as a human when Iam caffeinated with specifically
espresso. So I've invested, orthe business is invested, in a
lovely little starter espressomachine. So I am going to start

making my own home coffees. ButI said for this weekend, before
it gets here, I am going to buyoutside coffee and just get over
it. But that is just somethinglittle and quirky that is going
on with me. Let me know if youare a coffee drinker or tea
drinker, if you have somedifferent supplemental shake or
energy drink that you like, orif water just does it for you. I

do have some rules around mycaffeine. It's usually like not
past noon. So I can also sleep,because that's an important
