Growth and healing is messy.
Our most necessary growth arrives wrapped in thorns. It's uncomfortable and it hurts. But it ushers us back to our faith, to the spirituality that humbles us because we’ve stopped resisting the present.
In this episode, I share my struggles of this year and the valuable lessons along the way. I also share a prayer asking God for clarity, guidance, and compassion which has helped me tremendously. I hope it helps ground you and if you are struggling with something, you are not alone we all GROW through life.
