Hello.Thank you for the nice introduction.
Thank you.And I'm very excited to be here today.
Oh, I'm so excited for your class.
I've been thinking about it all day.
And before we get started,and I give the class to you,

I would like for you to just answer meone question.
Why do you think the topic of soul health
and the spiritual war is so important?
Because the spiritual warwe are seeing played over
and over and overthroughout the history of this planet.
And as we're doing this, we have tolook at the concept of our soul.

What is our soul?
And what I have learned throughoutthe years is the stronger our soul is,
the harderit is for these dark forces to take over.
This is pinnacle to humanity.
And so it really is all about soul health.
Oh I'm going to give you the classbecause I'm excited for you to get going.

And I want to make surethat we have all the time you need
to get to say whateveryour soul and heart desires.
All right.
Well, first of all,I want to start off with the fact
that we talk about our healthall the time.
In fact,if I have any kickboxing friends here
today, they're going to say, oh, wow.
This is what she looks like.
Cleaned up and not hot and sweaty.

And anyways, we talk
about our physical health,our mental health, our emotional health.
We talk about our financial health.
But when was the last time we hada conversation about our souls, health?
And that
leads the question what is the soul?
Simply put, our soul is the energy
(05:40):
that animates this physical body.
These bodies are rental units.
Really meaning that when we die,we leave this physical body,
the energy that animated the bodythat's soul
energy has to go somewhere.
The soul energy is what animatesour physical body.
(06:01):
Everybody here has a soul that is given.
However, the healthand well-being of our soul
is not always addressed.
We are our soul.
Our soul is us. Period.
At the end of the day,we don't take anything else with us.
When we leave these physical bodies,
(06:23):
the only aspect we take backwith us is our soul.
Our souls are multidimensional, meaning
the better we take care of ourselvesphysically, mentally, emotionally,
even financially, the healthierour soul is.
When we compromise ourselves,we're actually degrading our soul.
And we're going to talkabout these elements in a little bit.

But this is what our soul is.
Our soul health is about.
And again, when we die,these bodies are just rental units.
The better we take care of them,the better we get our deposit back.
And our souls are derived fromGod source energy.
This is key.
Our souls.
We are all beings of God.

Aspects of God.
And this is where the dark sidecomes to play,
as you'll come to find outas we go through this class.
The next partis, is that our souls are eternal
with Christ.
Talk about life everlasting,not death everlasting.
What is life everlasting? Mean?

It means our soul. Life.
Our soul goes through many incarnationson this planet.
And even we have activitiesin our lifetime between lifetimes.
Meaning that when we die, we go back.
Ideally, we go back home to the heavens,
to the higher realms,whatever your word is for that.
And then we reincarnate back here.

The first thing I want to talk about
are the internal factorsthat affect our souls.
Our childhood beliefs, structures,and family
patterns are critical.
What family patterns
were you born into that need improving.
Everybody has them.
(08:11):
When we can learnhow to step outside of that family matrix
and to improve ourselves,to improve those family patterns.
If you grew up in afamily where maybe there was
rape or incest or
physical abuse or mental abuse,and as an adult
you realize this is what not to doand you change your family patterns.

You change your karmic pathfor the better.
So look at your look at these familybelief structures,
these childhood patterns,and see what you can improve upon.
The other factors
are guilt, blame, and shame.
(08:57):
Many religions.
Discuss the concept of sin.
Sin perpetuates guilt, blame, and shame.
Who gave us this concept of sin?
Was it really God or was itmaybe the dark forces?
Guilt, shame and blame lower our
(09:17):
this guilt, shame and blame
our detrimental to our souls health?
What if we said insteadI had an experience.
I did this,
I would have done something differently.
As you reflect upon it,I would have done something differently.
I would have done A insteadof B, but now you know,

this is karma giving you a second chance.
I've had this experience.
I wouldn't have done this, but now I know.
So if you replace the word sinwith experience,
it elevates the soul, health, guilt,shame and blame.
Tara Stone I had an experience.
This is what I'm going to do.

Maybe you can atone for an experience.
Maybe you had a bad day at workand you're lashing out at your family.
Or maybe your boss or somebody like that.
Or maybe you literally kicked the puppyout of frustration and anger.
Well,
figure out what you did, learn howto do it differently and better next time.

This gives you wisdom and insightinto your soul, health and well-being.
And remember guys, we talk about spiritualascension all the time.
This is a form of spiritual ascensionwhen we can learn
how to do things differently,how to use wisdom, how to take a moment
to pause, to be mindful and spiritual.

Ascension is never a straightshot up spiritual ascension.
Ebbs and flows, comes and goes,
and it's based on our experiences.
This is really important to understandand spiritual ascension.
By the way, guys, is not a contest.
If you
think spiritual ascension is a contest,you're going to lose.

We're all in our own karmic paths.
We're all here for the lessonsand experiences our souls need
as we move forward in these incarnations.
And this lifetime is not an easy lifetimeto be here on this planet.
And I think we can all agree on that.
The first thing I want to address
about soulhealth is the concept of frequency.
(11:30):
Frequency your vibration.
These are phrasesthat are just thrown around all the time,
where most of us are pretty familiarwith it.
The higher we can raise our frequency,the more ascended
we are, that kind of stuff.
But I want to start out with this fact.
We are not created equal.
There is no such thingas being created equal.
(11:52):
If we were created equal,we would all be robots.
Instead, we are created in karma.
We are created for the experiences
our soul needs on its karmic pathin this lifetime.
My higher selfchose to come in as a white person
born in the Midwest in the United States.
(12:14):
I know I have had past lifetimeswhere my skin color was different.
My gender was different.
So these are the experiences we need.
And so as we're
looking throughout the planet rightnow, and especially United States,
everything we're hearing aboutis about equality being equal.
(12:34):
That is something
that is designed to destroy our soulshealth.
The concept of being equal meanswe're all the same.
We're not the same.
We can learn from each other.
We can grow with each other.
But the minute you're not like me.
And I decide that you're a bad personbecause we disagree,
you're actually harming your soul's growthand health.
(12:57):
Here's a common phraseI hear all the time.
Just raise your frequency.
They say,what the heck does that mean, right?
Well, our frequency is our baseline.
For example,have you ever felt like you're
you've been so busyand you got to relax and all of a sudden
you're like, oh my gosh, I feel like I'mgetting a cold, but you don't.

That's
because you're frequencyshielded from that cold from you.
Or maybe you did get the coldand your frequency just had a hole in it.
So as we're learning about raisingfrequency,
know that what we want to dois we want to create a high baseline
so that when we fall, let's saywe have a death, a divorce, a job loss.
(13:38):
Maybe we lost our home when we fall.
The fall isn't as far.
It's not as hard.
This is what the concept of frequencyis all about.
And there's some things that we can doto raise our frequency.
And these are intentional things.
One is you can play high frequency music,and you can play it on your computer
(14:01):
and let it go on an eight hourtrack throughout your home.
I am very hesitant to say,
to use those high frequency YouTube tracks
because anybody can create somethingand say anything.
How do you know it's really highfrequency, right?
What I would recommend is playing eitherMozart or Bach or something
that's tried and true.
(14:21):
That stands the test of time.
You can get these for free on YouTube,and you can play an eight hour track,
a ten hour track, play it lowon your computer or your phone
or your iPad, and just let the energy
of the music embed and imbue your home.
It's a very subtle practiceto clean and clear the home,
(14:42):
to raise the frequency of the homeand its inhabitants,
and I say inhabitants because I alsoit also applies to your pets.
Essential oils are another onethat you can use.
Essential oilsare the life force, energy of a plant,
the lifeforce energy of a plant
we have with us, a lot of medicines, etc.
(15:03):
which there's beneficial stuff too.
But if we can go backto plant medicines, back
to nature,it really helps to heal the soul.
Removingand reducing clutter in your home.
Clutter creates anxiety.
Clutter creates tension.
Whenever there's tension in your life.
Karma is out of balance, so removeswhatever is cluttering the home.
(15:26):
Remove whatever it is.
If you want to look at when you're lookingaround your home, does it bring you joy?
Ask yourself that.
As I'm in my living room,does this vase bring me joy?
Does this nightstand bring me joy?
Whatever it is, does it bring you joy?
If the answer is no.
Get rid of it.
(15:46):
It's no big deal. It's just stuff.
Now for the fun part.
We've talked a little bit about the soul,but what I really want to address today
are those unseen energiesand entities that impact us all the time.
Unseen energies and
entities affect uswhether we're aware of it or not.
(16:07):
Think about thisa couple hundred years ago,
before the invention of the microscope,people
didn't think that washingyour hands could save lives, right?
Well, once the microscope was inventedand you could see the viruses
and bacteria through this new lens,they're like,
Well, this is no different.
(16:29):
Remember, everything is energy.
Energy has no boundaries.
Energy can seep through the walls.
Have you ever been in a meeting?
Or maybe it was a family reunion.
And you walk in the doornot expecting anything,
but the energy was so thickyou could cut the tension with a knife.
What is that?
(16:50):
That is energy.
Have you all of a suddenbecame irrationally angry?
And you didn't know why? That is energy.
All right.
We need to understandhow the unseen world affects us all.
And this requiresa basic understanding of the dimensions
and the beingsthat reside in these dimensions.
(17:13):
First of all.
And I, by the way, I call this who'swho in the spiritual zoo.
Every dimension has a political hierarchy.
I know you think once you die,you're going to be out of politics.
Nope. Not so much.
Politics are in all dimensions.
All right, first of all,we live in the third dimension.
(17:34):
This dimension. We need the time.
The space and the gravityto have these mortal experiences.
We need the time to have it.
We need the space.
And we need the gravity to anchor us here.
The third dimension is where we havethese physical bodies.
This is the dimensionwhere we touch, see, taste, hear, smell.
That'sour physical, third dimensional life.

We are multi-dimensional beings.
So we're going to remember this.
The fourth dimensionis an interesting thing.
The fourth dimension
is not what it's supposed to be.
The fourth dimension, the original purposeof the fourth dimension.
And by the way, this is where the land
(18:18):
where the ghosts liveand the dark entities live.
If you look back at the historyof the planet,
regardless of culture,regardless of geography,
every language, every culture has wordsfor ghosts, angels, and demons.
Why is that?
If they don't exist?
A ghost is a being who left the body.
(18:41):
Again.
When I die and I leave this body,
the energy that animatesmy soul has to go somewhere.
A ghost is a soul that got literally stuckbetween heaven and earth.
It is in the hells.
It's in the fourth dimension.
Every holy text has something like
the 23rd salme Lo behold, I shall walkthrough the valley of the shadow of death.

I will fear no evil.
What is that about? Right.
original purpose of this fourth
dimensionwas to become a step up transformer.
When we leave the body.
We need to raise our frequencyso we can go back
home, to the heavens,to the higher realms.
And along the way, something happened.
(19:27):
The Luciferian forces,
those beings who left the light of God.
We were like, oh, snap!
We left the light of God.
Now we don't have an energysource anymore.
What are we going to do?
And they're looking at us.
Hey, these humans.
And by the way, we're not the only planetthese humans are light beings of God.
(19:50):
We can utilize their energy.
This is scary.
But once we know, we know.
We can utilize their energy.
We're going to use them as a step downtransformer.
We're going to come down, take theirenergetic signatures and feed ourselves.
And the Luciferian forcesare many different types of beings.

And let's
talk about ghosts a little bit more herefor just a moment.
There's a lot of myths about ghosts.
One all.
If he was a bad person,he should rot in hell.
Okay, well,we know that ghost energy impacts us.
Everybody has ghost stories, right?
And what about somebodylike a Jeffrey Epstein?

Do we really want him to be running aroundfree in another dimension?
Or do we want the higher realmsto have access to his soul?
Think about that.
It's not likehe is resting on the Isle of Paradise,
but when the higher realms have accessto that Jeffrey Epstein's soul energy,
(20:53):
he cannot wreak havoc on the living.
And he can't wreak havoc onthe dead that he has killed.
So that's a
preprogramed beliefthat bad people should rot in hell.
Another Preprogramed belief is,oh, he left before his time.
I remember
I worked with a mom of threesmall children
whose husband literally died
(21:14):
of a heart attack about ten years ago,and he was living in the house as a ghost.
And everybody kept saying,oh, isn't that sweet?
He's here because he he's not doneraising his family.
Well, newsflash, when we leave,these bodies are karmic time here is done.
He is actually negatively impactinghis family even though it's out of a love.
(21:35):
He's negatively impacting his familybecause they can't grow
for whatever reason,and we're not privy to the knowledge
his time there was done to the familycould have the experience
of living their life without him.
Soundscruel, but we don't know the purpose.
So those are a couple of preprogrammedbeliefs about ghosts that they.
(21:56):
It's okay for them not to cross over.
But remember, the dark sidewill gain access to that ghost energy.
And you want your loved ones
to cross over, to go home to the heavens.
You really do.
No matter how strong your attachmentis to them.
Another being that resides in the fourthdimension is somebody called the Hat Man.
(22:20):
The hat man usually wearit's like a fedora type of thing,
or maybe almost like a top hat, butit's a black hat with the rim around it.
The hat man is a watcher being,
and what he doesis he's reporting activity to his bosses.
Again,everything is a political hierarchy.
This hat
(22:41):
man beingdoesn't necessarily communicate with us,
although we canhe may communicate, but stay away.
You're going to bring inyour angelic teams
to remove himif that is an experience you're having.
And I'll explain that later onin this class.
The hat man is a watcher being,and his job
is to report to his bossesabout what's going on.

Usually he'sstanding in the corner of a room.
He doesn't really move too much.
The other aspect that we have to talkabout are lower realm entities.
These are like the pawns on a chessboard.
You may see like a wispy thingout of the corner of your eye.
You may feel something likearound your ankles or feet or whatever.

These are
beings that are designed to create havoc.
That's their job.
They're designed to upset usbecause as they upset us,
they can extract our energy becauseour soul health becomes weakened a bit.
There's going to be some strategiesthat I'll talk about at the end,
how to remove these beingsfrom your spaces.

Another one are shapeshifters.
All too often, peoplejust trust that their spirit guide their,
you know, their team
or whatever it is you want to call itare who they say they are.
Well, there's a lot of shapeshifters,just like
in our physical 3D mortal world.
A shapeshifter could be a pedophilepriest.
(24:09):
Everybody loves this priest,but turns out he's a pedophile.
That's a shapeshifter.
Shapeshifters are these beings.
They can read our mindsand they know our heart's desires.
And I'll share this little story with you.
I had a client whose daughter
was a mom daughter, granddaughtersituation.
(24:30):
They lived in the same house.
Grandma died.
The granddaughter was extremely attachedto grandma.
And the mom called me to say.
I think that grandmais still in the house.
Can you help me cross her over?And I'm like, absolutely.
We cross over, grandma.About a week later.
This person calls me back and says,you know,
my daughter is sayingthat she keeps talking to grandma.
(24:52):
What's that about?
Because here's the rule.
Once the soul crosses overto the higher realms, they can't come back
as a ghost and eat dinnerwith us or ride in the car with us.
It's a violation of spiritual law.
They can work with us in our sleep state,in our dreams.
That's fine.
So I go over
there and to the houseand I said, wow, I'm so impressed.
(25:15):
You know, tell me about this.
And she says, well, my friendand I, we made our own Ouija board.
Okay, first, stay away from those.
Even if you make them yourself.
Not cool. They open up portals.
We made our Ouija board and we startedasking my grandma questions.
And then she showed up and I said, wow.
And in their living room,
I created this containment field.

Again, I can remote view.
And I said,I want your grandma to stand right here.
Can you bring herand have her stand right here?
And they did.
Both momand granddaughter are very psychic.
And I said, okay.
I asked grandma a few questions
and I told the mom and the daughter.
The granddaughter.
Look, I'm going to do somethingand tell me what you see happens.

I visualized myselfpouring salt down on grandma
and grandma shape shiftedinstantaneously into a reptilian.
That is one example of a shapeshifter.
Don'tassume your team is who they say they are.
The dark side is banking on us.
Just blindly trust us.

Since when do you blindly trust anything?
But for some reason, we're not allowedto question spiritual aspects.
Thought forms are another aspectthat we need to talk about.
Thoughts are thingsteenagers are really good at creating
thought, form, energy.
Thoughts are thingsand they carry energies.
Our planet is being riddled with fearbased thoughts

everywhere. People are afraid.
They're scared. It's paralyzing.
The thing about fear.
And I came to learn thisin my darkest days, when I had
these dark beings were after my daughtersand my soul.
This was yearsago. It's a whole nother story.
what's happening is that fear in smalldoses can keep us safe.
(27:04):
Oh, don't turn left.
Or. Oh,this neighborhood doesn't feel good.
Fear in large doses can become paralyzing.
You have to push past the paralyzing fear.
We need to remove the fearsfrom this planet.
The dark side usesthis as their energy source.
That's a big deal.
(27:26):
Fallen angels are anotherone of these fourth dimensional beings.
When the Luciferian forcesfell from the light of God,
most of the timewe think of them as fallen angels.
But there's many other species involved.
Also.
These are the beings that followed
Lucifer, and these fallen angels
(27:46):
are needing that energy sourcebecause they left the angelic realms.
They need our energy to survive.
The other thing we're hearing a lot about,and I deal with these guys
almost on a daily basis, are reptilians.
These are the beings. Yes.
There's different specieswithin the reptilians.
There's some big ones and small onesand fat ones and short ones and hairy ones

and scary ones. Whatever.
There's many different species,but the reptilians
are the ones that started World War two.
These guys created World War two to create
a huge amount of fear and terror,so they could feed off of that energy.
These are also the onesthat brought communism to our planet.

So they're injecting themselvesthrough the minds of humans all the time.
And now there's species are the grays.
I dealwith these guys on a daily basis, too.
The grays are the oneswho are experimenting on humans.
We hear about alien abductionsand things like that.
Chances are that's a great thing.
They also created our monetary system,the capitalistic system.

They created the stock.
So they use a system of creditsand debits again.
They have imparted this knowledgeon humanity to benefit themselves.
So once you know, you know onceyou know you can take your power back.
That's why I'm bringing these things up.
There's many other E.T.

extraterrestrial species out there.
If we're really to thinkthat the only ones out here are humans,
that's very egocentric of us.
So there's
many species out there,but mostly the Grays and the reptilians
and even some of the insecticidesof impact us quite often.
the fifth dimension and above,we've talked about the third,
where the humans live,the physical physicality of our world.

The fourth dimension is the lower realm,
which was designed to be a step uptransformer for us.
So we go from point A to point B to pointC when we die and leave these bodies.
But the dark forces took this over.
We need to fix this.
The best thing we can do to fixthis is to cross over ghostly souls.
If you are working in a hospital,if you're a nurse, if you're a doctor

and most of my clientshonestly are medical professionals,
you have the tools to cross over the dead.
There's a hospital that I worked withwhile under construction,
asked me for 500 crossing over prayers
so they could put theminside the walls of the hospital rooms.
What that does is they act likelight portals to keep the hospital

clean and clear.
And this hospital to this dayhas an amazing track record.
So the biggest part of the fifth dimensionand above
are the angelic realms.
The angels are our most underutilizedresource.
Again, angels are our mostunderutilized resource.

If you want to grow your spiritual team,start with the angels.
We have been programed to believe
that my problemsaren't worthy of an angel's help.
We have been programed to believethat I need to save on
my little chit, my brownie points,so I can ask the angels for help.
We've
been programed to believe so many thingsabout not asking for their help.

Angels are here to serve humans.
They are a God source energydesigned to assist us,
but here's the catchthey cannot violate spiritual law.
They can only helpwhen we ask them to help
again.
They can only help when we ask themto help us.

Use your angels often.
Use them for anything you can think of.
The more you practice using their help,the stronger your soul becomes.
The stronger your spiritual team becomes.
Use it for everything I use them.
If I'm going to the grocery store,
I'm like, hey angels,I want a good parking spot today.
Ask and you shall receive.

If you are, I use them for my teenagers.
Well, when my teenagers were teenagers
all the time, parents can use themto keep their kids safe at school.
You're going to simply.
I am requesting a team of angelsto be with my child.
From the moment they leave the houseto the moment they come back,
to help them choose wisely, to help them
(32:13):
use their words wiselyand help them make good decisions.
You can do that for your kids that you are
in charge of.
If they're under 18or you're paying their way or whatever,
you can't do this to your 42 year old son.
You have to ask him permission.
You can ask angels to be with youall the time.
(32:35):
You can ask angelsif you are going into a tenuous meeting.
Fill the room with angels.
You know you're going into a meeting.
You know it's going to be confrontational.
Fill the room with angels.
I am requesting a thousand angelsto fill this room
that I will be in from this point
until this point,

I am requesting they calm the energy.
Everybody has access to angels.
Our angelic teams will only growif we use them.
The angels really are here to help us.
Again, you're going to we're going to talkabout vetting them
as you're calling themand you can vet them.

I had a number of years ago,my one of my daughters got her driver's
license late in life because she hada year long concussion kind of thing.
She gets her license is so excitedthat she's going to go.
She's driving to the beach to go surfingor mom doesn't have to take her.
And she's super excited.
The night before I get this awful feelingshe got her license on a Thursday.
(33:43):
Saturdayshe's going to the beach to go surfing.
I said, no, you can't go. There'sgoing to be a car accident.
You're going toand it's not going to be your fault.
But you can't go now.
And you would have thought WorldWar Three erupted in my house
and I thought, okay, I have two thingsI can have my family hate me forever,
or I can bring in the angels.
I literally requested the angels to fillmy car, my daughter's car,
(34:06):
to surround the car.
From the moment she leaves the drivewayto the moment she gets back,
and in this process,
she leaves at about 6 a.m.
because that's when the surface.
My husbandand I get this phone call, and it's only
maybe an exit or two on the freewayto get to the beach from our house.
It wasn't that far.
(34:27):
She we get this call, she goes, my mom,I was in, you know, I was in an accident.
This car hit me, I'm okay, blah,blah, blah.
So my husband, I of course, get dressed.We raced out of the house.
We get there ten minutes later.
The CHP CaliforniaHighway Patrol officer was there,
and he's saying that it wasshe got hit by a drunk driver again.
It wasn't her fault.
And he says,I don't know how her car didn't
(34:50):
spin outor flip based on the point of impact.
That was the angels.
And then afterwardsI was talking to my daughter.
I'm like, so tell me what happened?
How are you feeling towards ma'am?
It was the weirdest thing.
I thought
my car just sort of floated offto the side of the road.
(35:11):
I wasn't driving my car.
That's the power of the angels.
Use them.
They are there for you.
And don't hesitate.
If you want a good sale on pantsat the mall,
ask them to find youa good sale of pants in the mall.
It doesn't matterthe more you use them by the way.
(35:31):
And angels earn karma too.
So the more you use the angels,the better they rank
in their karmic path as well.
They are the most underservedgrouping that we have.
We don't use them enough. Other dimension.
Who's who in this spiritual zoo?
These other dimensional playersin the fifth dimension, the heavens.
(35:53):
The higher realms are the Pleiadians.
These are the souls that have originated
from the higher realms,that have incarnated here to help mankind.
Right now, there's a lot of these starseedpeople out there.
There's many other ET’s types of speciesthat are benevolent.
They're not all nefariousand negative or harmful.
(36:14):
These guys are working really hardto save the planet and elevate humanity.
The more we connect with them directly,
the more we can assist in that endeavor.
And here's the big thing for today, guyssoil health.
We talked about what our soul is.
We've talked about these other beings.
(36:34):
But now I want to talk aboutspiritual discernment.
We need to discern who or whatwe're communicating with,
whether we're in prayer or meditationor we are so psychic.
We see stuff around us.
We need to discern who or what they are.
We need to vet and test our guides.
(36:55):
Whenever we call on the angelsor other guides, we need to vet them
and we need to do it every single time.
Don't think that you're goingto be hurting their feelings.
They're going to appreciate this.
Vetting means that we're
making a carefuland critical examination of something
(37:16):
we're investigating something thoroughly.
Our minds are our most powerful asset.
Again, our minds our most powerful asset.
And if these dark forces can dulland dumb us down,
they win.
We need to work on healthy foods,a healthy lifestyle.
(37:39):
This helps us quite a bit.
So some of the visualization techniquesthat we can use
is one of them is salt.
We can clear things with salt.
Salt cleanses in all dimensions.
We used to use salt back in the olden daysbefore refrigeration to pack our meat.
To preservethe meat, we've used salt to clean wounds,
(38:02):
salt cleanses and all dimensions.
And what you can do is just simply.
You don't even have to see your angels.
I want you to just get used to practicingbeing around them.
Sometimes you can feel them,sometimes you can see or sense them.
It's all the same.
Use all of your skills, all of those tools
(38:24):
that we have,you're going to visualize yourself.
I'm requesting a team of angelsto go to this family reunion with me.
All right.
You're at the family reunion.The teams of angels are there.
You're going to.
I have them stand in military formationand rank and file because I can sense
and see them better that way, versusif they're just all glommed in there.
(38:45):
And then you're going to close your eyes,or you can even do it
with your eyes openbecause you don't want to look weird.
Visualize yourselfpouring a huge torrential
rain of salt on them.
The lower realm entitiescannot handle the frequency of salt.
If you have a childwho has night terrors or
(39:07):
or if you have sleep paralysis,that's when you're sleeping.
You can't even use your voice.
You can't move. It's very serious.
As a dark entity,
what you can do is you can call out,
you know, in the name of Jesus,in the name of God.
I've had people call out my nameto come and help them in their minds.
I but what you can also do is visualize.
(39:29):
And I will tell this to kids a lotbecause I think it's funny, but it works.
You want to take the fear factor away,especially from the kids who are dealing
with sleep paralysis and stuff.
Have them visualize themselves
holding an Uzi gun full of saltand just spraying them with salt.
And I say, then they're going to run awayscreaming like little girls.
Okay, so that will help clear them.
(39:52):
Visualize yourselfpouring down a rain of salt.
You can also visualize a pure violet flame
coming up through your body, upthrough your home.
Violet flamethe violet flame concept transmute
energy removes the detrimental energies.
(40:13):
It negates it.
And here's a great little tipthat I was given
a number of years agofrom a from a dear friend.
He, was always in these
awful meetingswith the higher ups and stuff
in his organizations,and what he had told me was,
when I go into a room, I visualize
(40:36):
pink rose petals falling through the air,
and he's in his works so amazingly well.
You're going to visualize pink rose petalsperpetually falling through the air.
The the rose petal cuts
the air, the energy of the air.
And the color of pink is very softand it mitigates that energies.
(41:00):
So know, that
you there's so many tools that we can usein our mind, our mind's eye.
And then there's also some physical toolsthat we can use.
One of the spiritual toolsthat we can use are pendulums.
Pendulumshelped connect us to our Higher self
(41:20):
and with the pendulum,
I prefer metal ones over crystal ones.
Crystal ones.
Crystals embed energy.They pick up energy.
So you're not getting a true reading
with a metal with a metal pendulum.
They're not going to pick up
the energies as much,but you still do want to clear them.
(41:41):
The other thingyou want to do with a pendulum
is you want to make a statement.
Don't ask a question. Why?
Because if you're using a pendulumand you're asking a question,
the energy of wishingand hoping gets manipulated.
Instead of saying,does my boyfriend love me,
say my boyfriend loves meand be detached, be removed from it?
(42:07):
The otherthing that we can use, are resins.
So a lot of timespeople like to burn sage. Sage
may have worked,but the reality is, is we are in
new times.
These times have never existed before.
They're very difficult.
We need to up our spiritual toolboxes.
(42:29):
Sage is, in my mind's eye.
It's a black magician's toolor dark entities tool
to get us to rest on our laurels,to give us so they can have access to us
All of a sudden, one dayone of our daughters
woke up extremely psychicand I'm a middle school teacher.
I thought,you know, math and Spanish and whatever.
(42:51):
And, my husband's a business guy,and our kid wakes up really psychic,
can see and talk to all these beingsand entities and, oh, my goodness,
our lifemirrored a Hollywood horror flick.
And the credits didn't roll for ten years.
It was awful.
And I
had one really sweet friendwho said, you know what?
(43:13):
Have you burnedany sage to clear the house?
Because literally we had the hat man.
We had Shadow Man, we had the Slenderman.
We had ghosts.
We had all kinds of things in our houseall the time.
If the fire department
would have come into our houseand they would have been physical beings,
we would have been in violationof a fire code.
It was that bad.
But I didn't know what to doand it wasn't like I was dabbling.
(43:35):
I'm still to this day,I've never even touched a tarot card.
Okay, I don't dabble,but something was happening
and so my friend says, go get some sage.
And I'm like, okay, where do you buy sage?
That's how new I was at this.
Oh, go to the store,
you can buy some sage and,you know, go to the store
and I buy this cute little bundle of sage
and it's got some little driedwildflowers on it. It's really pretty.
(43:58):
And I burn it at the house,
through the houseand she's like, open up a window.
I'm like, okay, open a window.
Nothing happened.
So I tell her it's like,okay, nothing happened.
And and she's like, well,did you use White Sage?
I'm like, there's a difference.
She's like, oh honey.
Oh yes, there's a difference.
So she says, I'mgoing to come by with some white sage.
So she comes by with 12 bundlesof white sage, and they're very powerful.
(44:22):
And I thought, okay,well I will burn them the next morning.
And at this point, if I got two hoursof sleep at night, that was a big deal.
Because if I slept,
they would hurt my daughter.
They one night they literally
and I've mentioned this on the spiritualquest show before my daughter comes
(44:43):
racing down the hallway and says, mommy,mommy, mommy, the shadow men are talking,
they said they're going to steal my soulto break you.
She was six.
What does that mean?
That is not how a six year old talks.
And then she started saying,what's a soul, mommy?
Why do they want my soul?
That was my defining moment.
(45:05):
That moment changed me.
I was not going to let them.
When I didn't sleep.
I didn't sleep for ten years,wreaked havoc on my health.
But I didn't know howto protect my family,
which is why I'm doingwhat I'm doing today.
So back to the sage
burn 12.
She brings me 12 bundles and I'm.
(45:26):
I take the girls to schooland my husband's off to work.
We've got a pet dog, two cats, and a petrabbit, and they all use the doggy door.
In and out, in and out.
And I come back to the house.
I'm so exhausted.I mean, I can barely see straight.
I shouldn't I probably shouldn'tbe driving at this point.
That's my level of exhaustion.
(45:48):
And I thought, you know what?
If one bundle of sage is good,12 is going to be really good.
So I opened up a window.
I put the sage into a silver mixing bowland I light it on fire.
And do you know what happens to silvermixing bowls when they're on fire?
They get hot fast
and I ended up dropping the bowl.
(46:10):
Thank goodness.
It was on the dining room tableand this huge torch of a flame was
washed through the house.
Or excuse me, through up to the ceiling.
It scorched the ceiling.
I grab the hot pads, I take it outside
and literallythe house is full of so much smoke.
I open up the doors and windowsand I'm like, Please
(46:31):
God, don't let the neighborscall the fire department.
And the animals ran outsidethat little doggy door.
It didn't change anything for me.
Sage is a bunch of.
It's just crispy dried leaves
at the end of a shrub.
They don't hold powerto remove these entities and beings.
(46:52):
Sage is cleansing.
Sage is anti-microbial.
Sage is good for ceremonies.
Sage is good for eating.
But it doesn't have the spiritualhorsepower to do what needs to be done.
And again,
this is a tool that the dark sidegave to us to get us to think that we are
doing what we need to do.
(47:12):
What you can use instead are pure resins,not incense sticks.
Incense sticks have chemical binders on it
that when you burn, you're inhaling
pure resins from high frequency trees
such as the frankincensetree, myrrh trees, dragons blood.
These, even palo santo.
(47:33):
That's a would not of resin.
These are much higher frequency.
When the Christ child was gifted
gifts from the Magi,he was gifted frankincense and myrrh.
He was gifted those itemsbecause they're high frequency.
Nobody ever askswhy was he gifted Tree sap?
Gold makessense because as a monetary value.
(47:53):
But there's actually more value to goldbecause it's high frequency.
So remember thatif you're going to be working on
elevating your frequency,you're clearing yourself.
Use a pure resin.
You can burn it.
You can diffuse it in a diffuser.
You can use an essential oil
of frankincenseor something along those lines.
(48:14):
That works to
and again, high frequency music can helpbecause it starts to push out
and embed throughout thethe items in your home.
If you have an area in your homewhere you feel like
there's activity,use a green light at night.
A green light at night creates a barrier.
(48:35):
It's a frequency issue.
It helps to create a barrierto keep you protected.
It makes it harder for the darkbeings to enter your space
in the frequency of a green lightat night, it's weird, but it works.
The movie Ghostbusters reallydid have something there.
And then prayer and meditation.
(48:56):
These are important aspectswhen we pray and meditate.
Those are great things,but we need to remember
we have to put our actionsbehind the prayers and the meditations.
The other thing about prayerwe have been programed to believe
that when we pray, we close our hands
(49:17):
and pray to God
or sourceor whomever it is that you're praying to.
When we do this, we'reclosing off our energy circuit again.
We're light beings.
The earlier pictures of Jesus are of him
standing with his palms out and up.
Our energies are or excuse me,
our hands are conduitsto help with these energies.
(49:40):
Pray with your hands up and out.
Pray with your headup. We've been taught to bow.
When we bow, we're shrinking our energy.
When we pray and meditate and talk to God.
Prayer is talking to God.
Meditation is listening to God.
When we use our hands,when we come from a position
(50:01):
of strength,it's appreciated by the higher realms.
When we're coming in hereand we're shrinking,
it helps the dark side have access to us.
Who taught us to pray that way?
That's the million dollar question.
So when we're lookingat these program beliefs,

think about where they came from.
And do they ring true for you?
And before I wrap this up, one more thing.
Our intuition is our most profoundpsychic ability.
Our intuition can access tothe higher realms that connects us to God.
It connects us to source.

Many of us have had it beaten out of us.
As small childrenlearn to develop your intuition.
You can do it with a pendulum also,by the way, you can test things.
Learn to use your intuition.

takingnotes about how your intuition is working.
Note that we're not going to be 100%all the time,
but we have that ability to improveand improve and improve.
These are spiritual practices.
Remember, doctors have practices,lawyers have practices.
And we too need to haveour spiritual practices.

I've been thinking about it all day.
And before we get started,and I give the class to you,

I would like for you to just answer meone question.
Why do you think the topic of soul health
and the spiritual war is so important?
Because the spiritual warwe are seeing played over
and over and overthroughout the history of this planet.
And as we're doing this, we have tolook at the concept of our soul.

What is our soul?
And what I have learned throughoutthe years is the stronger our soul is,
the harderit is for these dark forces to take over.
This is pinnacle to humanity.
And so it really is all about soul health.
Oh I'm going to give you the classbecause I'm excited for you to get going.

And I want to make surethat we have all the time you need
to get to say whateveryour soul and heart desires.
All right.
Well, first of all,I want to start off with the fact
that we talk about our healthall the time.
In fact,if I have any kickboxing friends here
today, they're going to say, oh, wow.
This is what she looks like.
Cleaned up and not hot and sweaty.

And anyways, we talk
about our physical health,our mental health, our emotional health.
We talk about our financial health.
But when was the last time we hada conversation about our souls, health?
And that
leads the question what is the soul?
Simply put, our soul is the energy
(05:40):
that animates this physical body.
These bodies are rental units.
Really meaning that when we die,we leave this physical body,
the energy that animated the bodythat's soul
energy has to go somewhere.
The soul energy is what animatesour physical body.
(06:01):
Everybody here has a soul that is given.
However, the healthand well-being of our soul
is not always addressed.
We are our soul.
Our soul is us. Period.
At the end of the day,we don't take anything else with us.
When we leave these physical bodies,
(06:23):
the only aspect we take backwith us is our soul.
Our souls are multidimensional, meaning
the better we take care of ourselvesphysically, mentally, emotionally,
even financially, the healthierour soul is.
When we compromise ourselves,we're actually degrading our soul.
And we're going to talkabout these elements in a little bit.
(06:44):
But this is what our soul is.
Our soul health is about.
And again, when we die,these bodies are just rental units.
The better we take care of them,the better we get our deposit back.
And our souls are derived fromGod source energy.
This is key.
Our souls.
We are all beings of God.
(07:05):
Aspects of God.
And this is where the dark sidecomes to play,
as you'll come to find outas we go through this class.
The next partis, is that our souls are eternal
with Christ.
Talk about life everlasting,not death everlasting.
What is life everlasting? Mean?
(07:27):
It means our soul. Life.
Our soul goes through many incarnationson this planet.
And even we have activitiesin our lifetime between lifetimes.
Meaning that when we die, we go back.
Ideally, we go back home to the heavens,
to the higher realms,whatever your word is for that.
And then we reincarnate back here.

The first thing I want to talk about
are the internal factorsthat affect our souls.
Our childhood beliefs, structures,and family
patterns are critical.
What family patterns
were you born into that need improving.
Everybody has them.
(08:11):
When we can learnhow to step outside of that family matrix
and to improve ourselves,to improve those family patterns.
If you grew up in afamily where maybe there was
rape or incest or
physical abuse or mental abuse,and as an adult
you realize this is what not to doand you change your family patterns.
(08:36):
You change your karmic pathfor the better.
So look at your look at these familybelief structures,
these childhood patterns,and see what you can improve upon.
The other factors
are guilt, blame, and shame.
(08:57):
Many religions.
Discuss the concept of sin.
Sin perpetuates guilt, blame, and shame.
Who gave us this concept of sin?
Was it really God or was itmaybe the dark forces?
Guilt, shame and blame lower our
(09:17):
this guilt, shame and blame
our detrimental to our souls health?
What if we said insteadI had an experience.
I did this,
I would have done something differently.
As you reflect upon it,I would have done something differently.
I would have done A insteadof B, but now you know,
(09:41):
this is karma giving you a second chance.
I've had this experience.
I wouldn't have done this, but now I know.
So if you replace the word sinwith experience,
it elevates the soul, health, guilt,shame and blame.
Tara Stone I had an experience.
This is what I'm going to do.
(10:01):
Maybe you can atone for an experience.
Maybe you had a bad day at workand you're lashing out at your family.
Or maybe your boss or somebody like that.
Or maybe you literally kicked the puppyout of frustration and anger.
Well,
figure out what you did, learn howto do it differently and better next time.
(10:23):
This gives you wisdom and insightinto your soul, health and well-being.
And remember guys, we talk about spiritualascension all the time.
This is a form of spiritual ascensionwhen we can learn
how to do things differently,how to use wisdom, how to take a moment
to pause, to be mindful and spiritual.

Ascension is never a straightshot up spiritual ascension.
Ebbs and flows, comes and goes,
and it's based on our experiences.
This is really important to understandand spiritual ascension.
By the way, guys, is not a contest.
If you
think spiritual ascension is a contest,you're going to lose.

We're all in our own karmic paths.
We're all here for the lessonsand experiences our souls need
as we move forward in these incarnations.
And this lifetime is not an easy lifetimeto be here on this planet.
And I think we can all agree on that.
The first thing I want to address
about soulhealth is the concept of frequency.
(11:30):
Frequency your vibration.
These are phrasesthat are just thrown around all the time,
where most of us are pretty familiarwith it.
The higher we can raise our frequency,the more ascended
we are, that kind of stuff.
But I want to start out with this fact.
We are not created equal.
There is no such thingas being created equal.
(11:52):
If we were created equal,we would all be robots.
Instead, we are created in karma.
We are created for the experiences
our soul needs on its karmic pathin this lifetime.
My higher selfchose to come in as a white person
born in the Midwest in the United States.
(12:14):
I know I have had past lifetimeswhere my skin color was different.
My gender was different.
So these are the experiences we need.
And so as we're
looking throughout the planet rightnow, and especially United States,
everything we're hearing aboutis about equality being equal.
(12:34):
That is something
that is designed to destroy our soulshealth.
The concept of being equal meanswe're all the same.
We're not the same.
We can learn from each other.
We can grow with each other.
But the minute you're not like me.
And I decide that you're a bad personbecause we disagree,
you're actually harming your soul's growthand health.

Here's a common phraseI hear all the time.
Just raise your frequency.
They say,what the heck does that mean, right?
Well, our frequency is our baseline.
For example,have you ever felt like you're
you've been so busyand you got to relax and all of a sudden
you're like, oh my gosh, I feel like I'mgetting a cold, but you don't.

That's
because you're frequencyshielded from that cold from you.
Or maybe you did get the coldand your frequency just had a hole in it.
So as we're learning about raisingfrequency,
know that what we want to dois we want to create a high baseline
so that when we fall, let's saywe have a death, a divorce, a job loss.

Maybe we lost our home when we fall.
The fall isn't as far.
It's not as hard.
This is what the concept of frequencyis all about.
And there's some things that we can doto raise our frequency.
And these are intentional things.
One is you can play high frequency music,and you can play it on your computer

and let it go on an eight hourtrack throughout your home.
I am very hesitant to say,
to use those high frequency YouTube tracks
because anybody can create somethingand say anything.
How do you know it's really highfrequency, right?
What I would recommend is playing eitherMozart or Bach or something
that's tried and true.

That stands the test of time.
You can get these for free on YouTube,and you can play an eight hour track,
a ten hour track, play it lowon your computer or your phone
or your iPad, and just let the energy
of the music embed and imbue your home.
It's a very subtle practiceto clean and clear the home,

to raise the frequency of the homeand its inhabitants,
and I say inhabitants because I alsoit also applies to your pets.
Essential oils are another onethat you can use.
Essential oilsare the life force, energy of a plant,
the lifeforce energy of a plant
we have with us, a lot of medicines, etc.

which there's beneficial stuff too.
But if we can go backto plant medicines, back
to nature,it really helps to heal the soul.
Removingand reducing clutter in your home.
Clutter creates anxiety.
Clutter creates tension.
Whenever there's tension in your life.
Karma is out of balance, so removeswhatever is cluttering the home.

Remove whatever it is.
If you want to look at when you're lookingaround your home, does it bring you joy?
Ask yourself that.
As I'm in my living room,does this vase bring me joy?
Does this nightstand bring me joy?
Whatever it is, does it bring you joy?
If the answer is no.
Get rid of it.

It's no big deal. It's just stuff.
Now for the fun part.
We've talked a little bit about the soul,but what I really want to address today
are those unseen energiesand entities that impact us all the time.
Unseen energies and
entities affect uswhether we're aware of it or not.

Think about thisa couple hundred years ago,
before the invention of the microscope,people
didn't think that washingyour hands could save lives, right?
Well, once the microscope was inventedand you could see the viruses
and bacteria through this new lens,they're like,
Well, this is no different.

Remember, everything is energy.
Energy has no boundaries.
Energy can seep through the walls.
Have you ever been in a meeting?
Or maybe it was a family reunion.
And you walk in the doornot expecting anything,
but the energy was so thickyou could cut the tension with a knife.
What is that?

That is energy.
Have you all of a suddenbecame irrationally angry?
And you didn't know why? That is energy.
All right.
We need to understandhow the unseen world affects us all.
And this requiresa basic understanding of the dimensions
and the beingsthat reside in these dimensions.

First of all.
And I, by the way, I call this who'swho in the spiritual zoo.
Every dimension has a political hierarchy.
I know you think once you die,you're going to be out of politics.
Nope. Not so much.
Politics are in all dimensions.
All right, first of all,we live in the third dimension.

This dimension. We need the time.
The space and the gravityto have these mortal experiences.
We need the time to have it.
We need the space.
And we need the gravity to anchor us here.
The third dimension is where we havethese physical bodies.
This is the dimensionwhere we touch, see, taste, hear, smell.
That'sour physical, third dimensional life.

We are multi-dimensional beings.
So we're going to remember this.
The fourth dimensionis an interesting thing.
The fourth dimension
is not what it's supposed to be.
The fourth dimension, the original purposeof the fourth dimension.
And by the way, this is where the land

where the ghosts liveand the dark entities live.
If you look back at the historyof the planet,
regardless of culture,regardless of geography,
every language, every culture has wordsfor ghosts, angels, and demons.
Why is that?
If they don't exist?
A ghost is a being who left the body.

When I die and I leave this body,
the energy that animatesmy soul has to go somewhere.
A ghost is a soul that got literally stuckbetween heaven and earth.
It is in the hells.
It's in the fourth dimension.
Every holy text has something like
the 23rd salme Lo behold, I shall walkthrough the valley of the shadow of death.

I will fear no evil.
What is that about? Right.
original purpose of this fourth
dimensionwas to become a step up transformer.
When we leave the body.
We need to raise our frequencyso we can go back
home, to the heavens,to the higher realms.
And along the way, something happened.

The Luciferian forces,
those beings who left the light of God.
We were like, oh, snap!
We left the light of God.
Now we don't have an energysource anymore.
What are we going to do?
And they're looking at us.
Hey, these humans.
And by the way, we're not the only planetthese humans are light beings of God.

We can utilize their energy.
This is scary.
But once we know, we know.
We can utilize their energy.
We're going to use them as a step downtransformer.
We're going to come down, take theirenergetic signatures and feed ourselves.
And the Luciferian forcesare many different types of beings.

And let's
talk about ghosts a little bit more herefor just a moment.
There's a lot of myths about ghosts.
One all.
If he was a bad person,he should rot in hell.
Okay, well,we know that ghost energy impacts us.
Everybody has ghost stories, right?
And what about somebodylike a Jeffrey Epstein?

Do we really want him to be running aroundfree in another dimension?
Or do we want the higher realmsto have access to his soul?
Think about that.
It's not likehe is resting on the Isle of Paradise,
but when the higher realms have accessto that Jeffrey Epstein's soul energy,

he cannot wreak havoc on the living.
And he can't wreak havoc onthe dead that he has killed.
So that's a
preprogramed beliefthat bad people should rot in hell.
Another Preprogramed belief is,oh, he left before his time.
I remember
I worked with a mom of threesmall children
whose husband literally died

of a heart attack about ten years ago,and he was living in the house as a ghost.
And everybody kept saying,oh, isn't that sweet?
He's here because he he's not doneraising his family.
Well, newsflash, when we leave,these bodies are karmic time here is done.
He is actually negatively impactinghis family even though it's out of a love.

He's negatively impacting his familybecause they can't grow
for whatever reason,and we're not privy to the knowledge
his time there was done to the familycould have the experience
of living their life without him.
Soundscruel, but we don't know the purpose.
So those are a couple of preprogrammedbeliefs about ghosts that they.

It's okay for them not to cross over.
But remember, the dark sidewill gain access to that ghost energy.
And you want your loved ones
to cross over, to go home to the heavens.
You really do.
No matter how strong your attachmentis to them.
Another being that resides in the fourthdimension is somebody called the Hat Man.

The hat man usually wearit's like a fedora type of thing,
or maybe almost like a top hat, butit's a black hat with the rim around it.
The hat man is a watcher being,
and what he doesis he's reporting activity to his bosses.
Again,everything is a political hierarchy.
This hat

man beingdoesn't necessarily communicate with us,
although we canhe may communicate, but stay away.
You're going to bring inyour angelic teams
to remove himif that is an experience you're having.
And I'll explain that later onin this class.
The hat man is a watcher being,and his job
is to report to his bossesabout what's going on.

Usually he'sstanding in the corner of a room.
He doesn't really move too much.
The other aspect that we have to talkabout are lower realm entities.
These are like the pawns on a chessboard.
You may see like a wispy thingout of the corner of your eye.
You may feel something likearound your ankles or feet or whatever.

These are
beings that are designed to create havoc.
That's their job.
They're designed to upset usbecause as they upset us,
they can extract our energy becauseour soul health becomes weakened a bit.
There's going to be some strategiesthat I'll talk about at the end,
how to remove these beingsfrom your spaces.

Another one are shapeshifters.
All too often, peoplejust trust that their spirit guide their,
you know, their team
or whatever it is you want to call itare who they say they are.
Well, there's a lot of shapeshifters,just like
in our physical 3D mortal world.
A shapeshifter could be a pedophilepriest.

Everybody loves this priest,but turns out he's a pedophile.
That's a shapeshifter.
Shapeshifters are these beings.
They can read our mindsand they know our heart's desires.
And I'll share this little story with you.
I had a client whose daughter
was a mom daughter, granddaughtersituation.

They lived in the same house.
Grandma died.
The granddaughter was extremely attachedto grandma.
And the mom called me to say.
I think that grandmais still in the house.
Can you help me cross her over?And I'm like, absolutely.
We cross over, grandma.About a week later.
This person calls me back and says,you know,
my daughter is sayingthat she keeps talking to grandma.

What's that about?
Because here's the rule.
Once the soul crosses overto the higher realms, they can't come back
as a ghost and eat dinnerwith us or ride in the car with us.
It's a violation of spiritual law.
They can work with us in our sleep state,in our dreams.
That's fine.
So I go over
there and to the houseand I said, wow, I'm so impressed.

You know, tell me about this.
And she says, well, my friendand I, we made our own Ouija board.
Okay, first, stay away from those.
Even if you make them yourself.
Not cool. They open up portals.
We made our Ouija board and we startedasking my grandma questions.
And then she showed up and I said, wow.
And in their living room,
I created this containment field.

Again, I can remote view.
And I said,I want your grandma to stand right here.
Can you bring herand have her stand right here?
And they did.
Both momand granddaughter are very psychic.
And I said, okay.
I asked grandma a few questions
and I told the mom and the daughter.
The granddaughter.
Look, I'm going to do somethingand tell me what you see happens.

I visualized myselfpouring salt down on grandma
and grandma shape shiftedinstantaneously into a reptilian.
That is one example of a shapeshifter.
Don'tassume your team is who they say they are.
The dark side is banking on us.
Just blindly trust us.

Since when do you blindly trust anything?
But for some reason, we're not allowedto question spiritual aspects.
Thought forms are another aspectthat we need to talk about.
Thoughts are thingsteenagers are really good at creating
thought, form, energy.
Thoughts are thingsand they carry energies.
Our planet is being riddled with fearbased thoughts

everywhere. People are afraid.
They're scared. It's paralyzing.
The thing about fear.
And I came to learn thisin my darkest days, when I had
these dark beings were after my daughtersand my soul.
This was yearsago. It's a whole nother story.
what's happening is that fear in smalldoses can keep us safe.

Oh, don't turn left.
Or. Oh,this neighborhood doesn't feel good.
Fear in large doses can become paralyzing.
You have to push past the paralyzing fear.
We need to remove the fearsfrom this planet.
The dark side usesthis as their energy source.
That's a big deal.

Fallen angels are anotherone of these fourth dimensional beings.
When the Luciferian forcesfell from the light of God,
most of the timewe think of them as fallen angels.
But there's many other species involved.
Also.
These are the beings that followed
Lucifer, and these fallen angels

are needing that energy sourcebecause they left the angelic realms.
They need our energy to survive.
The other thing we're hearing a lot about,and I deal with these guys
almost on a daily basis, are reptilians.
These are the beings. Yes.
There's different specieswithin the reptilians.
There's some big ones and small onesand fat ones and short ones and hairy ones

and scary ones. Whatever.
There's many different species,but the reptilians
are the ones that started World War two.
These guys created World War two to create
a huge amount of fear and terror,so they could feed off of that energy.
These are also the onesthat brought communism to our planet.

So they're injecting themselvesthrough the minds of humans all the time.
And now there's species are the grays.
I dealwith these guys on a daily basis, too.
The grays are the oneswho are experimenting on humans.
We hear about alien abductionsand things like that.
Chances are that's a great thing.
They also created our monetary system,the capitalistic system.

They created the stock.
So they use a system of creditsand debits again.
They have imparted this knowledgeon humanity to benefit themselves.
So once you know, you know onceyou know you can take your power back.
That's why I'm bringing these things up.
There's many other E.T.

extraterrestrial species out there.
If we're really to thinkthat the only ones out here are humans,
that's very egocentric of us.
So there's
many species out there,but mostly the Grays and the reptilians
and even some of the insecticidesof impact us quite often.
the fifth dimension and above,we've talked about the third,
where the humans live,the physical physicality of our world.

The fourth dimension is the lower realm,
which was designed to be a step uptransformer for us.
So we go from point A to point B to pointC when we die and leave these bodies.
But the dark forces took this over.
We need to fix this.
The best thing we can do to fixthis is to cross over ghostly souls.
If you are working in a hospital,if you're a nurse, if you're a doctor

and most of my clientshonestly are medical professionals,
you have the tools to cross over the dead.
There's a hospital that I worked withwhile under construction,
asked me for 500 crossing over prayers
so they could put theminside the walls of the hospital rooms.
What that does is they act likelight portals to keep the hospital

clean and clear.
And this hospital to this dayhas an amazing track record.
So the biggest part of the fifth dimensionand above
are the angelic realms.
The angels are our most underutilizedresource.
Again, angels are our mostunderutilized resource.

If you want to grow your spiritual team,start with the angels.
We have been programed to believe
that my problemsaren't worthy of an angel's help.
We have been programed to believethat I need to save on
my little chit, my brownie points,so I can ask the angels for help.
We've
been programed to believe so many thingsabout not asking for their help.

Angels are here to serve humans.
They are a God source energydesigned to assist us,
but here's the catchthey cannot violate spiritual law.
They can only helpwhen we ask them to help
again.
They can only help when we ask themto help us.

Use your angels often.
Use them for anything you can think of.
The more you practice using their help,the stronger your soul becomes.
The stronger your spiritual team becomes.
Use it for everything I use them.
If I'm going to the grocery store,
I'm like, hey angels,I want a good parking spot today.
Ask and you shall receive.

If you are, I use them for my teenagers.
Well, when my teenagers were teenagers
all the time, parents can use themto keep their kids safe at school.
You're going to simply.
I am requesting a team of angelsto be with my child.
From the moment they leave the houseto the moment they come back,
to help them choose wisely, to help them

use their words wiselyand help them make good decisions.
You can do that for your kids that you are
in charge of.
If they're under 18or you're paying their way or whatever,
you can't do this to your 42 year old son.
You have to ask him permission.
You can ask angels to be with youall the time.

You can ask angelsif you are going into a tenuous meeting.
Fill the room with angels.
You know you're going into a meeting.
You know it's going to be confrontational.
Fill the room with angels.
I am requesting a thousand angelsto fill this room
that I will be in from this point
until this point,

I am requesting they calm the energy.
Everybody has access to angels.
Our angelic teams will only growif we use them.
The angels really are here to help us.
Again, you're going to we're going to talkabout vetting them
as you're calling themand you can vet them.

I had a number of years ago,my one of my daughters got her driver's
license late in life because she hada year long concussion kind of thing.
She gets her license is so excitedthat she's going to go.
She's driving to the beach to go surfingor mom doesn't have to take her.
And she's super excited.
The night before I get this awful feelingshe got her license on a Thursday.

Saturdayshe's going to the beach to go surfing.
I said, no, you can't go. There'sgoing to be a car accident.
You're going toand it's not going to be your fault.
But you can't go now.
And you would have thought WorldWar Three erupted in my house
and I thought, okay, I have two thingsI can have my family hate me forever,
or I can bring in the angels.
I literally requested the angels to fillmy car, my daughter's car,
(34:06):
to surround the car.
From the moment she leaves the drivewayto the moment she gets back,
and in this process,
she leaves at about 6 a.m.
because that's when the surface.
My husbandand I get this phone call, and it's only
maybe an exit or two on the freewayto get to the beach from our house.
It wasn't that far.
(34:27):
She we get this call, she goes, my mom,I was in, you know, I was in an accident.
This car hit me, I'm okay, blah,blah, blah.
So my husband, I of course, get dressed.We raced out of the house.
We get there ten minutes later.
The CHP CaliforniaHighway Patrol officer was there,
and he's saying that it wasshe got hit by a drunk driver again.
It wasn't her fault.
And he says,I don't know how her car didn't

spin outor flip based on the point of impact.
That was the angels.
And then afterwardsI was talking to my daughter.
I'm like, so tell me what happened?
How are you feeling towards ma'am?
It was the weirdest thing.
I thought
my car just sort of floated offto the side of the road.

I wasn't driving my car.
That's the power of the angels.
Use them.
They are there for you.
And don't hesitate.
If you want a good sale on pantsat the mall,
ask them to find youa good sale of pants in the mall.
It doesn't matterthe more you use them by the way.

And angels earn karma too.
So the more you use the angels,the better they rank
in their karmic path as well.
They are the most underservedgrouping that we have.
We don't use them enough. Other dimension.
Who's who in this spiritual zoo?
These other dimensional playersin the fifth dimension, the heavens.

The higher realms are the Pleiadians.
These are the souls that have originated
from the higher realms,that have incarnated here to help mankind.
Right now, there's a lot of these starseedpeople out there.
There's many other ET’s types of speciesthat are benevolent.
They're not all nefariousand negative or harmful.

These guys are working really hardto save the planet and elevate humanity.
The more we connect with them directly,
the more we can assist in that endeavor.
And here's the big thing for today, guyssoil health.
We talked about what our soul is.
We've talked about these other beings.

But now I want to talk aboutspiritual discernment.
We need to discern who or whatwe're communicating with,
whether we're in prayer or meditationor we are so psychic.
We see stuff around us.
We need to discern who or what they are.
We need to vet and test our guides.

Whenever we call on the angelsor other guides, we need to vet them
and we need to do it every single time.
Don't think that you're goingto be hurting their feelings.
They're going to appreciate this.
Vetting means that we're
making a carefuland critical examination of something

we're investigating something thoroughly.
Our minds are our most powerful asset.
Again, our minds our most powerful asset.
And if these dark forces can dulland dumb us down,
they win.
We need to work on healthy foods,a healthy lifestyle.

This helps us quite a bit.
So some of the visualization techniquesthat we can use
is one of them is salt.
We can clear things with salt.
Salt cleanses in all dimensions.
We used to use salt back in the olden daysbefore refrigeration to pack our meat.
To preservethe meat, we've used salt to clean wounds,

salt cleanses and all dimensions.
And what you can do is just simply.
You don't even have to see your angels.
I want you to just get used to practicingbeing around them.
Sometimes you can feel them,sometimes you can see or sense them.
It's all the same.
Use all of your skills, all of those tools

that we have,you're going to visualize yourself.
I'm requesting a team of angelsto go to this family reunion with me.

You're at the family reunion.The teams of angels are there.
You're going to.
I have them stand in military formationand rank and file because I can sense
and see them better that way, versusif they're just all glommed in there.

And then you're going to close your eyes,or you can even do it
with your eyes openbecause you don't want to look weird.
Visualize yourselfpouring a huge torrential
rain of salt on them.
The lower realm entitiescannot handle the frequency of salt.
If you have a childwho has night terrors or

or if you have sleep paralysis,that's when you're sleeping.
You can't even use your voice.
You can't move. It's very serious.
As a dark entity,
what you can do is you can call out,
you know, in the name of Jesus,in the name of God.
I've had people call out my nameto come and help them in their minds.
I but what you can also do is visualize.

And I will tell this to kids a lotbecause I think it's funny, but it works.
You want to take the fear factor away,especially from the kids who are dealing
with sleep paralysis and stuff.
Have them visualize themselves
holding an Uzi gun full of saltand just spraying them with salt.
And I say, then they're going to run awayscreaming like little girls.
Okay, so that will help clear them.

Visualize yourselfpouring down a rain of salt.
You can also visualize a pure violet flame
coming up through your body, upthrough your home.
Violet flamethe violet flame concept transmute
energy removes the detrimental energies.

It negates it.
And here's a great little tipthat I was given
a number of years agofrom a from a dear friend.
He, was always in these
awful meetingswith the higher ups and stuff
in his organizations,and what he had told me was,
when I go into a room, I visualize

pink rose petals falling through the air,
and he's in his works so amazingly well.
You're going to visualize pink rose petalsperpetually falling through the air.
The the rose petal cuts
the air, the energy of the air.
And the color of pink is very softand it mitigates that energies.

So know, that
you there's so many tools that we can usein our mind, our mind's eye.
And then there's also some physical toolsthat we can use.
One of the spiritual toolsthat we can use are pendulums.
Pendulumshelped connect us to our Higher self

and with the pendulum,
I prefer metal ones over crystal ones.
Crystal ones.
Crystals embed energy.They pick up energy.
So you're not getting a true reading
with a metal with a metal pendulum.
They're not going to pick up
the energies as much,but you still do want to clear them.

The other thingyou want to do with a pendulum
is you want to make a statement.
Don't ask a question. Why?
Because if you're using a pendulumand you're asking a question,
the energy of wishingand hoping gets manipulated.
Instead of saying,does my boyfriend love me,
say my boyfriend loves meand be detached, be removed from it?

The otherthing that we can use, are resins.
So a lot of timespeople like to burn sage. Sage
may have worked,but the reality is, is we are in
new times.
These times have never existed before.
They're very difficult.
We need to up our spiritual toolboxes.

Sage is, in my mind's eye.
It's a black magician's toolor dark entities tool
to get us to rest on our laurels,to give us so they can have access to us
All of a sudden, one dayone of our daughters
woke up extremely psychicand I'm a middle school teacher.
I thought,you know, math and Spanish and whatever.

And, my husband's a business guy,and our kid wakes up really psychic,
can see and talk to all these beingsand entities and, oh, my goodness,
our lifemirrored a Hollywood horror flick.
And the credits didn't roll for ten years.
It was awful.
And I
had one really sweet friendwho said, you know what?

Have you burnedany sage to clear the house?
Because literally we had the hat man.
We had Shadow Man, we had the Slenderman.
We had ghosts.
We had all kinds of things in our houseall the time.
If the fire department
would have come into our houseand they would have been physical beings,
we would have been in violationof a fire code.
It was that bad.
But I didn't know what to doand it wasn't like I was dabbling.

I'm still to this day,I've never even touched a tarot card.
Okay, I don't dabble,but something was happening
and so my friend says, go get some sage.
And I'm like, okay, where do you buy sage?
That's how new I was at this.
Oh, go to the store,
you can buy some sage and,you know, go to the store
and I buy this cute little bundle of sage
and it's got some little driedwildflowers on it. It's really pretty.

And I burn it at the house,
through the houseand she's like, open up a window.
I'm like, okay, open a window.
Nothing happened.
So I tell her it's like,okay, nothing happened.
And and she's like, well,did you use White Sage?
I'm like, there's a difference.
She's like, oh honey.
Oh yes, there's a difference.
So she says, I'mgoing to come by with some white sage.
So she comes by with 12 bundlesof white sage, and they're very powerful.

And I thought, okay,well I will burn them the next morning.
And at this point, if I got two hoursof sleep at night, that was a big deal.
Because if I slept,
they would hurt my daughter.
They one night they literally
and I've mentioned this on the spiritualquest show before my daughter comes

racing down the hallway and says, mommy,mommy, mommy, the shadow men are talking,
they said they're going to steal my soulto break you.
She was six.
What does that mean?
That is not how a six year old talks.
And then she started saying,what's a soul, mommy?
Why do they want my soul?
That was my defining moment.

That moment changed me.
I was not going to let them.
When I didn't sleep.
I didn't sleep for ten years,wreaked havoc on my health.
But I didn't know howto protect my family,
which is why I'm doingwhat I'm doing today.
So back to the sage
burn 12.
She brings me 12 bundles and I'm.

I take the girls to schooland my husband's off to work.
We've got a pet dog, two cats, and a petrabbit, and they all use the doggy door.
In and out, in and out.
And I come back to the house.
I'm so exhausted.I mean, I can barely see straight.
I shouldn't I probably shouldn'tbe driving at this point.
That's my level of exhaustion.

And I thought, you know what?
If one bundle of sage is good,12 is going to be really good.
So I opened up a window.
I put the sage into a silver mixing bowland I light it on fire.
And do you know what happens to silvermixing bowls when they're on fire?
They get hot fast
and I ended up dropping the bowl.
(46:10):
Thank goodness.
It was on the dining room tableand this huge torch of a flame was
washed through the house.
Or excuse me, through up to the ceiling.
It scorched the ceiling.
I grab the hot pads, I take it outside
and literallythe house is full of so much smoke.
I open up the doors and windowsand I'm like, Please
(46:31):
God, don't let the neighborscall the fire department.
And the animals ran outsidethat little doggy door.
It didn't change anything for me.
Sage is a bunch of.
It's just crispy dried leaves
at the end of a shrub.
They don't hold powerto remove these entities and beings.
(46:52):
Sage is cleansing.
Sage is anti-microbial.
Sage is good for ceremonies.
Sage is good for eating.
But it doesn't have the spiritualhorsepower to do what needs to be done.
And again,
this is a tool that the dark sidegave to us to get us to think that we are
doing what we need to do.
(47:12):
What you can use instead are pure resins,not incense sticks.
Incense sticks have chemical binders on it
that when you burn, you're inhaling
pure resins from high frequency trees
such as the frankincensetree, myrrh trees, dragons blood.
These, even palo santo.
(47:33):
That's a would not of resin.
These are much higher frequency.
When the Christ child was gifted
gifts from the Magi,he was gifted frankincense and myrrh.
He was gifted those itemsbecause they're high frequency.
Nobody ever askswhy was he gifted Tree sap?
Gold makessense because as a monetary value.
(47:53):
But there's actually more value to goldbecause it's high frequency.
So remember thatif you're going to be working on
elevating your frequency,you're clearing yourself.
Use a pure resin.
You can burn it.
You can diffuse it in a diffuser.
You can use an essential oil
of frankincenseor something along those lines.
(48:14):
That works to
and again, high frequency music can helpbecause it starts to push out
and embed throughout thethe items in your home.
If you have an area in your homewhere you feel like
there's activity,use a green light at night.
A green light at night creates a barrier.
(48:35):
It's a frequency issue.
It helps to create a barrierto keep you protected.
It makes it harder for the darkbeings to enter your space
in the frequency of a green lightat night, it's weird, but it works.
The movie Ghostbusters reallydid have something there.
And then prayer and meditation.
(48:56):
These are important aspectswhen we pray and meditate.
Those are great things,but we need to remember
we have to put our actionsbehind the prayers and the meditations.
The other thing about prayerwe have been programed to believe
that when we pray, we close our hands
(49:17):
and pray to God
or sourceor whomever it is that you're praying to.
When we do this, we'reclosing off our energy circuit again.
We're light beings.
The earlier pictures of Jesus are of him
standing with his palms out and up.
Our energies are or excuse me,
our hands are conduitsto help with these energies.
(49:40):
Pray with your hands up and out.
Pray with your headup. We've been taught to bow.
When we bow, we're shrinking our energy.
When we pray and meditate and talk to God.
Prayer is talking to God.
Meditation is listening to God.
When we use our hands,when we come from a position
(50:01):
of strength,it's appreciated by the higher realms.
When we're coming in hereand we're shrinking,
it helps the dark side have access to us.
Who taught us to pray that way?
That's the million dollar question.
So when we're lookingat these program beliefs,
(50:22):
think about where they came from.
And do they ring true for you?
And before I wrap this up, one more thing.
Our intuition is our most profoundpsychic ability.
Our intuition can access tothe higher realms that connects us to God.
It connects us to source.
(50:43):
Many of us have had it beaten out of us.
As small childrenlearn to develop your intuition.
You can do it with a pendulum also,by the way, you can test things.
Learn to use your intuition.
And in my book so Soul TribeNavigating the Spiritual War,
there's also journals that youcan get if you want to start

takingnotes about how your intuition is working.
Note that we're not going to be 100%all the time,
but we have that ability to improveand improve and improve.
These are spiritual practices.
Remember, doctors have practices,lawyers have practices.
And we too need to haveour spiritual practices.
