unlocking the door to hope.

(00:24):
Hope is more than a fleetingfeeling.
It's a guiding light, a deeptrust that even in life's
darkest moments, good thingsalways await.
Hope connects us to thepossibility of renewal, growth,
and transformation.

(00:47):
us move forward with purpose andcourage.
Today, I'll guide you through aspiritual exercise that you can
use to allow you to open thedoor to hope and step into its
life giving light.
Let's begin.
Find a quiet space where youwon't be interrupted.

(01:13):
Move into the quiet.
Take a few deep breaths andgently close your eyes.
In your mind's eye, imagine alarge, sturdy door standing in
front of you.
This is your door to hope.

(01:34):
Visualize the door's details, its texture, Color.
The way it feels as you placeyour hand on the door.
Then ask yourself, What doesthis door represent in my life?

(01:59):
What might be waiting for me onthe other side of this door?
Take a moment, to ponder thesequestions, just sitting with
them.
Allow your thoughts and emotionsto arise naturally.

(02:28):
Now, draw your awareness to yourhand.
Find a nearby surface and withyour hand, gently tap on it,
symbolizing you, knocking on thedoor to hope.
As you knock, consider speakingthis prayer or an affirmation

(02:49):
aloud or silently in your heart.
Such as, I open my heart tohope.
I trust that light and newbeginnings await me on the other
side of this door of hope.

(03:11):
Feel the intention of thesewords resonate within you.
Let them echo, vibrate, throughyour entire being.
Now imagine the door slowlycreaking open, revealing a space

(03:33):
filled with a radiant light, warmth, and peace.
In your mind's eye, yourimagination, take a step forward
into this space beyond the doorof hope.

(03:55):
Feel the vibrancy in the air,the possibilities that await
you.
Ask yourself, what do I need tolet go of to fully embrace hope?
What blessings or opportunitiesare there waiting for me beyond

(04:23):
this door?
Let these questions guide yourjourney as you step fully into
this open space.
This inner light within you, asyou stand in this open luminous

(04:47):
space.
Next, bring your attention toyour body and ask yourself, what
does hope feel like within me,within my body?
What is the felt sense of hopein me?

(05:09):
You might notice sensations likea warm ray of light in your
stomach or in your heart space.
Maybe you feel a gentle tinglingin your hands or your feet.
You might notice a sense ofspaciousness within your chest,

(05:31):
an openness extending withinyour body.
And perhaps even opening beyondyou.
You might feel a soft glowenveloping your entire body.
Just notice whatever you sensein your body as how hope

(05:59):
appears, embraces, embodies youin this time and space.
As you notice the felt sense ofhope within you, take a few deep

(06:21):
breaths, letting the felt senseof hope expand and settle deeply
within your body.
Let hope, this feeling of hopewithin you become a physical
memory, a muscle memory, ananchor you can return to any

(06:41):
time as your body allows you tofeel hope within you.
Remember that hope is not just afeeling.
It's a practice.
As you end the meditative partof this practice.

(07:06):
Perhaps consider choosing onesmall action today that reflects
your commitment to hope.
Maybe it's expressing gratitudefor the things, the people that
you've been blessed with in yourlife.
Maybe you want to reach out to asupportive friend, spend some

(07:27):
time with them.
Or maybe it's setting ameaningful goal.
And taking practical steps tomake that goal become realistic
in your life.
Let whatever action you choosebecome a tangible reminder of

(07:47):
the hope you carry within you.
And remember, opening the doorto hope can become a regular
spiritual practice for you.
In your meditation time orthroughout the active part of
the day, whenever you feel asense to reopen the door to

(08:09):
hope, whenever you feeloverwhelmed or discouraged,
return to the door of hope inyour imagination.
Knock on it, step through it,and reconnect with the inner
light of hope.

(08:30):
Notice how hope feels in yourbody and let it guide you
forward.
Hope is always present.
God provides us with hope.
It's a gift we receive that'salways there within us.
We just need to reawaken, reconnect with the hope that's

(08:52):
always there.
It's a light waiting to be feltand embraced.
Trust in hope's power to renewand transform you.
Thank you for joining me on thisspiritual journey today.
