Julia Ngapo - The Business of Spirituality

In this wonderful episode my friend and student Julia Ngapo shares her extensive business knowledge and understanding as a practitioner of the healing arts and a business mentor.  She brings her wisdom from over 20 years as a business professional, into the world of heart based business and shares with us how a true blending can be achieved. We talk about the challenges of lockdown, bringing your spiritual gifts into your business life and using your intuition to enhance your communication. 

Julia in her own words....

My name is Julia Ngapo, and I am a business coach, but I’d like to think I’m not your average business coach.

What sets me apart from other business coaches, are the two distinct sides to my personality; my ‘Yin and Yang’ if you like.

I combine 20 plus years of corporate experience, owning, running, and managing a variety of businesses, with my naturally empathic and intuitive side, developed from studying Reiki, Seichem and Shamanic Healing.

This means that a “one-size-fits-all” approach just isn’t me.

Instead, I take a 360-degree, holistic approach to my clients and their business, tailoring my services to each individual client’s needs.  Combining both coaching and mentoring, I often find that I am not coaching clients, in the traditional sense, but rather holding a safe space for them, enabling them to strip away the blocks that may be holding them back and providing the practical, mental, emotional and spiritual tools they need to gain business clarity, vision and strategy – a winning combination!

Having owned a successful social media and marketing business for several years, I have been “unofficially” mentoring my clients for some time – providing the strategies that would help them to achieve their business objectives and helping them make their future vision for business a reality.

I realised that this was the part of my business that I loved the most, and decided to make a side-step into business coaching, whilst still offering the marketing services that my team and I have become known for.

My passion, quite simply, is helping other women to overcome their blocks, create a business they love and achieve success on their terms.  That’s why I do what I do.
