Liz Brown - The power of healing with a positive mindset.

I was honoured to interview the beautiful Liz Brown in her camper van at the seaside.  You can hear the gorgeous sounds of birds singing throughout our conversation... it was wonderful.

As a life coach and Reiki practitioner Liz Brown combines creativity and coaching to offer women the opportunity to take time, embrace space and get creative. Engaging with their own rhythm of life, decluttering, releasing and expressing their “True You“ – as they step into their golden.
