This week, we discuss the life and tragic death of Ingrid Caeckaert, a young vibrant woman who was savagely murdered in an apartment stairwell. Despite the piling evidence, the case quickly goes cold. But as time goes by, more and more unusual events leading up to the death become apparent, and it only leaves us with more questions...
