El tema de este cuarto episodio del podcast del Màster en Gestión Económica de Entidades Deportivas de la Universidad de Barcelona es la fidelización de los clientes. Hablamos de diversas estrategias y técnicas para conseguir retener a los clientes y usuarios de entidades deportivas. Para ello hemos invitado a Pedro Hidalgo, que es profesor del Master, con diez años de experiencia en el sector de entidades deportivas y más de quince años en la distribución y retail, experto en marketing y comunicación.
La fidelización o lealtad del cliente con nuestra empresa es hoy en día un factor fundamental para la buena marcha de un negocio. Retener clientes es siempre mucho más eficiente que conseguir nuevos. Además consigues garantizar un estilo y cultura organizativa que te caracteriza y distingue. De hecho, tan interesante sería hablar de fidelización de clientes, como de empleados.
