Everybody's back fill more vacations, like we're all here.

Speaker 2 (01:38):
That's right.

Speaker 5 (01:39):
Who's a third string quarterback? Freezt Carolina, John.

Speaker 1 (01:43):
Raheem Jeter.

Speaker 3 (01:47):
Even if we did, if even he made it up,
we wouldn't know the difference, all right, John, No.

Speaker 4 (01:51):
They actually got to transfer in though, So he's the
backup Mike right. I think his name is than Canton
katten Houser raheem Jeter, who was like a third year
red shirt of like sophomore juniors.

Speaker 3 (02:03):
He's our man, all right. Baseball time for the next
little bit here. Phillies have opened up six games or
a better way to put it with Mets have fallen
behind six games. They are just I told you in
March they are just pathetic. Mike Current tells us everything,
like six months I bet the.

Speaker 2 (02:18):
Phillies to win the division.

Speaker 5 (02:19):
You did, That's true, and then I was their price.
It wasn't real high. I think it was like they
were to favorite. All right, Mets have lost. Mets have
lost fourteen of sixty. Phillies lead by six games. They're
seventy and fifty two. John so future bet.

Speaker 3 (02:36):
We don't need to think if you had to pick
and where he had some baseball picks from you in
a second for today at that parks give me a
World Series winner to day?

Speaker 2 (02:47):
Can you do it? Do you have an opinion?

Speaker 4 (02:51):
Oh? Man, that's it's honestly very hard because at the
top is Milwaukee, right and I don't believe for a
second that that right now, I just posted a lot
in the last five games, like that lineup hasn't scored
less than seven runs in the last five. They're on
like a thirteen game winning streak. They have young pitching.
That is good, but as we've seen with young pitching,

(03:14):
when it gets to the playoffs, sometimes they do kind
of fade out. The amount of innings on their arm
definitely wears them down.

Speaker 1 (03:22):
So I'm just I'm not sure about Milwaukee.

Speaker 4 (03:24):
And then you look at like, if I were to
say the Phillies, every Philly shandard be like, have you
watched them?

Speaker 1 (03:28):
Do they even look that great? But I don't know.
We'll get the rest of the National League. The Dodgers
are a game behind the Phillies. The Phillies has the
second best record in the National.

Speaker 4 (03:35):
League, Toronto and Detroit at the top of the American League.

Speaker 1 (03:40):
Detroit in Toronto have both been teams that have not
been very good.

Speaker 4 (03:44):
Toronto has had more expectations over the last few years,
but they have never been able to put it together.
And now all of a sudden, teams like they have.
But is that going to be something that works its
way into the postseasons? We all same with Detroit, a
ton of talent, never really was all that good, and
now all that talent get really good all at once.

Speaker 1 (04:02):
And they do have a great picture leading the way
in Schooble. But I just don't I.

Speaker 4 (04:05):
Don't trust any of it. It seems completely wide open.
It does, at least for the National League side of things.
I just don't see why not the Phillies. They have
the top end starting rotation. Do it. The biggest question
right now to me is ken Zach Wheeler get to
the place that he was earlier this season, or at
least in June. That is absolutely what they need. They're

(04:26):
gonna need top ten pitching to be top ten pitching.
But other than that, like the Phillies can hit with anyone,
especially with Shoreb and Harper the way that they are.
Harper getting a home run last night was obviously very good.
He's had a little bit of a cold streak, but
it seems like he's getting out of it, and for
the most part, has been pretty good since he's come
back from his injuries. So it's almost like a whine

(04:48):
off to Phillies thing when it comes to the National League,
just because I just I don't see anybody else that's
all that good in that league, sir.

Speaker 3 (04:54):
Here's how crazy baseball has been this year. The Yankees
led the American League's by seven games on May twent eight.
They are now five and a half behind and a
game and a half into the wild card or Cleveland,
which is trying to lose.

Speaker 2 (05:10):
And that's not all.

Speaker 3 (05:11):
LA Dodgers led the NL West on July third by nine.
Now they're tied with San Diego. The Cubs led the
National League Central by six and a half on June seventeenth, Now.

Speaker 2 (05:23):
They're nine behind Milwaukee. Well, then the Mets lead the
Jolly's one point? Can I finished? Can I just finished?
You were just must interrupt. It's just an outreach.

Speaker 3 (05:35):
Houston led by seven in the National League Central on
July sixth, They now lead by a half a game
American League Central.

Speaker 2 (05:44):
Excuse me?

Speaker 3 (05:44):
Are the Mets? Mike led by five and a half
on June twelfth and now.

Speaker 2 (05:48):
Trailed by six?

Speaker 3 (05:49):
To your point, they were forty five and twenty four
at one point and gone nineteen and thirty four since then.

Speaker 2 (05:56):
That's like Rockies territory. That's pathetic. Did the Oriols ever
lead East?

Speaker 3 (06:01):
Well, you just don't even start with me on the Orioles.
By the way, my man Brandon Young, the Orioles rookie.
Last night, John, did you see this seven and two
thirds perfect game was the first ever wins.

Speaker 1 (06:13):
Yeah, it's good to see some young pitching for the
Orioles do well. Yeah, Kelly Fields.

Speaker 3 (06:19):
So unfortunately, all right, John, we need some games today.

Speaker 1 (06:22):
What do you got, uh, can we pick on the Mets?
Is that is that okay to do?

Speaker 2 (06:27):
All?

Speaker 4 (06:27):
Right?

Speaker 2 (06:28):
Everybody else team sixteen? Why not?

Speaker 1 (06:30):
Yeah?

Speaker 2 (06:30):
Everybody else is Yeah, you might as well join them.

Speaker 4 (06:33):
They have been absolutely awful, one of the worst teams
in baseball for a long.

Speaker 1 (06:38):
Stretch now, and they're going.

Speaker 4 (06:40):
Up against the Mariners, who have been okay this year
sixty eight wins, fifty five losses.

Speaker 1 (06:45):
But Brian Wu was on the mound. He's the best pitcher.
He's one of the best pitchers in the American League.
Really great.

Speaker 4 (06:51):
If you haven't gotten a chance to watch Brian Wu,
because I think we've talked about him a bit on
the show and everybody was kind of.

Speaker 1 (06:56):
Like, who is this? If you haven't gotten a chance
to watch Brian Lou watch.

Speaker 4 (06:59):
Him really electric pitcher ten and six three point zero
eight ERA. They're only a short favorite on the road
against the Mets, but the Mets are an absolute disaster
at this point.

Speaker 1 (07:09):
So I think that that short money line really speaks
to me there.

Speaker 3 (07:13):
For Yeah, John Yeadow minus one fifteen at bet Parks
against the Sado, that's a four to thirty post time today.

Speaker 4 (07:22):
Yeah, that looks like maybe money coming in and trying
to be too smart and too cute and go with
the Mets here. But I really like Seattle with that
thick cauld.

Speaker 3 (07:30):
Lay a run and a half at bet Parks and
Seattle get plus one.

Speaker 2 (07:34):
Yeah, ye, any good John the Mets pitcher?

Speaker 1 (07:38):
What's that?

Speaker 5 (07:39):
Nolan McLean's he any good? Or does it not matter
he's the Mets pitcher?

Speaker 4 (07:43):
No? I think he seems to be a prospect, really
hasn't pitched at all, so there's really not much on him.
So maybe that could be the thing, Like this guy's
coming up, there's not really much information available on him.
So Seattle just kind of like we do with all
pitchers making their debut, just kind of not knowing what's happening,
not knowing what's coming.

Speaker 1 (08:03):
Yeah.

Speaker 2 (08:03):
I just looked up Nolan McLain. You said much. Is
it just relative of John McClain from die Hard? Hello? Yeah,
nice goods not.

Speaker 1 (08:11):
The greatest action heroes of all.

Speaker 3 (08:14):
Yeah.

Speaker 4 (08:17):
I don't know if the hot take, but die Hard
with a Vengeance is the best Diehard.

Speaker 1 (08:21):
So I just wanted to make out there.

Speaker 4 (08:24):
Milwaukee Brewers, they are on a thirteen game winning streak,
and why not if they lose that straight because maybe
the Billy can gain some ground for the tops.

Speaker 1 (08:33):
By the National League, even though it doesn't look like
they will.

Speaker 4 (08:35):
But let's just ride the hot hand with Milwaukee Brewers.
Pre stir on the mound for the Brewers eleven and
two record three point four nine ERA. I think that
record just speakture itself. Milwaukee's just been winning a ton
of games. Their lineup has been I think the most surprising.

Speaker 1 (08:49):
Part of it.

Speaker 4 (08:50):
There is not a lot there, but they're getting it
in some very odd places and getting it from some
very young vats. So the fact that they are hitting
this well right now, it's kind of surprising to me.
But the thing is, you just take it a phase value.
They are hitting extremely.

Speaker 1 (09:05):
Well, So I like the Brewers.

Speaker 4 (09:07):
That's a pretty short money line as well, and I
think just kind of riding the hot hand at that
point isn't all too bad.

Speaker 3 (09:13):
So let's also, yeah, hang on Joe minus one twenty
two on the Brewers at bet Parks plus one oh
four if you want to take the reds. And I've
had a theory and I've never tested this out for
years on baseball betting, you start you try to ride
winning streaks after a team is one three in a
hour or lost three in a row, you bet them
you can only lose one. But in Milwaukee's case, you

(09:35):
could now be on a ten game winning street. And
if they win twenty in a row, now you're on
a seventeen game winning streak.

Speaker 2 (09:40):
That's my theory. I have no idea if it actually works.

Speaker 5 (09:43):
Well, you just keep betting them, just keep betting till
they until they look right.

Speaker 4 (09:46):
And yeah, right, I mean you would have even gotten
on in a row.

Speaker 1 (09:50):
But right, you would have even gotten.

Speaker 4 (09:54):
If you got on it when it was a five
to seven game winning streak. You are still the last six,
you know whatever.

Speaker 2 (09:59):
You're laying number now, But who cares if you win?

Speaker 1 (10:03):
Yeah, exactly, exactly.

Speaker 4 (10:04):
And the thing is, though, I don't know, I've never
seen there are some big money lines. Obviously, the Burskas
are winning, but it's not as big.

Speaker 1 (10:11):
It's not like a.

Speaker 4 (10:12):
Juggernaut like the Dodgers were in previous years where they
were minus two hundred it felt like almost every game.
The Brewers don't get that because they're like I think
most of it is just there's not a lot of
faith in that lineup. I don't think people think they're
a good team. They seem to be gotten the label
of a very lucky team in baseball, which that happens,
and it seems like Milwaukee is one of those examples.

Speaker 1 (10:33):
But that means there's not going to.

Speaker 4 (10:35):
Be a lot of enticement to try and bet Milwaukee
all the time. So their moneys aren't that big.

Speaker 3 (10:40):
I think to your point, the Dodgers right now are
tied the NNL West and there's still the World Series
favorite at three to one. Yes, Phillies are next yet
seven at bet Parks. Milwaukee is now up to eight.
They were fifteen last week, so I think people are
starting to say whoa and the money came in on that.
Detroit at ten San Diego, which I think that's an
awesome lineup. I really like their team, their ten. Their

(11:04):
problem is their San Diego. Bad things just happen out there.
San Diego has never won a championship in any sport,
have they? Sen Clippers, like I said, I mean, Philheimer
never won.

Speaker 1 (11:17):
They didn't.

Speaker 3 (11:17):
The old San Diego Chargers won in the AFL IF
that capt the early sixties Seattle ten to one, Toronto's
ten to one, Houston's twelve to one. San Diego Yankees
are alway up to thirteen to one. They're barely they
might not even make a playoff.

Speaker 5 (11:33):
I wouldn't bet the Yankees at thirty three to one.

Speaker 2 (11:36):
I would mid San Diego could be my play.

Speaker 5 (11:39):
They're pretty good and I get like still two months
to go or month and a half. Yeah, and they
had the Dodgers down to one later. Their bullpen is unbelievable.
So if they get you in a bullpeny game, yeah,
And you know, and I agree with John, I think
like this could be the year where you just say, hey,
why not the Phillies Because the thing that scares me
with the Phillies it's not the team.

Speaker 2 (12:00):
I mean, I know the reliever got his foot bang
last unbelievable. Yeah.

Speaker 3 (12:03):
By the way, x Ray's negative DURAN, but we don't
know exactly.

Speaker 2 (12:10):
They just scares you with the Phillies. They're hiding of
because we've seen it.

Speaker 5 (12:14):
And John just talked about the way, how about the
two games before last night they.

Speaker 2 (12:18):
Good dude, squat tola about my man he's on a roll?
Oh my god, was he won?

Speaker 1 (12:24):
For?

Speaker 2 (12:24):
Like is he on this team?

Speaker 1 (12:27):
Just drop him in like the Yankees lineup, John.

Speaker 2 (12:31):
And what else you got for what other games you got?

Speaker 1 (12:35):
I am also so you you mentioned San Diego.

Speaker 4 (12:37):
And one thing the kind of that that I don't
necessarily love with them is starting pitching they are getting.
They are getting one pitcher playing way above his head
and it is a former friend of Philadelphia. Nick Pavetta
is extremely well, but like if he's the one leading away,
like I don't know, he might be their Game one starter,

(12:57):
like Dylan Seats and you Darvish Obviously he had a
bigger name, But right now the best pitcher that they
have is Nick Poveetta.

Speaker 1 (13:04):
King has also been pitching really well.

Speaker 4 (13:06):
Yeah, but but Pazzetta has been one of the best,
and like I think he's he might get a Game
one or Game two nod But right now Dylan tic
is going to be on the mound today.

Speaker 1 (13:14):
Don't love the way he's pitched.

Speaker 4 (13:15):
The five and ten record Dodgers a little bit of
a short favorite. These are this is a huge game
Dodgers at home that I really like Blake Snell two
point three seven e Rara, But I'm not going to
take too much away from that. He hasn't pitched all
that much this season. And one thing that concerns me
is the whip at one point five to three is
very very high, so that two point three seven e
ra is kind of a bit misleading. But I think

(13:38):
it's it's pretty much an even pitching matchup. But I'm
at least going to get the team at home and uh,
Dodgers a little desperate.

Speaker 1 (13:44):
Maybe this is a big series for them.

Speaker 4 (13:46):
So I just I like the pitching matchup here and
I like the Dodgers at home.

Speaker 3 (13:50):
All right, Uh, you go with baseball now you want
you want to go on the week as Mike Current.

Speaker 4 (13:57):
Oh oh yeah we can because we Zerra has one
one of the more like interesting matchups in college football.

Speaker 2 (14:03):
We're what was it fared right? What a name? What
a name? Kansas State, Iowa State.

Speaker 3 (14:12):
We're talking serious amounts of Corn, Dublin, Ireland john Who
do we like in this contest?

Speaker 2 (14:18):
Week zero?

Speaker 1 (14:21):
Yeah?

Speaker 4 (14:21):
These are these are two teams that have always kind of,
you know, hung around the top of the Big twelve.
And these are maybe two of the better quarterbacks in
that conference, Avery Johnson and Kansas State Rock o' beck,
who is not only getting a lot of hype just
in the college football season this year, there's like NFL
stuff with him, like Robert.

Speaker 2 (14:40):
That's why he's John Jansen. We just ran.

Speaker 5 (14:44):
Actually, that should be great to get him on the
station a little more, Yeah.

Speaker 1 (14:47):
John, Yeah, that'd be great.

Speaker 4 (14:50):
Uh well, Gillingova football, Fox Sports Radio, Philadelphia.

Speaker 5 (14:53):
John, who makes the Big Twelve title game?

Speaker 2 (14:57):
Right? I mean these two teams are I don't know
the game, yeah.

Speaker 1 (15:02):
Right, because these are these are maybe the two.

Speaker 4 (15:04):
Best teams in the Big Twelve, especially like when you
have two quarterbacks like that, the way that they have that,
that really does like.

Speaker 1 (15:13):
Put some intrigue in them for the conference because a
lot of teams are going to take in a step back.

Speaker 4 (15:17):
I have no idea what Utah is going to be
this year. Utah is always good with cayviin Aham.

Speaker 1 (15:22):
But there's been a lot of change over in quarterback,
like Cam Rising got hurt and he had to retire.

Speaker 4 (15:28):
Actually, so Utah has been kind of a weird place,
even though they are still going to be okay.

Speaker 1 (15:32):
Really, it's just it's Ioway State in Kansas State. I
actually like the Cyclones.

Speaker 4 (15:36):
Though I think Beck has proven a little bit more
to me in Matt Campbell. Uh, there there have been
sometimes where I don't know if he's the best coach,
and sometimes I question whether or not he can develop quarterbacks.
But like he did a pretty good good job with
Rock Purty back in the day, and now he's doing
a pretty good.

Speaker 1 (15:51):
Job with Rock Obeck.

Speaker 4 (15:52):
So I think right now Matt Campbell just has it
kind of figured out with these guys.

Speaker 5 (15:55):
First eleven win season in Iowa State history. And they
lost I guess to Arizona State and the Big Twelve title.

Speaker 1 (16:00):
Game, right, yes, yes State, Yeah they did.

Speaker 2 (16:08):
I'm guessing they were. They couldn't stop cam Skataboo. Right,
So Iowa stake down three and a half in Dublin.

Speaker 4 (16:14):
So you lean to the Cyclones, Yes, I do lean
the Cyclones and again Arizona State right the levets. But like,
if you want to really see I think the two
teams that could be at the top. Like there's some
some other ones like BYU they have a quarterback problem,
but uh, they were pretty good heading into the year.
But really it's just it's Iowa State and Kansas State.
Like Arizona State lost Campskataboo, which is.

Speaker 1 (16:36):
A big deal. They've lost some other weapons on offense.

Speaker 4 (16:40):
It's really at the Sam Levitt and like he's really
gotta to put on a show here. But I think
for for really, the two best quarterbacks in league are
going to be rocking back to Avery Johnson, and the
two best teams are probably Iowa State in Kansas State.

Speaker 1 (16:52):
But I'm gonna go to Cyclones.

Speaker 2 (16:53):
I think of Cyclones that game will Washington State League.
They're not. They're in a pack to pick two pack
two way, it'll be. It'll be back to the packs.
Who do you like in the package?

Speaker 4 (17:03):
There is no bias that there's a East Carolina wide
receivers transfer now in Iowa.

Speaker 1 (17:08):
State, So.

Speaker 3 (17:10):
What could be better than that? So the other week
zero game of interest for somebody I don't know who. Uh,
Stanford is at Hawaii getting.

Speaker 2 (17:18):
Two is a big game, Dick.

Speaker 3 (17:20):
It is so Stanford plays games in Hawaii this year,
and I assume they're in Florida.

Speaker 2 (17:24):
I play Florida State or Miami. That might not even
be their longest road trip.

Speaker 3 (17:28):
Me, you, what is going on here in college Frank
Frank Right, Yeah, there with the corner, but they're.

Speaker 2 (17:36):
If they're getting two in Hawaii, it's not. This is
a heavily bet game. Deck. This is a big bet game.

Speaker 3 (17:42):
No doubt, John John AP Top twenty five, calm down
AP twenty five.

Speaker 2 (17:47):
He never lets me talk. That might be the line
of the year right there. That is legendary. Uh.

Speaker 3 (17:55):
We have the AP Top twenty five out in my
current Texas twenty five first place votes, Penn State twenty.

Speaker 2 (18:01):
Three, five point difference.

Speaker 3 (18:04):
Fifteen fifty two to fifteen forty seven, then Ohio State
with eleven first, Clemson with four, Georgia one, Oregon one.
Notre Dame is six, Georgia five, Clemson four, Ohio State three. Interestingly, however,
at bet Parks, Ohio State is the favorite to win
it all at five to one, then Penn State at six,

(18:25):
Texas at six and a half, Alabama, and Georgia at eight,
Notre Dame at Iowa State, Ohio State repeating Clempson in eleven.
Illinois is ranked twelve in the country. They are two
hundred to one to win the title. At sleep they
might not make Peak ten title. That's the problem. Boise
State two fifty. Uh Dion without his sons is five

(18:48):
hundred to one to win it all. It could be
five million Tempo five million, five thousand, five thousand put
out a couple zeros on there.

Speaker 2 (18:58):
I'll give you a dollar, John.

Speaker 1 (18:59):
Give you a Tlahoma. You know those odds are gonna.

Speaker 3 (19:03):
Jorder.

Speaker 1 (19:03):
That's John Gillings.

Speaker 2 (19:06):
Give me a winner right now, Week minus one College Football.

Speaker 4 (19:13):
Yeah, So, like I am, I'm infatuated with Texas just
because of arch Manning, Like I think he is going
to It's it's almost like, and I know Sean Brady
is going to hear this name and be like, of course,
this guy's talking about Trevor Lawrence. But it reminds me
of that, Like everybody just kind of questions like this
blue tip prospect that is coming in without a lot
of experience, but then they end up winning a national championship.

(19:34):
Clemson did that in Larns his freshman year. Arch Manning
is two years under his belt. He understands this offense
he has developed. They have talked about his growth not
only physically but mentally as a quarterback, and we've we've
seen him.

Speaker 1 (19:46):
Play or throw ninety passes and all of them look
pretty good.

Speaker 4 (19:49):
So yeah, it's it's just a lot of questioning about
a young quarterback and maybe a young offensive line that
lost a lot of pieces as well. But Sarka has
done a great job recruiting, so I love everything with Texas.
They're gonna have explosive offense. I think they beat Ohio
State in Week one, so I know that's one of
the big Marqie games for a Week one and could
maybe determine which one of these teams really does make
a run, because I think one of them if things

(20:11):
go wrong, like one of them could be left out,
and to me, that's really Ohio State, but one team
I absolutely love though. I speaking of Clemson, what may
comes in good especially when they won national championships. They
had really solid quarterback play, They had amazing wide receivers,
which they had previously they used to be called wide
receiver YU before LSU.

Speaker 1 (20:31):
And then also defensive line.

Speaker 4 (20:33):
They have all of that this year for the first
time in a very very long time, probably since like Lawrence's.

Speaker 1 (20:40):
Freshman year and the end of DeShawn Watson's tenure in Clemson.

Speaker 4 (20:44):
Like they actually have a really really good wide receiver group,
So that is something that has been kind of missing
from them. Their offense has not been explosive, but now
they have wide receivers, they have really solid quarterback play.
Kate Klubnick is a lot of people's favorite to maybe
the Heisman and then they have always had this, but
it's even.

Speaker 1 (21:03):
Better this year.

Speaker 4 (21:03):
They have to like first round studs on the defensive
line and a really good linebacker group to go with it, and.

Speaker 1 (21:10):
Even just a good secondary.

Speaker 4 (21:12):
So Clemson might have one of the best defenses in
college football, but the offense has really been the one
that has to match it. And it seems like finally
for the first time in a very long time, that
Dabosweeney kind of has it.

Speaker 1 (21:23):
So I'm I'm kind of taking my shot here with
Clemson contender and can do it.

Speaker 5 (21:30):
That's the team I was kind of looking at too,
only because they play in the A c C and
it might be a little but the thing with Texas
and I think there's like four or five teams you
can make a case for.

Speaker 2 (21:39):
I don't think Ohio State is going to.

Speaker 5 (21:41):
Repeat because I just think it's really hard quarterback and
that and the wide receivers.

Speaker 2 (21:47):
The wide receivers great, but I very much like a.

Speaker 1 (21:51):
Comcord kind of year.

Speaker 4 (21:53):
It was.

Speaker 1 (21:53):
It was also losing Ship Kelly, which is a big
deal too.

Speaker 2 (21:56):
So if it wasn't got to go to State, which
is for them is hard.

Speaker 5 (22:03):
I think Penn State is probably going to at least
be in the quarterfinals. Could we could we say that
and they got talent, but Texas what's going to carry Texas?
And I know watches their defense is tremendous. Archer is
going to get all the I get it. It'll throw
four touchdowns and people. Their defense has like like NFL
players all over the place, And to me, that's where

(22:26):
you win in college football. I know LSU did it
with the greatest offense that we've seen probably since Penn
State's ninety fourteen. But man, if you have a defense,
you know, Ohio State had defense last year and you know,
and they.

Speaker 2 (22:39):
Just got out in front of teams and that was it.
Texas getting three as the number one I know, John,
you never say that.

Speaker 1 (22:47):
And can I give it a sleeper?

Speaker 4 (22:49):
Is Alabama maybe this year we're not talking about the
Crimson tied enough and Kaylin Divor's second year. They have
a great defense, But really, you know, it seems like
a bit of a throwback on offense, like they obviously
to have Ryan Williams is going to be like Jaron Meismith,
one of the best wide receivers.

Speaker 1 (23:04):
In the country, but within some kind of under center. Now,
this this could maybe be a.

Speaker 4 (23:09):
Bit of a throwback for Alabama, like they could be
running the ball a lot more.

Speaker 1 (23:12):
They have one of the best running back groups in
the country, and so they could probably work off of that.
I know, the board kind of has it like run
and shoot offense.

Speaker 4 (23:21):
It's very much like a vertical offense that always has
been Even with Washington and Michael Pennix it was uh
and with Jaln Milroe it kind of was a little bit.
But now I think they can go maybe a bit
old school run the Baltimore. You have a great offensive line,
an excellent running back group, work off of play action.
This could be like a kind of an old school
Alabama team like we used to see with like a
Greg McLeroy or even a Mac Jones.

Speaker 1 (23:43):
It feels like that kind of team. So Alabama kind
of everything falls.

Speaker 4 (23:47):
In place here and the team that like we've seen
them take before to a national championship, which is obviously
the big difference is the coach. But they're very good.

Speaker 3 (23:55):
Texas six and a half to one, Alabama eight. Clempson eleven.
Those are John's three comes in to be back hang
on a second bye. We'll be back to debate Penn
State after the break without you, John, because you're out
of here.

Speaker 2 (24:07):
We've had enough of you for one day.

Speaker 1 (24:09):
Oh yeah, that's enough of me.
