I remember Simmons, that was still the value he had

sure they did. I could be wrong.

I mean, Harden at that point was considered better than Simmons. Yes,

Simmons and Simmons for Harden and all.

I'm looking it up right now, Maeah, just it's not
clear Brooklyn received Simmons, Seth Curry, Andre Drummond twenty twenty
two first round pick, twenty twenty seven first round pick. Yeah,
so the six Sixers received James Harden and Paul millsaps that.

The theory was that Harden was the better player at
that point, So.

that that's something he doesn't get criticized enough for the

Pay him, and you got a disgruntled Harden in a
shocking development.

And one of them's two bench players that played key
roles in the playoffs, two first round draft picks for
James Harden and Paul Mills.

Again, I will give Harden this and he won too,
and I can't take that away from him.

Was that was that that year of the next year, No,
it was following year. The following they lost to Miami
the first round. They won games three and four and
everybody got all excited, and the games five and six
they played like doll do.

Gotten younger rather than older, and they needed.

A point guard. They don't have a point guard.

He would have had a player that was going to
be thrilled to be with you. Yes, he's going to
be able to get the ball to your your star players.

And allegedly playing with an m v P Joe. And
then you have Haliburton, Maxie, Yes, and then you still.

Have Curry to make shots, and you still have Drummond
to beat the backup center.

Which they didn't. Curry was big in that in that place,
he was good. That's all we could do. Shoot because
the guy from Atlanta killed him at the other end,
but he had timely shots.

Yeah, there's a lot of mismanaged franchises and sports.
