Speaker 1 (00:01):
Oi, this is Sports Pros with your hosts Chris,
andrew, rammus, victor and Corey.
Enjoy the commentary and allthe banter and golden poops.

Speaker 3 (00:27):
Hello and welcome to Sports Pros Episode 29.
And today we have the startingfive of things we love about
football.
Football is back, collegefootball kicks off this weekend,
fantasy football drafts arehappening and today we're going
to do the starting five of whatwe love about football.
I'm excited.

(00:48):
Football is here.
Victor is pumped.
Corey did ample research andpreparation.
How's everyone doing?

Speaker 2 (00:58):
I really wish you had left in Corey's what's the
topic again, because that was agreat way to start it.

Speaker 1 (01:08):
Maybe on the Southern A's he'll win the championship
in fantasy this year.

Speaker 3 (01:15):
Did he get relegated to the B League of fantasy?

Speaker 2 (01:18):
Oh my God, oh my God, fantasy football with a
foundation would be a waste.

Speaker 3 (01:24):
That's actually a genius idea.
We should do that.
That would be amazing, I wouldlove to commission, that league,
that would be so funny if wereached out or like, hey, dylan,
we need you for this SuperLeague.
We got going on in fantasy, allof our we get ret on there too.

Speaker 5 (01:53):
We intentionally start at the lowest level league
.
He's going to work his way uplike three levels before he even
gets to the big league.

Speaker 2 (02:06):
That would be so funny, because if you get
relegated to the Meme theSquidward Meme looking out the
window, you know the amazingleague Having you would have the
relegation league do theirfantasy draft like crazy early
to make them do it in like Julyor something before the NFL
draft in April.

Speaker 3 (02:26):
Like right after it's like the weekend after the
draft.
I also forgot to mention thenew Madden.
Madden has dropped.
Got a new Madden game morefootball.

Speaker 2 (02:43):
Like John Madden.
Yeah, the video game.

Speaker 3 (02:48):
They're really good.
Yeah, we grew up on.
It's really good.
It's very realistic Maddenfootball.

Speaker 2 (02:55):
I must be.
I don't know, is that for likethe cell phone, or something.

Speaker 3 (03:01):
No, I think it's on Xbox.

Speaker 5 (03:03):
Let me see, oh Pretty sure the last one had, drew
Brees, is on the cover Been thatlong.
I mean they get a lot of flak, but I mean how much can they
actually upgrade a game everyyear, like the level of

(03:23):
expectation?

Speaker 3 (03:26):
I don't want to speak for everyone, but I feel like
we've got a pretty good, extensive list of things EA can
do to improve their games.

Speaker 2 (03:33):
Yeah, just anything, yeah, just just anything.

Speaker 4 (03:36):
A career mode in general would be good they don't
have a career mode anymore.

Speaker 2 (03:42):
They took it out last year it was just like face of
the franchise or whatever.

Speaker 5 (03:46):
Oh geez, what that?
Yeah, I haven't played in like10 years, so that makes makes
sense.
Why?
I don't know what's going on.

Speaker 3 (03:54):
That's the last time.
It was good, I think it wasMadden 15 or 14.
The one that had Calvin Johnsonon it I was last time yeah,
classic.

Speaker 5 (04:02):
I remember the passing cone, remember the
passing cone.

Speaker 2 (04:05):
Yeah, 2007,.
I think that was.

Speaker 5 (04:08):
That was the dumbest idea ever.
You could only throw like alike if you had a terrible
quarterback.
Your cone was like maybe fiveyards wide.

Speaker 6 (04:18):
Yeah, you could not.

Speaker 5 (04:19):
You could, you had to like physically look at the
receiver line up.
Yeah, who you were throwing theball to.
They try to make it sax.

Speaker 2 (04:27):
Just the entire field .
Yeah, Peyton.

Speaker 6 (04:30):
Manning's home.
Yeah, our field.
You could do a my career andjust be a punter or a holder.

Speaker 2 (04:43):
Oh, that'd be electric.
Can you imagine a one time inthe season where the coach calls
a fake bond, oh my God.

Speaker 3 (04:53):
Well, should we?
Should we just go right into it?
Starting five, andrew, you knowwhat I'll pick.
No pressure back to back.
Starting five, back to backnumber one overall picks.
I mean, some might say thatmeans you've lost the last draft
if you're picking first again.

Speaker 2 (05:12):
But yeah, it's like the 2010 cabs.
We can't hear you if you'retalking, andrew.

Speaker 3 (05:20):
And you can't hear you.
Let's get a little nervous overthere, very great, yeah, you
can't hear me.
I can hear you now.
Yeah, okay.

Speaker 2 (05:33):
We couldn't hear.

Speaker 5 (05:34):
So maybe I should change my pick, because I just
said something and I shouldprobably go something else.
Maybe that was a sign I didn'thear you.

Speaker 3 (05:41):
I mean exactly.
I mean the pick will show ifyou love football.
If you don't love football,we'll know, based off of the
pick.

Speaker 5 (05:47):
Are we going Michael Jordan 1-1?
There isn't a clear cut 1-1.
This is why I didn't want 1-1.

Speaker 6 (05:55):
You can go a lot different directions with
football season and oh, I'mloving the words, I'm loving
what you're saying right now,because there is a 1-1.
I just hope you don't pick it.

Speaker 5 (06:06):
Okay, I think I know what the 1-1 is.
If you, if does everyone here, think there's a definitive 1-1?

Speaker 3 (06:15):
I can I guess there is a 1-1.
I got a consensus 1-a-1-b.

Speaker 6 (06:21):
So yes, listening to Kendrick Perkins, try to talk
about better football.

Speaker 3 (06:27):
That's my 1-1.
Yeah, it's not going to be atme at five, so this is you to
take Is your draft if you wantit.

Speaker 5 (06:40):
Yeah, I'm with it.

Speaker 3 (06:42):
I'm one of the.
I just say Andrew does take thelongest to submit his picks.

Speaker 2 (06:48):
Yeah, if he takes any longer, I think the next person
should get to pick.
He just gets skipped, just likeNFL draft rules.

Speaker 5 (06:56):
I lose my 1-1.
Can you guys hear me?
My computer is frozen.

Speaker 3 (07:00):
I can hear you.

Speaker 2 (07:03):
I'll start.
This is a Jaguar.
Is that you at the NFL draft?
Guys, my computer is frozen.

Speaker 6 (07:10):
Andrew should just put Charlie in the chair like a
Hella check.

Speaker 3 (07:19):
We might need to have to replace Andrew with Harry
here.
Harry is.
This is going to make editing abitch now.
Have you left?

Speaker 1 (07:35):
You got the blue screen.

Speaker 3 (07:38):
Oh, no, harry.

Speaker 2 (07:44):
Also guys we should just continue to do it on our
end and then have Andrew stillgive his picks, acting like he
was part of it.
Just feed it in and he justrepeats our picks.

Speaker 6 (07:59):
Well, he's gone.
There is a 1-1, right, veryobvious.

Speaker 3 (08:05):
No, I don't think there's a 1-1.

Speaker 2 (08:10):
In my opinion there is, but I don't know if everyone
shares that same opinion.

Speaker 3 (08:15):
Well.
So, so I had Pan Express.
The other day I got the Beijingbeef, orange chicken, chow mein
fried rice.
It was amazing.

(08:36):
Then I got the.
I got a couple of the you canget the sides of the entree or
the smaller portion.
I got the Kung Pao chicken, which I did not expect to be as
hot as it was.
And then the sesame honeychicken Kung Pao was good.

(08:56):
It was hot, though it was likecaught me by surprise, but it
was good.
And then I got the sesamechicken, sesame honey, I think
it was.
That was good.
It was just more.
It was sweet.
I don't really want that muchsweet when I'm eating chicken,
but it was good.

Speaker 2 (09:13):
Yeah, I've heard their honey walnut shrimp is
good, but same thing I thinkit's sweet also for you at
shrimp.

Speaker 6 (09:21):
Yeah, all right for the ninth pick.
I'm going to go with.

Speaker 3 (09:27):
Wait, what did Rama's go for 8?

Speaker 5 (09:33):
Yeah he can't even what the heck is going on.

Speaker 1 (09:38):
We invited Harry to take his spot.

Speaker 5 (09:42):
Yeah, have I already been kicked out.
We auto-drafted an undisputedview for 1-1.
Yeah, Skip Bayless this year'son the video With Skip Bayless
versus the rotating panel.
Not even Skip and Shannon.

Speaker 2 (10:01):
You got videos of Skip Bayless throwing his jersey
away in a trash can at 1-1.

Speaker 6 (10:08):
Brought a little microwave 1-2.
Grab it before I do.

Speaker 1 (10:13):
Yeah.

Speaker 5 (10:16):
Okay, can I go 1-1 now?

Speaker 1 (10:18):
No, I'm back.

Speaker 5 (10:20):
Okay, my 1-1 without delay.
I'm just going to go get to it.
Nfl Red Zone it's my 1-1.

Speaker 6 (10:29):
Yeah, that's easy.

Speaker 5 (10:30):
There's nothing like it.
It's the only sport you canpretty much do this with is the
NFL, and they have invented thegreatest sports watching
experience that will ever exist.
But there's nothing better thanthe witching hour.
You got seven or eight closegames down to the wire.
Maybe, Bounce them back andforth.

(10:52):
It's a pure insanity.
It's the pinnacle of footballat the highest level, and you're
getting the biggest moments atthe same time.

Speaker 3 (11:05):
You're going to show free Seven hours.

Speaker 2 (11:08):
Exactly.
I would never have this opinion.
But what do you guys think ofthe people whose take is that
NFL Red Zone is for people whodon't actually love the game
because it doesn't show you allthe rest of the game and you
just see the wish?
You watched the scoring playsand it's just a bunch of
nonsense.
I don't agree with this take,but I've seen it.

Speaker 6 (11:29):
I'd say that's a take for people who just don't have
that dog in them.

Speaker 4 (11:33):
They want the LOL of three and out, three and out,
three and out being able to takea little rest.

Speaker 6 (11:41):
It wouldn't be for me Give me the action every second
.

Speaker 3 (11:45):
Yeah, those are people looking to mosey on
through a Sunday where we'relocked in 1250 till midnight.
Although Red Zone has thatthing when it's the last game on
TV, they got to cut away andshow you the touchdown montage.

Speaker 2 (12:04):
That's amateur work.

Speaker 3 (12:08):
Amateur.
That is the worst.
I guess I understand thelicensing around it, but that is
the worst.
When you're watching that game,we've got to cut away and show
you all the touchdowns thatyou've already seen today.

Speaker 6 (12:22):
Yeah, right, yeah if like aliens, visit, I'm giving
them the Octobock as like ourprice possession.

Speaker 2 (12:32):
Oh, they wouldn't be able to handle it.
I don't think no, no, that'sbeyond any technology that the
aliens, any aliens, have.
That's a fact.
There's not an alien, scottHansen.

Speaker 5 (12:46):
No, honestly, I believe the NFL Red Zone, the
creation of that, is what hastaken the popularity of the
sport to a whole different leveland why it's so marketable
across the world, where you canget people in other countries
that have no idea who theseteams are, these cities, to pay
attention.
Because of the sports water Yep, because you can't watch that

(13:08):
and not be locked in and excited.
Yeah, it's just genius, it'sperfect, it's awesome.

Speaker 3 (13:17):
Can't wait, take my money.

Speaker 6 (13:20):
Yeah, I mean, that was my one one, oh.

Speaker 5 (13:26):
Yeah, yeah.
That's what I thought you weregoing with Corey when you said
there is a one one.
So I flipped my.

Speaker 3 (13:34):
Well, we'll review Andrew's 10th pick, see how that
goes.
Corey number two, number twooverall.

Speaker 6 (13:43):
I'm going to take the brother Andrew's pick Go
college game day, being able towake up on over whenever you
want, and you can just rely oncollege game day being on.
What if you?

Speaker 4 (13:59):
wake up in the new.

Speaker 6 (14:01):
Football.

Speaker 5 (14:04):
Okay.
So, corey, are we talking aboutspecifically college game day
on ESPN with Reese Kirk and Kirkand Lee Yep?

Speaker 3 (14:19):
We course they're still doing it this year, he
coming back.

Speaker 5 (14:25):
We're going to Corey.
It might be his last run.

Speaker 3 (14:27):
Yeah, they got morbid on that one episode.

Speaker 6 (14:32):
Is Desmond still on there, because I know that.

Speaker 5 (14:36):
Yeah, they got rid of the Pollock.
Do they still do the?
I loved it.
Sorry, we're three status.

Speaker 6 (14:47):
Got to be, are they?
Are they bringing Pat McAfeeout?

Speaker 5 (14:54):
That Mac is gonna be on there.
Yeah, yep, who's on there?
Last year, I think?
I don't know it's.
All I'm saying, corey, is it'snot, it's lost, it's luster for
me in the last few years.
I feel like Fox noon kickoff isalso coming to the picture and
you know you have no barstooldoes their thing.

(15:16):
You have these other entitieskind Also using the same formula
.
I'm interested to see if theyyou know they lost Pollock the
bear.
He's also gone to Fox, notRonaldo, he's off course at Fox,
he's been there Just how theypivot and can they adapt to the

(15:38):
changing landscape.
I do like the addition ofStanford, steve.
He's going to be the newgambling.
I mean, he's got to take overfor the bear.
I think that's a good.
I love Sanford.

Speaker 6 (15:47):
I don't think the bear like it's the needle for
anybody.

Speaker 5 (15:51):
You know, like the bear he's there.

Speaker 6 (15:56):
He's there, not going to cry.
I didn't cry when he got fired.

Speaker 5 (16:02):
Yeah, I think he got fired.
I think he actually took moremoney to go.

Speaker 6 (16:05):
Oh really, I thought he got let go that valuable,
maybe both.

Speaker 5 (16:09):
He left for more money.
Oh, that's yeah.
Fox picked him off, just likethey did in all the the dude
stuck what three stickers on aboard for?
One day every seven days?
Yeah, yeah, he picks threegames and usually gets them
wrong.

Speaker 6 (16:26):
You got to fade.
Picked against Florida a lotMaybe.
Why just yeah, all right, that's my pick, all right,
promise number three, threeoverall.

Speaker 3 (16:41):
I think that's the best thing about football.

Speaker 2 (16:45):
I have a pick.
You guys tell me if it's tooclose to one one.
My pick is the week one earlygame, which an hour is my
favorite Part of football seasonbecause that's when the whole
season's in front of you butyou're in the middle of it
immediately.
So I'm going, if I can, if Imay, Early game which an hour,

(17:05):
week one.
If not, I can go other picks, but I'm just being honest.

Speaker 5 (17:11):
Just piggybacking off of my big promise.

Speaker 2 (17:14):
It's not my fault that you picked an entire
channel.

Speaker 6 (17:19):
I picked the grease invention of all time and you
picked seven hours out of it.

Speaker 2 (17:25):
And I'm picking a specific part of that.

Speaker 5 (17:25):
Yeah, it's like if a team went into the draft and
just yeah, I mean, I took aquarterback at number one and he
took A specific quarterback.
Right.

Speaker 2 (17:39):
I don't think that's the same thing.
I think you decided that youwanted all quarterbacks and then
I said I want Patrick Mahomes.

Speaker 5 (17:48):
I'll hit.

Speaker 2 (17:48):
You guys make the, you guys make the call.
If you need me to pick adifferent one, I will.

Speaker 1 (17:55):
No, I'll do.

Speaker 3 (17:57):
I think it's too much like red zone.
Okay, isn't it red zone?

Speaker 2 (18:04):
It is a part of red zone.
Yeah, I thought that would beokay.

Speaker 5 (18:08):
He's talking week one , which an hour of red zone,
right.

Speaker 3 (18:11):
Yeah, what if I pick week two, of which an hour of
red zone?

Speaker 2 (18:14):
If that week is specifically special to you, I
think we want to get it.
It's the.

Speaker 3 (18:22):
We're all just going to draft the first one.
We're all just going to draftdifferent iterations of the red
zone channel For week 17.
Red zone.

Speaker 2 (18:31):
I think that's the worst week red zone, because
then that's the end of it.

Speaker 5 (18:35):
Oh God, exactly, but it's the last chance you get to
say goodbye before it's gone.

Speaker 2 (18:40):
Yeah, but then you're sad and then like you're kind
of excited for the playoffs butyou're sad about red zone.
I would never pick 17 as myfavorite week.

Speaker 3 (18:49):
Yeah, I'm going to say no.
I'm just going to say no,that's just my vote.
Okay, that's fine.

Speaker 5 (18:58):
But there's three other votes.
Ramis, my pick.
Thanks for popping that up.

Speaker 2 (19:04):
Yeah, well, when you pick an entire channel, it makes
it easier.

Speaker 6 (19:12):
Yeah, that's tough, but probably going to say no as
well.

Speaker 3 (19:17):
How does that?

Speaker 2 (19:21):
All right, then I'm going to go.
The moment when, in one of theearly weeks of the season, the
player catches like threetouchdowns in the first half and
you run over the app to see whohe's playing against fantasy
and it's not you.
That's one of my favoritefeelings.
I'm going to go with that.

Speaker 3 (19:41):
Early in season.
You don't know who has who yet.
Yeah, that's awesome.

Speaker 2 (19:45):
Yes, exactly.

Speaker 6 (19:48):
Yeah, I like it.
The flip side, though sometimesthat happens to like middle of
the pack receiver and he's yourbench.

Speaker 2 (19:59):
Yes, or like someone just picked him off, way bird or
something like that.

Speaker 6 (20:07):
Smells like somebody we know See you One name names.

Speaker 3 (20:14):
All right Victor, number four.

Speaker 1 (20:17):
Number four I'm going to go with rivalries.

Speaker 3 (20:24):
Scoop, scoop it.

Speaker 1 (20:27):
From college and pro Rivalries in general.

Speaker 5 (20:33):
And you thought my pick was specific or too general
.
Yes, not specific enough.

Speaker 1 (20:38):
One person picking all of football that day.

Speaker 5 (20:42):
Yeah, I'd say rivalries are pretty far up
there.

Speaker 1 (20:47):
There's also nothing more fun when you have no skin
in the game and watching twodifferent teams just arguing
that's your winner.
Drunk in the sports bar.

Speaker 3 (20:59):
All right, well, I'll go Number five overall round
out the first round.
Top five things about footballseason.
I'm going to go fantasyfootball One of the best things
about football.
Got it at five Great value.

Speaker 5 (21:19):
Rob, this is over there being like I, just I just
take the NFL next.

Speaker 2 (21:25):
We're just picking whatever.
Can I select offense?

Speaker 5 (21:33):
Rob takes a specific thing in fantasy, when a player
goes off and he's not, you'renot playing against him, and
then.
And then there is doubles downand just takes the whole damn
thing right after.

Speaker 3 (21:45):
Yeah, I give a shot.
Is that going to play or no?

Speaker 6 (21:51):
The retroactively are you going to allow Ramas to
keep his?

Speaker 1 (21:54):
Why.

Speaker 6 (21:57):
No, you can have everything.

Speaker 2 (21:58):
You can have every part of fantasy football, except
for when a player goes off andhe's not playing against me.
So you just lost the best partof fantasy football.
Congratulations.

Speaker 3 (22:09):
All right, I guess I'll change.
Yeah, I was messy Might be dead, by the way.

Speaker 5 (22:14):
I told you since 98,.
No joke, man FC, since night islegit.

Speaker 6 (22:19):
No one's going to forget the 2023 Leagues Cup,
though that banner will flyforever.

Speaker 3 (22:28):
All right, I'm going to go number five.
I'm going to go tailgating asmy number five overall pick for
things about the football season.

Speaker 2 (22:38):
Great pick.

Speaker 1 (22:39):
Good, good pick.

Speaker 5 (22:42):
Because to me, football tailgating you could
tailgate for other things, obviously, but football
tailgating is just a differentlevel.
You're in the it's the fall, like the weather is better cool
or cold.
You warming up with the grill, the fire.
This hits different.

Speaker 3 (23:02):
Yep Number six.
I'm going to go playoffs.

Speaker 2 (23:08):
That's a great pick.

Speaker 3 (23:11):
Is that going to play ?

Speaker 5 (23:12):
Well, you just took.
Well, you just took fancyfootball and tailgating.

Speaker 3 (23:16):
No, I didn't take fantasy football Unless you.

Speaker 4 (23:19):
I thought you guys said no.

Speaker 3 (23:21):
I mean, yeah, I'll absolutely take fantasy football
.
It's the best part aboutfootball season.

Speaker 2 (23:25):
Yeah, if you want to take it, that's fine, but then
you have to give up playoffs, that's fine, okay.
So what's five?
Victor, do you want to go takeplayoffs now, or?

Speaker 1 (23:39):
I just want to take playoffs now.

Speaker 6 (23:43):
I think nobody said football yet.
Yeah, take now.

Speaker 1 (23:52):
I guess I'll just take a Super Bowl, most one
portion of the Super Bowl.

Speaker 3 (24:04):
That's a good pick.
I like the Super Bowl.

Speaker 2 (24:07):
I like the Super Bowl .
I have a hot take.
Can I give a hot take right now?

Speaker 3 (24:14):
Oh.
I think, I know what he's goingto say and I agree.

Speaker 6 (24:16):
That's what the Super Bowl is made A little yeah the
Super Bowl kind of suckshonestly Like it's the last
season.

Speaker 2 (24:25):
And if it's a blowout , the Super Bowl is the worst
way to end the season.
I in my opinion, they shouldend the season with divisional
round and then next seasonstarts with the conference
championships and Super Bowl.
That's my opinion.
I think that's what we shoulddo, because if the Super Bowl
sucks, then it's just a terribleend of the season and also the

(24:45):
Super Bowl is overrated.
That's my take.

Speaker 3 (24:47):
Yes, yeah, it's barely a football game.

Speaker 5 (24:52):
Teams aren't, they're like too tight.

Speaker 2 (24:55):
They like switch out the balls more frequently, so
the offenses can't go on.
Can't go on as frequently.
If there's one injury, then itruins the game, and if there's
one game, then it decides tolike every other sports
championship.
That's the feel this year.
Yeah, exactly Every othersports championship is over
complicated.
It's because they got.
They trusted the old guy.
He was washed and they let him.

(25:15):
They let him and let me.
He choked yeah.

Speaker 5 (25:20):
Well it's they.
You literally can't treat itlike any other game, because
it's not like any other game.

Speaker 2 (25:25):
Yeah, so they try to do something different for it
every year.

Speaker 5 (25:27):
And then they mess it up.

Speaker 2 (25:28):
They should make the Super Bowl the best of three
series?

Speaker 6 (25:31):
Ooh, that would be intense.

Speaker 2 (25:34):
Can you imagine if they made a play three back to
back days too?
Teams were just absolutelydestroyed by the end of it.
They've got their fourth stringoff.
Even more than that do a doubleheader, oh.

Speaker 6 (25:46):
Have them kick off two hours after the final of the
first game.
You know what's crazy.
I could see the NFL doing that.
They're like, they're like,they're like akhirlyba속n.

Speaker 5 (25:59):
You know what's crazy .

Speaker 2 (26:00):
I could see the NFL doing something it would yeah.

Speaker 5 (26:03):
Damn do.
They would definitely considerit, and they just move it to
different.
So is that's hilarious?

Speaker 6 (26:14):
I think that could work.
Game a week.

Speaker 5 (26:17):
Even one game every two weeks, I'll agree, though,
like last year, college footballyeah, that's what we had.
We had the worst nationalchampionship game ever that's
been in it totally yeah, noright, and it totally ruined,
like the buildup of the playoffs.

(26:37):
And how awesome those two gameswere, the semifinals and he
gets to this moment and thenit's just like it's over in a
two plays, yeah, yeah.

Speaker 2 (26:47):
So that's Victor.
You're taking the mostoverrated game in the NFL.
That's your pick.

Speaker 5 (26:55):
Let's go around.
What do you guys, what wouldyou guys say is the worst Super
Bowl?
Because I have one that I go toevery time that I see.
I think of what was the worstSeattle, denver, yep, seattle.

Speaker 3 (27:06):
Denver.
That was the worst Super Bowl, the first play was a safety.
Yeah, the worst part about thatis I had I had to watch that
game with the flu.
I'm pretty sure it made evenworse Promise.
You were there for that right.

Speaker 2 (27:20):
Yes, I was there and it was terrible.
Yeah, it was just silence.
Second half we were just silentbecause there was nothing going
on.

Speaker 6 (27:26):
Yeah, I'd probably go with, like Super Bowl 12.
That was a pretty boring one.
Yeah yeah, super Bowl 20.
Yeah, also pretty bright.
What do you guys think I?

Speaker 3 (27:44):
agree.
Well, pick number eight.
Promise, promise your secondround pick of best things about
football season.
We tune in.

Speaker 1 (27:55):
We too a fancy football.

Speaker 2 (27:59):
I was thinking about going just touchdowns, but I'm
not going to do that.
I'll save that for a later.

Speaker 3 (28:05):
That's on Red Zone.
That's on Red Zone yeah.

Speaker 2 (28:09):
I'm going to do the first time in the season where
the coach is on the hot seat andhe announces to the media that
he's giving up play callingduties, just an electric.

Speaker 5 (28:21):
That's when he knows the end of the year.

Speaker 2 (28:23):
I love that when that happens.

Speaker 5 (28:24):
Was that Nathaniel Hackett week one last year?

Speaker 2 (28:27):
Yeah, right, he gave up the timeout.
I'm going to get someone elseto run the timeout.
Yeah, so that's my pick.
It's electric every time ithappens, because every time the
coach thinks that that's goingto be the solution, that gets
him off the hot seat.

Speaker 3 (28:45):
All right, Corey, your number nine overall pick.
Things you love about football.

Speaker 6 (28:53):
I'm going to say looking for a path for the
playoffs, trying to find a pathfor the playoffs.

Speaker 2 (28:59):
Oh yeah, ESPN playoffs in a later pulled up.

Speaker 6 (29:03):
Targeting out how to get in the hunt.

Speaker 1 (29:06):
Yep, yeah.

Speaker 5 (29:07):
Okay, there you said it, Corey.
I was going to give it to youbecause it's on my list.
It's too similar to what you'resaying, but the end of the hunt
graphic when that startsshowing up Like we have a chance
.

Speaker 6 (29:18):
Like all these teams, you're on it Six or 17.
Yep, don't count us out.

Speaker 2 (29:25):
We could be.
It's funny last year becausethe entire next week south was
in the hunt because of the howbad the team was the entire.

Speaker 6 (29:33):
The Bears were in the hunt like week 12.

Speaker 3 (29:36):
Yeah, All right, andrew.
10 and 11 back to back.
Great value here Could decidethe draft Right here.
This could dictate who wins andwho loses.

Speaker 5 (29:52):
Yep.
So, I think this is kind of toospecific, but yeah, yeah, I'm
not quite on the level of Ramasand Corey, but I'm trying to get
more specific.
But I always like to take aroad trip to a football game
every year, try a differentstadium, play on the road

(30:12):
Different than you haven't beento.
So road tripping to a game andI kind of I kind of feed off of
that, being the one fan in thesection rooting for my team
versus everyone else I like that.
It's electric.

Speaker 3 (30:29):
When you win.

Speaker 5 (30:29):
It is.
I don't know what it is.
Yeah, it is.
It's like that, that intensityof like.
You know, as soon as Like, ifyou're, if, if my team's up the
road team's winning right, andthen it flips, you know everyone
in that section is going toturn on you and you're going to
be enemy number one.
That is something like that.

(30:50):
Feeling is just I chase it, soI try to go to a road game every
year.
So speaking of that, fortunately last year that's
about to ask you about that.

Speaker 3 (30:59):
I was just about to ask about your last one, yeah,
yeah.

Speaker 5 (31:03):
My last one was a not a great experience.
That was a, you know, trying togo see Tom Brady, which I'm
glad I did because you know heretired, obviously, but staying
him in in that form, theBuccaneers just I mean I'm
pretty sure this was right afterthe Panthers traded Christian

(31:25):
McCaffrey, yeah, Probably attheir lowest point, and Robbie
yeah, right, joe's, you don'tthink it's chosen now, right,
did he change his name?
Oh yeah, I forgot about that.
Anyway, so going to Charlottesitting there first play of the
game Tom Brady hits a wide open.

(31:49):
Mike Evans, I don't think therewas a defensive back within 30
yards Like he was that wide openand it literally just bounced
off his hands.
You should have left rightthere.
I've never seen Mike Evans dropa ball like that in his entire
career.
It was crazy.
And from that moment on, theydidn't.
They didn't score.
They didn't score a touchdown, big only got a field goal.

(32:10):
It was awful.

Speaker 6 (32:14):
Can I?
Take like a one minute.
Can I take a one minute tangentand just say how on earth was
Mike Evans' name not mentionedin the Johnny Menzel documentary
?

Speaker 2 (32:25):
Yeah, I think he had like a clip for us.
There was like one clip of himat the like Hall of Fame thing
or whatever, but he's not evenlike he was.
The reason that he had thatthat second season was just
throw it up to Mike Evans.
That was the whole season.

Speaker 3 (32:40):
No love Mike Evans, too busy playing football.

Speaker 6 (32:43):
Thanks, yeah, that was it.

Speaker 5 (32:47):
Yeah, he was in it, though, because he was.
You're right, he was on thefield with them when he got
recognized and ducked in theHall of Fame.
Yeah, ain't him, that's it.
I mean, no one, mike, heprobably didn't want to be a
part of this, like he was.
Like you guys, you got to ownany name.
But anyway, yeah, I just pulledit up.

(33:08):
The Bucks did in fact lose thatgame 21 to three to the
Carolina Panthers, and at thatpoint in the season we didn't
really know how bad they were.
That was.
It was the game that was like.

Speaker 2 (33:22):
Yeah, it was that in Pittsburgh, back to back with
you, two clowns went to Back towhere derailed our season.

Speaker 3 (33:30):
Yeah, yeah, that was brutal, because I remember I was
there because the Lightningwere in Pittsburgh.
That's Saturday and Pittsburghbeat the Lightning while I was
there and everyone's like justlet us have it, just let us have
this good game tonight, becauseyou and Tom are going to
destroy us tomorrow, you'regoing to kill us tomorrow, and I

(33:52):
heard that so many times.
I'm like that's not, that's nota good sign and we got I don't
even remember what we scoredthat game.

Speaker 2 (33:58):
I think that's.

Speaker 3 (33:59):
I know they went right down the field and scored
with Najiharis.

Speaker 2 (34:01):
Yeah, I think the Steelers also didn't have like
three of their startingdefensive backs for that game.
So people, were like, oh, he'sgoing to throw the ball over the
field against his defense and Ithink we threw for like a 10
yard or something like that.

Speaker 5 (34:16):
Because Pickett got hurt.
We only lost by two.
It was 20 to 18.

Speaker 2 (34:20):
It wasn't even, I think we missed the two points
in the game or something likethat.

Speaker 3 (34:25):
Oh, yeah, yeah.

Speaker 1 (34:26):
Yeah.

Speaker 3 (34:27):
Yeah, that sounds right.
Well, so pick 11.
And so?

Speaker 5 (34:36):
let's see, I'm going to go with betting the over.
Oh, and specifically, I love agood Pac-12 over late night.
You're chasing a little bit, you're throwing over on UCLA,
oregon State, knowing thatyou're going to have to stay up

(34:56):
for probably the third or fourthquarter because the overs at
like 70 to see this thing, yeah.
But there's nothing better thanhitting over, yeah, and
something about like I like thatNFL overs, but some college
football over, because thosethings can get crazy at the end
of games and you can be 20points off in the fourth quarter

(35:18):
but just have a sequence whereyou get three touchdowns and
like the span of two minutesyeah, just because of how insane
things go.
But, yeah, betting the over,yeah.

Speaker 6 (35:30):
There's really nothing better than having the
over in the first twopossessions, or like one and a
half minute touchdown drives.

Speaker 2 (35:39):
Yeah, and you just right on trial immediately.

Speaker 5 (35:43):
Yeah.
Because then it's just likethere's always that game.

Speaker 6 (35:46):
It's kind of just like you bet the over, but at
like 14 points less or like 10points less.

Speaker 5 (35:52):
Yeah, See, that's.
That's something I'm trying tolearn.
I'm trying to teach myself notto tease over unders, like just
bet the line, Like don't teaseit.
Because anytime you tease it,like unless you know, unless
there's a matchup, and you'relike I know these teams are
going to put up, it's going tobe like 40 to 42.
Like you know they're going toput up points, but yeah, when,

(36:17):
sometimes, when you tease it upand you try to take the under I
mean there's nothing worse thanlosing your under in the first
half when you were just deadwrong about a game and they just
start going off.

Speaker 6 (36:30):
Easing is like always bet the over.
Easing is like when I'm downbad on the week.
It's like this will not lose.
There's no chance.
I adjust the line by 10 points.
How does it lose?
I need to get one like that.
Yeah, just a moral victory,yeah.

Speaker 5 (36:45):
Yep, or when you got the last leg of your parlay.
It's money night football andyou got the over and it's just
like every other money nightgame where there's just it's
kind of like that that intensity, that tense, you know moment
that Rhombus talked about in theSuper Bowl, the somebody money
night games.
I feel like you always get alow scoring, grinded out game,
especially if it's like theGiants or the Cowboys or someone

(37:07):
.
It's like never a high scoringgame.
Yeah, yeah, Seven and a half.

Speaker 2 (37:13):
You got Corey.
Next, yeah, corey, pig number12.

Speaker 3 (37:20):
Get in to round three .
Get a nitty gritty.

Speaker 6 (37:21):
My pick is having an excuse to go to the bar in the
morning, but on top of that, having their like going to the
bar and like they're beingpeople there, yeah, yeah, ready
to go.

Speaker 2 (37:38):
Great People are there, at like 1130.
Yeah, ready to go.

Speaker 3 (37:44):
Click the pass button .
Ready to go?
Click the patio.
There's Bill's fans there atlike 11am Awesome.

Speaker 6 (37:53):
Buckets are on tables .
It's not even noon.

Speaker 3 (37:56):
Good feeling Everyone's hanging out eating
apps.
No complaints from me.

Speaker 5 (38:02):
Rhombus.
Or if you go to the bar for theNFL and Europe game.
It's like 9am, yeah right, or4am, it's an excuse to start
drinking.

Speaker 3 (38:11):
Yeah, there's like that Pittsburgh bar and, I think
, rome, where they play thegames live, and I think they're
at 4am or 2 or 3am, they allgather there and drink and watch
the game.
That's awesome, live in Italy.

Speaker 2 (38:25):
That's awesome.
Yeah, it does.
The idea of doing that to watchKenny Pickett does suck, but
it's nice that they did this.
I guess that they have thatthey can watch Kenny Pickett,
because I'm not even sure if I'mgoing to be waking up at noon
to watch Baker make a film.
Let's see.

Speaker 4 (38:44):
You're going to watch him bake.

Speaker 2 (38:48):
Watch him bake.
God it's ass.

Speaker 6 (38:52):
Bake.

Speaker 1 (38:54):
Alright.

Speaker 2 (38:55):
Rhombus, pick 13.
Yeah, I'm going to go that likewhen the first like few
broadcasts of the season, whereone of the channels unveils a
new score bug and all of Twitterspends all their time
obiscerating the score bug.
Sometimes it's week one, sometimes it's for the Super
Bowl, but either way it'sawesome when everyone hates it

(39:17):
and then they get used to itwithin three weeks of the next
season.

Speaker 6 (39:21):
Just like when they add the wrong fuel goal to one
team.
Get off in time.
Oh, that's a classic too.

Speaker 2 (39:30):
I was unrelated, but when ESPN's old Monday Night
Football one had like the slotmachine style thing where it
would show all the numbersbefore it hit the six or the
seven was also an electric scorebug.
Speaking of the new PremierLeague score thing is terrible.
I don't know if you guys haveseen it, but it's awful.

(39:51):
What is that?
The Premier League one it'slike?
Now it's just the top corner ofthe screen and it looks like a
generic video game kind of thing.

Speaker 6 (40:05):
Oh, yeah, the background image is like a plus
sign, kind of yeah, yeah, yeah,no more takes on this With the
NFL's bringing back thesethrowback uniforms, Like for
different teams.

Speaker 5 (40:25):
What they should do is a throwback week where
everyone wears their throwbacksand then they get the old score
bugs and bring those back andit's like you're literally
watching.
Yeah, but no, like.
Bring back the old score bugs, the old like graphics that they
used.
Make it look like you'rewatching a game from like the

(40:48):
mid 90s and the uniforms looklike from the mid 90s and the
uniforms are wearing or likefrom the mid 90s.
That would be insane.

Speaker 6 (40:54):
That'd be awesome Olds or animations if they
actually be, they could do allthis Nickelodeon stuff.

Speaker 5 (41:03):
They could do that, yeah All right Vic Pick 14.

Speaker 1 (41:09):
14.
I'm going to go with callingthe Brails before the game and
coming up with a parlay that youare absolutely sure that's
going to hit and how high iswhen.
Hey, we're going to.
We're just going to hit thesethree and we're all going to
make some money.

Speaker 6 (41:28):
Yep.

Speaker 1 (41:29):
And then it loose on the first leg.

Speaker 2 (41:31):
Yep.

Speaker 1 (41:32):
Yeah, pretty much.

Speaker 2 (41:32):
First game, first leg , just a yardage over and the
player immediately gets injured.

Speaker 6 (41:40):
Yeah, you're spending your $123,000 on Saturday at
seven o'clock at night.

Speaker 3 (41:52):
All right, so I'm gonna go.
Let's see.
I got 15 and 16 For 15.
I'm gonna go into Going intothe football season with no
expectations, the best, nopressure, watching some football
.
That's me going into the buckseason this year.

(42:14):
Don't really care one way oranother, it is what it is.
We'll see I.

Speaker 6 (42:22):
Feels like the definition of a mid pick.

Speaker 3 (42:25):
Yeah, like that's what was the middle pick of the
year?
So I.

Speaker 5 (42:35):
Don't know.
I kind of like have you everbeen?
I think you're either One oftwo ways going to a season.
You're either high expectationswhen you're anticipating a
playoff run right or you'retrying to tank like I would be
disappointed if the bucks wentlike six and ten and it up with
the Eighth pick in the draft, when they could get Caleb

(42:57):
Williams and they could justjust win me one or two games.
Get the first pick you knowlike isn't that exactly what you
?

Speaker 2 (43:05):
that's almost the exact record that you guys
picked them to have.
Right, it's like six wins.

Speaker 5 (43:11):
Six.
That's exactly what Chris issaying like that's why I'm not
looking forward to this buckseason, because I'm afraid that
it's going to be Just an average, mediocre team.
Yes, the best, it's not gonnabe in the play.

Speaker 2 (43:21):
Yeah, once you make your peace with that, it makes a
lot more fun, though.
Yeah, yeah, isn't anything thathappens is a surprise.

Speaker 3 (43:30):
Yep, we win the game.
Wow, that was cool.
We lose the game, okay,whatever.

Speaker 5 (43:36):
Like anything's gotta be better than last year,
though for the box I mean.
Anything has to be better right.

Speaker 3 (43:41):
Why did we have expectations last year?
I?

Speaker 2 (43:44):
certainly didn't oh.

Speaker 6 (43:49):
That's probably why like this is just a little bit
of a take, but I feel like therehasn't been a fan base that has
been in a positive positionThan the Detroit Lions fan base.
Going into this, that's justlike a dead, dead fan base,
however many years, so if theysuck, I was just where you're

(44:10):
saying like if they suck, it'sjust like we don't care.

Speaker 5 (44:15):
We're you saying it's it would be a good thing to be
a Detroit Lions fan.
Yeah, yep, that's exactly whatI'm saying Not win a playoff
game in like 50 years.

Speaker 6 (44:24):
I'm just saying like going into this season's Like
well, no, I think they're thethere's.

Speaker 5 (44:29):
There's more as nervous as they've ever been.

Speaker 6 (44:32):
No, I think they're more excited.
We was the last time the Lionshad this, but they have
expectations, they do haveexpectations, but at the same
time is kind of just like we'rehappy to be here with these.
People.
We know exactly how to dealwith it.
Yeah, okay.

Speaker 5 (44:52):
Okay, yeah, I don't know.
I kind of compare it toKentucky football like last year
.
I mean we, we awful, yeah, Imean in, you know, as of late we
finally having some good teams.
You know we won 10 games twicein the last five years, so it's

(45:15):
been a definitely a change.
But as we've changed, it comesthis expectation, like last year
I was brave, you know, to becompeting for the SEC East.
I was that delusional goinginto last season.
I thought we had a top threeNFL quarterback, top three jack
pick on our team and so Ithought we were gonna Just roll
through the SEC like top threerounds.

(45:36):
You know, did you not?
Yeah?

Speaker 3 (45:38):
top three.
Yeah, top three rounds.
Yeah, sam Bowie's top three.

Speaker 5 (45:44):
But like going from being the doormat which, oh you
know, every year you kind of getup for football season the game
and Usually win the first fewgames against cupcake teams and
then everly Start playing thereal teams in the SEC and then
lose you know five or sixconference games.
That's how it was every year.
And then now it's like okay, webetter go beat South Carolina,

(46:07):
we better go beat Florida, wegot to take advantage of these
opportunities, while we'rebetter Is the pressure zone.
So I don't know.
I would assume that the Lionsare probably thinking the same
thing.
They're like okay, how how muchlonger are we gonna be better
than the Packers in the Bearsand and be right up there and
competing for this division likePressure?

Speaker 3 (46:28):
you know, I think Lions fan of flying lion fans
are pumped.
I don't think they're nervous,I think they're just anxious,
ready to go.
Yeah yeah, matt, patricius notthis.

Speaker 6 (46:40):
I think they're nervous.
I think, do you think Kind oflike who's more nervous?
Kind of like the?
It's kind of like Packers, likethey're kind of nervous.

Speaker 5 (46:50):
They know Packers fans have been there.
Packers fans to me that thePackers fans are the ones that
have no they're, they're fine,we're on this here.
They're like all right, we'rejust gonna see what we got.

Speaker 3 (47:00):
and would you say they have no Expectations?
Are you admiring that they haveno expectations?

Speaker 2 (47:04):
Oh, oh great.

Speaker 5 (47:08):
Yeah, now I was gonna ask who.
Who, what fan base Is coming inwith more pressure this year?
Is it the jets of the Lions?

Speaker 3 (47:18):
Definitely the jets, no question jets, for sure they
have hard knocks.

Speaker 2 (47:23):
And they, they don't have a few like two years of air
on August the Lions have a goodlike how long is Jared golf?

Speaker 5 (47:29):
They don't you, jared .

Speaker 2 (47:30):
Golf is a non asset like he's fine.

Speaker 6 (47:38):
The same value for the Lions as Aaron Rodgers does
for the jets.

Speaker 5 (47:43):
No, no, I know, I think Jared golf has a about the
same window as Aaron Rodgers.

Speaker 2 (47:52):
Yeah, but the Lions don't care if they get with.
Jared golf leaves like they, that's a Quarterback that they
can replace.
The jets have been trying tofind a quarterback like Aaron
Rodgers.

Speaker 5 (48:02):
Third, yeah, Jared, but the Lions have never had a
quarterback like.
I mean, they had staffer butthey had nothing around them.
Now they actually have a teamaround.

Speaker 2 (48:14):
Yeah which means that they don't need their Jared
Golf like the Lions would befine if they had Any Jared golf
level quarterback.
So even if next season theycome in, they have a different.
I said Jared golf level, don'tyou dare.

Speaker 5 (48:32):
Okay, all right, all right, I guess I'm a little
different.
I think the Lions finally havepressure and that's why they're
going to the season a littletense.
I mean, you're playing theChiefs week one Like you could.
You could roll into thatarrowhead and lose by 40 and
then your whole season looksdifferent.
Yeah, but it's the.

Speaker 3 (48:53):
Chiefs, though I think the Lions are like last
year.

Speaker 5 (49:00):
Make a break here by 21, but they blew it.

Speaker 1 (49:04):
I don't know.

Speaker 5 (49:06):
Of course you got another pick.
I agree the jets have morepressure, but I'm just saying
the Lions box ticking.

Speaker 1 (49:13):
I mean.

Speaker 5 (49:15):
You think Dan Campbell's really gonna get this
thing built up and Rolling fora few years.
I think this is a windowthey're trying to hit.

Speaker 3 (49:23):
I got time.
They're improving.
Yeah, get rid of Jared golf, the week will be good.

Speaker 5 (49:32):
The guy actually is decent.

Speaker 2 (49:35):
Yes.

Speaker 3 (49:38):
Number 16.
Things are looking aboutfootball.
I'm gonna go bad weather games.
You got a snow game, the superwindy, icy game, and Buffalo was
it two years ago.
Great big, great big.
Well, nothing, nothing like abad weather game, unless you're
there and you get a rain delayor lightning delay, and you're
there for six hours and theylose to the Rams anyway.

(50:00):
That sucks, yeah right, butwatching it on TV is cool.

Speaker 5 (50:07):
Yeah, weather delays suck, but that weather games
awesome, that something, alwayssomething crazy always happens a
bad weather game?
Yeah, we last year week one youhad the, the Bears beat the
49ers and a monsoon, all right.
So if you guys had to pick whatis your bad weather game, you

(50:28):
would go.
Would you pick snow?
Would you pick snow, rain, snow, no, all day it's no, all day.

Speaker 6 (50:34):
Yeah, yeah, I feel like they would both be
miserable, but the visual of agame is better than.

Speaker 5 (50:42):
Yeah, what's the coldest game you guys have been
to?
You guys been to a cold game.

Speaker 3 (50:47):
Yeah, I went to a Titans at Pittsburgh Two years
ago.
Yeah, I was just walking up thestairs to go to the bathroom
and any old woman Just told meto go fuck myself while I was
walking up the stairs.
Nice.

Speaker 5 (51:03):
Yeah, you deserve it, though Go to Pittsburgh.

Speaker 3 (51:06):
No, I didn't.
That's the thing I didn't.
All I did was I was literallywalking up the stairs to the
bathroom, away from my section, walking straight up.
I think my head was down and Ihad a Chris Johnson jersey on.
There you go.

Speaker 6 (51:22):
And it sounds like she had that dog and you didn't
have that dog in you.

Speaker 3 (51:27):
As a Titans fan, I definitely did not have that dog
in me.
I could not care less aboutwhat happened in that game, it's
just, I was so cold.

Speaker 5 (51:36):
So what was the temperature?
You didn't.

Speaker 3 (51:38):
Uh, it was like 25 or 30.
I think it was.
It wasn't anything crazy, butit was like it was called cold
and windy.
Yeah, yeah.

Speaker 5 (51:50):
That was last year.
We played Georgia and it waslike 25 30 degrees and I
remember it's gross.
Emily was dying, emily want togo bad, go leave so bad and I
would.
We Georgia was at the gold lineand I was like, okay, georgia
scores here, it's a twotouchdown game.
Oh, we can go and Gold linestand.

(52:10):
We stopped them the rest of thegame.

Speaker 3 (52:14):
I bet she was so pissed.

Speaker 5 (52:16):
He was so upset.
Yeah, I that's.
When I looked at, I watchedthat Georgia team, I was like
that doesn't Good.
National championship team isprobably the worst game they
played all year.
But yeah, we stopped them on agold line stand and went 99
yards and got a field goal.
I was like we're in it, we cando this, yeah, and I went into
the first year I was inNashville, went to a Titans game

(52:38):
.
They were playing the Jags, like Bortles was Marriota, I
remember, you tell me, and theyhad to win to get into the
playoffs and it was like fivedegrees, yeah, so cold.
I Lasted like one quarter andthen I just went down to like
the Club level, the inside part, where everyone was just huddled

(52:59):
.
They didn't even care, everyonewas just in there.
I just sat there and watchedRed Zone on the big screen at
the bar.
It's awesome, yeah, cool withthe games.
I mean I haven't been to a snowgame yet, but they're, he got
to be prepared for that.
I don't know how they do it upin Buffalo and Green Bay, like

(53:19):
they're just built different.

Speaker 6 (53:21):
Oggs, that was a good pick, yep.

Speaker 3 (53:26):
It brings it up to Victor pick 17.

Speaker 1 (53:33):
Good pick.

Speaker 6 (53:35):
Come on, vic.

Speaker 1 (53:36):
I'm gonna go with postgame reactions.

Speaker 6 (53:44):
That mean.

Speaker 2 (53:46):
Like interviews.
Is that like?

Speaker 5 (53:47):
social media.
Is it the players, the coaches?

Speaker 3 (53:52):
No, no one.
Vic are first starting five.
He's acting the game with theTwitter memes.
The best part of what was thewhat was the start?
Yeah, that's feeling does asports.

Speaker 5 (54:03):
Yeah, that's what I think sports means.

Speaker 1 (54:05):
Yeah.

Speaker 3 (54:09):
That was an awesome one, one that was fun.

Speaker 5 (54:13):
So, vic, what is this pick specifically?

Speaker 6 (54:16):
No, it's like.

Speaker 1 (54:16):
It's like like the Monday when you go out to go
into work and you talk hey, yousee the game last night and
we're just like that Good pick,I like that, I'll off the press
and it all takes.

Speaker 6 (54:34):
Watercooler talk.

Speaker 3 (54:36):
The overreactions from an original fan.

Speaker 2 (54:40):
Yeah, I said could never be books.
I'm not sure, I'm not sure,yeah.

Speaker 6 (54:44):
I said could never be books one, and oh Like that.

Speaker 2 (54:51):
You're gonna?
What do you mean?
One, and oh, like they have awin and no losses.

Speaker 6 (54:57):
Gonna beat the Be the Vikings, vikings, yeah, what
happened One?
P, I'll cross you can see aKyle.
Trask 395 for touchdowns.

Speaker 3 (55:09):
Cory, I can barely hear you.

Speaker 6 (55:11):
Kyle Trask 395 for touchdowns, one interceptions.

Speaker 2 (55:17):
You see it?
Oh, he is done.
Interception in this fantasystill.

Speaker 6 (55:22):
Gotta be realistic, you know.

Speaker 3 (55:26):
All right, Romes 18.

Speaker 2 (55:30):
I'm gonna go the and this is of no offense to anybody
but the the first time you hearthe Fox Team, but like the
injury version where they playlike the smooth jazz version.
That's what you know.
Football.

Speaker 3 (55:46):
I don't know you're talking about.

Speaker 2 (55:49):
Like they play like the slower, it's like the subtle
when they played to berespectful.

Speaker 6 (55:58):
Romes is praying for that first Fox it's electric
when it happened.

Speaker 5 (56:02):
I Romes was bummed that the DeMar Hamlet didn't
happen on Fox, it was on.

Speaker 6 (56:22):
And my next pick is gonna be when the stretcher
comes out.

Speaker 1 (56:27):
When Joe Buck has to fill for two hours.

Speaker 2 (56:34):
What Tony Romo assumes.
It's a cramp when Jack.

Speaker 6 (56:43):
Gotta hope it's just a cramp.
Yeah, that's.
His foot is to the side right.
Fox the smooth jazz version.

Speaker 5 (56:58):
Did we, do we have consensus on?
Fox has the best theme.

Speaker 2 (57:04):
I'd say so, nbc, nbc.
Sunday night is close for me,but I'd say Fox, one one yeah.

Speaker 3 (57:11):
Yeah, but we're up to you guys, don't really?

Speaker 5 (57:15):
like the money night football.

Speaker 2 (57:16):
Yeah, it's too old, like I feel like it needs an
update or something.
It's too Old school.

Speaker 3 (57:24):
I'm too far from it.
I can't even picture it in myhead.
It's been too long since Iwatched football.

Speaker 5 (57:31):
What oh damn.

Speaker 2 (57:36):
We got.
We've asked Corey to me.

Speaker 3 (57:42):
Yeah, corey, at 19.

Speaker 6 (57:46):
I'm gonna go with the Sports Center top 10 being back
, not not having to see doubleplays for seven of the ten.

Speaker 2 (57:57):
Yeah, just like the casual ground out.
Yeah.

Speaker 6 (58:01):
Actually having some good plays on the sports up ten
Yep, yep.

Speaker 3 (58:08):
Yep, no concerns there, and we got a injured.

Speaker 2 (58:13):
That's what I do now.

Speaker 3 (58:15):
Yeah, let's see Too much way he's gonna zig.
Maybe we'll respond accordingly.
We'll see.

Speaker 5 (58:23):
So I really surprised this.
It hasn't been picked me to getthis with my last round of
picks here.
Thanksgiving like.
How does no one saidThanksgiving like Thanksgiving
football?

Speaker 3 (58:38):
Well, you haven't said it yet either, until now.

Speaker 5 (58:41):
Yeah, I Thanksgiving football and the like.
Just imagine Thanksgivingwithout the football games Like
yours.
You have to day family.
Yeah, family and food.
Yeah but you're missing the keyelement everybody surrounded
the the TV to watch footballgame, to watch the Cowboys Bears

(59:06):
.
The Cowboys blow a leader.
Yeah, the Lions somehow lose, care gone, are supposed to win,
yeah.

Speaker 6 (59:17):
It really is like Different when the the
Thanksgiving teams are good.

Speaker 4 (59:23):
Yeah, I feel like it's always the NFC.

Speaker 6 (59:25):
East.
That needs to be good.

Speaker 5 (59:28):
It's always the same teams, yeah Well, yeah, I mean
the Lions Cowboys and then thenight game now.
I like the night game.
Ever since they add that.
That's been huge, because whatalways happened is you got you
either eight lunch you eithereat like Thanksgiving lunch or
Thanksgiving dinner but you hadnothing for dessert, like you

(59:49):
had nothing after you'refinished eating, and now you do.
You have that that late gamewas perfect.

Speaker 3 (59:54):
I actually think the late game is the worst of the
three.
What yeah, you know, you guysdon't feel that way.
I.

Speaker 5 (01:00:02):
Like no, because it's usually like a good game.
They like put a premier matchup.
I Like the vibes of the first, like Steelers, ravens or
something.

Speaker 3 (01:00:12):
Yeah, first game.

Speaker 2 (01:00:13):
Yeah, early game is my favorite too.
It's like the pre dinner one.
I.

Speaker 6 (01:00:18):
Feel like the vibes are good, because the Lions game
, games on Everybody's like kindof hanging around dinner still
being cooked.

Speaker 3 (01:00:26):
Yeah, it's like right now Just me doing watching the
game, you guys stop to talkabout.

Speaker 6 (01:00:38):
That's why the first game is the best.

Speaker 2 (01:00:45):
We have nothing else to talk about.

Speaker 3 (01:00:52):
Now, it's a good pick .
I had that written down.
I was Thinking about maybepicking that at 25, but I will
not do that now.

Speaker 6 (01:01:01):
Yeah, miami just tied up in the 98th Did they really,
are you serious?
They're plot.
Armor is a thing.
It's ridiculous.
It did, it did.
It's 98, 30 right now Witheight minutes of eight minutes
of stoppage.

Speaker 5 (01:01:20):
Oh, Same dudes or capanya.
He's good crazy.

Speaker 6 (01:01:26):
All right.

Speaker 5 (01:01:26):
Sorry, sorry.
Maybe those tickets were worth$300.
Messy man, he's just unreal togo trick.

Speaker 6 (01:01:34):
Incredible.
But uh, yeah, thanksgivingthat's a good sleep.
Yeah, so pick 21.

Speaker 5 (01:01:40):
Yeah, this is me final, my final pick, right?
Yep, let's see, I'm gonna gowith like a banter pick.
I'm gonna go with the memes ofcowboy fans losing, skip Bayless
Throwing the his jersey in thetrash, like when we still love

(01:02:00):
it.
When the Cowboys have, havehigh expectations or they're
supposed to be a big favorite, another inevitably get all their
fan fans hopes up and Then theycome crashing down and you have
the aftermath.

Speaker 3 (01:02:14):
Like that thing online.
That's like just checking tosee if we still didn't boys, and
it's all the quarterbacks thatit.
That's a good one.
They just adding it to it everyweek.

Speaker 5 (01:02:25):
Yeah, I will say specifically Cowboys memes
because, like other fan baseshave wavered, but the Cowboys
have been consistently yeahdelusional.

Speaker 3 (01:02:34):
Yeah, even more so than New England.
Honestly, it's just, it's justfunny, no.

Speaker 5 (01:02:40):
Yeah no, that's a good point.
Like I've been disappointedwith how New England fans have
reacted to being bad again, likeit's they don't care, it's the
apathy like they're like, oh,whatever, mac Jones, he's not
the guy who cares.
Oh yeah, you know, like it wasnice to see them put all of that
that fandom into the BostonCeltics and see them collapse in

(01:03:04):
the bruins seven.
That was where in the Bruins,in the Bruins.
Yeah, bruins went out early, though they at least the Celtics
gave them some time to build itup.

Speaker 3 (01:03:13):
Well, the Bruins couldn't have no because they
had an historic season, one ofthe best ever, so they must have
had a really deep run to haveall of those wins.

Speaker 5 (01:03:20):
Oh was that the yeah, yeah, that was the Easter
Conference finals.
They lost to Florida right.

Speaker 3 (01:03:26):
Wait, no, I must have been.
That's weird.
No, because they were up threeto one.
Right, there were up.
Yeah, so Florida.
Yeah, bruins, one and five.
Yeah, good day, they must havebeat Toronto.
But Toronto played, wait, toronto played Florida, that's

(01:03:46):
weird.

Speaker 6 (01:03:48):
Oh the no, the Bruins .
The Bruins won the cup right.
They won a cup right, some typeof cup.
I Don't even know if they wonthat.
Want a game at least that's socrazy.

Speaker 5 (01:04:03):
Yeah, I don't know.
I mean, this is gonna be like, like legit.
Let's have a serious discussion.
If the paths let's say thepaths are awful, like what?
If the paths win like four orfive games this year, is Bill
Belichick Legitimately on thehot seat?

Speaker 6 (01:04:17):
I Think they're gonna make them step down more than.

Speaker 2 (01:04:23):
It would just.
Yeah, I think he might justretire.
Yeah, I don't think he'd everbe on the hot seat.
I think he would probably justretire.

Speaker 3 (01:04:29):
Yeah, which you just hate to see that fan, that that
organization crumble like that.

Speaker 6 (01:04:37):
Yeah, but they suck, they have like no direction.
They're just sitting there inthe hard division.

Speaker 3 (01:04:46):
Yeah, they don't have a cupcake you want to back.

Speaker 6 (01:04:50):
Yeah, just kind of Kind of just there.
Maybe they'll tank for Caleb,oh my gosh, don't even say it.

Speaker 5 (01:04:59):
Don't even say Imagine.
That would be the worst.

Speaker 3 (01:05:06):
Andrew, did you give your 21?
Pick?

Speaker 5 (01:05:10):
yes at cowboy memes, whether they lose cowboy fans.

Speaker 3 (01:05:14):
All right, cory, pick number 22.

Speaker 6 (01:05:18):
I'm gonna, I'm just gonna go snacks.
Gonna go snacks, being able tohave an excuse to order a pizza.
Yeah, pizza wings.

Speaker 5 (01:05:31):
Beer did you say like game day food, or are you
saying snacks?
Yeah, same thing.

Speaker 6 (01:05:35):
Yep, okay, the whole cat food, my picks food Eat on
the weekend.

Speaker 3 (01:05:42):
Little bubble no one take game day drinks.

Speaker 5 (01:05:43):
That's gonna be my pick.

Speaker 6 (01:05:48):
I'm gonna pick bread or round pot football enhancer I
.

Speaker 5 (01:05:53):
Will say Cory.
I will say this football seasonis perfect timing.
We put on a couple, a couplepounds, you know, because you're
transitioning to the winter, soyou could start wearing the
baggy, butchers and clothing andyou can it's okay to pack
anything whenever you want.

Speaker 6 (01:06:07):
Yep, yeah.

Speaker 5 (01:06:10):
Calories diet.
Starting football season Okayseason?
Absolutely not Okay.

Speaker 2 (01:06:13):
you work it off anyway because you're watching
the games and you're you'restressing about fans, equal
point stuff, so you work it off.
It's a calorie, it's justcancel up.
What if Ron is?

Speaker 3 (01:06:21):
what if?
What if you're going to theseason with no expectations, are
you?
Is that good point?
Gonna be difficult to get thatcaloric deficit, or is you know?
Yeah, what happens there?

Speaker 6 (01:06:34):
Mmm, not very taxing on the brain, I'll say that, but
I thank you for silence, Iagree silence of speaking
volumes right now.

Speaker 2 (01:06:42):
I didn't actually, I didn't actually hear.
The question was question.

Speaker 3 (01:06:47):
I Was asking.
You mentioned when you'reeating the food.
You're, you can work it off by.
You know the process ofwatching it.
But what if?
What if you're going into theseason with not much
expectations and you're justkind of a casual Watching is
more bulking or, yeah, exactlythat.

Speaker 2 (01:07:05):
You build it, you're setting up for the future, right
, because the You're bulkingmore and then you cut when the
team is good again.
Yeah, bucks were bulking, wewere bulking as bucks, and for
20 years, and then we have likea three-year cut.

Speaker 6 (01:07:24):
We're shredded right now.

Speaker 3 (01:07:29):
Just on that bulk.

Speaker 6 (01:07:36):
Is it my, my turn?

Speaker 5 (01:07:38):
what a spin zone you know I got about.
About the books, though, Igotta say this I don't know if
you guys I've probably picked upon it more because I've been
outside of Tampa, but I see morebuck stuff, like the last I'm
talking about.
The last couple years I've seenmore bucks apparel than I've
ever seen before and Nine timesout of ten I'll go up to that

(01:07:58):
person and be like hey, you fromTampa, and they're like no,
like what.
This is so weird.
How many of those people arelike dropping off, like this
season?
I bet you, this is the seasonwhere they're like I'm out, I'm
not doing this bucks fandomanymore.

Speaker 3 (01:08:15):
All right, Romes with 23.

Speaker 2 (01:08:18):
Yeah, I'm shocked this hasn't gone yet.
We, even though we joked aboutit, I'm going super wild card
weekend, the greatest Fortweekend, because there's like
what Is it?
Six games, eight games.
It's not a game.
So it's literally all daySaturday, all day Sunday, and
then the Monday night game too.
I think that's my favorite weekof the playoffs.

(01:08:39):
I'm not going full playoffsbecause, again, the playoffs
include the most overrated gamein sports, but specifically,
super wild card weekend is mycook.

Speaker 3 (01:08:50):
To go pick.
Nobody picked the play so youmentioned Romes in a previous
episode.
I just want to clarify whichwhich wild card weekend we're
talking about, because youmentioned the bucks played in a
pooper.
Wild card weekend, yes, yeah.

Speaker 2 (01:09:05):
Yeah, that's why that's what we talk about Super
okay super yeah, yeah, not poop.

Speaker 6 (01:09:12):
Guys, miami just scored again.

Speaker 3 (01:09:18):
They really.
Are you serious MLS rigged?

Speaker 6 (01:09:23):
So it's over?
Oh, I think they went into over.

Speaker 3 (01:09:27):
You talked about the game or Ronaldo's career.

Speaker 2 (01:09:30):
Oh my god.

Speaker 5 (01:09:33):
It says they just really blow a two-nothing lead.

Speaker 3 (01:09:38):
It's not win Sinati.

Speaker 6 (01:09:40):
Like put it in the bin Sinati.

Speaker 2 (01:09:44):
Oh my god classic, I'm sure we're cooked.

Speaker 3 (01:09:48):
Oh, I'm more picks.
Pick 24 we got two more picksleft and this amazing starting
five we got going.

Speaker 6 (01:09:58):
I cooked y'all in this draft.
By the way, we'll see.

Speaker 3 (01:10:03):
See what listeners say.
See what Harry says.

Speaker 6 (01:10:08):
That's the only opinion I really care about.

Speaker 1 (01:10:14):
I.
Did anyone pick the weather?
Yep no.

Speaker 6 (01:10:21):
Good weather, bad weather good weather games 74
games I Did bad weather my lastpick, no, I'm gonna say the
overall weather.

Speaker 1 (01:10:37):
Football season to fall.
Everything starts to cool downlike the season.
Yeah, yeah, yep, especially inFlorida, when, when the fall
comes in summer and then you getout I'm so over summer I would
slander that pick.

Speaker 6 (01:10:51):
But being able to watch football at night with the
windows open, the best, oh hits.

Speaker 5 (01:10:58):
Dude guys, I almost finished my back porch.
During the back porch, allgotta do is put down the carpet
or the furniture.
I'm gonna put a TV out there.
Oh you watching Footballsmoking a cigar on my back
screen in porch.
Is it gonna be ready forFlorida, kentucky?

Speaker 3 (01:11:47):
Yeah, September 30th.
No, what would you want us tolike?
Fly up I.

Speaker 5 (01:11:52):
Think a legion is Thursdays and Sundays, so it
should be perfect.
You fly up on Thursday, fridayand Saturday and fly back Sunday
fly back to those NFL football.
Okay, or you can take adifferent flight back if you
want to fly something other thana legion.
I Don't, they might havechanged it.
Honestly, I don't know.

Speaker 3 (01:12:13):
We can check and see, victor.
I'll know if you're interested.
If we want to, we could findlike a feasible flight plan.
Yeah, we can all just hop onthe same flight.
I think I gotta get my sec gear.
I'm just gonna wear a bunch ofsec stuff, just root for the
southeastern conference.

Speaker 6 (01:12:32):
Legion goes.
Thank Pete to.

Speaker 5 (01:12:35):
Lexington or.

Speaker 6 (01:12:35):
Lexington, or what.

Speaker 5 (01:12:38):
Yeah, or if you need to fly into Cincinnati or
Louisville, come get you.
Just let me know, that's easieroh.

Speaker 1 (01:12:48):
Hey Chris, I just saw I think, oh wait, this is just
one way.
One way Tampa to Kentucky,louisville $89, but it's a
little, yes like it's 12 hours.

Speaker 3 (01:13:00):
Oh, so yeah, no, no, you could drive it in that.
What layovers.

Speaker 5 (01:13:05):
Yeah, what the heck 12 hours, oh what the layover.

Speaker 1 (01:13:07):
Yeah, so layover somewhere.
Cheers, it's a 12-hour layover.

Speaker 5 (01:13:16):
Who the hell would do that.

Speaker 1 (01:13:18):
It's 12 hour layer for $89.
Otherwise that can tend.
There's Two stops, six hours190.

Speaker 6 (01:13:28):
Wait, so we have one more pick right.

Speaker 3 (01:13:30):
So we just yeah, I got my mr Relevant pick.
I'm gonna go making signs andor props to bring the games.

Speaker 6 (01:13:43):
Those are Pick six signs was.

Speaker 2 (01:13:48):
I don't even know I was more credible I Also.

Speaker 6 (01:13:52):
That's kind of like 75% of college game day.

Speaker 5 (01:13:57):
That's college game day, so yeah, yeah, we didn't
bring that up forward, butthat's a huge part of college.
Game day is the signs.
That's where they're stillelite.
Yeah.

Speaker 3 (01:14:11):
Well, I think that rounds up our worst starting
five Thus far.
That's just hard to do.

Speaker 5 (01:14:21):
I've got some nostalgic picks Y'all are
interested Stuff that used to bemy favorite things about
football, but we don't have anymore.
Yeah, jacked up.
Yeah, remember Jack talkedabout that Monday Night
Countdown.
Yeah, come on man.
That was awesome.
Well, now you're replacing withCome On man, but that's not

(01:14:42):
anywhere close.
Jacked up was the best I had.

Speaker 3 (01:14:46):
NFL plus 99.
Nfl plus 99.

Speaker 5 (01:14:49):
NFL Blitz yeah.

Speaker 3 (01:14:51):
You guys remember it.

Speaker 6 (01:14:52):
Yeah, because I just remember Blitz, where if
somebody got injured it waseither you juice them up or you
treat them.
Yeah, that was like the matureBlitz game no.
I don't remember that If youjuice them up they would be out
for a quarter If you treatedthem, they'd be out for like
four weeks.

Speaker 3 (01:15:12):
Is that the arcade game or the mature?

Speaker 6 (01:15:15):
version.
I think the honorable mentionwas going to be just NFL Twitter
or being back.

Speaker 5 (01:15:25):
Did you guys ever watch Inside the NFL on HBO?
No, they still do it, but it'snothing like it used to be.
It used to be my favorite show.
This is like when sports centerand ESPN were always at their
peak, because you didn't havehighlights, you didn't have
social media, so you had to likewatch programming to get the
highlights than just go toYouTube or Cclips somewhere.

(01:15:47):
And they did the like.
The NFL films, breakdown ofevery game the week after.
See you watch the, the playersmic'd up and the highlights of
the game and everything it was.
It was awesome.
That's just stuff we don't getanymore because all ESPN is now

(01:16:08):
it's just hot takes debate showsyeah, espn sucks now.
Yeah, well, it sucks, is likeeven like I know, Corey was
mentioned in the sports centertop 10 but, like you watch top
10, the anchors don't know whatit is.
They did they picked theserandom plays so, like their
analysis of the Play call, it'snothing like it used to be, with

(01:16:29):
they're just reading a scriptwith there's no analysis.
Yeah, they're just reading this, like there there's no
intensity or excitement orhighlights, they're just showing
clips.

Speaker 6 (01:16:40):
Time to make ESPN great again.
What's that?
We're trying to make ESPN greatagain, or no?

Speaker 5 (01:16:49):
I Think it's, I think that ship is sailing, I think.
And then everybody's kind oflike it's.
Yeah, they know that there's noone wants to get no one's
tuning in for the scores or thehighlights.
Now Everyone has that already.
So, yeah, that's fair.
It's nothing but commentary.
What I missed, you guys?

(01:17:10):
They used to do a show withMeryl Hodge and Dorsky on Sunday
mornings.
It was like called Sunday filmor something like that.

Speaker 6 (01:17:20):
Yeah, yeah.

Speaker 5 (01:17:22):
You know I'm talking about where they break down the
game tape.
Yeah, that's the kind of stufflike Orlowski does it sometimes.
They sometimes do it on get upor little kind of show play
Diagram, but they don't doenough of that and I don't
understand why.
Like no one wants to sit thereand watch Even a just rant for

(01:17:44):
four hours.

Speaker 6 (01:17:45):
Yeah, that's all they did.
That's why I, that's why Ifollow Baldinger on Twitter.
Is he post videos of like call22s?

Speaker 5 (01:17:55):
Yeah, that's.
What's crazy is like people, guys, are just doing this on the
Twitter, where they just Show aplay and they just talk over it
.
Right, explain what thebreakdown is Like.
How simple is that.
I don't know why they justdon't do that on TV, right?

Speaker 6 (01:18:12):
Yeah, I'm so pumped for football season.

Speaker 5 (01:18:18):
But yeah, I'll send you guys pictures when my whole
porch is done.
But I just returned thescaffolding today, so I'm done
with the outside now.
It's just getting the insidelooking good.
Well, girl, come up If you guyswant to come up for that
Florida game.
Yeah, I'll take a look atflights.
Why up here?
I know it sucks, it's not, it'smisses Keeneland by one weekend

(01:18:41):
.
So we have two home games forKeeneland, missouri and
Tennessee their home footballgames and Keeneland weekends,
but the Florida game.
And always got her seasontickets in the student section
because it's like 50 bucks forthe season and I just pay For an
extra ticket which is usuallylike for the Bay games.

(01:19:03):
It's like 70 or 80 bucks butyou get to be in the end zone
with the students, so it's agood seats.

Speaker 3 (01:19:12):
At least are there any Gator fans in that section.

Speaker 5 (01:19:17):
There were a few.
Last time we played FloridaOkay, because that was when we
that was dude.
The last time we playedFlorida's, when we blocked that
field goal and then it back fora touchdown, that was.
That was awesome.

Speaker 6 (01:19:33):
I'm excited about a Devon Leary, though I think he's
gonna be really good.

Speaker 5 (01:19:38):
Yeah, that's another.
I'm just trying not to get myhopes up about this guy, that
what, what they are saying abouthim and that him in this system
is good, it'll be good.
Yeah, yeah, I'm.
I'm excited and, say the least,I think I Mean really.
Our season comes down to thatFlorida game.
It does every year, but thatFlorida game is gonna be huge.

(01:20:01):
Yeah, there is what's up, harry.

Speaker 4 (01:20:05):
What are we talking about today?

Speaker 6 (01:20:08):
All right, guys.
That's it for me.
I'm about to get off.
Thanks for coming out.

Speaker 4 (01:20:16):
For you I.

Speaker 6 (01:20:21):
Like that.
Um, I like that how I met yourmother.
Picture you sit in the groupearlier.

Speaker 4 (01:20:29):
Hey, that's, uh, you know that guy, that guy from the
FSU guy.
I just found that he wastalking about the that Gator
Netflix show.
I haven't watched it yet.
I kind of want to watch it fromstart to finish.
How many episodes is it?

Speaker 6 (01:20:45):
Or.

Speaker 4 (01:20:49):
I'll probably just knock that out one.
You know, one day on theweekend I've got so many other
shows that I'm trying to getcaught up on.

Speaker 3 (01:20:56):
Gotta get caught up on you watching you know, which
shows you got to catch up onMoney that raw money, that raw
man, oh Yep, let me night rawAEW.
Is Eugene's owner.

Speaker 6 (01:21:18):
Harry's AEW.
Better than Monday night rawnow.

Speaker 4 (01:21:22):
It's given, it's given Monday night raw and WWE a
month or run for its money.
The problem with the problemwith WWE right now is you've got
Roman Reigns who doesn't dojack shit.

Speaker 6 (01:21:36):
He had leukemia.

Speaker 4 (01:21:37):
Harry George's I never break him defense of title
, and when he does, he getsoutside help.

Speaker 3 (01:21:47):
We need to bring on the other Harry to talk WWE.

Speaker 6 (01:21:50):
Oh yeah, Was there anybody?
Else so was there anybody elsebesides Dean Ambrose that left
go to AEW Of like that caliber?

Speaker 4 (01:22:05):
well, you got Chris.
Jericho is there.

Speaker 6 (01:22:08):
Yeah, and like who's the other guy who?
I think punk, yeah, punk, right, punk is there.
Punk, yeah, yeah.

Speaker 3 (01:22:18):
What was the guy?
The guy that went on pardon mytake, I think it was earlier
this year.
He was like mid-20s.
He's kind of an asshole likedouchebag the whole time.
We didn't really what was hisname.
Oh yeah, I remember was he.
He was anyway in WWE.
I want to see.

Speaker 6 (01:22:33):
Harry, who's the bad boy?
Yeah, he W young guy.
Who's the?

Speaker 4 (01:22:37):
I tell you what the best.
The best guy on AEW, though, istheir champ.

Speaker 6 (01:22:42):
Who's that?

Speaker 4 (01:22:43):
MJF.
The guy is freaking hilarious.
He is hilarious, he is the besttalker he can out oh Shit,
anybody.
He can dance, he can sing.
He is freaking hilarious man.
So now they have a him team.
That was Adam Cole, and it isjust of the bromance, of all
bromance.
You know, it's not only whenthey're in the ring, they do

(01:23:06):
their little skits when they'rein restaurants and stuff the
double clothes line.
It's freaking hilarious man.
So, uh, I don't know man, Ihere's what I call, here's what
I call roughly.
I call it mindlessentertainment.
Okay, because you really don'tcare, it's not fake, you're not
mostly involved.
You're just, you know it's gonnabe entertaining because it's
all scripted, but man, theseguys beat the crap out of each

(01:23:29):
other, man, you know, you know, jump, jump ten feet in the air
and then land on straight onyour back, on on anything.
See how it feels, you know.

Speaker 6 (01:23:38):
Harry, I was, uh, I was in Raleigh this past week.
I saw the.
I saw the Hardy twins.
They're Hardy brothers.

Speaker 4 (01:23:46):
That's right.
They're in the AEW too, they're.
They're old though.

Speaker 6 (01:23:50):
Yeah, they didn't look great.

Speaker 4 (01:23:51):
Yeah, the one guy, the one, the one guy, the skinny
guy, he's, he's, he was likekicked out of so many wrestling
center is that he was always, you know, drunk or stone.
And the other one, just, hejust looks like, you know, some
guy came out of the crowd.
But I tell you what's beenreally impressive with with the
wrestling of the women.
These women are beef.

(01:24:12):
That.
Rhea Ripley, she is like thenew China man, she is just what
do you think about Rhea Ripley I?
Think she's awesome.

Speaker 6 (01:24:23):
I think she's so far up.
She's so far ahead of she wallon her way to being the goat.

Speaker 3 (01:24:29):
She, she is, she's gonna she's she's not really put
that title on.

Speaker 4 (01:24:33):
I you gotta give up to China, china's, china's,
those the female goat, but she'sgetting there.

Speaker 6 (01:24:38):
China, china, china.
Yeah, absolutely, I didn't knowthat you were such a wrestling
fan.

Speaker 4 (01:24:51):
I'm gonna be honest you know it's only been like the
last year or two that I justgot.
I got back into it.
I guess you know I Startedwatching it again during COVID,
but you know I just couldn'twatch it how do you watch it?
I couldn't watch in the arena.
So what?
Once?
Once the crowds came back andthen I started.
I got into wrestling too when IWent.
When, when a W started nightwas like you know, they're not

(01:25:14):
like alright WWE, they need thatconfidence.
It makes them better when theyhave competition.
I don't remember when, but Iremember WCW and WWE man when
they went out of, totally tellthem that early 90s, that was
the best that you know.
Oh, same as another one that'san AEW.
That guy's been around forever,chris, I'll.

Speaker 6 (01:25:34):
Jeff.

Speaker 4 (01:25:35):
Jarrett.
You know he was a WCW then withWWE, now he's an AEW, so you
know.

Speaker 6 (01:25:42):
Sounds like the Saudi League of.

Speaker 4 (01:25:45):
There's rumors that one of the brothers, juso J-Sup,
is.
There's a rumor that he that heleft WWE and he's going to AEW.
So thanks to for that.

Speaker 3 (01:26:00):
Could someone explain to me in a couple sentences
what the difference of AEW andwhatever the other one is?

Speaker 4 (01:26:07):
It's basically, you like the Premier League versus
the French League, it's just,it's two.

Speaker 3 (01:26:12):
Oh which ones.
The Premier League.

Speaker 4 (01:26:15):
WWE.
They're, they've been, the topwrestling federation.
You know it's.
Hulk Hogan was around in the80s and they had Andre the Giant
.

Speaker 3 (01:26:30):
WCW Big show.

Speaker 5 (01:26:34):
Yeah, that's so.
Vince McMahon bought up allthese regional ones and then
consolidated to form WWE.
That's what took off.
Have you guys seen?
So there's this new Netflixshow that's dropping a couple
weeks, called wrestlers.
Oh, I heard about that and it'sthe director of Last Chance.
You is doing a Documentaryabout OVW, which is Ohio Valley

(01:27:00):
wrestling, and it's like a lowerlevel.
So it's kind of like soccerwhere they have qualifying
league levels.
Yeah, like these people startat these lower level, smaller
wrestling organizations and asthey move up, get noticed and
become popular, they jump up tolike AEW or kind of think of it
as a hockey minor league, youknow yeah yeah, so they followed

(01:27:25):
them around.
This was last summer, chris,remember.
When I texted you.
I was like, hey, man, if youwant to be on a Netflix show,
they're filming this, thisdocumentary about this wrestling
thing it's.
And they came to Nashville.
I was like, if you really?
I remember I was talking aboutit.
Yeah, I went to one of theirtaping so I the final episode is
about like they had like thisbig show matched at the end.

(01:27:46):
So I'm there.
It's a small arena because thisthing's like in a warehouse,
but they just dropped thetrailer for it.
You should check it out.
It's called a wrestlers.
It's gonna be on NetflixSeptember 13, but it's.
It's gonna be really awesome.
It's cool.
The same guy that owns KSRbought Ohio Valley wrestling and
so the guy that did Last Chanceyou is the director that did

(01:28:10):
this show.

Speaker 4 (01:28:11):
Did you guys watch the documentary?
You can't kill.
What is it?
Our cat, chris, our cat.
Is that his name?
The actor, what was the name ofthe girl?
The girl that he was in screamand he married the girl from
friends?

Speaker 5 (01:28:25):
Patricia, our cat as an actress.

Speaker 4 (01:28:28):
Her brother he was.
He was the sheriff in thescreen movies.
Oh.
Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah yeah sohe, he went to one of these
low-level wrestling things andjust we're talking about the
ones where they take the lightbulbs and you smash them over
and you know, and you're all.
We're talking hardcore.
So there's a documentary on himon that and, like, the guy, took

(01:28:51):
the pole you know that the, themetal part, part of the of
those long tube life poles andput in his neck and he was
bleeding out.
And and what's named the guy?
The guy that was a 9-1-2-5?
, the one that recently died, Ican't think of his name.
He was.
He's friends with our, our cat,and he's in that documentary

(01:29:14):
and his son is in AEW, theTarzan guy.

Speaker 5 (01:29:22):
It's David, our David , our kid, that's it.
Yeah, I know I do isn'twrestling.

Speaker 4 (01:29:28):
Yeah, that's a documentary.
I don't know where you can findit, probably on.
You know I'd be on HBO or starsor something like that.
Then Pretty entertaining stuff.
Oh Well, then I'm looking upthat Netflix has dropped some
bangers lately.

Speaker 3 (01:29:44):
Yeah yeah, Netflix is back.

Speaker 5 (01:29:48):
Well, dude, they don't.
The writer strike right now, they're gonna be.
It's gonna be all documentariesfor a while.

Speaker 4 (01:29:54):
Yeah, I have any.
Like Harry, who was a 9-1-2-5,his son is a wrestler named Jack
Perry on AEW.
Oh, so Luke Perry's a bigwrestling fan and he's friends
with our, our cat, and he's inthat documentary and he's you
know, he has Been aroundwrestling a lot.

(01:30:14):
His son is a professionalwrestler.
Who who went he'll?

Speaker 5 (01:30:18):
oh, jungle, boy yeah he went heel.

Speaker 4 (01:30:20):
He was a good boy.
Yeah, he went heel recently.
So they don't.
They don't play that jungle boymusic.

Speaker 5 (01:30:29):
Yeah, chris, you should go, go with Harry to a
wrestling match.
Man they're.
They're pretty entertaining,like.

Speaker 4 (01:30:38):
You're gonna be entertained.

Speaker 5 (01:30:39):
Yeah.

Speaker 4 (01:30:40):
Because some crazy is gonna happen, you know you
don't have to worry about a zero, zero game where you know a
game where there's, you knowit's all scripted, which is fine
.
That's what makes itentertaining.

Speaker 3 (01:30:51):
Just like sports, just like the MLS.

Speaker 4 (01:30:58):
Oh, miami, no I.

Speaker 6 (01:31:03):
Miami one.
It's three to three right now.

Speaker 4 (01:31:09):
Is Emily's back in the regular season now that that
tournament's over.

Speaker 6 (01:31:13):
No, it's the US Open Cup, oh.

Speaker 3 (01:31:16):
Oh, so my finals.

Speaker 4 (01:31:20):
That's on Apple TV as well.

Speaker 6 (01:31:22):
It's on CBS Sports.

Speaker 4 (01:31:24):
Oh really, I'll check out the replay for the
highlights.

Speaker 6 (01:31:31):
Still going on, if you want to watch.

Speaker 4 (01:31:33):
We're doing this, man .

Speaker 3 (01:31:35):
Harry, when we gonna watch some football, jax.
Yeah, we do that have a properpint, proper pine made some
buttons.

Speaker 6 (01:31:46):
Yeah, are you concerned about arsenal?

Speaker 4 (01:31:48):
very concerned like am I concerned?
I, am I concerned about howthey're gonna do this year, that
they're not gonna finish topfour, or my concerns they're not
gonna win the league?
What, what tell me?

Speaker 6 (01:31:59):
winning the league.
Winning the league.

Speaker 4 (01:32:02):
Winning the league.
It's man city, it's cities tolose there.
They're the best team in theworld right now, by far, by far
remember, makes the top four.

Speaker 6 (01:32:14):
I.

Speaker 4 (01:32:15):
I Think there's gonna be a lot of teams battling for
that top four again this year inthe Premier League.
It's just the top priority upthere.
So how city, one billiondollars spent with for one point
.
Is that the way it works now?

Speaker 3 (01:32:31):
Yep, yeah, but no one , no one talks about how much,
how much money they've madeselling players.
We saw about oh, they bought abunch of players, they'll be
fine, they'll win on Friday, they'll be.

Speaker 6 (01:32:46):
No, I know, it looks like.

Speaker 3 (01:32:47):
Chelsea looks like Chelsea slander site and click
on it.

Speaker 4 (01:32:50):
I don't watch it.
You guys know exactly what I'mtalking about.

Speaker 6 (01:32:54):
Oh, I should go.
Harry, did you watch the WestHam game?
I?

Speaker 4 (01:33:01):
Saw the highlights.
I actually I watched, I watch.
I started watching Chelsea missthe penalty kick and then they
gave up penalty kick and then ohyeah and they were up a man and
they still lost three to one.

Speaker 3 (01:33:12):
That was that was crazy.

Speaker 6 (01:33:13):
I was feeling so good when oh messy as a oh, all
right, messy as a free kickright now, 117th minute.
He's probably like 23 yards outon the left side, perfect place
, I'm gonna dive the wrong way, like you'd like, hey you see
that place for message.

Speaker 4 (01:33:32):
You see that one where the goalkeeper was
standing outside of the post, outside the goal post on the
free kick.
When that's it again.

Speaker 6 (01:33:39):
Didn't that?

Speaker 4 (01:33:39):
smells like a mistake but Well, like the sixes in
there.

Speaker 6 (01:33:45):
Oh.

Speaker 4 (01:33:47):
You guys, where would you guys with messy right now?
Where would you guys put MLSright now?
We're compared to EPL, thecompared to the English league.
Where would you put that?
Would you put them in thechampionship?
When you put them in League one, league two, would you say
there in?

Speaker 3 (01:34:01):
the.

Speaker 4 (01:34:01):
Premier League team.

Speaker 3 (01:34:04):
League one.

Speaker 4 (01:34:05):
I say league two.
I think, if we leave one andlead two, it would be there.

Speaker 6 (01:34:12):
It would be nowhere close to the prim Maybe lead to,
wasn't it isn't it?
Premier League championship andthen League one.

Speaker 4 (01:34:22):
Yep, then League two and then the National League.
National League is what theyeah Wrexham was in, now
Wrexham's in League one, I'msorry, league two.
I.

Speaker 6 (01:34:31):
Agree with Harry.

Speaker 4 (01:34:40):
All that money in your fucking shit.
All that money and your fuckingshit.
All that money and your epicshit.
All that money and your epicshit.
All that money and your epicshit, all that money and your
epic shit.
There it is put that on thepodcast.

(01:35:01):
Christopher, I dare you, we'llcut that Language.
I'm gonna play it again.

Speaker 3 (01:35:09):
It's just West Ham Super Bowl.
Every time they play Chelsea, each year it's like let's, let's
just Play very well, let's winthis, let's get Antonio a goal,
and then we'll do it again nextyear.

Speaker 6 (01:35:20):
I want to go to England from match day I.

Speaker 3 (01:35:25):
Want to go to England we should how many a trip?
To London.
Let me let.

Speaker 6 (01:35:33):
Harry, you're muted.
Thank you, yeah, harry, you'remuted.
Hey, you're muted.

Speaker 4 (01:35:38):
Chris, for you did that.

Speaker 6 (01:35:41):
I.

Speaker 3 (01:35:44):
Can't.
I didn't know I can.
I knew I can mute you, but Ididn't know I couldn't unmute
you, so sitting are trying to.

Speaker 4 (01:35:50):
You are control freak , you know that.

Speaker 3 (01:35:54):
Well, I think I'm the one who has to go in and edit
this out.
I get it, I get it.

Speaker 4 (01:35:59):
Hey man, I get it, you have you have.

Speaker 6 (01:36:02):
He said this is my show.

Speaker 3 (01:36:08):
Yeah.
Sorry who is in who in thePremier League?
Who is going to be a team that?
Maybe not necessarily when, maybe not make the top four,
whatever you think, but what isa team that's going to
outperform expectations, maybemake a little run and outperform

(01:36:28):
?

Speaker 4 (01:36:30):
I Say right now, brighton.
Who would have thoughtbrightening finish at the top.

Speaker 6 (01:36:34):
Yep.

Speaker 4 (01:36:35):
Can they, if they can finish in the top six again or
improve on that?
They, they are the story thatper Premier League right now,
because they were.
They were at the championship.
What?
Two, three years ago, I thinkthree years ago, yeah so They've
got some good players.

(01:36:56):
They got you know and who youknow they're right now.
They're first.
I mean, granted, you know theyhad two weaker opponents, but
you know they're only the one ofthe three teams besides Arsenal
, city that you know havemaximum points.
You know after two gamesIncredible that only three teams
have six points after two weeks.
But you know that tells you howcompetitive the Premier League

(01:37:19):
is.
So that that's a team that I'mwatching.
I'm interested if new castleCan can challenge, for you know
one or two I think they'llfinish in the top four.
I don't know if.
I don't know if they've got thedepth to finish in the top two.
Can arsenal?
Can arsenal challenge cityagain?

(01:37:40):
If they get a lead, will theychoke it again?
No, city, cities, cities gotthe broader is out.
How long three months you gotuntil like January.

Speaker 3 (01:37:53):
Yeah, so three or four but, you look at what comes
off the bench.

Speaker 4 (01:37:58):
You know you get turned.
Look who come up.
You know a guy that starts withan English national team.
So you know, yeah, you know, aslong as they, as long as they
have pollen on that team, heaverages the goal of game, every
game you now does he.
You know, I've seen criticismthat he doesn't score.

(01:38:19):
And in the big games it's, youknow, the league championship or
the.

Speaker 6 (01:38:23):
He doesn't score in games that Kevin De Bruyne
doesn't play in but well.

Speaker 3 (01:38:29):
We isn't scored in five finals, we're gonna find
out.

Speaker 4 (01:38:31):
We're gonna find out, because now we're talking three
months but.
I think what happens in thosebig big games, kind of like, you
know, kind of like theChampions League, is, I think
the other teams are, you know, they're putting so much effort
to stop him and I think it opensup everyone else.
So, you know, I don't know ifthat's a smart strategy or not.

(01:38:51):
You know, because, yeah, I wasjust gonna say that you know you
could stop him, but then you'vegot another ten players that
you have.
You know, do you have to beconcerned with them?
You know, today is the onlyteam in the Premier League where
there's no weakness.
Maybe they're goalkeeper, Idon't know, but there's no, we

(01:39:13):
was there, goalkeeper.

Speaker 3 (01:39:15):
Is it at her Edison or?

Speaker 4 (01:39:18):
what's his name?
Edison right, the Brazilian, with the captain's on his neck.

Speaker 1 (01:39:21):
Yeah, is that a person?

Speaker 3 (01:39:25):
Who's the goalie for?
Who's the goalie for United?
What's his name?

Speaker 6 (01:39:31):
Oh.

Speaker 3 (01:39:31):
Nana.
Oh Nana, is he good, because II can't stay in Chelsea's goalie
.
You got to get rid of that guy.

Speaker 6 (01:39:39):
Well, he's certainly better than Chelsea's goal.
He played the champion.

Speaker 4 (01:39:44):
So Amy and Valerie were in the England for three
days and Scotland for 11.
Look what they brought backNice a Cadbury dairy milk gift
for you.
Well, it says here 100%Sustainably source cocoa.

Speaker 3 (01:40:13):
Hell yeah.

Speaker 6 (01:40:16):
Are you gonna try it first on stream?

Speaker 4 (01:40:18):
right now.
That's what I'm doing right now, man.

Speaker 3 (01:40:21):
Oh, let's go.
It'd be so funny.
It'd be so funny if the candywrapper was like 60% ethically
sourced cocoa.
You just a portion is that wesourced.
This is huge news.
Rip Andrew.
What up in Andrew?

Speaker 4 (01:40:41):
Oh, oh let's go.

Speaker 6 (01:40:43):
Let's go.
What's the flavor again,cadbury.

Speaker 4 (01:40:49):
Cadbury.
Cadbury milk chocolate.

Speaker 6 (01:40:53):
Wow.

Speaker 3 (01:40:55):
So what does that mean?
It's got milk chocolate andit's got like that, no free as
though.
Yeah, we'll bleep this, harry.

Speaker 1 (01:41:05):
Oh.

Speaker 3 (01:41:07):
We mentioned Harry.

Speaker 4 (01:41:10):
Definitely better than Than that's yeah or her she
I mean hot take, hot take yeahlike yeah damn, Almost European
chocolate oh.
By the way, they don't callthem chips crisps, chris, and
they have some pretty wildflavors, apparently catch up,

(01:41:34):
chris, are very popular.

Speaker 3 (01:41:36):
Yeah, Peter's told me about that.
Yeah, yeah, he said they'rehuge.
I want to try them.
I heard they're good.

Speaker 4 (01:41:43):
Yeah.

Speaker 6 (01:41:45):
Yeah, I'm trying to get back to Jax.

Speaker 4 (01:41:49):
Let's do it.
That's who I cannot do it thisweek and I cannot do it Labor
Day weekend.

Let's pull it up.
Let's make a decision right now.

Speaker 3 (01:42:01):
They got an international break after Labor
Day.

Speaker 4 (01:42:04):
No, I'm going, I'm gonna be in Miami that weekend.
Miami, miami since that yearand tens right now, let's see
scored.

Speaker 6 (01:42:15):
The says September.

Speaker 3 (01:42:17):
September 16th United Brighton at 10, arsenal Everton
at 1230.

Speaker 4 (01:42:25):
Speaking of Everton, they're not going to survive
this year.
They suck, they look so I'mdone right now.
Mark it down, mark the tape.
953 pm, august 23 2023, evertonwill be one of three teams that
gets relegated to ship.
They are missing or theyescaped.
Two years in a row they escapedgetting ready to regulate it

(01:42:48):
and they did absolutely nothingto improve that team Nothing.
They're terrible.

Speaker 6 (01:42:55):
We're gonna be other two teams.
I think Latin goes back down.

Speaker 4 (01:43:01):
Latin goes back down.
But pretty impressive thatLatin has that one player that
he started in the championshipIn over 10 years.
He went from championship.
I mean that championship.
He went from the NationalLeague, which is a league that
yeah.
I saw that that Wrexham was inand as the team got promoted, so

(01:43:21):
in like what 10, 11 years theywent.
They went up five divisions Tothe Premier League and there's
only one player that was withthem that whole ride.

Speaker 6 (01:43:28):
That's pretty wild the whole time I say a lot of
respect for that guy man.

Speaker 4 (01:43:34):
That that's.
That's impressive.
That's impressive.
So let's see.

Speaker 6 (01:43:41):
Elsie could get relegated.

Speaker 1 (01:43:45):
I think it'll be Sheffield.

Speaker 6 (01:43:48):
Sheffield Everton.
What?

Speaker 4 (01:43:52):
if four, fours will probably be there.
So don't, don't get out of itsomehow.
Full of the other team didn'tfull of what?
Was it full?
Didn't they finish eight orsomething like that.
Um, you got Arsenal, tottenham, september 24, 90 and boys.

I actually had to wait Notnormally it's two weeks after a
rotator cuff surgery to start PT.
I had to wait heat my.
My surgeon may be wait sixweeks, why?
Because he said I didn't have atear in my rotator cuff.

something.

So, harry, 2028 cruise 2028 fall, I cannot.

Speaker 4 (01:48:29):
I cannot retire until Valerie is done with your

Speaker 3 (01:49:35):
She tell me, like October the fifth, I'll be there
.

Speaker 4 (01:49:40):
There's really no big games before that and then you
got here really no problem skip.

Speaker 3 (01:49:48):
I'm just looking forward to Chelsea playing,
playing.
Uh, how do you say it?
Is it lutein or lutein?

Speaker 4 (01:49:53):
I'm trying to.
I mean, oh, two days from now.

Speaker 3 (01:49:58):
Yeah, if they don't win that game, oh whoo, it's
gonna be a rough one.

Speaker 6 (01:50:06):
Yeah, if they don't win that.
Harry they don't win who I got.

Speaker 3 (01:50:11):
I got a two-part question for you.
Uh, they could both be the same.
Answer one question who is the?
If you had to pick one personon Chelsea to take off the team
and put them on the arsenalsquad number two, who is the
best player on Chelsea?

Speaker 4 (01:50:30):
I don't know man.

Speaker 3 (01:50:31):
Come on, harry.
I don't know you can't think ofone.
You can't think of one playeryou put on that team.
They spent a billion dollars.

Speaker 4 (01:50:40):
I know, I know they spent a billion and, uh, the one
that they spend the most whenhe gave up pk and the other one
missed the pk.

Speaker 3 (01:50:46):
So yeah, that was a terrible.
Silver still ends.
It was gonna be good.
Ends is gonna be good.
Yeah, you got silver.

Speaker 4 (01:50:57):
You got silver sterling.
He's still playing.
He's kind of like beyond.
You know he's on the downhill.

Speaker 3 (01:51:05):
You don't know who's on the team either.
What?

Speaker 1 (01:51:14):
No, I didn't think he looked at that last game tiasi,
that's the one guy you take.
Oh, you gotta go, coal will.
Harry young Englishinternational.

Speaker 3 (01:51:24):
Center back in zoe, take ins ins those best player
on that team right now, and soit's the bones.

Speaker 6 (01:51:31):
Good, inzo is the best player on that team and
it's not even close.
Yes, correct.

Speaker 3 (01:51:37):
He's playing a different game than everyone
else.

Speaker 4 (01:51:41):
I tell you what you know.
Who's been a realdisappointment for Chelsea?
That luderick guy Modern modern.

Speaker 6 (01:51:48):
He's like 20 years old.
He'll be okay.

Speaker 4 (01:51:51):
The one that you guys , that one that you know, that
arsenal had in the bag and thenChelsea came in and out bibb.

Speaker 6 (01:51:57):
He got signed during a civil war.
What do you want him to do?
Score goal.
I'm just kidding.

Speaker 3 (01:52:05):
He's good, he's like 20 years old though He'll be
okay.
He'll be okay, he'll be good.
They just need to give him likesome sort of confidence.
They played him in one gamelast year and then they're like,
yeah, we're just gonna sit.
You're not giving you anyplaying time in a season.
That means absolutely nothing.

Speaker 4 (01:52:20):
Um this weekend the best thing is uh, new castle
Liverpool.

Speaker 3 (01:52:26):
Yeah, what's the deal with new castle?
I feel like they were hyped andthey just not are that good.
I haven't really seen him play,but it's a high expectation,
you know.
Who's your best player is theday of that trippy a trippy a
guy I see only when I reallyknow on the team.

Speaker 6 (01:52:45):
They have a left winger.

Speaker 1 (01:52:46):
I can't remember Dan burn, or he said winger right, I
don't know uh, I recognizeCallum Wilson Romney, that's
your best.

Speaker 4 (01:53:05):
All right, guys, I've got.
I've got another 20 minutes.
So what were some of the topicsthat Um, you want to
specifically go over today?

Speaker 6 (01:53:13):
What's your uh, what's your favorite part about
football season?
One or two, one or two favoritethings about football season.

Speaker 4 (01:53:22):
European.
Are we talking the football orare we talking?

Speaker 6 (01:53:26):
American football, what we're talking about good
old american hat on hat football.

Speaker 4 (01:53:31):
NFL.

Speaker 6 (01:53:33):
Well, as specific or as vague as we want to make it
for me.

Speaker 4 (01:53:35):
That question is very easy.
Fsu is back, baby FSU.

Speaker 6 (01:53:42):
Okay, so your favorite FSU.

Speaker 4 (01:53:45):
Fsu is in the conversation once again.
Fsu has not been preseason top10 since 2017.
Harry's favorite part aboutfootball is football.
Florida State went 12 years ina row finishing in the top four.
Florida State is, do you think?

Speaker 6 (01:54:03):
they're gonna stay in the top 10?
I'd be nervous Um highexpectations.
What if they?

Speaker 3 (01:54:09):
lose to LSU, they lose to LSU.

Speaker 4 (01:54:11):
They, they better not get blown out.

Speaker 3 (01:54:14):
Where's that game at?

Speaker 4 (01:54:16):
that game is in our land.

Speaker 6 (01:54:16):
Could be an FSU.

Speaker 4 (01:54:19):
You know, how much tickets are going for right now
the 300 level.

Speaker 6 (01:54:23):
Uh, yep, that's what I was gonna say 500.

Speaker 4 (01:54:26):
I was gonna go, and then we look at tickets.
Hotels are outrageous right now.
That's why I'm going to my end.
I gotta place a picture.

Speaker 3 (01:54:35):
Who's mason smith?
Why is he suspended for the LSUFSU game?

Speaker 4 (01:54:40):
There's.

Speaker 3 (01:54:43):
LSU star defensive tackles suspended for season
opener.
Season opener against FSU theFSU needs is going to be able to
run the football.

Speaker 4 (01:54:54):
FSU Right now, I would have to say, has the best
Best combination of quarterback, running backs and wide
receivers.
They got the best trio in thecountry.
They may not have the bestquarterback in the country, they
may not have the best.
Running back in the country, they may not have the best wide

(01:55:14):
user wide receiver but but but, collectively, collectively.
They're, they're freakingloaded in those positions right
now.

Speaker 3 (01:55:22):
As far as I started, I thought they had a good wide
receiver.

Speaker 4 (01:55:25):
Yeah, they got that guy another, another, calvin
benjamin, and that's kind of 68Wait what Calvin benjamin.
Calvin benjamin.
Like college, the collegecalvin benjamin not the okay,
okay, okay Okay.
Not the carolina panacea.

Speaker 6 (01:55:41):
High school Gotcha gotcha the guy who gained 50
pounds in six weeks.

Speaker 3 (01:55:45):
Yeah, signing an apple contract and Get a bit of
russian Johnny wilson, the widerthe junior I've heard about him
.
Oh, he transferred from arizonastate.

Speaker 4 (01:55:58):
Yeah, arizona state, the cj might know, probably
heard of him beforehand.

Speaker 3 (01:56:02):
DJ, dj.
Yeah, let's have you our pack12 guy.

Speaker 6 (01:56:10):
Guy subtle flex.
Rsl is playing houston and theother semi final of the best
open cup and my teammate fromhigh school is starting out left
back Do about it.

Speaker 4 (01:56:25):
Is that the same as the lamar cup, or the lamar cup
is something different?
That question is over my headbecause I know that the lamar
cup is open to everyone.

Speaker 6 (01:56:36):
I don't keep up with them unless like that.
So I have no idea.
It says lamar hunt.
So yeah, it's the same thing.

Speaker 4 (01:56:44):
Okay, so the more hot , all right.
So, this is the tournament.
This is like the equivalent ofthe fa cup it's open to everyone
.

Speaker 6 (01:56:53):
Okay, bfr so wins.
I basically Could be playingagainst lino messi directly.

Speaker 4 (01:57:04):
Oh, your buddy's still there.

Speaker 6 (01:57:07):
Yeah, he's starting.
He's playing left back.
I can see him right now.

Speaker 4 (01:57:11):
He might get the he may get to defend league messy.
How about that?
Pretty well, be crazy.

Speaker 6 (01:57:16):
Right, that would be crazy, because messy would be
playing right wing, rightforward, or whatever.

Speaker 4 (01:57:21):
Oh, that's right, he's a left defender left
outside mid.

Speaker 6 (01:57:24):
Yeah, oh man, he would be in for a day Look.

Speaker 3 (01:57:33):
Harry, we got to get you on, we got to talk.
Uh, we should get.
Alex, do you charm on?
Do a little fsu preview, that'dbe cool.

Speaker 4 (01:57:41):
What's your?

Speaker 6 (01:57:42):

Speaker 4 (01:57:44):
I wish kori was still on.
Chris, what's your prediction?
Florida state lsu.
What's your prediction?
Give me a score lsu.

Speaker 3 (01:57:53):
I don't know who's gonna win 27, 24, 28, 20, 20 20,
20, 20, say lsu 31, fsu 17, letme ask you a question why is
lsu favored?

Speaker 4 (01:58:07):
Why?
Why is esp Again?
There's like 65 saying lsu isgoing to win and now the point
spread.
I think it's actually lsu'sfavorite, like three and a half,
I think.

Speaker 3 (01:58:16):
Why is probably just because it's sec, I don't know.
I mean because they're rankedfive, everybody's back and can I
tell you something?

Speaker 4 (01:58:23):
I think it's it's it's Motivation for florida
state.
I'm glad that they're theyounger daughter.

Speaker 3 (01:58:30):
Yeah, I think it bodes well for him because even
if they lose the game I mean Ithink if either of them lose the
game, and it's not really a bigdeal- All right, we'll see what
happens.
What do you got?
