En este vídeo Sri Swami Purohit nos enseña cómo recitar un mantra y recita Shanti mantra, el mantra de la paz durante 10 minutos.

En el video Sri Swami Purohit explica:
Para recitar un mantra o una oración, primero debes escoger qué mantra u oración quieres recitar y no cambiarlo, debes recitar todos los días el mismo.
Al recitarlo debes mantener el cuello y la espalda rectos, la barbilla un poco hacia arriba, los ojos cerrados y empezar a repetir el mantra o la oración en silencio, mentalmente, durante 10 minutos. Atención en el centro del corazón, el centro del pecho.
Cuando acabes de recitar el mantra mantén los ojos cerrados durante 5 minutos más, sin recitar el mantra, en silencio. Manteniendo la atención en el centro del corazón.
Después de completar los 15 minutos de esta práctica puedes abrir los ojos.
