Just as exterminators were beginning to recover from last year's high level of demand, the unexpected virus outbreak occurred. To address the increased demand and prevent further spread of the virus, a new business has opened. Pest control requests increased in St. Louis from around 1,000 in January to over 3,000 in March. Most of the pest control requests came from neighboring Missouri counties. Mick's Exterminating will be focusing on St. Louis County for now but they'll expand their reach to other counties if necessary. They operate both from their truck as well as their mobile unit, which is located near a St. Charles exterminator.
