In this homily given on April 27, 2025 (Divine Mercy Sunday) Fr Mathias highlights the fact that all the lay faithful are called to be apostles of mercy to those around them. After reminding them that we need to receive mercy in order to give mercy, Father offers three tips to become compelling apostles of mercy:
1) Speak freely about God's mercy in your own life
2) Be merciful towards those who don't deserve it
3) Confront and address the underlying reasons why you're not merciful.
He ends his homily encouraging us that the Holy Spirit gives us everything we need to be apostles of mercy.
