our summers, our vacations andour lives.
And today I want to talk to youabout something that's way
bigger than business, biggerthan leads, bigger than funnels

I'm going to be honest when Ifirst started, I thought owning
a business meant I'd get to dowhatever I wanted whenever I
wanted.
But I learned real, real fastthat if you build your business

You end up chained to yourphone, drowning in tasks and
never truly free.
That's why books like E-MythRevisited are so important.
The E-Myth reminds us that wecan't just be technicians inside

We have to build systems so thebusiness can work without us,

being the business.
I've seen it in my own life.
When we put systems in placeautomations, standard operating
procedures, onboarding flows,nurture, sequences it completely
changed how our family couldshow up for life.
I remember one summer the kidswere home and I wanted to
actually be present.
I didn't want to keep checkingmy emails, fighting fires or
