Ever notice how relationships fade when you're not actively nurturing them? The truth is, keeping up with your network manually is exhausting. Most people only reach out when they need something—we've all gotten that awkward email after months of silence—which erodes trust and wastes the potential of your connections.

What if you could maintain genuine relationships with everyone in your network without the mental burden? That's exactly what we explore in this episode of Stacked. We break down our proven networking flow system—a series of thoughtful touch-points that keep you connected automatically while still feeling authentic and valuable to the recipient.

The sequence starts with a warm thank you after meeting someone new, followed by sharing something genuinely helpful a week later. From there, we carefully design soft check-ins at 30-45 days, success shares at 90 days, invitations at six months, and gratitude notes at the one-year mark. Each touchpoint is strategic yet human, positioning you as someone who gives rather than just takes. When automated through a system like DallowryFlow, these connections compound dramatically over time.

The results speak for themselves. One realtor using this system transformed casual open house meetings into over 100 warm leads and closed three big listings in just six months. Another client generated enough referrals to successfully sell their business only ten months after launch. That's the power of consistent, automated networking—it doesn't replace personal connections but multiplies them exponentially. Ready to put your networking on autopilot while still building meaningful relationships? Let us show you how to create a system that makes you unforgettable in your network.

Speaker 1 (00:00):
Welcome back to Stacked, and today we're going
to talk about how to put yournetworking on autopilot, because
one of the best growth toolsthat you'll really ever have is
your network.
We've all heard of your networkis your net worth, but let's
actually be honest about this.
It's really exhausting to keepup with everyone manually

(00:23):
Following up after a meeting, checking in months later,
reconnecting after someonerefers you.
It takes time and it takesheadspace and most people forget
or get busy or only reconnectwhen they need something.
We've all gotten that email.
Hey, I haven't talked to you ina long time.
I'd love for you to check outthis new resource.
Give me feedback.
Right, that is where mostpeople will lose trust.

(00:45):
But if you build a networksequence and automated series of
messages and check-ins, you cankeep these relationships alive
and strong without feeling fakeor pushy or only like you're in
it for something yourself.
Inside Dallery Flow, we buildwhat we called a networking flow
.
It's a series of simple, thoughtful touch points that

(01:06):
help you show up consistentlyand naturally over time.
So let me break down what thatlooks like and why it works.
It usually starts with sometype of thank you message right
after you meet someone, whetheryou connected at an event, on
LinkedIn or through a referral, and that first note is what
really matters.
It should be warm, short andremind them who you are, and
that first note is what reallymatters.
It should be warm, short andremind them who you are, and

(01:28):
that's what's going to set thetone.
A week or two later, you canfollow up with a value email,
something genuinely helpful, like an article you wrote, a
podcast episode you recentlylistened to, or even a link to a
tool that they might like.
This positions you as someonewho gives and not just takes.
You're creating an impressionof generosity, which is the
bedrock of long-term networking.

(01:49):
Then you can schedule a softcheck-in 30 to 45 days later.
That could be something simple.
Like you know, I hope thingsare going well.
Let me know if there's anythingI can support you with.
It's not a pitch, it's just ahuman moment.
Around 90 days, you might wantto do a success share.
Tell them about a win you'vehad or a new case study.
It reminds them that you'reactive, growing and trustworthy.

(02:12):
It also keeps you on top ofmind in a non-salesy way, and
six months later, you can invitethem to something like a
webinar, maybe a guest on yourpodcast or even attend a
workshop that you're going to.
That's an easy way to stay intouch while still adding value,
and people love to feel included.
Finally, at the year mark, youcan do a gratitude check-in

(02:33):
Thank them for being a part ofyour circle, share an update on
what you're working on andinvite them to stay connected
for another year.
And that right.
There is a simple but powerfulnetworking sequence, and you can
set all of it on autopilot, with gallery flow, tagging your
contacts after you meet them andletting the workflow do its
thing.
Let's talk about the why.
Why does this actually matter?

(02:55):
Because relationships fade fastif you don't stay in touch,
especially for people who do aton of networking.
People forget you, no matterhow awesome you were the first
time that you met them.
But if you show up consistentlywith something valuable, you're
going to stand out.
You become the person theytrust and the person they think
of, the person that they refer.

(03:15):
This sequence also saves youhours.
Imagine trying to remember everyperson you met this year.
That would be absolutelyimpossible, right?
But your system remembers foryou.
It can handle the timing, themessages, even the personal
notes.
If you set them up in advance, you can show up like the most
organized person in the world, and that is magnetic.

(03:36):
The return on investment forthis is massive.
One solid relationship canbring you 5, 10, or maybe even
20 new opportunities.
People prefer the people thatthey remember, and when you
build a networking sequence thatfeels human but runs on
autopilot, you make sure thatyou are the one that they
remember.
One of the ways that we use thisis, as we got lists from

(03:58):
networking events and we loadedthem into gallery flow.
We'd tag them as networking andthen it would actually just
allow us to drag people from onecolumn to another that we
wanted to meet with, and withthat, a personal email went out
reintroducing ourselves in casethey forgot, and including a
scheduling link for them to booka one-to-one.
Now we've automated that entireprocess.

(04:18):
What happened was we got moreone-to-ones.
Now we've automated that entireprocess.
What happened was we got moreone-to-ones in a six-month
period, which led to morereferrals, which actually led to
me being able to sell myinsurance agency just 10 months
after launching it.
And a client of ours did thisas a realtor.
She was constantly meetingpeople at open houses but never
following up very well, so weset her networking flow inside

(04:39):
Dallery Flow and within sixmonths she had over a hundred
worn leads who were stillhearing from her and trusting
her.
She closed three big listingsdirectly from those nurtured
relationships, all because shehad a system to keep showing up.
That is the beauty of automatingyour networking.
It doesn't replace thehandshake.
It does replace coffee chatspotentially, but it also

(05:00):
supports them, it multipliesthem and it makes sure that
those connections actually stickaround.
So if you're tired of feelinglike your relationships are
slipping through your fingers oryou're frustrated by the
networking loop, then you needto build this system.
Start simple, send the thankyou, add the check-ins and then
stack on more layers over timeand in that time you'll build a
network that compounds in valuefor years to come.

(05:23):
If you want any help withbuilding your networking
sequence and this kind of soundslike you but still feels human
then Dialogflow is ready to go.
We'll help you automate it,customize it and make you
unforgettable.
This is Stacked where weautomate, elevate and repeat.
