Ever feel like you're pouring endless energy into finding leads only to watch them disappear into the void? You're not alone. The constant manual follow-up required to stay on prospects' radar is one of the most draining aspects of running a business—but there's a better way.

The nurture engine is your digital best friend that keeps talking to leads while you sleep, vacation, or enjoy family time. This automated system delivers the right message at the right moment, maintaining warm connections without requiring your constant attention. When someone shows interest in your business, your nurture sequence activates—perhaps sending a welcome email, followed by a friendly text the next day, and a personal-feeling voicemail later in the week.

We've seen this transform businesses. Take the family-owned HVAC company that previously called every lead multiple times manually, often losing track despite their efforts. After implementing a 10-day nurture sequence, they closed significantly more service calls because their messages continued flowing automatically, even when technicians were tied up with existing jobs.

The magic lies in how human these automated sequences feel. By crafting warm, helpful messages delivered at strategic intervals, you create the difference between annoying pestering and valuable nurturing. The system can even adapt based on customer actions, sending customized responses when someone clicks a specific link or engages with particular content.

Not ready for complexity? Start small with just three solid messages: a welcome confirmation, a helpful story or testimonial, and a clear next-step invitation. Add a text or voicemail offering assistance, and you've built a simple sequence that layers trust without overwhelming your prospects or yourself.

Remember, people buy on their timeline, not yours. Your nurture engine respects this reality while ensuring you remain top-of-mind when that decision moment arrives. It protects your investment in lead generation, prevents opportunities from slipping through the cracks, and frees you to focus on serving clients who are ready right now.

Speaker 1 (00:01):
Welcome back to Stacked, and today we're going
to talk about the nurture engineand how to create automated
sequences that will help warm upleads even while you sleep.
Because let's, if I'm beinghonest, following up with leads
is one of the most drainingparts of running a business.
You pour out all this energyinto finding new people, getting

(00:21):
them excited, and then crickets.
New people, getting themexcited, and then crickets no
replies, or maybe they ghost you.
And, the worst part, you feellike you have to keep checking
in manually day after day, justto stay on the radar.
It eats up your time and itdefinitely wears you down.
It does for me.
But here's what I want you tohear today there is a better way
, and that better way isbuilding what we like to call it

(00:42):
Dallery a nurture engine.
This is an automated systemthat keeps talking to your leads
even while you're asleep or onvacation or just enjoying time
with your family.
It's like having a digital bestfriend who reminds your
audience you're still here, still trustworthy and still
ready to help when they are.
When someone shows interest inyour business, maybe they
download a guide, fill out aform or call for a quote.

(01:04):
You don't want them todisappear after that first
moment of curiosity, and that'swhere your nurture engine kicks
in.
It can automatically send thema warm welcome email and then, a
day later maybe, a friendlytext that says hey, did you get
your guide?
Let me know if you have anyquestions, and a few days later
you might send a voicemail thatfeels personal and checking in
again, and so this sequencehelps, keeps you on the top of

(01:28):
their mind.
So let's look at an example.
One of our clients runs afamily owned heating and air
business.
Before they had a nurtureengine, they would manually call
every lead, sometimes three, four, five times, and they would
still lose track of people.
After we helped them set up a10-day nurture sequence inside
Dallery Flow, they startedclosing more service calls

(01:49):
because, even if they were tiedup on another job, their
messages went out automatically.
The nurture engine worked forthem so that they didn't have to
babysit every single lead.
The beauty of this is how humanit still feels, because we can
write your emails and text in awarm, helpful tone, just like
you'd say it in person.
Then you stack them on atimeline so your leads hear from

(02:10):
you at just the right momentsand we even engage it further.
Where the customer is clickingparticular links or based on the
actions they're taking, a newsequence is fired off.
So it is a customized messagebased on their interaction with
your company.
And really it's the differencebetween nagging and actually
nurturing, because nobody wantsto be pestered, but everyone
appreciates a gentle reminderand some extra guidance.

(02:34):
If you're brand new to this, oreven maybe just thinking about
it, we just recommend that youstart small.
You do not and should not make30 messages go out in one day.
Think about writing three solidemails.
The first one could be awelcome that leads the person
into knowing that we areconfirming their interest.
The second, maybe you couldshare a helpful story or a

(02:56):
testimonial from a happy client.
And the third could offer anext step, like booking a call
or scheduling a demo.
Then maybe you add a text witha link or a voicemail that says
I'm here to help whenever you'reready.
You're layering trust without itbeing pushy, and that's what we
love most about nurture engines.
They can give you space to runyour business, rest and live

(03:19):
your life while still keepingyour leads warm and connected to
you.
When you build a nurture engineinside something like gallery
flow, you can even track who'sopening your emails, who's
clicking and who's responding.
That way, you know exactlywho's ready for a real
conversation and you can jump inpersonally at the right time.
So you might wonder is it evenworth all the setup?

(03:41):
And well, here's the truth.
The answer is yes.
Every lead that you pay for orevery click that you earned,
every conversation you start hasa value, and when you let them
fall through the cracks, you'relosing money and you're wasting
time and energy.
But when you have a nurtureengine, you protect that
investment.
You keep the momentum going sothat whenever a lead is finally

(04:01):
ready, they're still thinking ofyou first.
I've seen this save thousandsof dollars for business owners
who could have otherwise givenup on their leads way too soon,
or someone like me who reallydoesn't have a great follow
through when a lead is startingto warm up.
So the truth is, people buy ontheir timeline, not on ours, and
that is why you have to have anurture sequence so that they

(04:25):
can tell you when the moment isright.
So here's your challenge Startbuilding your nurture engine
this week.
Just pick one or two messagesthat, if that's all you have
time for, automate them and thenadd more over time.
It doesn't have to be perfect tobe powerful, it just has to be
consistent, and when you do this, you'll feel the stress come
off your shoulders.
Little by little.

(04:46):
You'll know that you aren'tdropping opportunities or
dropping any balls that werethrown to you, and you'll be
able to focus on running yourbusiness and serving the clients
who are ready right now, whileyour nurture engine keeps
everyone else warming up.
That is the magic of automationand that is why nurture
sequences matter.
They deliver opportunitieswhile you rest, they build trust

(05:08):
without you having to chase, and they help you show up like a
pro even on your busiest days.
So if you want help setting upyour nurture engine, well, you
