Josh is an American hero who went from being homeless in Kentucky to living in a mansion. With a truly tumultuous childhood exacerbated by drug addicted parents, Josh decided to take his life in a new direction by getting his GED and joining the United States Navy at 18 where he worked as an air traffic controller. He later found he had a particular talent in the world of cyber warfare as he carried out Top Secret missions as a hacker to protect our county.
Whether its luck, serendipity, or simply kairos, Josh has plenty of otherworldly help aligning his stars to be at the right place at the right time—but it’s not all just cash and prizes. Josh endures great sacrifice and contends with profound troubles along his journey. Josh unpacks his struggles with depression and shares his powerful message about what helped him improve his circumstances and maintain his mental health.
