and his brother were justchilling in the village, but
well, and he kept saying, likeyou know, just don't put
attention on yourself.

did you have to go out?

I think, maybe they did.

They may have been likeridiculed by the rest of the
tribe had they not gone out forit.

They may not have known what they were getting
into, because later on rememberlater on when Anakin and Obi-Wan
go to the boy's town to askabout what happened and said
that Savage was taken to be oneof the Nightsisters' mates yeah,

that right I think he's tired,he's always been like very, very

So if he's even thinking aboutthat, maybe he just said that to
give, you know, anger fuel,whatever, to turn savage.

But if there is a chance that he does actually
believe that, that's interestingbecause that's really the first
time we hear him say something,it is but I do think that with
duke, I think duke, I know weall know palpatine is using
everyone, sure, but I thinkmaybe duke, who in his arrogance
is using palpatine to hisarrogance, is using Palpatine to

rid the galaxy of corruption.
You know, and as we saw fromtales of the Jedi, you know,
dooku doesn't like thecorruption in the Republic and
he is willing to do some badthings to achieve a positive end

Yeah, for the greater good,exactly so, what he believes to
be the greater good, right, youknow.

So he was ready to like, whenthey were on that planet with
the impoverished people, he wasgonna, he was gonna yoke that,
uh, that senator, right there hewas gonna sauce his ass right
there and qui-gon had to kind ofstop him and talk him down.
But he's like he, you know he'scorrupt, he's a piece of.
He's got to die yeah you knowand die.
That's his view.
I'm sure it's been clouded bythe dark side as well at this

It's a really cool dynamic withthe Sith.

He already thinks he's the shiton the force level right now he
wants to show his dick to thegalaxy and be like right and the
night sisters just want theirplanet and they want the four,
like they want their powerwithin the force, not galactic,

I think that's kind of thedifference between them.
I still think that they seekpower, they want power, they are

I think for this situation it was just the

There was no reason for them tohave him kill his brother no, I

a pawn and he, I think he wouldhave worked with the force, the

because then he wouldn't have toworry about that, so he could
have fully immersed himself intothe dark side I don't but then

he just, well, I mean, but yousee, he betrayed both of them
anyway, as and I think becauseof that- as long as there's, as
long as there's any shred, andthis is the dark side person.

we've seen this with Anakin andlater Vader is, if there's even
an ounce or a shred or a glimmerof compassion or hope left,
then you are not fully committedto the dark side.

happened with Vader, palpatine,andke, in return of the jedi
palpy, had him, had luke readyto go, ready to just fucking fry
his ass, father, please.
He had that, just that littleglimmer of of compassion, love
for his son.
And then what happens?
Papa palpy gets thrown down theelevator, shaft Done.

And that's that glimmer of hope, that's that spark that all
these darksiders are trying tosquash and get rid of.
And because we've seen whathappens when they don't, when
you don't completely crush andsubjugate.

So I do have one minor complaint, yes, about this
arc.
I wish it would have been oneepisode longer, because I felt
like the Savage's training wastoo quick.
It was like Savage is given toCount, five minutes later he's
this powerful force being.

Five minutes later he hatesdooku.
Five minutes later he's gone.
So it's like all of thosethings happened in one episode
him, him joining dooku and himleaving dooku all happened in
the same episode.
I would have liked to have seena little more training and him
have a little more I think itwas supposed to be implied that

there was some time, but Iunderstand, I would have liked
to have seen it, I guess Iunderstand what you're saying
yeah, maybe send him on one moreside mission, because that the
mission that he went on, wherehe killed the two jedi, and like
I wanted to see maybe one morescene like that, you know like
him, kind of like going off on acouple other missions or
something just wrecking, maybe alittle more powerful right,

maybe even being a little morereckless, like because when,
when he brought homeboy to dookuand he's like you piece of shit
, you weren't supposed to killhim shit with the king

you know I felt bad for the king he was just like
when he was trying to fly awaywhen Savage was dragging him out
and his little head hit thatbump.
Animators, y'all didn't have todo that.
That was a whole process.

They had to animate the headhitting the bump.
They had to add the soundeffect because it was like clunk
as it went by.
You guys didn't have to be thatextra about that.
They put a lot of detail intothat.
You didn't have to be thatextra.

You didn't have to do the king like that.

He was super cool, he was.
I felt kind of bad.

that was the frankenstein, yeah,kind of.
But then we find out that he isgoing to be fully trained by
his brother, by his brother whois supposed to be dead, senor
mall in half and you have aproblem with that don't you?

he's supposed to be dead I'm just saying like, like,
how did okay I know the yeahyeah that one I do know.

Speaker 2 (24:52):
Sure, I don't know a lot, but I do know that you're
like how can you, how can youpossibly come on man the dark
side?

darth vader, didn't?
He lost legs and right he wasburned to death and right.

But vader, he didn't get, he didn't lose his legs at
his spine.
