Hi, thank you so much

wisdom and insight of thecosmos to you.
I'm grateful that you'relistening.
One of our most powerful toolsin healing and in connecting
(00:21):
with our higher self, inawakening, is our voice.
Our voice, when connected withour soul self, can help us
connect with that inner strength, resilience and self-esteem.
One of the ways we can connectto our voice is through singing,
and more specifically throughsinging and more specifically,
(00:49):
singing mantras, which are songsthat come from many different
spiritual traditions.
All sorts of spiritualtraditions have these sacred
mantras or songs to sing inorder to invoke our connection
with ourself, our land and withthe divine.
Today, I'd love to share withyou a mantra practice known as
(01:10):
the Green Tara Mantra and comesfrom the Buddhist tradition.
This particular mantra is thefirst one that I ever learned,
14 years ago, and since then Ihave learned and sung hundreds
of more different mantras fromall over the world.
(01:31):
This mantra was my doorway intohelping me connect with my
voice.
I hope you enjoy this practiceand enjoy using your voice.
The mantra is Om Tare, tutare, ture, soha, and what does this
(01:54):

She offers comfort, protectionand love to move us from a place
of suffering into a place ofpeace.

compassionate grace.

(02:41):
understanding of what you'reinvoking.
