Latoya Stevenson is a Certified Confidence & Mindset Coach who specializes in empowering women to fully love and accept themselves. She is the author of the Best Self Journal, MindsetPlanner, and The Self-Love Workbook for Black Women, which are available on Amazon. She works with individuals who want to fully love and accept themselves so they can put themselves first and make decisions that will lead them to success, happiness, and fulfillment. She does this through empowering her clients through her coaching practice, as well as through writing about self-love, self-care, and mindset. LaToya has overcome her own insecurities from childhood, so she understands how hard it can be to feel confident in yourself when the world tells you otherwise. She loves coaching about confidence, self-love, intentional self-care, and mindset because she sees so many people who have never been taught, and as a result, they end up sabotaging themselves in many ways: from their careers to their relationships, to the way they treat themselves physically.

On the podcast we chatted about:

- The positive things that came out of the pandemic for her and her family.
-What led to her career path as a confidence coach.
-Ways parents can work to build confidence in their children.
-Steps to get confident and maintain confidence.
And so much more!

CrimeLess: Hillbilly Heist

CrimeLess: Hillbilly Heist

It’s 1996 in rural North Carolina, and an oddball crew makes history when they pull off America’s third largest cash heist. But it’s all downhill from there. Join host Johnny Knoxville as he unspools a wild and woolly tale about a group of regular ‘ol folks who risked it all for a chance at a better life. CrimeLess: Hillbilly Heist answers the question: what would you do with 17.3 million dollars? The answer includes diamond rings, mansions, velvet Elvis paintings, plus a run for the border, murder-for-hire-plots, and FBI busts.
