Do you want to live a fuller life and be present for those around you or do you want to be an isolated, crotchety miserable old person? Most of us dread getting older because we only see the negatives. Scottie is a visionary who shows us how to approach and attack the aging process. We don't have to sit back, isolate and dread the process. Scottie shows people how to attack the aging process in order to live a fuller and more rounded life. Why be old why not be a happy mature adult? After my time with Scottie I know I'm not going out pissing, shitting and crying!! I'm going to take care of myself and experience all life has to offer. You know what the fun part about cresting the top of the hill is right.....It's enjoying the ride down the other side.
