Speaker 1 (00:19):
He sees the Steelers Blisz with Wesley Uler and Arthur
Most on your twenty four to seven Home of the
Black and Gold ascan are what's going.
Speaker 2 (00:29):
On Stills Nationland. It is time for that final segment
of today's show, Arthur Moss, Wesley Stealings Bliss and this
is what we do. But more importantly, whenever we get
to the third segment, traditionally we turn it over to
you guys. So today does not seemed like a good
day to break tradition. So, in the words of the
multiple times Super Bowl winning coach and reach, I'm George
(00:54):
it is.
Speaker 3 (00:56):
Arthur Most's a few tweets here to get to today
is always the power grid in thet They've done a
good plethora of good good palette of options here, some
about the draft, some about some teams that we think
might be up or down in the AFC, in the NFC,
and then of course a couple of random questions. Is
that people always like to throw in, especially this time
as well too, So let's get to it. Sense tweets
(01:19):
us and says, you know, I was reading some rumors
or some reports that maybe part of the reason why
Christian Gonzales didn't go as high as people thought he
was going to in the draft, is because he lacked
that dog in him.
Speaker 4 (01:35):
Just your guys thoughts.
Speaker 3 (01:36):
When we hear things like this, you know, Motzie, it's funny,
Like I remember people were saying the same thing about
Trevor Lawrence when he came out of the draft, right, Like,
Trevor Lawrence really good football player, but does he love football?
Speaker 2 (01:46):
You know?
Speaker 3 (01:47):
Does he eat, sleep, drink, breathe football. I haven't seen
the same thing with Christian Gonzalez.
Speaker 4 (01:53):
I don't know if you have. Maybe that's part of
the reason. I don't know.
Speaker 3 (01:55):
Don't get me wrong, And you'll speak better to this
than I will, So I'll get out of the way
here in a second, because you're the experience.
Speaker 4 (02:02):
Like you. I want, I want the guys on my
team to be in love with football.
Speaker 3 (02:08):
But I also know that not everybody in the not
all you know, thousand guys who are in the NFL eat, sleep,
drink and breathe football.
Speaker 4 (02:15):
It's just not It's just not the case.
Speaker 3 (02:17):
So I don't think that that would be enough to
scare me away from Christian Gonzalez. If I really thought
that he was gonna help my team and be a
solid player. But if it's a coin flip between two guys,
and I think one is a film junkie and loves
the game and doesn't care about how many followers he
has on Instagram and doesn't care about being famous and
all that. Right, just football, football, football. If it's a
(02:40):
If it's a coin flip, I'm gonna go with that, Like,
you know what I mean. If it's a coin flip,
I'm gonna go with the Sidney Crosby type, you know
what I mean, who just has his head in the
game all the time and isn't doing celebrity stuff and
social media stuff and all that.
Speaker 2 (02:53):
Like.
Speaker 4 (02:54):
But that's only if it's a coin flip.
Speaker 3 (02:56):
But tell me how you feel about this, you know,
taking guys who have dog in them and love the
game first, maybe shine away from someone who doesn't.
Speaker 2 (03:05):
All right, first off, I'm not a fan of the
report just because it's not really done with good taste.
You dropped this after the draft. It's nothing good gonna
come from it. The team that picked them loved them,
so it doesn't really matter to that team though, And
for the teams that speculate about this quote unquote dog
(03:26):
or the lack thereof what does the tape show. Does
the tape show somebody that is soft shying away from
context get to be productive with the tape show an
elite talent that will go up there, take football away,
lock you down man, the man in it's not a
great to hit sheet. So when we talk about this dog,
it's like that became the new buzz word, the new
(03:47):
hot thing to say around here. You don't mean the
past couple of years, you know what I mean? I
get it, But there are plenty of ultra talented dudes
that like you talk about man, they don't eat even
breathe football. They don't obsess over this thing, and that
doesn't make them any less of a dog than the
guy that does. To me, Christians I was the heck
(04:08):
of a football player, regardless of you know how somebody
might have an opinion on him because he doesn't want
to have a snile on his face when he's playing.
He might want to smile. I smiled every time I
was out there. Does I mean I didn't have a
dog in me? You got people about me? I think
you know what I mean. So it's like we could
(04:28):
gauge that how we want to gauge it. I think
that's going to be more of a case by case
personal opinion on a player determined if the person has
that dog in him or not. But I could assure
you if he was on our roster, we wouldn't be
over here. Like, man, he suck. I don't want him
one our team. He ain't got that. Like, nah, he's
a dope player. That's why you know, he was taken
(04:49):
as as he was because of his talent. But that's
like my big thing with you know, that whole communist
I'm just not a fan of that type of reporting
because he just it seems like it's coming from a
negative space and it's just kind of like, what's the
purpose of that, even if that is valid, Even if
(05:10):
the person that had put the report out had a
very valid reason. Man, we were in a workout and
this dude quit on it, It's like, Okay, well he
done went through this whole combined process pre draft process
with y'all have exercised that every piece of resource. You
have to know every detail about this guy. None of
this came out before.
Speaker 4 (05:29):
That, right, so why Now That's what I was thinking too.
If I would have heard about this during combine.
Speaker 2 (05:35):
It makes sense, and we've heard some of that stuff
Jalen Carter, that's legitimate. When they talk about some of
his character flaws, that's legitimate. When you talk about his
desire to actually stay committed to football once he gets paid,
those are legitimate questions based on his action.
Speaker 4 (05:51):
They talked about that stuff with Orlando Brown when he
came out. This guy really loved football enough. He just talent.
Speaker 2 (05:57):
It was consistent, it made sense, where with this it's
almost like like what happened? Did somebody miss out on him?
And now you want to just drop something because you
kissed off with the Patriots? Like I don't. I don't
like that's the part for me while I'm just like,
I'm not a fan of that. I'm with you, it
could be valid, but I'm just not a fan of
that type of report. And then especially when to work,
(06:19):
it's like, man, if you go do it, do it
to Avent, do it to somebody that's been in the league,
Somebody has handled it, somebody that's accustomed to it. Not to.
Speaker 3 (06:27):
If he's lazy and not you know, putting his whole
self into it this season, then okay, you know what
I mean. But Yeah, I'm with you that that stuff
always seems like it's conveniently timed, and.
Speaker 2 (06:37):
Yeah, you know, like that's that's the OG alumni in
me that comes out like that. I'm just not a
fan of that. For like young dudes coming into the league.
There's already a lot that what's the purpose of that? Yeah,
what's the purpose of that? Yeah, because he goes out
here and he's firing up people year one, nobody's gonna
be talking about he don't have a dog in him exactly.
Speaker 3 (06:55):
And you know what you've talked about it too, just
how insane the process is for guys to go from
their last year of college.
Speaker 4 (07:01):
Grew the draft process.
Speaker 2 (07:03):
Into the whirlwind. It is a whirlwind. You feel so unsettled.
Speaker 4 (07:07):
It's yeah, it's certainly possible.
Speaker 3 (07:09):
He just had a bad day, you know, in front
of one team or one scout or one person. He
just had a bad day.
Speaker 2 (07:16):
And now it's so much context. Let's just talk context travel.
When you travel, is it typically a stressful situation or
is it typically a non stressful situation.
Speaker 4 (07:29):
It's never.
Speaker 3 (07:30):
It's never non stressful unless you're like Steelers, unless you're
riding on the Steelers Express it's like.
Speaker 2 (07:36):
Okay, are we going to be really stressed or medium stressed?
You know, but travel, what do you think this kid
has been doing since his last game this season?
Speaker 4 (07:45):
Your your workouts and travel and meetings and combines and
pro days.
Speaker 2 (07:50):
Travel and an evaluation is like what it's almost like
an interrogation. We've talked about this before. They poked pride
as every single tough question mentally and then put you
on that feel and stretch you out physically, not just
at the combine but on your private workouts as well.
All of this is going on around the clock during
this time. So once again, when you say could have
(08:11):
got have a bad day, could have got in the mood,
it's like, dude, when you talk about the context, you're
more surprised when dudes don't have bad days. That's why
everybody looked at me kind of crazy. Like you smile
through all this, like most what's are grumping. You're smiling
because it's like, yeah, man, I'm just happy to be here.
Speaker 4 (08:27):
That's all you can do, right, But it's like, dude,
this sucks.
Speaker 2 (08:31):
Like you're lit. Man, you're coming from a workout. Your
I'll never forget this coming from a workout. I'm dressed
this but no time to shower, and I'm throwing on
a suit because I don't have enough room in my
bag to get on this flight to go fly to
get to my next workout. And it's just like that's
the stuff you're doing with and.
Speaker 3 (08:46):
You're going from the East coast to the West coast
at different time zones, and this is all why you
don't know.
Speaker 2 (08:51):
Where your future is going to be because you don't
know which team is going to draft you. But you
know you're gonna be leaving from Oregon because there's no
professional team there. So now you're to New England. It's like, bro,
this is what goes on doing this timeframe. Man, So yeah,
I could have goten bad day, could have gotten a
bad interview.
Speaker 4 (09:08):
Absolutely, that was one of the things that I thought too.
Speaker 3 (09:10):
It's it's it's certainly possible he just had a bad day,
bad interview, maybe as flight.
Speaker 2 (09:15):
Was years old.
Speaker 5 (09:18):
So you're not even like a mature adult, right, You're
still he's on three hours of sleep in some city
that he's never been to before, working out with some
training staff that he's never met before.
Speaker 2 (09:28):
I mean, you got people either telling you're great, or
you're overrated.
Speaker 4 (09:32):
Correct.
Speaker 2 (09:32):
Correct, that's where you're either the best prospect or you
you overrid. You ain't good like that.
Speaker 4 (09:36):
Yeah, so let's let's go. Let's let's wait, let's wait
and see. Let's give him a little time here before
we make any sweeping conclusions.
Speaker 2 (09:44):
Sorry for sounding like an old man over here. You're
right though, that's just the OGM me man. When we
talked to about my young NFL catching little dudes, I'm like, man,
come on, bro, not even man, Come on, at least
wait to a man season before you start doing the slander.
Speaker 4 (10:00):
Important you know, that's right, right exactly. At least get
a body of work there.
Speaker 3 (10:03):
Yeah, steal a nation nine twenty our buddy in Wiscnson
it says, super pumped for schedule release on Thursday.
Speaker 4 (10:11):
Can't wait to get some tickets. Yeah, we're excited for
that as well too.
Speaker 3 (10:14):
Obviously Thursday night, the schedule coming out the eleventh, Thursday,
the eleventh, the NFL schedule.
Speaker 2 (10:20):
Man, that's like the second best thing the NFL does
on Thursday nights.
Speaker 4 (10:23):
I tell you what third best Okay, first round of
the NFL draft was, is that number one?
Speaker 2 (10:32):
No, the draft is third.
Speaker 4 (10:37):
Thursday Night football was number three.
Speaker 2 (10:39):
No, Thursday football is number one. Man, that's the best.
Speaker 3 (10:44):
Nine also says I watched the Kevin James Sean Payton
movie with my daughter.
Speaker 4 (10:48):
I didn't think it was that bad. I didn't think
it was that bad. But I also watch it again.
Speaker 2 (10:52):
Yeah, it's like Disney cheesy, like you gotta know what
you're walking into. I'm watching Disney. Yeah, if you think
of it like a Disney movie, and we know Disney
like and not not big budget Disney like, think like
straight the DVD Disney like, it's you know what I mean.
So it's like.
Speaker 4 (11:11):
Cowie says, it wasn't bad, but I wouldn't watch it again.
Like I know, I know exactly what you mean.
Speaker 2 (11:17):
It's like, with all due respect, you're not ugly, you're
just you know, you're just you're different. Yeah.
Speaker 3 (11:24):
Yeah, it's like, hey, I saw the movie. It was
it was whatever, but I'm not I'm not interested to watch.
Speaker 4 (11:29):
It again or anything like that.
Speaker 3 (11:31):
A couple couple of couple of ones, A couple of
quick hitters here from nine to twenty. All right, Uh,
if you guys had to pick who's the current worst
team in the AFC and in the NFC.
Speaker 2 (11:41):
Ooh, all right, AFC, I still go Houston because granted
they brought in you know, Stroud and what Anderson, but
those are two rookies that they're going to be depending
on playing a major role and not making mistakes. And
it's just extremely hard when you're a rookie to come
in this league and be the guy and due over
(12:02):
seventeen games without making mistakes while having a rookie head coach,
new OC new DC. A lot of moving parts, a
lot of Granted they're in a division that they could
easily come out of this thing. They could, but at
the same time, it's just like, man, there's a lot
of moving parts on a very lot of teams that
(12:24):
does have the history of having success. So I would
say them in the AFC, and then in terms of
the NFC, I'm probably gonna go with uh yeah, the Commanders.
Right now, man, I need to see, you know what
that situation is gonna look like. You can make a
case for Tampa. I think there are another one, like
the quarterback situation Arizona, Lina, Arizona. I still I'm back
(12:49):
and forth for Arizona because I'm like, if Kyler is
out there, Kyler's.
Speaker 4 (12:52):
Is still gonna win it that floor.
Speaker 2 (12:55):
Yeah yeah, But I'm thinking of these some of these
NFC teams with no quarterback, like Green Bay potentially like
we actually with Jordan Love over seventeen looks like, man, yeah.
Speaker 3 (13:05):
Yeah, actually, uh so NFC, I'm with you, Like I
would think about the Cardinals, but just having a decent
quarterback I think helps a long way in this conversation they've.
Speaker 2 (13:17):
Because the Cardinals and the Bears are kind of like
one party and that's it.
Speaker 1 (13:21):
Yes, like the.
Speaker 3 (13:22):
Quarterback when them enough games that they're not picking in
the top three next year or anything like that, I
could certainly see it. So I think I'm with you.
I would go Bucks or I would go Commanders. Man,
those those rosters are are pretty picked through, and there's
a lot of unknown at the quarterback situation.
Speaker 4 (13:40):
Maybe I would side.
Speaker 3 (13:41):
Maybe I'd go Commanders just because I mean, I'd rather
have Baker Mayfield than the unknown of what Washington's dealing
with right now. But yeah, uh Man of the Bucks
lost a lot the last couple of years, and even
you know, some of their even some of their better
players like Mike Evans, Chris Godwin, some of those guys
aren't necessarily what they were three, you know, three four
years ago.
Speaker 4 (14:01):
So I think I'm with you on that, y. That's right,
That's what I mean.
Speaker 3 (14:05):
Like it's it's a real it's a real turning of
the page and starting a new era there in Tampa
Bay certainly as well.
Speaker 4 (14:11):
And then in the AFC, I'm with you. I think
it's the Texans without a doubt.
Speaker 3 (14:14):
Like I guess I could, I could throw the Colts
into the conversation, but I think I, well, they have
a lot of they have a lot of but that's
a thing, like they have a lot of the same
uncertainties with the quarterback and with the coaching staff and
some of those things. But they also have some dudes
that are proven in this league. They've got they've got
a couple very good offensive linemen, including Quintin Nelson. They've
got a good running back, They've they've got shack on
(14:36):
the on the defensive side of the football. So I
at least like some of what they've got on their roster.
So I'll go with the Texans there as well too.
I mean that that's a pretty easy one. I think
with Houston could see the upside now and could see
it coming together. But right now as we stand here today, yeah,
it's it's a lot of unproven young guys who are
gonna have to take their lumps and gon and gonna
have to learn on the fly. And then last one
(14:57):
from nine to twenty, He says, I need to know
your hot take, team that you think is going to
jump up a level this season. I don't even know
if that needs to be a hot take, but a
team this season that you think is gonna level up
Arthur Musk, So by that, are we going didn't make
the playoffs last year? Like? Are the Jets viable in
this conversation because they didn't make the playoffs but they
were right on the fringe?
Speaker 4 (15:18):
Or is this it need to be somebody who was
like further down?
Speaker 2 (15:20):
I was thinking more like bottom Burrow, like Detroit. I
was thinking more like Troy.
Speaker 4 (15:24):
It's a good one, you know what I mean. Detroit's
a good one. How about the Jags although they made
the playoffs.
Speaker 2 (15:31):
They want a playoff game last year?
Speaker 3 (15:33):
Yeah, they want a playoff game. Okay, I got an answer.
I got an answer for you that people aren't gonna
like the Baltimore Ravens.
Speaker 2 (15:42):
Yeah, but see to me, like were they a bad team?
Were they injured?
Speaker 4 (15:46):
They were injured?
Speaker 2 (15:47):
Yeah, you know what I'm saying, Like I look at
them kind of like that, Like the Jets is different
because obviously the free agency pickup and there is no
guarantee that just because Aaron Rodgers is there that they're
gonna make the jump. We saw that obviously with Denver.
Are we over here to say the different is gonna
make a big jump this year.
Speaker 4 (16:01):
Because I'm not buying that. I'm not buying.
Speaker 3 (16:03):
I think they will be a disaster like they were
last year, but I'm not buying a playoff team or anything.
Speaker 2 (16:08):
Yeah, So like I think of like.
Speaker 4 (16:11):
You actually Aaron Rodgers out of the division.
Speaker 2 (16:15):
Well, because like they've done a good job of building
their culture the right way, Like they have a team
that reflects their coach. They're very scampy. They're kind of
remind me of Tennessee a couple of years ago. Good call,
but even though they just don't have the Derrick Henry.
But it reminded me of Tennessee a couple of years ago.
M you look at some of the pieces that they
brought in though this year. Jamior Gibbs they're trying to
(16:39):
see can they make it work like that?
Speaker 3 (16:40):
You know, yeah, yeah, that's a good call by you. Uh,
maybe the Dolphins. I'd throw in this conversation too. But again, like,
I feel like the answer to this almost has to
be an NFC team because the AFC is such a
log jam. Like there's gotta be some Yeah, we'll talk
about the Eagles, and we'll talk about the Niners, but
there has to be somebody else that emerges out of
the NFCS as a viable Cowboys maybe, but they made
(17:01):
the playoff last year.
Speaker 4 (17:02):
They want a playoff game this year.
Speaker 2 (17:04):
Let me see who else? I like.
Speaker 3 (17:06):
I like the Detroit call by you. I think that's
a good one. If if we're going to the ooh,
it's a big unknown. With Stafford how healthy.
Speaker 2 (17:16):
I don't think they do it, but I'm like, they're
one of them candidates.
Speaker 3 (17:20):
If we're going just by the guidelines of it has
to be a team that didn't make the playoffs last year.
Speaker 4 (17:25):
I think that.
Speaker 3 (17:26):
And I'm gonna not gonna say the Jets either because
that's too easy. I think I would go Detroit, and
I think I would go Miami.
Speaker 2 (17:31):
Okay, I can see that and I'm gonna leave.
Speaker 4 (17:34):
Baltimore to that too, because you're right, they were just
injured last year.
Speaker 2 (17:37):
Yeah, because I'm like, if Lamar's out there, they're in
the postseason. But that was the thing. And even with that,
they made the postseason and were what Tyler Huntley fumbled
the goal on away from winning against the team that
went to the Super Bowl. Yeah, like, oh no, no, no,
lost in the anty championship game this year. Excuse me
because the Chiefs obviously went to well won, but it's
(17:58):
like it wasn't there. It was in the conversation.
Speaker 4 (18:05):
M Yes, yes, indeedy.
Speaker 3 (18:08):
Those are just some good questions, all right. Last one
here our buddy Andrew with three questions. As always, Arthur mouts,
all right here as we're I got a couple of
minutes left here. First one from Andrew, I like this,
when you get some free time, what is your favorite
thing to do?
Speaker 1 (18:23):
I like that.
Speaker 2 (18:24):
I like that one. I would probably say, all right,
the cheesy answer, which is a truthful answer, is hang
out with my family. Love doing that. Man, me and
wife are doing something cool, whether it's a day date,
catching up one of like TV shows, soap opera, like
that's our thing. But selfishly, I'm either playing Call of
Duty or I like to kick back my feet and
(18:46):
my little like man cave. I'll throw on YouTube and
I'll put on like free diving videos or deep sea
snorkeling videos and see all the different things like that,
see the wells and stuff. It's almost like you exploring
and I get down here and I just kind of
vibe out and be exploring. Why they exploring? That's like
my thing. And they usually have some cool music in
(19:08):
the background, or I'll and then put on like some
something like my own music, and it's like I have
my own little like snorkeling because deep down, all right,
I'm gonna be transparent. I hate the deep ocean. I'm
scared of what I can't see down there. I don't
like how deep it dark it is. And you look
at some of the charts like how deep it go
is like, oh man, you can be deeper down air
(19:29):
than on Mount ever. So I'm like, bro, that freaks
me out.
Speaker 4 (19:31):
Man, And some of the to watch somebody else do it,
Oh yeah, I watched.
Speaker 2 (19:35):
I watched the heck of somebody else. In my mind,
I'm down there with them. I was watching free diving records. Oh,
I can go one hundred and seventy meters. Make sure
you breach one whole breath, you know. I mean like
I was packed my lungs with air, like I learned
all of that, but I can never do that because
I'm too chicken. So I live vicariously through that. Okay.
So that's why that's why funny man, if we being
(19:56):
fully transparent, that's what been going on.
Speaker 3 (19:57):
And I, like you said, your first thing was spend
time with the family. Like when I heard free time,
my thought was by myself, say catch up on TV shows,
play some video games as well too. Mozzi and I
both have that in common. I will say, though I'm
thirty two years old now and so maybe this is
the dad thing coming out of me. But when I
(20:18):
have some free time, I really like just putting on
some music done, put sorry, putting some music on, getting
and getting some stuff done around the house. So like
put some tunes on and uh like cook some you know,
get some dinner ready, cook some dinner, cook a meal,
something like that, put some tunes on and uh you know,
(20:38):
like we've got some some like raised gardens in our
backyard where we grow like some vegetables and basic stuff
like that. You know, go out there and pick some veggies,
do some weeding, cut the grass, whatever that type of thing.
Speaker 2 (20:50):
Like.
Speaker 4 (20:50):
I do truly enjoy doing that.
Speaker 3 (20:51):
Like it's if I put some music on, put a
podcast on. It is relaxing and enjoyable to me in
a way. Uh even just like cleaning up the kitchen
or vacuuming the house like stuff like that. I really
it's weird. I know I'm in my thirties and I'm
a dad now, But if I can just put my
tunes on and kind of escape in my own world
for an hour, I do enjoy that.
Speaker 4 (21:11):
It's like a good mental reset for me.
Speaker 2 (21:13):
Shout out the old man west over here, ladies and gentlemen,
shout out to the old.
Speaker 4 (21:18):
I gotta go get my my new balances ready.
Speaker 2 (21:20):
For Team Dad. Heead man. Team Dad had.
Speaker 3 (21:25):
Number number two from Andrew. What is the most difficult
thing that you have to do almost every day?
Speaker 2 (21:30):
Jeez?
Speaker 4 (21:30):
I like this one.
Speaker 2 (21:33):
Take the trash show. I absolutely hate it.
Speaker 4 (21:36):
Make sure my daughter survives. That's fine, all right, I
just gotta make sure she survives. Keep my daughter alive.
Speaker 2 (21:43):
I look at that dag on trash can every day, Like, man,
how does it get filled up so quick? I just
took it out the night before. Man, I hate taking
the trash show. Oh my, I do it. I'm gonna
do it, but I might complain. I'm I definitely complain
while doing what I gotta do. That's been my emotion football.
Everybody knows Mo's gonna do all his runs, He's gonna
do all his workouts, but he is going to complain
(22:03):
every step of the way. That is me. Okay, that
is me. So I'm gonna do it, but I'm gonna
complain about that trash. I don't know why. It's just
I don't like taking the trash out. Bro.
Speaker 4 (22:11):
I love it, but I do it.
Speaker 2 (22:12):
I do it every time, but I don't. I gotta
do it.
Speaker 4 (22:14):
You gotta be the family man sometimes, yeah, but I
definitely don't like it though. Mine is just.
Speaker 3 (22:18):
Running after my daughter and her wearing me out every
single day and making sure she's fed and safe and
healthy and happy and all those good things.
Speaker 4 (22:26):
Last one from Andrew here, Now, this is a good
you and I.
Speaker 3 (22:28):
We've discussed a lot of things on the show throughout
this five almost going on six year history now mm hmm.
But Arthur motes Andrew wants to know, and now I
really want to know too. Do you have any phobias?
Speaker 2 (22:39):
Yeah, I just got heights man. Yeah, hate hate heights man.
That's my thing. Man, I don't have any like spiders
or bugs anding like that. But for me, it's heights.
Hate heights, and hate the deep deep ocean because it's
no different than being super high up in the air,
except it's just super deep, deep down in the water. Yeah,
(22:59):
my feet can't touch the ground or I can't jump
and land safely. I don't want to do it, like
I hate it. But at the same time, I do
all the dumb stuff like oh yeah, let's go and well,
let's roller coat sit in the front seat.
Speaker 4 (23:14):
But for you, I do all the dumb stuff like
you face your fear head on. You don't hide from it,
you run towards.
Speaker 2 (23:19):
Because my problem is my mind is geared JANKI. So
the fear element is real, but my what I like
to call my forgetted meter is broken. So it's not
it don't take the way it's supposed to. Tick.
Speaker 4 (23:34):
You had a decade long career, It's.
Speaker 2 (23:37):
Like it's like, hey, man, you should be fearful you
should not and I'd be like ah, and I'm like,
you know what I mean. It's the forget it meter,
So yeah, I love it.
Speaker 1 (23:45):
I love it.
Speaker 4 (23:46):
For me, it's wasps, bees, hornets, anything.
Speaker 2 (23:53):
That something I'm watching, my my girl, anything that cocaine.
Speaker 3 (23:57):
Anything that flies and can sting me is a phobia.
I hate wasps, I hate hornets. I hate like I'm going,
I'm snakes, mice, centipedes, whatever I'm I'm I'm good with it.
Like I'll pick up a snake and plast it out
of the house, no problem, I'm good. But if I'm
outside and there's a hornets around, I'm I'm skipping out
(24:18):
of there, like like I'm in.
Speaker 4 (24:19):
Sixth grade, like out on the playground.
Speaker 3 (24:21):
I when I was like twelve years old at recess,
I got stung on the nose by a bias and
it was swollen for like a week and it was
embarrassing and it was scary ever since, ever ever since then,
I yes, that that would be my phobia. Also, if
(24:43):
I'm being completely honest with you people, and just up front,
this is not a bit for the show. This is
completely honest, honest. Losing my hair would be another. Because
I am thirty two years old. The good hair has
been such a part of my brand that I've carved
out in radio. All Right, I still have it at
(25:03):
a pretty like I'm operating.
Speaker 4 (25:04):
I get a little bit.
Speaker 3 (25:06):
I'm operating though, like a ninety three percent capacity with
my hair. Okay, it's thinned a little bit. It's maybe
a little bit in the court, but it's still I'm
still chugging over ninety percent here. But yeah, but you know,
if I started losing my hair, that would be I
tell you what. That would be rough for the brand
and the pride and you know all those different things.
I'm not in great shape, Arthur Motes, I get acne
(25:28):
on my face. But as long as I got the
good hair, I'm I'm surviving.
Speaker 1 (25:32):
Baby.
Speaker 2 (25:33):
That is funny. Man, That is funny. Oh I love
it though, I love it. So that was good? There
would that being the case? Man, we go tap out
just like that, man, so big t. I shout out
to the producer of today's show, mister Wesley, you.
Speaker 3 (25:52):
We're not gonna get our Knicks Lakers final, I don't think,
but one last time, bing bong.
Speaker 2 (25:59):
No anything. We're just gonna let both series play out
the way they're supposed to play out. Okay, one game
at a time, one game at a time. But next
stuff on the list besides Lakers and six, we have
to shout out the Power Grid, the Mega Watts. Man,
your participation always flawless from the heart means a lot, yes,
and last, but certainly not least, you know, because with
(26:21):
some of these series out there, you gotta get it one, two,
three times, all right. So the third person on a
shout out today is miss the Wesley you look my
pa in crime one time for the culture.
Speaker 4 (26:33):
Arthur mouts it's always lovely on a Tuesday.
Speaker 3 (26:37):
I tell you what, you're getting pretty You're getting pretty
good at this thing, this hosting thing.
Speaker 4 (26:40):
I tell you what. I hope it's not too stressful though,
keep those stress levels down.
Speaker 2 (26:43):
You gotta keep my stress level down. Wou saw and
now wa woo sas. But with that being the case,
man that is going to do a for today show.
But we always appreciate you and you already know where
to find us on your twenty four to seven Home
of the Black.
Speaker 4 (26:56):
And the Goal Stillers Nation.
Speaker 2 (27:01):
Okay, Radio, what it is
