Speaker 4 (00:41):
Good afternoon, Stealer Nation. How we do it?

Speaker 5 (00:43):
Man, I'm electrocute at his game week baby, Well, that's good.

Speaker 4 (00:47):
Our number two inside the electric factory, it's always electric
on a Friday, full of fixings. An hour two is
always jam packed. We're gonna catch up with our buddy,
Brian Baco. He's trying to bump back his time a
little bit to a parent man. Maybe he's real journalistic
work to do or something like his actual job.

Speaker 1 (01:04):
People, which is kind of like crazy, Like why you
got Brian back on this?

Speaker 4 (01:09):
His actual job is more important than you know. Coming
on here and horse and get on the.

Speaker 5 (01:14):
Phone with your friends and have fun conversations on a Friday.

Speaker 1 (01:18):
If you're not doing that, what are you.

Speaker 4 (01:19):
Doing with the whole rest of your life?

Speaker 2 (01:20):
To work?

Speaker 1 (01:21):
Buddy? Seriously, I'm gonna work when I'm gonna work when
I get old.

Speaker 4 (01:23):
Come on here and laugh for fifteen minutes.

Speaker 1 (01:25):
That's all we're trying to do.

Speaker 4 (01:27):
We will have to hear we go song our predictions
and yours, of course, all those things, but to kick
us off for the final hour of the show every week.
I think it's some of the finest work we do
around here. No one's ever accused us of winning an Emmy,
but if we ever did, it would be for a
little thing called five Star for Friday.

Speaker 5 (01:46):
We're humbled and excited to be in these five star matchups.

Speaker 1 (01:50):
Five star matchup.

Speaker 4 (01:51):
Somebody leaving here with the loss not gonna be a
What are the five matchups that will most determine the
outcome of Steelers Called Sunday one o'clock at Lucas Oil Stadium,
It's time for Professor Motes to break it down for
us with a little five Star Fried Day matchup Number one.

Speaker 5 (02:10):
Well, let's get right to it. They have a guy
on their defense, probably Thedaya Zaire Franklin Herd. He's a
tackling machine. Heard Hurdy gets a lot of tackles. Heard
a lot of people say it too, So it has
to be true.

Speaker 4 (02:21):
Right, If it's on the Internet, it must be true.

Speaker 5 (02:23):
I mean, I did see Abraham Lincoln say at one time,
as will and it was on the internet, famously said
that shot that Zara Franklin, right, But the thing was,
Sara Franklin is this man. He is more soildent on
the sideline then being more downhill. So of course, hello,
mister Naj Harris, I would love you to come to
the stage.

Speaker 1 (02:40):
Yes, yes, yes, because we feel like we got one
of them once.

Speaker 5 (02:44):
He's a little bit more physical, he's a little bit
more explosive, he's a little bit more aggressive, and ultimately,
this is the matchup that I think is going to
set the tone for this game.

Speaker 1 (02:56):
The Colts all season have.

Speaker 5 (02:59):
Been really, really, really bad against the run, and unfortunately
for them, they have not played a player that runs
the football in a physical manner in the way that
Naj Harris does. No doubt, Yeah, Zara Franklin could be
in for a long day just based off what I

(03:20):
see from him on film and based off what I
see from Nase on film. But that is the matchup
to me, that is going to set the tone for
this game. Naj being the more physical guy in this matchup,
like we've seen him do each and every week, versus,
in my opinion, a little bit more physical lbs versus
Aire Franklin, who's ultra productive but not necessarily the type

(03:40):
of lindbacker that's going to be making Naji fall backwards
if you catch Fim put down.

Speaker 4 (03:46):
Yeah, it makes a lot of sense. He might not
have as much thumping in his repertoire, not as much.

Speaker 1 (03:54):
Room to grow in his growth.

Speaker 4 (03:55):
Bone five Star Friday matchup number two.

Speaker 5 (04:00):
Well, if I started with the defense in terms of
Zara Franklin, let me go ahead talk about their offense
real quick. Anthony Richardson, Hello, heard you all heard everybody
liked you when you're very excited to watch this guy.
He could do a lot of backflips. I remember that
at the Pro day. You know, big talent, explosive harm
could throw it one hundred and fifty seven yards flat footed,
blind footed.

Speaker 1 (04:20):
Against the wind uphill.

Speaker 5 (04:22):
He's one of those type of freaky athletes, come on
man and and no gloves.

Speaker 1 (04:27):
Okay, he's that type of guy.

Speaker 5 (04:30):
But at the same time, he unfortunately or fortunately is
a rookie. And with rookies, we know they do things
that we like to say aren't smart. All right, we
called Ricky mistakes when we're being nice, so we just say, hey,
that was a terrible decision.

Speaker 1 (04:44):
We want to be blunt about.

Speaker 4 (04:45):
You know, the best thing about rookies they become second
year guys.

Speaker 5 (04:48):
Yes, But unfortunately for him, he doesn't get the you know,
expedited second year guy because.

Speaker 1 (04:56):
Yeah, he played about three games last year. Man.

Speaker 5 (04:58):
So with that, he's still very much in rookie quarterback mode.
And with that being the case, Minca Fitzpatrick, Yeah, yeah, yeah, Mink, Hello, Hello,
it's been a while.

Speaker 1 (05:09):
I've been longing for that interception. It's been a while.

Speaker 4 (05:12):
It's been a while.

Speaker 5 (05:13):
I want to see it again, Minka doing that Menca stuff.
Now I'm watching you on tape and you're already doing
the Menca stuff that pre stamped the post that way
you moving around, playing the weed cook, strong cut, middle runner,
playing the deep half like you doing it, you coming
out of there like like you know, like you wanted
them angels making him third. Now I like it, but

(05:34):
I need you to get your hands on the football
this weekend. Anthony Richardson is more than capable and more
than likely highly probable to put that ball in your
vicinity in harm's way.

Speaker 1 (05:46):
M h, go get you one.

Speaker 5 (05:49):
This is the week we need that splash because they're
gonna try to throw the ball with him.

Speaker 1 (05:53):
As much as I don't think they should.

Speaker 5 (05:57):
They're going to throw the ball with him, and he's
gonna make some plays because he has one of those cannons.
But yeah, sometimes it's better to know where you're throwing
it before you throw it really hard, and he hasn't
really grasped that concept consistently just yet.

Speaker 4 (06:15):
Yeah, he's gonna make some spectacular throws.

Speaker 1 (06:18):
You can be like, how did he make that?

Speaker 4 (06:20):
But he's gonna make some. He's gonna make some risky
throws as well too.

Speaker 5 (06:24):
He'd be like, why did you throw that? What were
you looking at? What was you thinking about?

Speaker 1 (06:27):
Right here?

Speaker 4 (06:28):
Got to make him pay more than he makes you pay. Yes,
for sure, the opportunities are going to be there. Five
Star Friday matchup number three.

Speaker 1 (06:38):
Well, they do have this thing that is called a
running game.

Speaker 5 (06:41):
And unfortunately it's not just predicated off Anthony Richardson, because
mik is gonna handle that as well.

Speaker 1 (06:46):
But they have this.

Speaker 5 (06:47):
Guy by the name of Jonathan Taylor, who, all right,
I might like him a little bit.

Speaker 1 (06:51):
Okay, he has a pretty good game.

Speaker 5 (06:53):
He might have some sweet feet where he can jump
cut right on the dime, you know, leading nonsense change.

Speaker 1 (07:00):
I think he's one of those Wisconsin guys.

Speaker 5 (07:01):
He likes the Gouda as well, but when he puts
his foot in the ground, you can't tell he likes
Guda because he can get north and south in a
hurry and go yard. It's kind of crazy, right, So
unfortunately for him, he gets the date with the Undertaker
and it's three of them this time. Alanda Roberts, Patrick,
Queen Payon Wilson. Hello, I like three undertakers now.

Speaker 1 (07:22):
Listen.

Speaker 5 (07:22):
I heard last week it was one of the Mold
League leading Russian running backs coming in all super explosive,
real tough guy. You can't really stop him, right, my
name of JK.

Speaker 1 (07:30):
Dobbins. She what happened to him? I did? She wasn't
happen to him.

Speaker 4 (07:34):
He went from averaging nine point nine yards to carry
too not so good?

Speaker 1 (07:39):
He had on nine yards.

Speaker 5 (07:40):
Yeah, we have so with that being the case, Jonathan Taylor,
you're a bad dude, But uh, I like my three
headed monster over here.

Speaker 1 (07:47):
Man, We're gonna see what you're really talking about.

Speaker 5 (07:49):
And if those guys are turning that back once this
game becomes one dimensional, we're having.

Speaker 1 (07:55):
Our cake and eating it too. I like that, but
we have to get a one dimensional first.

Speaker 5 (07:59):
John Taylor is that guy they were going to have
to turn back because they will have a commitment to
running him. They just don't use him frequently enough For me.
I think they're still trying to put a lot on
one Anthony Richison and see if he could be Superman,
and I don't think he's there just yet.

Speaker 4 (08:16):
They I completely agree with that. When you look at
the Colts' numbers, it's bizarre. They have the eleventh best
rushing attack in the NFL, just one spot ahead of
the Steelers. But the Steelers have ran the ball thirty
five more times so far this season than the attempts.
I feel like we do or behind the Packers, only

(08:38):
behind the Packers. So most of these teams that are
in the top ten eleven you know, of rushing like
the Steelers and the Colts are. They all have at
least ninety some or one hundred some rushing attempts. The
Colts have seventy three. Crazy the Colts are averaging five
point four yards per rush attempt. That is third best

(08:59):
in the league, behind the Ravens and the Packer.

Speaker 1 (09:01):
You don't want to run the ball more.

Speaker 4 (09:02):
But the Ravens have ran the ball one hundred and
four times, Packers one hundred and eleven times, Colts seventy three.

Speaker 5 (09:09):
They should have learned in that Packers game when Josh
Jacobs was running up and down the field on.

Speaker 4 (09:14):
So, I think it's a great point by you. I
I realize they have the shiny silver object a quarterback
you know.

Speaker 5 (09:22):
Oh yeah, he's a Lamborghini on now, like we're trying
to see, like are you going to crash it?

Speaker 1 (09:26):
But he's definitely a Lamborghinian talent.

Speaker 4 (09:28):
But I I don't know why they aren't utilizing that
run game more because it's been working for him when
they have. And Jonathan Taylor, after an uncharacteristic year last year,
I think is back to being himself, which is one
of the best running backs in the National Football League.

Speaker 5 (09:40):
See Jonathan Taylor is like that Ford f one fifty
you know, the official uh like the rap official trucke.

Speaker 1 (09:47):
Yeah, he's kind of like that. He's really reliable.

Speaker 4 (09:49):
You think we can get some of those trucks for
the official hosts of the Pittsburgh Steeler.

Speaker 1 (09:54):
I mean I might know a guy.

Speaker 6 (09:57):
I drove an f one fifty you went it painted
and everything? Yeah, I want it half in half. Okay,
I want one side black, I want one side blue.
I want both Zach Fraser Murals on one side, West
Virginia Zach on one side, in Stellar Zach on the
other side.

Speaker 5 (10:15):
Hey, fans, make sure y'all follow West when y'all see
him in the parking lot at the games, so that
way y'all can get all the early access to everything
in the West has He has all the details. And
I heard he knows where all the quarterbacks stay at
all him and TJ Water neighbors, So you might want
to follow him. If y'all want to get the TV,
you can't missus truck. It's the one that's painted black

(10:36):
and it want's painted blue. Desin, It's gonna get you, bro.
They be careful about that man.

Speaker 4 (10:39):
License plate called jacket fifty four.

Speaker 1 (10:42):
To be careful out that man, all right, it's be careful.

Speaker 4 (10:45):
Five Star Friday matchup New moal Quatra.

Speaker 5 (10:49):
Well with this fourth one man, they got a cool secondary,
got some guys, nothing special, but good players. Nonetheless, Justin
Fields has been playing really really well. Right three games
games in multiple touchdown or scat multiple touchdowns that he's
accounted for along with zero in the turnover department.

Speaker 1 (11:07):
We love that.

Speaker 5 (11:09):
Why not keep it going though you're three and oh,
you know it's better than three and oh going four
and oh? And not only does that help the team,
but it also helps you as an individual here in
your quest to be the QB one, not just by
default due to injury, but more so via validation and

(11:30):
confirmation by coach Toman in the depth chart reflecting that.
But you also get a chance to do something else. Man,
where were you at last year? Who'd you play for?
Play for the Bears?

Speaker 1 (11:41):
Right? And what they do?

Speaker 5 (11:44):
They moved on from you for Kayla Williams. Right, Well,
we just saw Caleb play against the Coast Laws week,
do we not?

Speaker 4 (11:50):
We sure did.

Speaker 5 (11:51):
We saw that game went right, We sure didn't. Why
don't you keep showing everybody that you're not what they
tried to say you were. You've been doing it through
the games, a lot of people trying to, you know,
second guess that little narrative that was put out about you.
What better way to get some get back than to
get back just like this. It's like I don't get
the head to head matchup, but let me go the

(12:12):
same team that your new guy struggled with let me
show you how to do it.

Speaker 1 (12:17):
I think it's a great opportunity from me. I agree,
I like it a lot for him.

Speaker 4 (12:22):
I agree.

Speaker 1 (12:23):
That's why that's the full one.

Speaker 2 (12:24):
Baby.

Speaker 4 (12:24):
Yes, dude, dude, a lot of opportunity out there on
Sunday for Jay Fields five starve for Ridday matchup number five.

Speaker 5 (12:45):
Well, it's another week where Troy Foltano is unavailable. That
means another opportunity for Property Jones to show that he
is who he thought he was and continue on with
just the reclamation project. Sounding like what we saw in
the preseason, right. We don't like what we saw in

(13:08):
den b all the way. So whenever he's out there,
we gotta highlight his matchup. And this week he gets
Quitty pay shot the Quitty pay good player, not great,
eight and a half sacks, the career high four quitty.
Think of him in the Alex Heismith category versus a TJ.
White category, more of a physical style rusher than a
true speed rusher, but really good hand usage, plays with

(13:30):
good effort in like I said, man a Michigan guy,
so you know he was there with hardball. Nice In
terms of his coaching, you can see he's a pro.
He's a true professional. But with that being the case
with Project Man, we got high expectations for him. Man,
former first round draft pick just from a year ago,
and a guy that we think can be way better
than what we've seen at times early this season. Well,

(13:55):
I trying to keep putting it on tape. Man played
well last week, grossed the charges. Why not do it
again this versus a more formidable opponent.

Speaker 1 (14:02):
We obviously know what Bosa. You put him out.

Speaker 5 (14:04):
He came in a little lumpthing, but you put him
out though shot out to that pancake.

Speaker 1 (14:08):
But now you can get opportunity verse.

Speaker 5 (14:09):
Like I said, guy and Quitty Pays a good player,
not a great player. But go out there and continue
on what you're doing. Man, Stack another good week. Take
a week by week, but this is the match. But
I want to see right here Man.

Speaker 4 (14:22):
Roderick, come on, baby, great response last week. Let's build
upon it and do it again. Arthur botes one more
time for those who might have missed it or just
want to double check their notes. The five matchups that
will determine the outcome of Steelers Colt Sunday, one o'clock
at Lucas Oil Stadium.

Speaker 1 (14:41):
Yes, indeed.

Speaker 5 (14:42):
First off, we got there Franklin the linebacker who gets
a little lot of tackles versus Najie Harris missed the physics,
Cally miss the just keeps going when and go, when
and go win. Can't wait to see that. Then after
that we got to talk about Anthony rich and missed the.

Speaker 4 (15:00):
All world ability ability but when.

Speaker 5 (15:04):
We'll see in terms of the execution versus Minca Fitzpatrick,
who we know is in a quest to continue to
getting back to doing that Minca stuff. Then at the
three spot, we got to talk about their most efficient
player on the whole roster, Jonathan Taylor, who can do
all of it when you talk about him with the
ball in his hands versus our trio of inside linebackers
Patrick Queen and Landon Roberts and Peyton Wilson smash the run.

(15:27):
After that, man that four spot, we got the Colts
secondary versus Justin Fields. Revenge game, not in the true sense,
but revenge game and the ability to show your former
employer who just struggled with this same secondary, that you
are better than what the narrative was.

Speaker 1 (15:42):
And it's actually a great opportunity because.

Speaker 5 (15:44):
Their secondary Eh, it's a little light compared to what
he's faced.

Speaker 1 (15:48):
It's a little light.

Speaker 5 (15:49):
And then last, but certainly not least, man Roger Jones
get another opportunity to start opportunity. We want to see
him continue to stack positive performances. And he has a
good player, not a great player this week, but a
good player and quitty pay go ahead and take care
of business, big fellow.

Speaker 4 (16:04):
It's a five star matchup. Because we're in the place
we await our friend Brian Bacco. He needs a few
extra minutes, so you know what that means. On the
other side, we'll start getting to some of your tweets,
your prediction tweets as we await the Batman. Maybe we

(16:25):
even sing the Here We Go song a little bit earlier.

Speaker 1 (16:28):
Hey, man, strange things have happened.

Speaker 4 (16:30):
Anything is possible. She'd better get those tweets in because
you never know, it might be too late. It's a
Steelers Blitz on the Steelers Audio Network.

Speaker 3 (17:01):
This is the Steelers Blitz with Wesley Euler and Arthur
Motes on your twenty four to seven home of the
Black and Gold s n R.

Speaker 4 (17:11):
Arthur Motes, I've got some breaking news for you.

Speaker 1 (17:13):
With Isa.

Speaker 4 (17:16):
Uh. We love it when a plan comes together and
timing works out. Well.

Speaker 1 (17:19):
I mean it's not our first rodeo. Come on, you
know what we do well.

Speaker 4 (17:21):
You just did five star Friday fabulously as always.

Speaker 1 (17:24):
Oh thank you, thank you Without you know, without you,
I couldn't do it. Just know that.

Speaker 4 (17:27):
And just now, hat tip to our friend Missy Matthews,
you who sent me per the Indianapolis Colts.

Speaker 1 (17:36):
Uh.

Speaker 4 (17:36):
Oh, Kenny Moore the second and Quitty Pay have just
been ruled out for Sunday's matchup.

Speaker 1 (17:41):
Against I love it, then, I love it just.

Speaker 4 (17:45):
Announced by the Colts. Missy sent me the tweets, So
shout out to Missy.

Speaker 5 (17:48):
Shout out to Missy for that. But with that being
the case, let's pivot. No quiitty Pay means too too
late to good rookie outside linebacker from UCLA was the
fifteenth overall pick. Was pretty day going good in college
man more so, his issue was injuries. Think of him
kind of like how we talk about Peyton Wilson would

(18:10):
have even went higher in the draft if it wasn't
for the medical I think that he was dealing with. Yeah,
so good player a little He's a different style of
player than Quitty pay. Quitty's more short, compact physicality. This
dude's more long. I think Jordan's. I think Jalen Phillips
down and where is he at down in Miami?

Speaker 1 (18:32):
Yeah? Think him? Think Greg Russo up in Buffalo.

Speaker 5 (18:35):
It was like long linear, you know the type of
bodies man six four sixty five type, long arms. So
a little bit different of a challenge, but I still
like it for Project Man.

Speaker 1 (18:44):
It doesn't matter who they line up in front of.
You go out there and show what it is.

Speaker 5 (18:47):
And you were from last year's first round, so don't
let this year first round play better than last year
first round. All right, your first round matter more than
his first round, right, stand on it.

Speaker 4 (18:58):
Let's get to some of these tweets predictions as we
await our buddy Brian Baco. Let's roll through some of these.
Uh now, we'll try and save the Here we Go
So I just feel bad because people expect to hear
we Go song at the end. I don't want to
do it too early and then people are like, what
the heck wharres I here we Go song? Now you
can always listen to it on demand wherever you get
your podcasts obviously or Steelers dot Com, Steelers reblap, just

(19:19):
search Steelers Blitz. But let's try and keep this as
uniform as we can. Oh, once again, just you know,
just bending over for our buddy backo, bending over backwards
for a favor for the bat. Although to be fair,
he's done this to us earlier this season and the
Steelers are undefeated, so we'll allow it for now.

Speaker 1 (19:36):
If it's not broke, don't fix it.

Speaker 4 (19:38):
We'll allow it for now. Our buddy Rod Dollak gonna
lead us off. Shout out the raw Steelers win twenty
seven to ten.

Speaker 1 (19:45):
Let's go.

Speaker 4 (19:46):
I likes that Andy tweets something like says like a
sharp bite of the Saint Elmos shrimp cocktail the Steelers
tame the cults twenty four to thirteen. You know, that's
a really good way to put it. A shark. It's
a sharp bite.

Speaker 1 (19:58):
It definitely is.

Speaker 4 (19:59):
That is of all the years of us try to
describe the shrimp cocktail to everybody, and you you know,
really get into and vibe last year out of the
com it's a sharp bite. That's a Andy. That's a
good way to describe it. Tim in Minneapolis tweets and
says prediction Steelers twenty seven to thirteen with a defensive
touchdown after a TJ strip sack.

Speaker 1 (20:21):
Love to see that.

Speaker 4 (20:22):
I love it when you guys get specific onness.

Speaker 1 (20:24):
And go ahead and break that record this week. To TJ,
what's up?

Speaker 5 (20:27):
I guess not the record, but the triple J. You'll
be the second fastest. Got to do it, the second fastest,
got to do it. Yeah, that's gotta be your record.

Speaker 1 (20:35):
Anyways. It feels like, tell you what, it's a record
of my book.

Speaker 4 (20:37):
I know we've said this before. Anytime you're finishing second
all time to everybody but Reggie White.

Speaker 1 (20:43):
It's like, yeah, I think I think that's a historic
in my book.

Speaker 4 (20:45):
That's pretty that's pretty good. It's pretty cool. They call
that guy the Minister of Defense. You know, how could
you have to be to get a nickname that cool?
Come on, man, the Minister of Defense. Dusty tweets us
and says, Steelers go for and no nause you with
one hundred and twenty and a touchdown TJ two sacks,
force fumble, Steelers win twenty four to six.

Speaker 1 (21:04):
Need it.

Speaker 4 (21:05):
I would enjoy that. Need it would call that comfortable
Nate tweets.

Speaker 5 (21:09):
You seeking comfort this week? You seeking comfort in the score. Actually,
I mean that's wrong with that.

Speaker 1 (21:13):
Maybe I might be too, Maybe I like comfort.

Speaker 4 (21:16):
Nate tweets us and says you two are like Kobe
and Shaq, a championship caliber duo.

Speaker 1 (21:22):
Man, I was trying to be Rick Fox.

Speaker 4 (21:23):
Actually, I just hope we I just hope we don't
have an ugly divorce like that.

Speaker 1 (21:25):
That's a big chat.

Speaker 4 (21:27):
Don't kick me out of town. You're off the team.

Speaker 5 (21:30):
You're Robertry and I'm Derek Fisher. All right, that's what
will be okay? Cool, there we go, so that we
won't kick us out the man.

Speaker 4 (21:38):
Nate says, Steelers twenty seven to ten, two picks thrown
by AR five Beanie Bishop getting his first pick this week.

Speaker 1 (21:44):
Don't be surprised. I like that.

Speaker 5 (21:46):
Hey, listen, do not be surprised. The tape doesn't lie.
Do not be surprised.

Speaker 4 (21:52):
Man, Stealer Cop Man, I'm real excited for Saturday. For Sunday,
Stealer cop tweets Steelers twenty three Colts thirteen TJ gets
over one hundred sacks, defense forces two turnovers.

Speaker 5 (22:05):
Listen, I need to get over this week. Come on, man,
it's time. He should have been that. He should have
been that in week one.

Speaker 1 (22:10):
We know this, but it's time.

Speaker 4 (22:13):
It's done. It's done, It's done. Abraham tweets this week's
prediction is the Steelers win twenty seven twenty.

Speaker 5 (22:25):
Okay, get some high.

Speaker 4 (22:30):
Big Ron tweets Steelers winning twenty one to seven. Big
game from mister Herbig and Minka.

Speaker 1 (22:37):
First career start coming up.

Speaker 4 (22:39):
Huh uh, Yeah that would be the case.

Speaker 1 (22:42):
Not like that first time, first career start. Baby, let's go, that.

Speaker 4 (22:45):
Would be the case.

Speaker 1 (22:46):
Go out there, playfairst, be that guy. You know what
you will, you know what you're ready for.

Speaker 4 (22:51):
Sense tweets. Sin says, for some reason, the Colts always
make me nervous, despite you know, the Steelers strong history.
I feel like we have gotten lucky against them a
few times. But I'm gonna stay faithful and say twenty
seven eighteen victory. But I think Fields does throw an
interception again in this game. But George Pickens finally gets
a touchdown.

Speaker 1 (23:09):
Where there's by an inch, where there's by a mile.

Speaker 4 (23:14):
When a certain hype song singer co host of this
program might have a reference to a George Pickens touchdown.
Oh hey, now in said certain weekly hype song on.

Speaker 1 (23:25):
This program's good.

Speaker 5 (23:28):
Yeah, man, just a few minutes, you don't have to
foot nervous by it, and we can get lucky.

Speaker 1 (23:31):
We're gonna win, so all that matters.

Speaker 4 (23:32):
Yeah, just because they got the horseshoe, we're the ones
who get in lock.

Speaker 1 (23:35):
Yeah, come on, now them hit him with the horseshoe.

Speaker 4 (23:38):
Cuban dan Dale Steelers twenty Colts thirteen. I think it's
important to add it's going to be a miserable second
half for the Colts. No bueno Steelers versus the world. Yeah.
Randy tweets us and says, fellas, I got a twenty
eight to fourteen Steelers victory. Let's go Connor, Heyward and
Mouth score touchdowns too for the tight ends. Patrick Queen

(24:01):
finally gets an interception the times it.

Speaker 1 (24:04):
He gonna catching one finally, Oh it is dropping these picks.

Speaker 4 (24:07):
Man.

Speaker 1 (24:07):
I can't believe my dog. Come on, Peek, you catch.

Speaker 4 (24:09):
The reason he's a linebacker and not a peak catched him.

Speaker 1 (24:12):
Cays get paid one to be linebacker, now you don't
sounds good though.

Speaker 4 (24:17):
Jason tweets and says Steelers will keep it rolling. Beat
the Colts twenty to sixteen. Very similar game to last week. Okay,
Justin fields two touchdowns, one through the air and one
with his legs. Watt and Herbert combined for three sacks.
Let's get it tidy inefficient there, Jason, I like it respect, respect,
realistic as well too. Uh. Angry bike Lane tweets us.

Speaker 1 (24:39):
We're still trying to figure out is it the bike
lane that he's angry with?

Speaker 2 (24:44):
Oh?

Speaker 5 (24:44):
Is he angry guy that's in the bike lane on the.

Speaker 4 (24:47):
Only time will tell? Angry bike Glenn says, I think
we're going to see one of these puzzling road losses
Cup with a couple turnovers and he wins thirteen ten
mm hmm.

Speaker 5 (24:58):
I'll tell you this, Tom, What was that the first
prediction they had the coach winning and you read that one.

Speaker 4 (25:03):
We are a fair and balanced show. No, I mean
the people know that we're fact based or foremost right,
but then fair and balanced second most. I mean, I'll
say I'll say this for Angury Bike Lan, I think
he's onto something. If there are a couple turnovers from
the offense, that's the recipe to lose. If the Steelers
offense does have a couple turnovers and you're seeing plural. Yeah,

(25:25):
would say the Colts have a good chance.

Speaker 1 (25:27):
Yeahural is not. That's not the recipe for success.

Speaker 4 (25:30):
Now Scott is feeling much more confident than Angry Bike Lay.
Angry Scott says Steelers thirty to thirteen offense with some
scores this week. I hope Sody thirty. Listen, they score
thirty thirty. In the words of Rick Flair, if the
Steelers score thirty points, I promise to be more obnoxious

(25:53):
and more.

Speaker 5 (25:54):
Over Barry and I'm having a hard time. But he's
out of the Gators thirty.

Speaker 4 (26:01):
A lot of people tweeting in saying that they're hoping
Brian Beco tweets up picks against the Steelers.

Speaker 1 (26:06):
Again, by the way he did last week.

Speaker 4 (26:09):
So here's what we're gonna do too. We got a
bunch more tweets rolling it. You know what, let's take
Let's take a couple more. Couple more because still no
no sign from the Batman. So couple more. We're just
gonna beef up. The last segment is what we're gonna do.
Like a beefy five layer burrito. D have the.

Speaker 1 (26:24):
Photoshop make the perfect burrito.

Speaker 4 (26:27):
Also stop it we don't have that much time. Also,
I'm still waiting. I don't know if d have heard yesterday,
but I need Arthur Motes photoshopped as Steve from Blues Clues.
Whenever you have time, D have says, Also, wait until
Bacco makes his bold prediction. Hopefully get us brought some
good luck. But he says, Steelers twenty eight to ten. Okay, okay,

(26:49):
now it's time for so long, but we'll sing just
one more song. Wallace tweets and says, the offense continues
to improve. Splash play from the defense or special.

Speaker 1 (26:59):
Teams give us some options.

Speaker 2 (27:01):
There.

Speaker 4 (27:01):
You and I when we were doing some of our
commercial film study film study during the commercials yesterday we
were watching a little Miles Killer Brew kitny Brew. Wallace
kid you not. Motes and I both said yesterday during
a break, Killer Brew is gonna get one soon, so
splash play from the special teams wouldn't surprise me either.
He's going to block a punt soon, Miles kill in

(27:23):
the next month, by Halloween, Miles Killerbrew blocks a punt.
He's getting there's my prediction of the day. Wallace says,
good guys, twenty four Little Ponies.

Speaker 1 (27:31):
Ten oh, I see what you did there?

Speaker 5 (27:35):
Uh.

Speaker 4 (27:35):
Steeler Nation Alaska again Alaska, Baby Steelers are going to
open it up. Three touchdowns this week twenty one seventeen
over Indy. I like to keep them coming, maybe last
one before we go to break and then more tweets
Brian Baco. Here we go song a beefy five layer

(27:55):
burrito of a final segment. Michael Jones, who Michael Jones,
I like him, tweets us and says, as sure as
Motzen West are the best radio hosts on the planet,
as sure as Jesse James caught the ball. On December seventeen,
twenty seventeen, the Steelers will walk into Indianapolis, Indiana and
lay the smack it down on the Colts Candy bleeps.

(28:17):
He didn't say bleeps, but I gotta say bleeps.

Speaker 1 (28:20):
You're made of the people.

Speaker 4 (28:21):
But I like the rock reference.

Speaker 1 (28:24):
Some male with the rock is cooking.

Speaker 4 (28:29):
Michael Jones says, good guys, thirty to thirteen.

Speaker 1 (28:31):
Talk that talk.

Speaker 5 (28:33):
I like how all the predictions that do have a
scorn a lot does not include the opponent's scorn a lot,
which means our defense still holds true.

Speaker 1 (28:40):
We don't get lazy on the back end.

Speaker 6 (28:41):
I like that.

Speaker 1 (28:43):
If you're some male.

Speaker 4 (28:50):
What the Brian Backo is cooking?

Speaker 1 (28:54):
Batman?

Speaker 4 (28:56):
He just texted me and said he was gonna call me,
And there it is, boom to the phone lines. We go,
Shailer's finest. Boots on the ground on the south side.

Speaker 1 (29:07):
Mama, there goes that man.

Speaker 4 (29:09):
It's Brian Becko. What's up, cousin?

Speaker 7 (29:11):
Hey guys, Yeah, boots on the ground here, just walked
out of the locker room. I guess I did pretty
well with the intel last.

Speaker 2 (29:17):
Week, right, other than the prediction of the game.

Speaker 4 (29:20):
And it's funny you say that. We've already had about
four or five different people tweeting us saying that they're
hoping you pick against the Steelers once again. So we'll
see if you let them down in just a few minutes.

Speaker 2 (29:31):
If you ain't got haters, you ain't popping.

Speaker 7 (29:36):
I don't know if that really applies, but I'll just
say it anyway.

Speaker 1 (29:40):
Sound good, it's not really good?

Speaker 4 (29:42):
Like it like a little stick with it, buddy. What
is the latest from the locker room? Give us some
injury updates?

Speaker 3 (29:49):
Uh?

Speaker 4 (29:49):
Should we expect to see Isaac sayamalu? Should we expect
to see Roman Wilson, what's the latest.

Speaker 7 (29:56):
I think it's gonna be a lot of status quo
from last week, you know, a little bit of it.

Speaker 2 (30:00):
It's not broke, don't fix it.

Speaker 7 (30:01):
But also, you know, they're in the mode of rolling
with the guys they've been comfortable with, and you know,
I think Isaac's getting close. You know, maybe maybe next week,
but I think a guy like Mason McCormick really filled them,
inspired them with some confidence with the way he played
last week.

Speaker 2 (30:16):
And it's kind of like, you know.

Speaker 7 (30:18):
Not that I think if it were like a playoff game,
Isaac saym All, I would probably say, screw this peck,
I'm getting out there. But for right now, it's kind
of like, hey, maybe take your time a little bit,
Let's see what the young bucks got. So that's how
the old line is looking to me and Roman Wilson.

Speaker 2 (30:34):
I mean, I thought Mike Tomlin sounded, you know.

Speaker 7 (30:37):
A dose of realism on Tuesday that it's tough to
get on a moving train as a rookie who missed
so much time in training camp and no preseason action,
so it might take a bumper bruise in.

Speaker 2 (30:47):
The receiver room to get him up here.

Speaker 5 (30:50):
Now, sticking with the bumps and bruises on the offense
side of the ball. What's going on with the running
back room? Is Jalen Warren availability going to be compromising
any way? And I don't think we need to ask
about Najie shoulder anymore. I feel like we kind of
got to question with that one.

Speaker 7 (31:06):
Yeah, yeah, I'll got thumbs up, Nause shoulder, thumbs down.

Speaker 2 (31:10):
Jalen Warren knee.

Speaker 7 (31:11):
I mean, obviously d nps the last couple of days
at practice. I'm not expecting him to be able to
play this week, so it'll be interesting to see, you know,
is it the Naji Harris Cordero Patterson Show. Does an
Aaron shamplyin who you know is on the practice squad?
Does he get a helmet just to kind of help out?
But even if he does, I think you're gonna see

(31:31):
a lot of twenty two and eighty four in the
lineup this week. Cordero Patterson tapping into that fountain of
youth a little bit more than I expected. So that's
that's a good thing to have in you know, waiting
in the wings when Warren can't go, and you know
it stinks for Jalen that it's been such a rocky
start to the season for him. But you know, Cordero
Patterson's a vet who can help you out just about

(31:52):
anywhere on offense. And you know, I think he's he's
already been more involved.

Speaker 2 (31:57):
Than I would have thought coming into week one.

Speaker 7 (31:59):
It's kind of ironic, right, he's not returning any kicks
because everybody's just blasting it out of the end zone.
But suddenly he could be playing a lot of snaps
on offense.

Speaker 4 (32:09):
Hmmm, uh, suddenly a guy who's gonna play a lot
of snaps on defense. Nick Herbig, Yeah, a big opportunity.
Oh sorry, Arthur mos opportunity it is for Nick Herbig
this weekend. How do you expect him with hopit? Listen?
He is a guy who, in a small sample size
has has shown a lot of promise. But now he's

(32:30):
got to be that guy. How confident are you in
his ability to do that now in a bigger role,
hopping on that move and train of of being very
involved now with a defense that's playing at a very
high level.

Speaker 7 (32:43):
Yeah, definitely a new test, new challenge for him to
be the every down guy.

Speaker 2 (32:47):
Well not every down, but well maybe I shouldn't say that.
Nick HERBG strikes me as someone who, even.

Speaker 7 (32:51):
As an edge rusher, probably never is gonna want to
come off the field. He's he's got that like young
puppy dog energy, so that's still going to be an
obstacle for him. I think, you know, to this point
in his career, he's been great as that, uh you know,
that change of pace, kind of like the Jalen Warren
of the defense. And and now it's it's gonna be
more of Yeah, it's it's your show here opposite t J.

Speaker 4 (33:11):
Watt.

Speaker 7 (33:12):
You know, the the offensive tackle is going to be
able to plan in for you and only you for
the most part. And I think he and Alex Highsmith
are such good compliments because really different body types, really
different uh you know, rush styles for the most part,
strengths and weaknesses. But now, yeah, I mean Bernard Raymond,
the cold sleft tackle. He was pretty athletic coming out
of Central Michigan or something like that. So yeah, so

(33:36):
really good combine tester. You'd think that if anybody's gonna
have kind of the quicks to to keep up with
her big, it might be Raymond, who's a you know,
converted whatever he was. He coming from Europe, so yeah,
it'll be fun to watch. And then de Marvin Leaw
kind of being the uh now he's the number three
guy who's going to try to get in and make
the most of his snaps.

Speaker 5 (33:55):
Yeah, and he dig some reps obviously last game, and
he's been playing, you know, some of that third rusher
role since the preseason. We have some in Denver as well,
turns of De Marvin le Al. But I want to
ask you, man, it's another week of Justin Field's preparing
to be the starter. How is he handling all of this?
And if you could, did you have any type of

(34:15):
update on just Russ's you know situation, like is it
looking a little bit better for him? What are they
saying overround that as well?

Speaker 7 (34:24):
I think Justin's handling everything really well. Probably the toughest
test for him thus far has been going on the
Cam Hayward podcast and getting peppered with tough questions from
from cap you know, I mean like to give us
some people, like to give us reporters in the media
crap for what we asked. Those were some he was
grilling in on that show. I'm like, our questions are

(34:44):
easy by those standards, but yeah, I mean he he
just seems so poised, and I mean he said in
himself after the game, calm and collected. And I think
another c words the biggest one for Justin Fields right now,
and that's confident motes. I mean you can speak to
it are more than you know, a bunch of weekend
hacks like West or myself, But.

Speaker 2 (35:04):
As an athlete, that's got to be one of the
biggest factors in success.

Speaker 7 (35:08):
It's how much better you play when you're confident, when
you're not down on yourself, when you feel like the
people around you are believing in you, when you feel
like you're executing to the best of your abilities. I mean,
it kind of becomes a superpower a little bit at
that point, and you don't want to be over confident,
but I don't think that that's ever really been an
issue for Fields, so and we know he has the

(35:30):
athleticism and talent to back that up. So I think
he's really acquitting himself well here in these first three weeks.
And as far as Russell Wilson goes, guys, I mean,
I don't know. I mean, you want to just be
safe and cautious, with him, And you know, why mess
around with the quarterback situation right now if you don't

(35:51):
have to unless Justin Fields has a.

Speaker 2 (35:53):
Disastrous outing or two.

Speaker 7 (35:56):
I mean, why not wait till the bye week, see
what you've got with Russell Wilson and calf injury, and
then go from there kind.

Speaker 2 (36:02):
Of split the season into two.

Speaker 7 (36:03):
Which is it's a very easy year to do that,
not just because of when the byefalls, but also because
of who you've got after the open week.

Speaker 4 (36:12):
It is amazing how this story continues to evolve week
by week, and obviously another chapter will be written. On
Sunday afternoon in Indianapolis, mister.

Speaker 7 (36:22):
The greatest reality TV show there is west a specifically
quarterback controversy.

Speaker 4 (36:28):
We all love our drama. It just depends on where
we go to get it, uh, mister Baco, before we
let you go, before we jet off to Indianapolis. By
the way, we watching were watching Alabama Georgia together tomorrow.

Speaker 7 (36:43):
Hey, that's a good, great game. And don't sleep on
Penn State Illinois. All right, we've got a couple of
undefeated undefeated.

Speaker 1 (36:53):
State.

Speaker 4 (36:54):
When there's a Georgia Alabama, you know you know me
on that Big ten next.

Speaker 1 (37:00):
Definitely say you did.

Speaker 5 (37:02):
He thought you had a little bit more of a
tied of Penn State because you saw them in the stadium.

Speaker 2 (37:06):
We're country, We're going to be in Big ten country West.

Speaker 7 (37:10):
You might have to around to get to get Alabama Georgia.

Speaker 4 (37:14):
On well, like well plus all right, they'll take care
of us. Don't worry, mister Baco.

Speaker 2 (37:21):
You should go somewhere though Saturday night.

Speaker 4 (37:22):
Sure, I'll text you. I'll text you, or you text
me or one of us. We'll figure it out.

Speaker 2 (37:26):
Don't duck me like you did after the backyard. That's all.

Speaker 4 (37:30):
All in the press box and he wasn't there. Okay,
what am I supposed to do?

Speaker 2 (37:38):
I duck you on that one?

Speaker 5 (37:39):
Yeah, well he said you have a little bit more
of a track record again though also Bacco just has
a job to.

Speaker 1 (37:46):
Do, you know, It's like he like really works, really works.
We just talked have fun and last.

Speaker 7 (37:51):
Kind that day in the press box in Denver. I
didn't want to say anything to a friend I.

Speaker 2 (37:56):
Might regret after Westerginia result the day before.

Speaker 7 (37:59):
So I were just kind of accused myself from our
typical pregame meeting, and I think our friendship has been
saving by that.

Speaker 1 (38:08):
See that he made the show.

Speaker 7 (38:13):
I'm still talking to you guys on Friday. It would
preserve the whole.

Speaker 2 (38:18):
Deal with that.

Speaker 4 (38:18):
It would take a lot more than my alma mater
forgetting that. You have to actually play the last four
minutes of a football game to ruin our friendship. But
what I do need to know to continue our friendship
is what's going to happen on Sunday afternoon at Lucas State.

Speaker 2 (38:35):
Not a good trip there last year for the Steelers.

Speaker 7 (38:37):
Blew a thirteen point lead, got trounced by Gardner Minshew
and Zach Moss and company.

Speaker 1 (38:42):
And somebody lost Monday.

Speaker 7 (38:45):
Yeah, Zach Moss is actually pretty good. I mean got
to talk that. I guess they both did. Gardner Minshew
up paid this offseason for whatever reason.

Speaker 2 (38:53):
You know what the Raiders are doing. But that's a digression.

Speaker 7 (38:56):
I think for this game, Anthony Richardson's gonna be a
little print week on of what the Steelers have seen.
You know, they haven't really faced the guy who's that mobile.
Bo Nicks had some mockxy, but I mean you hit
the guy with a feather. He was going down. Week two,
Anthony Richardson is not going to be like that in
the pocket or if he escapes the pocket. So I
think it's a little bit of a sneaky matchup against
the head coach play caller Shane Steichen, who's had the

(39:18):
Steelers number, whether he's been in Indy or whether he
was on Nick Sirianni's staff in Philly, and even before that,
he was on the offensive stats of those Chargers teams
that gave the Steelers fits, specifically at Hinspield back then
as it was as I recall, So he's kind of
seen a lot of Mike Tomlin's defense, should.

Speaker 2 (39:36):
Have some good tricks up his sleeve.

Speaker 7 (39:38):
But I'm going Steelers twenty colts nineteen so close for covering,
I can't pick two Steelers. You know, comfortable wins in
a row. I need to see that to believe it
the world.

Speaker 4 (39:52):
He's got the Steelers winning, but not covering that important
to know all margin prayer.

Speaker 2 (39:57):
But Vegas knows. Man, it was five and a half
last night.

Speaker 4 (40:00):
Think it's always known.

Speaker 7 (40:01):
And in my pick them pull, I took the Cowboys
and wouldn't you know, they win by five. So I'll
just stick with the odds makers they're usually on top.

Speaker 4 (40:09):
Of it, somebody who is always our boots on the ground,
on top of all the latest news from the South Side.
Sheiler's finest Brian Bacho, make sure you're checking out all
his work in the Post Gazette. Cousin. Thanks for the
time as always, and I'll talk to you tomorrow.

Speaker 2 (40:23):
Yes, always fun see you guys, Hey.

Speaker 4 (40:25):
Guys, Brian Beco. We gotta get to break because when
we come back on the other side, it's time to
sing to Here we Go song and give our predictions
before we get up out of here. It's the Steelers
Blitz on the Steelers Audio Network. This is the.

Speaker 3 (40:55):
Steelers Blitz with Wesley Euler and Arthur Mootz on your
twenty four having Home of the Black and Gold Skin.

Speaker 1 (41:03):
R Ah.

Speaker 4 (41:04):
So much to do in so little time, and so
while this is a great soundbed, it really is fantastic.
I gotta fade it down quickly here, Arthur motes, because
we got to get rolling, because we have got to
get to our predictions. But before we do any and
all of that, we have got to sing this Here
we Go song, Week four, Edition three, and oh so far.

(41:26):
This is the part where I gotta turn our microphones
down a little bit too, because we get a little
loud my stro motes. Can I get a beat?

Speaker 1 (41:43):
Steelers?

Speaker 4 (41:44):
Here we go, Picks Bergs, Gante, the superbol Here we go.
Threes cool, but we're going four four tewn the Colts,
we knocking on their door, knocked. Saturday we eat shrimp
and steak, and then Sunday they're souls we take.

Speaker 1 (42:05):
Here we go.

Speaker 5 (42:06):
You know we're gonna take some of that Saint Elmos
while we over there knocking the horse you off of
that colt. We're gonna go over there and also get
some of thosehrimp contails in that nice little state they got.

Speaker 1 (42:14):
But we ain't worry.

Speaker 5 (42:15):
About anything else to do, because the same thing that
you do in February.

Speaker 1 (42:18):
We're gonna do on Sunday. And that's run through.

Speaker 4 (42:21):
Let's get it first two Anthony Rinchard in better run,
you better refresh. T J go on a sacking for fun.

Speaker 1 (42:29):
Oh you don't want that man.

Speaker 4 (42:30):
George Pikins going deep with ease. How about another long
touchdown this week?

Speaker 1 (42:36):
Please?

Speaker 4 (42:36):
Here we go.

Speaker 5 (42:37):
Give me a long school baby, and no penalties this time.
Min I'm tired of them calling back your nice place.

Speaker 1 (42:43):
GP. Is time for you to ascend and let everybody
know that you are really him. And the only way
to do that is to go crazy versus the Colts.
But first three West, do.

Speaker 4 (42:51):
What you do?

Speaker 1 (42:51):
Baby, Here we go.

Speaker 4 (42:54):
Yeah, the Colts play at Luke, Yes, soil.

Speaker 1 (42:57):
I heard that's why they play.

Speaker 4 (42:58):
Sunday we go there.

Speaker 1 (43:00):
Just spoil all. It's our time.

Speaker 4 (43:02):
Field's gonna lead us again. You'll see as we can't
a September four Peace Victor.

Speaker 5 (43:11):
You know we can't wait to get over there to
Indianapolis and go and show them how we really do
Lucas Oil Stadium.

Speaker 1 (43:17):
No, man, I heard stealing bean hit way harder. This
ain't the any five hundred. It's not the Indiana feeling.
It don't matter what y'all do. The Pacers can't help y'all.
Come Sunday. TJ.

Speaker 4 (43:28):
White is coming to town.

Speaker 1 (43:30):
George Pickins is coming to town.

Speaker 5 (43:33):
Hey, Quentin Nelson, Cameron Hayway was coming in down broak.

Speaker 1 (43:46):
Okay, Stellers, here we go to the tweets we go, Dude,
that was absolute classic.

Speaker 4 (43:51):
Man.

Speaker 1 (43:51):
You sure you just get better and better with time.

Speaker 4 (43:53):
I tell you what you you money with the beef.
You get better better with time, man, I tell you what.
We're a well oiled machine.

Speaker 1 (43:58):
They said, lyrics don't matter, bars matter, bars matter. We
backed at the bars, words matter. Back to the bars.

Speaker 4 (44:04):
Crash the metal Guy tweets us Steelers twenty colts ten
four and oh baby get it. Trey tweets and says,
the damn doesn't break this week, it explodes fields three
hundred total yards, Nickens and Mooth with touchdowns. Watt gets
that one hundred defense comes up big Steelers thirty three

(44:24):
to fourteen.

Speaker 1 (44:25):
Why not?

Speaker 4 (44:28):
Oklahomason says that Meka gets an interception this week, Steelers
twenty four to ten. Matt says, wes first time long
time for no, no, no, I know that's a lie.
I know Matt's tweeted us before, but.

Speaker 1 (44:42):
Just for he says his first time in in a
long time.

Speaker 4 (44:47):
But I know I know this. I think it's his
second time in a long time, but maybe long time
for no particular reason. I think George Pickens goes over
fifty three and a half receiving yards.

Speaker 1 (44:56):
Okay, show the money, Okay.

Speaker 4 (44:58):
Nico Collins, Robbio Dubbs, and Rome Doonza are all better
wide receivers who found success against this secondary.

Speaker 1 (45:05):
That's very accurate.

Speaker 4 (45:06):
Steelers win twenty three to sixteen.

Speaker 1 (45:08):
I like that pick. I like it a lot.

Speaker 4 (45:12):
The reference is there too. You shouldn't do it with
some other very talented wide receiver.

Speaker 1 (45:16):
It means to check the tate.

Speaker 4 (45:17):
I tell you what, this Mac guy knows this stuff.
Ricky tweets us and says, Steelers win twenty eight to nine.
The defense will be good in the red zone with
not allowing a touchdown. Patrick Queen gets his first pick
and George Pickens scores two touchdowns. Les Goos, Steeler Man
seven says what's up boys? Steelers twenty four Colt seventeen.
Defense comes through again. Mooth finds the end zone. Richie

(45:42):
tweets us and says, what's up, cousins. Steelers win twenty
seven to ten. Eight sacks for the defense. Why not
justin three total touchdowns. Nause gets a touchdown as well too.
Who ride Stealer Nation nine to twenty. Speaking of Wisconsin,
shout out twenty one to three Steelers. Our defense crushes
the Colts spirits early pick six, Nausey one hundred yards

(46:04):
rushing TJ Strip sack herbig two piece, sack two piece
on the sack.

Speaker 1 (46:10):
Listen now one two of them things.

Speaker 4 (46:13):
Tyler also says who ride right? Zach tweets us and
says nausea getting two touchdowns this week to make up
for last week Steelers twenty four to seventeen, and Me
says says, I'm still a little shell shocked from losing
to Indie last year. I feel that our offense will
continue to put up field goals. I can see where
this is going. I feel that our offense will continue

(46:35):
to put up field goals instead of touchdowns. Defense is
bound for a bad day, trap game going with the
home team twenty four to thirteen. Nice now, much like
Brian back guy. You know me picked against the Steelers
last week too, So you know what, me just continue
with the pessimism. Defense is bound for a bad day
field goals instead of touchdowns. I mean, why did you

(46:59):
just tell me I'll I'll never make my dad proud?
While I'm at at me, you just confirm all of
my greatest fear.

Speaker 1 (47:04):
She really doesn't love me. Oh my god, I thought
she loved me. Oh my god, it's gotta happen.

Speaker 4 (47:10):
It's alright, man, An, I'll never be adequate enough. That's
the only thing you were missing there. Jeez, Arthur Mouth
before we get out of here, was your prediction.

Speaker 5 (47:20):
Well, I suppose I should give my prediction. I feel
very confident about what we're gonna be able to do,
mainly because what we do travels. We run the football,
we play very physical upfront, and we rush the passer
very very well. So with that being the case, man,
I have it twenty to thirteen. Steel's taking care of businessmen,
and uh, I feel really good about this.

Speaker 1 (47:39):
Man.

Speaker 5 (47:39):
I think that we will be able to move the ball.
I wish we would score more. I just feel that
because of the style of play, being a nause type game,
we're not gonna, you know, be as explosive as we
would like, but we will definitely be in control throughout.

Speaker 4 (47:53):
I dig it similar vibes. I'm gonna go seventeen to
nine Steelers win.

Speaker 1 (47:58):
I like that.

Speaker 4 (47:59):
Two touchdowns in the field goal yeap, hold the Colts
to just three field goals.

Speaker 1 (48:03):
Yep.

Speaker 4 (48:04):
Nice day for naj Yep, rough day for ar five.

Speaker 1 (48:08):
Yep.

Speaker 4 (48:09):
Steelers win the turnover battle again.

Speaker 1 (48:11):
Mandatory, Let's get back to doing that. Come on, it's
been a minute now.

Speaker 4 (48:15):
Remember last week was the first time the Steelers won
a game without or won a game while losing the
turnover battle.

Speaker 5 (48:21):
That's correct in a few years, and we don't want
to make a habit of losing the turnover battle.

Speaker 2 (48:25):
Correct.

Speaker 1 (48:25):
That is very tough to continually overcome on a week
to week basis.

Speaker 4 (48:30):
Yes, it is, And so one last refresh. I don't
think I missed any prediction tweets. If we did, for
some reason miss one of yours, I apologize. Got of luck.
Next week better luck, but we do our best. A
big thank you to everybody who tweeted us on the
program today. You know we appreciate the HG double hockey
sticks out of all of you in and our thank

(48:51):
yous as well to do to our buddy Brian Beco
for taking some time on his busy Friday down on
the South Side. Yes, give us the latest from practice.
Maybe I'll shouldn't like all. Get him a refreshment tomorrow
is a thing.

Speaker 5 (49:04):
Yeah, you've paid for these radio hits, so he's not.

Speaker 4 (49:08):
He's doing it out of just the goodness of his heart.

Speaker 1 (49:10):
Send him one of those fruit baskets. He should buy
me a refresh Send him a fruit basket. I heard
people like that. It's just you know, I like the
Sara's baskets personally, Apples.

Speaker 4 (49:19):
Chocolate covered pretzels, little peanut butter turtles give us on
like butterscotch, and it is always a big shout out
to the best co host in the business, Arthur Nathan Motes,
the third who me take care of everybody, enjoy the weekend,
and has always win Loser draw. We will be back
on Monday to break it all down with you on
your twenty four to seven home of the Black and Gold.
